Respected Sir, I have applied for SBI PO examination 2014.But unfortunately, my SBI PO examination date has coincided with another exam ONGC GRADUATE TRAINEE 2013. Both are on 22nd June, 2014.SBI PO EXAM at 8.00 am and ONGC EXAM at 10.00 am.. I wish to appear for both exams. ONGC exam is only on a single day but SBI PO exam will be conducted in many phases.       Taken an education loan in 2008. Thereafter, the unrealised interest during the moratorium period was not added in my principle amount and no fresh emi was made (as it was written in the bond). However, it was automatically credited and all my EMIs were going in recovery of the Interest. Thereafter, even after complying to the fresh EMI as notified by the bank, my account was declared NPA and subsequently written off.

          I am Ravi Kanth, and my SBI Credit Card customer A/C No. is [protected]. From the time I have taken SBI credit card, I have been facing problems, so I decided to close the credit card, but I was told that I will not be allowed to do so and I have to wait for at least 9 months. So, I decided to wait and at last I settled the amount. I dropped a cheque to clear the pending amount so that I can close the card. I waited for more than a week and called up the customer service center over phone and they told me that payment has been made. And after a week I got a letter saying that cheque was rejected with the reason : Drawers Signature required. To my knowledge, I have signed the cheque at the chequer issuer location and also at the end of the cheque I have written the SBI Card no. And signed it. Even then the cheque was rejected deliberately. One thing I did not understand is that why did they said that they payment has been made but the money was not debited from my account, a week later I got the message that the cheque was rejected. They have deliberately rejected to avoid the credit card closure. So, to settle the amount I went to credit card settlement office (it was outsourced to GE ). I have paid the amount and settled it and I was told by the customer service executive that the remaining balance will be zeroed in the next statement or else within 3 months(at GE SBI Credit card, Ashok Bhopal Chambers, Hyderabad) Its been 5 months that I have been calling and visiting them, they keep on saying that I it will be reflected in the next statement but till now it did not happen. I request you to please look into this, I have used some 9000 rupees and I have paid more than 14000 Rupees, it is very unfortunate. I have been using other cards but I did not face this issues and u can check in CIBIL. Now when I applied for a personal loan I came to know that the CIBIL status has not been updated I.. Credit amount is not zeroed. And the loan was rejected. The status was not updated even after 5 years. And the loan application was rejected. Please help me.                 Sub: rs 12, 000/- stolen by sbi, savedi staff, savedi branch, ahmednagar

                Respected sir,
                I went to pay money in our different ppf accounts in sbi, savedi, branch, ahmednagar.

                Cashier at number 2 counter mr satwik kambale took slips of ppf & rs one lac, ninety four thousand only, rs 1, 94, 000/-( 388 notes of rs 500/-)from me. The counting machine was in front of him . There was no significant rush at that counter. He did not count money in front of me in spite of my request to him .

                He handed over that amount rs 1, 94, 000/- only to another person., who took away the money from his chamber to another distant chamber where i did not have access .

                Later both cashier & that person told me that rs 12, 000/- are less, in spite of my surprise.

                I am certain that i have given them rs 1, 94, 000/- to cashier . I have counted money at my place at least 4 times.
                I am certain that rs 12, 000/- were stollen by sbi staff at savedi, ahmednagar

                My questions are
                1) why cash was not counted in front of me by cashier himself either manually or with the counting machine in front of me in very transperent manner

                2) who is responsible for cash when it is carried away from customer & counted without his vigilence / or counted in a fashion where customer cant have vigilence.
                3) why cashier allowed other person to handle the cash which is given by customer to him, in a non transperent manner
                4) when i raised this matter with branch head, he did not inform the police in spite of my repeated request .
                5) he did not rapidly investigated matter even when it was brought to his notice immediately.
                6)he allowed possible suspect to vanish if any evidence against them
                7) he did not appear very concerned about such serious crime happening in his premises..

                I humbaly request you to investigate this matter at the eariest & recover the amount.
                Sbi bank management at savedi branch, ahmednagar is responsible for such crime & responible for theft .

