I, pratima ghosh wife of late. Sudhasu sekhar ghosh have applied on 26.5.2012, for issuance of duplicate share certifiacte, share no.[protected] to[protected] regd. Folio no sb- 2203187 & cerificate no. 1287201 which was held by my husband, since deceased.( your ref no. Dfsl/sbi/839175/2011)
But unfortunately no such feed back and or reply be send from your end in respect of the contents of my aforesaid letter.

I am a sinior citizen and passing my days with extreem misearly, kindly look into the matter sympathitically and do the needful as soon as possible and obliged me.

    I tried to make a transactions from Atm but I received half money.. As per the bank rules I lodge an complain and I got a complain No. AT[protected] They advised me to wait for 7 working days what I did Later I received a message saying that your problem resolution is been done and complain is been closed but I yet not received my half money . They give me not refund my money Details Account no. [protected] Account holder:- hardik agravat Atm id :- ffbt[protected] Txn no. 3365 Date :- 06/06/14 Withdraw:- Rs 8000 but I get rs 4500 and I lost rs 3500 plz resolved my complain. .

      Myself Avinash Dandekar holding SBI credit card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7249) and using it over last six months. I have received telephone call on 18th April 2014 on my mobile no. [protected] on behalf of SBI offering discount card along with some gifts.The lady on phone introduced herself as Himani Sharma (contacted no.:- [protected]) from SBI and provided my card details like my name and account details etc. As I received SBI calls from random numbers I assume this was the genuine call as she provided my correct details. She offered the discount card with few gifts costing 6999/- which was suppose to be adjusted with my reward points and I did not have to pay. After some time I have received the OTP password on my mobile and I have also received the call asking the OTP password to process my card request. As person told me he has generated the OTP password for my account and it is required to process the card request with verification. Hence I have provided the same. After that I got the SMS from SBI mentioning the transaction of 6999/- made on my account. Hence I called the lady once again and she told me that amount shown on my account need not to be pay as it will be adjusted against my reward points. After few days when I did not received the so called card, I contacted SBI customer care. They told me it was Fraud call and they do not offer any discount card. Hence I told them to block my card immediately. They requested me to fill online dispute form and email to [protected]@sbi.com which I have sent on 24th April 2014. Since I did not received any reply from them I again sent the same dispute form on 29th April 2014 which was not delivered but bounce back to me after two days. After checking on Internet I found the given address was wrong and the correct address was [protected]@sbicard.com. So again on 2nd May 2014 I have sent the dispute form to [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com email addresses. Then on 8th May 2014, I have received email from SBI stating that investigation is completed. As per their investigation the made transactions are valid as they have been performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have been validated by my Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet. Hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder. Since the card is on my name they are asking me make the above payment which I have never used. Kindly note that so far I have made all my payments which I have used on my SBI credit card before the due dates. But the above made transaction of 6999/- is not done by me and it is clear fraud transaction which was done online without my consent. I wanted to know how the person outside of SBI has generated OTP password for my account and also wanted to know how my personal card information is leak from SBI which was available to the person who is not from SBI. SBI customer care is forcing me to make this payment and also charging the late fees without giving any investigation details. It is very BAD experience and response with SBI customer care who are least bother to investigate this matter even after I declared that the mentioned disputed amount is not used by me. Since this is clear online Fraud transaction, I want SBI cards to reverse disputed amount on my account.       On 25/07/2018 I got a mobile call from SBI personal regarding my Credit card no [protected], the excess amount billed and regarding my pin.They asked some data which I told them, But after that I found an amount of Rs20, 800 spent from my card. Immediately I blocked the card.I don't understand how this happened .I am in tension .Pl.enqire and help me .Thanks
      My SBI credit card no [protected] was hacked on 25/07/2018 by Rs20, 800/ by som fraud .Pl.enquire and take suitable action .Thanks

        Hi, I have been connected with SBI Gold Credit Card for more than 4 Years. I requested SBI to transfer my excess amout to my ICICI personal bank account on 26 MAR 2014. SBI customer care executive taken my wrong account number and amount has been sent to some other account.

        I talk to SBI credit card customer care many times during this three months perion, they replied "We have credited your amount to account number which updated in system".

        I have a SBI ticket number and Chennai Branch Manager Name who taken-up this request:
        "SBI Manager Name: Venkat
        Ticket Number:[protected]
        Branch: Chennai".

        Hope my request will solve.

          Sir, On 12.6.14, an unknown caller identifying himself as SBI officer, as if authorised by SBI, for solving my problem with SBI, called me over his mobile no.[protected]related to Air-tel, Utterpradesh, east telecom sector).After collecting some details from me, from 11.25 pm. onwards he started debitting my SB a/c no.[protected] with SBI, Attingal branch (07017), kerala-695101-he debitted twelve times for making payments to various service providers( payees names are as found in 12 SMS received in my cell, when the criminal steals money from Atm)-DETAILS OF PAYMENTS: one payment to paytm.com, Noida, Rs.4000/, five payments each Rs.1900/ to Ccavenue.com/charg, five payments each Rs.1000/ to freecharge.com, Mumbai, & one payment of Rs.668/ to bookmyshow_PayU-- agragating to a total amount of Rs.19168/, drawing fradulantly using my SBI-Atm card number.All the said service providers were individually contacted by me.I received only one email mssge response from [protected]@paytm.com by one Mr.Rahul Bali, dt.16.6.14. informing me that the Paytm could answer either to the related Bank's request or to a cyber crime cell. Other 3 service providers never bothered to reply to my many requests...Will the SBI send messages on behalf of its affected customer to the said unauthorised beneficiaries about the Atm theft for recovering the unauthorised payments made to them by a criminal by looting the SBI a/c ?Already, the home branch was intimated twice, thanks for the kind service...                 Dear sir/mam, I got envelope containing user name and password after submitting an application format to SBI chawani, branch, branch code 01534 on 13/06/2014 and the lady told me to log in on Saturday on 15/06/2014 ;so i tried to log in on Saturday on 15/06/2014 but i am unable to log in till today on 16/06/2014 and i have been continuosly tring since 15/06/2014 evening and so many important work i need to do by online payment but now what, how to do that work ?

