On dt 09.06.14, I tried to withdraw the cash of Rs.20000 from ATM. The cash delivered only Rs.500x7=3500 and the printed advice is showing withdrawal of Rs.20000. The SMS received on my mobile is also showing the withdrawal of Rs.20000. On duty security guard opened the cover of machine and checked the cash outlet but there were no any cash. As per guard this problem is continue since long. I reported the matter immediately to the Manager on mobile no. [protected]. The guard and the Manager told that the difference amount will be credited within 24 hrs but the same is still awaited till 14.00 hrs of 11.06.14. It is requested to ensure necessary action and arrange to credit the difference amount of Rs.16500.00 at earliest.     Respected Sir/Madam, Myself Avinash Dandekar holding SBI credit card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7249) and using it over last six months. I have received telephone call on 18th April 2014 on my mobile no. [protected] on behalf of SBI offering discount card along with some gifts. The lady on phone introduced herself as Himani Sharma (contacted no.:- [protected]) from SBI and provided my card details like my name and account details etc. As I received SBI calls from random numbers I assume this was the genuine call as she provided my correct details. She offered the discount card with few gifts costing 6999/- which was suppose to be adjusted with my reward points and I did not have to pay for it. After some time I have received the OTP password on my mobile and I have also received the call asking the OTP password to process my card request. Hence I have provided the same. After that I got the SMS from SBI mentioning the transaction of 6999/- made on my account. Hence I called the lady once again and she told me the amount shown on my account need not to be pay as it will be adjusted against my reward points. After few days when I did not received the so called card, I contacted SBI customer care. They told me it was Fraud call and they do not offer any discount card. Hence I told them to block my card immediately.They requested me to fill online dispute form and emailed to [protected]@sbi.com which I have sent on 24th April 2014. Since I did not received any reply from them I again sent the same dispute form on 29th April 2014 which was not delivered but bounce back to me after two days. After checking on Internet I found the given address was wrong and the correct address was [protected]@sbicard.com. So again on 2nd May 2014 I have sent the dispute form to [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com email addresses. Then on 8th May 2014, I have received email from SBI stating that investigation is completed. As per their investigation the made transactions are valid as they have been performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have been validated by my Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet. Hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder. Since the card is on my name they are asking me make the above payment which I have never used. Kindly note that so far I have made all my payments which I have used on my SBI credit card before the due dates. But the above made transaction of 6999/- is not done by me and it is clear fraud transaction which was done online without my consent. I have not shared my Card CVV and Date of birth to anybody. But still using this information the transaction is made on my SBI credit card. SBI is forcing me to make this payment and also charging the late fees without giving any investigation details. I also like to understand how my card information is leak to the outside person without my knowledge. I request you to please look in this serious matter and help me to settle my dispute with SBI.           I dropped a cheque towards my outstanding on 09.04.2014, but due to delay in presentation, I had withdrawn the money for online transfer & the same was transfered on 18.04.14. But in my statement for the month of April, I found that you had charged me for cheque returning, retail & other charges, for which I called up the customer care & requested to waive it off seeing my past record but they denied to do so. On early occassions I had dropped the cheque but due to delay in collection form the drop box by your personnel the cheque was not presented on time, due to which I transferred the payment online & in the meantime the cheque also hit the bank, thus the same payment was made twice & inspite of my repeated request the same was not refunded but was adjusted over two to three months. To avoid the repetition of same I withdrew the amount & transfered the same online. I have sent repeated mails to the concerned nodal officer but there is no response till date. Hence I request you to look into the matter & do the needful to waive off the penal charges & mail a fresh statement so that I can clear my outstanding.

              Sir, I am account holder in state bank of India.I have already registered my mobile number.Now I am staying in other state.when I am calling to customer care to ask regarding one time password during Online transition they tell me that to go your SBI branch to register your mobile number, sir this is not possible for me to go.if you ask anything about your online banking, they just tell that to go your home branch.every solution is to go branch then why do they create online banking and customer care. Sir please I want solution of this problem.

                Zero Honesty - promised by many (many, I mean it) that they will call back but never did. Zero Best Practices- claimed by some not recording/ conversation/notes in system to follow up, can you believe this? Zero Common Sense- Blaming customer for every and any thing, contradicting with they/their team suggested earlier. The SBI mutual find employees have a exceptional expertise (more then CAMS employees) in rejecting request for change of name even though all there requested documents are submitted and that too after 25 working days (which by IRDA rule should be processed in maximum 7-10 days - Clearly not following any rules) and that too again and again. Only if they could use a bit of common sense things would have been lot (a lot) better.