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Due to some pro-longed illness of my immediate family members and acute financial crunches, I had unintentionally stopped payment of SBI Credit Card (no. Withheld due to privacy). Last week, I came to know that one recovery agent (Calls himself "Rahul") called my friend in Raipur and reportedly told him that his name is given as reference in the loan agreement of Mr. S Kumar (myself) and aggressively asked him to clear all dues (INR 122000 approx.) or give contact details of Mr. S Kumar or his wife. My friend refused to share the details but the agent called him repeatedly many times. Since then, he has been calling and abusing (aggressively) my distant relatives and in my office, colleagues & seniors. The recovery agent has even shared my purchase or card payment history to all and using all tricks to defame me. Whenever, I don't pick his phone, he aggressively making calls to others (known to me) and aggressively enquiring for me. My problem is that I want to settle the matter but: (1) Is this tricks (Blackmailing) by SBI Card (since the agent calls himself from SBI) is applicable on me! (2) Which law permits the agent to disclose my Card details to others without my consent! (3) The agent is not telling me his official address or his ID Card! Is this right., & (4) If I pay the due payment, will the SBI return my lost reputation and dignity? Due to this reason, I am very perplexed and disturbed. SBI Card made my life hell. They applied 'Name and Shame' policy for payment less than 1 Lakh. Due to his continue calls in my office, my employer is planning to fire on me. I request you to please help me as I am very depressed and the condition is going to become worst & worst. Please treat the matter on most urgent basis.                     Dear Sir, I Jitender an employee in Indian Air Force and currently posted at Air Force Station Bihta, Patna (Bihar) Pin 801103. My SBI Acct No. is [protected] and Card No. is[protected] which is in SBI ADB, Bihta Branch Code is 3038. When I went to my home town Nangal Choudhary, Dist- Mohindergarh, Haryana. On 25th Feb 14 I used Corporation Bank of India’s ATM(50445) and withdrawal Rs.[protected]/- each time). My Acct is debited with Rs.30000/- but I didn’t get cash. After this incident I immediately complaint about this incident to SBI Customer care on 26th Feb which is AT[protected], AT[protected] and AT[protected] but when I contacted them to know my complaint status they replied that they confirmed that transaction was successful. When I again contacted them they replied that contact to your Home Branch for further details. On 31 March 14 I informed to my home branch SBI ADB, Bihta Branch Code is 3038 about this incident TheAsst. Manager SBI ADB, Bihta Branch Mr.Nizam Kumar simply replied that we can’t do anything and told me forget about money& he didn’t give proper response to my complaint. When again I contacted The Branch Manager Mr. Pradeep Kumar he replied same again. His rude behaviour disappointed me. After that I contacted to The Manager of CORPORATION BANK OF INDIA, from where I draw money but he replied that we don’t handle that ATM machine which is handled by a private agency, contact them & when I called them they replied our telly is correct. Now I am totally frustratedand suffering economical crunches&need your assistance. Please help me.

                      for making online payment of SBI clerk with debit card, i have processed my transaction after making online payment there is transaction error but Rs.455 is debited from my account.so how it is possible?
                      if there is error in transaction then why Rs. 455 is debited from my account?

                        Dear Sir/Madam I went to ATM for withdrawn cash on 12.04.2014 in SBI ATM Narayanpur Dharwad, my account has been debited of RS 20000/- but I have not received the money from ATM, afterwards I lodge complaint in SBI Harihar Branch on 21.04.2014 and the complaint no AT[protected], now the bank officials saying that transaction was successful and you have received the money, But i have not received any money during that day. I waited in ATM that day around 30-40 mins but no cash came from ATM. So here i requesting you to help me out to get my money back of Ra20000/- from SBI Bank. and my account details as below.                           Hello, First of all, I would like to inform that I don't have any SBI card or any SBI account. But I receive transaction details of one of the customers of SBI on my email and his monthly email statements. I'm not sure how this happened. I believe, State bank of India don't want to protect the privacy of the customers and that's why I'm getting the notifications of some person's card transactions and statement on my email address.Even after repeated complaints to customer service (Interaction Id:[protected], they have not taken any action to stop this. I've also sent an email to nodal officer as this clearly deals with customer's privacy. More than 8 days have passed to my complaint and it's clear that no action has been taken on my complaint as I received another card statement. I'll be going to medias soon with all this email interaction, just to show how irresponsible the State Bank of India is. WARNING TO CUSTOMERS: Please re-check the email address you have registered. Someone else may be receiving your transaction details and monthly statements!