                  I debited Rs 1700 on 14th June 2014 at about 9 pm IST, but only Rs 1300 or 1200 dispensed. Please check and repay whatever I should rightly get back. This is the first time am encountering such a issue and am totally confused to note the exact amt i got but its less for sure.

                  Please repay my amt whatever it be, Also no prints coming from that machine, Please ensure ATM is proper or please close it to avoid public from getting affected.

                            I was having SBI Credit Card No [protected]. I received a letter dated 27th April 2014 from Sh Amit Kalra-Manager Customer Service, SBI Card, in which it was mentioned that for security reasons they were constrained to withdraw services on my SBI CARD temporarily for want of additional information like transaction confirmation and current contact details updation. The card was blocked temporarily with a request to contact their customer service for activating the card. Since then I contacted customer service several times but the card remained blocked and after the expiry of the validity of this card no renewal was done by SBI card. I could not but conclude such action of SBI CARD very irrational because neither I was defaulter in repayment nor my contact details since been changed. At that point of time 6419 point was accrued against my card. I never get proper reply from SBI Card regarding availing the benefit of the point accrued against my card when the card itself was blocked/ not valid.

                              I hold a SBI account [protected] in SBI Kakkanad Branch. I have put a request in SBI Manicktala to transfer my account. 2 months is about to pass but the account is not yet transferred. I mailed SBI kakkanad twice at this mail id : sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. However, they are not replying.Here in SBI Manicktala they are saying that they have forwarded the request letter.                                 I am a SB a/c-[protected] holder in SBI, Attingal branch (07017).On 12.6.14, at about 10.30 pm i forwaded a request to sbi for issuing "High security password" for using sbi internet facility.At about 11.00 pm a call from cell no.[protected]Air-tel., U.P-East telecom circle--as located by mobile tracker) informing that Ù‹he was a sbi officer authorised to issue High security password as per my request.After having discussions, he insisted me to inform my debit card number & pin no. Though i refused first, he said that he could serve the purpose only when i accept his demand.I beleived with a hope to fulfil my purpose.
                                At about 11.25 first SMS of my a/c being debitted & following 12 ATM debit messages were received amounting a total debit of Rs.19168/. I immediatly phoned to [protected] to block my debit card no.to one Mr.Udayakumar.
                                I am cheated by a criminal within 30 minutes of time, by availing informations given by me in my request to SBI for High security password.Hope SBI will help its pensioner customer to get back the fradulantly lost amount from SBI deposit..All sms related to the ATm debits are avilable in my cell phone.Please help me get back the amount.May i be instructed to whom i should send all the fradulantly debited SBI-ATM messages, which are kept in my cell inbox.

                                    Hi, This is Siddhartha Burri, the director of 2Pi Interactive Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore. I had requested for a Corporate credit card and was promised that i will get it on my company name.All i got is a credit card on my name linked to my current accounts. I requested the concern nodal officers and managers to please cancel the card as it is Invalid.Secondly they keep mispell my name as SIDOHARTHA BUPPI, which is suppose to be "SIDDHARTHA BURRI".I keep requesting them not to address with the wrong name. Upon 5 to 10 requests so far from my end through Mails to the Nodal Officers, Call Centers, and also a low end SBI card executive they haven't started the process of cancellation yet and sends me a message saying that my first credit statement has been dispatched to to my office address. Its been nearly 1.5 months i have not received any acknowledgement of cancellation.If this goes on i wont mind to sue the SBI operational in charge w.r.t this issue.                                       Hello Sir with Respect, I am Subrat Kumar Rath, basically i am from ODISHA but i stay in Hyderabad last 3 Years. i am doing job in a private Company. i went to SBI, paradise Branch on 15- june-2014 to Open a Saving Account . i had my Driving licence, voter card, pan card, Current bill( last Month) and my Company I.D but SBI staff told u cant open ur saving account beause u dont have local I.D Proof . i show him my current bill and my Company ID and my DENA BANK pass Book Statement but they told me ---- current bill is not in your name so you cant open . But as per RBI Rule on 10-june-2014 "A bank account can be opened with just one adress proof either permanent or local" i tried to understand them but they were not understanding and finally they told u should go otherwise we call to security guard. i dont understand why it happened... .is anybody help for me or everyone are on same track like stupid corrupt ...                                       Hi Subrat I can understand your pain. But threatening to call a security gaurd was a real insult. I recommend you to fire back using following escalation martix at SBI http://www.sbi.co.in/webfiles/uploads/files/[protected]_GRIEVANCE_REDRESSAL_STEP_BY_STEP_NEW.pdf I have leveraged the same in the past and this is very effective.                                         HI SBI, My Self viresh, I have an Salary account in SBI, I am not getting OTP when I do online booking or transactions it throws error messages saying " your mobile no is not registered contact home branch". But I have contacted home branch they told update you cell no in your profile personal details you will get one reference id and send us the reference id will do it. I tried the same and my cell no got updated but I did not get the reference ID.