                    I, Nayan Bhattacharjee, S/O Late Sambhu Bhattacharjee, A.D. Nagar Road No-1, Agartala, a customer of SBI A.D. Nagar Branch, Agartala, Tripura (W). In the year 2005 I did applied for Auto Loan under PMRY Scheme and received an amount of Rs. 95, 000/- as loan from SBI A.D. Nagar Branch vide sanction letter No- RM(ADV)NO.29/PMRY-2004-05 dated 18.05.2005. I was unable to continue to pay my monthly instalments as I was not getting profit and my financial status was not in a position to recover the loan regularly. In the year 2011, RESMECCC, SBI, Agaratala sent me a notice to appear in lok adalat on 01.08.2011 at 2.00pm vide notice number SARC/AGT/2011/S-10/1002 dated 30.05.2011. Accordingly I have appeared and by mutual agreement it was settled after a payment of Rs. 70, 000/- by me to SBI at RESMECCC in the form of Demand Draft of Rs. 35, 000/- each. The lok adalat case no. is 454/11. Accordingly, I have collected “No-Dues Certificate” dated 25.08.2012 from SBI, SARB-Agartala (15267) where it was clearly mentioned that I do not have any outstanding dues against my loan account no-[protected] (SARB NO-S-10/1002). Now, in the eyar 2013 I have received one notice dated 15.11.2013 from RESMECCC to appear in Bank adalat on 23.11.2013 at SARB, Agartala to clear my outstanding dues of Rs. 38, 216/- + Interest. As I did already cleared my due there was no question of appearing in Bank adalat. Again in the year 2014, I have received the similar notice dated 06.06.2014 to appear in Bank Adalat on 09.06.2014 or 10.06.2014 to clear my outstanding amount of Rs. 38, 216/- + Interest of Rs. 23, 567/-. This is nothing but irresponsible and unexpected activities by a renowned organization like SBI which is unable to trace who has cleared laon and who has not. SBI is not providing me laon in free of cost. Instead taking returns on high rates which equals almost double the loan amount. On the above mentioned facts and figures, it seems to be a complete harassment and humiliation by SBI to me. These notices created a lot of confusions and disbeliefs in my family and my business loans that I have applied for was cancelled due to non-clearance of my previous loans. My prestige in the locality and within my family and relatives was completely down due to this matter. I, therefore, being a genuine consumer of SBI, lodging a complaint against SBI and seeking for unbiased justice.                       Sir, I am Narayanaswamy M having SBI acc :[protected], On 09 June 2014 deposited 40000 using SBI CDM machine under AECS Layout SBI bank as per the Bank official Indumathi's suggestion. I followed CDM's instructions and using My ATM Card deposited the money, It retained 37500 and ejected 2500 but in the monitor showed 36500 as it retained and also gave a receipt saying 1000 (1 note ) retained for verification. I got scared as if I am going to loose money then I pressed cancel button to cancel my transaction. It got cancelled but I did not get my money back. I informed the same to Security, he took me back to bank and I started talking with bank temporary manager but she refused to help me on this. All records are covered under CCTV footage. Then for my proof I have given a written complaint to back and got a photocopy of the same. So far My money is not credited to my acc. Please help. And also, I have suffered a lot here trying to convince them, I want to rise a complaint about this in court so that in future SBI guys wont give same problem to others.                               payment not done for SBI Cleark exam while my balance is deducted from my Account

                                  Full and final settlement Drama from SBI

                                  i am Sanjay.M, I am having a very bad experience with SBI credit card. I am having a SBI card with [protected] . I completed my full and final settlement of this card 65000 rupees against full amount 94685.52 based on Tracer letter BAN[protected]. Here onwards the problems are starting . After full and final settlement .SBI bank keep generating Due amount. I asked about this to bank ;they informed me your final settlement information...

                                  Hi there, My Self Nirmit from Ahmedabad, I lost my job because of SBI collection agent Mr. Vimal Maheta. He is threatening me, even blackmailing me, I think SBI and their collection agents deliberately do all this criminal activities. I feel SBI has given them license to kill, then I think living in democratic nation, such criminal activities shoud not be tolerated. 1. I will file law suite against SBI & Mr. Vimal Maheta from Ahmedabad (Collection agent) under clause 499 & 500 defamation act. 2. I will lodge register FIR with local police officer 3. I will lodge criminal complaint against extorting and blackmailing by SBI & their collection agencies (as the person ask me to show him, property document, my personal bank statements, Who the hell SBI or collection guys, are you to ask me about my personal information, u have no right to ask me this). If you are bank, please be in your limits, being civilian I have my right to protect myself and my family from goons & criminals. 4. I will go to media and raise this matter, now whatever happened, even i[censored] make any DON / DADAS / CRIMINALS / GUNDAS called me I will not care. I truly understand my responsibility to pay my dues, but if you think you can grab my Collars and ask for money, I will not pay even single penny. So better be professional and I want you guys to talk to me within 24 hours, as on Monday I will take all the necessary action. Please be professional, I hope you guys are not uneducated and understand what I have mentioned above. No matter how much money SBI have to protect their employees, but I have truth and honesty to protect myself, and I will fight till my last breath.. Even problems or issues be resolved by co-operation, not by assault or threat.. Please dont worry, I am not coward -- I want bank to send me apology letter and take immediate action against above mentioned person, and let him never call me back or see me again... I want person to deal with me, who can be respectful and understand the situation.. Thanks