                          At last, I sent an email addressed to the Chairman of SBI, & some of the Managing Directors of SBI. They forwarded it to the Manager in-charge to look into the issue and Smt. Poonam Munjal from Nodal Desk - SBI Card resolved this and assured me that I won't be getting any more alerts and somehow they entered wrong email address(my email id) for a customer. She assured me that they have updated their records on the specific account now. Hopefully, this shouldn't happen to anyone else.

                            Sir, My name is Arun Kumar Singh, my SBI card # [protected], I have faced two same type of issues which is like a mental harassment: 1:- I have booked a balance transfer for CITI BANK CARD on April 29, 2014 however the agent did not booked it and I have informed her that my due date is May 02, 2014. However she did not book it and send a request for call back. I received a call back on May 02, 2014. Balance transfer takes 3 days to get the Balance transfer to a card. I have asked the agent who will be responsible for the late payment and EMI bounce charge. Then she arranged a call back from her supervisor within 24 hours. However I never received that call. I called back the customer service on May 03, 2014( Amar Kumar Mehato), I was not satisfied with his answer so I asked to transfer the call to supervisor. They do not transfer the call in first go, I have requested him to transfer the call many times, then he transferred the call to Supervisor(Hasmat). He has taken the request for Balance Transfer again and a Complaint Number[protected]. I was promised that the late payment fee and EMI bounce charges will get revert back to me. 2:- Then again I called on May 06, 2014(Agent name: Ravi Bhushan Singh), I have booked a Balance transfer for HDFC bank card, Booking ID number is :[protected]. My IVR tells me total balance as Rs around 20607.00(Including HDFC Bank Balance transfer). However Balance has not been transferred to the HDFC BANK YET. The due date for HDFC CARD is May 14, 2014. So again I have faced the same issue and for the same issue, I have to talk to the customer service for more than one hour every time, who will be resonsible for those phone bills due to SBI card fault. and I want to file a case against them.                               I have deposited a cheque pf Rs 30000/- on 20/05-14.The cheque was of same bank.The cheque was expected to encahed on 22/05/14on the same day but it didnot happen.On third day i.e. 22/05/14, they didnot mention the problem about the cheque and said to return the cheque.this incident happend at 11 am and they returned cheque at 3 pm that is a complete wastage of time.their behavior was rude.they stamped their branch name on the cheque with signature and didnot cancel that stamp and it was more suffering at other branch.The name of the branch at which this incident happened is SBI Madhyamgram.

                                Sir, when I filled the application form of SBI PO-2014, I filled the exam centre as Bangalore but now due to some reason I have to shift permanently to Lucknow and in next month SBI PO exam is going to held. Sir, please tell what to do if I want to change my exam centre. I really want to give my exam. Please help me so that I can give my exam in Lucknow. Please rply as soon as possible. Its really urgent. Please help me. Thank you

                                Hi, I have chosen Imphal as my test centre but now in my admit card, my exam venue is written as Silchar.. This is really frustrating as the distance is too far and not feasible and very disappointed as all my preparations will go in vain. I would like to suggest to the top management/ exam co-ordinator that we are not even selected or an employee to transfer whenever required. The amount which is going to spend in writing the exam would not be borne by the Bank. So please keep the centres which the candidates have chosen.

                                  My account has been debited with Rs.1555/- twice on 27/10/2013. For this i have logged complaints no.PO[protected] and PO[protected] on 26/11/2013 which was closed without giving credit to me.Hence i contacted to branch and they said both the transaction were successful but how it is possible? If my first transaction were unsuccessful then obviously i made second transaction at merchant POS and it was Successful transaction within interval of 10 minutes only. I want my extra debited amount of 1555/-.

                                    I am holding vodafone mobile no [protected] on behalf of state bank of India. The bill payment is made every month through Internet banking. As per the details of bill received on my online banking, the due date of bill was mentioned as 03.06.2014. Still my mobile services have been discontinued since yesterday.I would like to know the reasons for the same. Please note that, as per the past history of bill payments, all the bills have been paid regularly. This time also there is no delay as the due date mentioned is '03.06.2014'. I have been trying to contact your customer care since yesterday, but it is more painful as even despite holding for more than 5 minutes, there is no further response from the operator and call is disconnected on its own. Considering the above details, i hope my services will be restored immediately.

                                      Hi, I am an account holder of State Bank of India Shastri Nagar Branch, Chennai and I had put a request for linking my second account to my Online SBI Netbanking but instead, the bank has linked my joint account between my wife and me to my mother's Online SBI Netbanking giving her access to the account even when she is not an account holder. Though I have approached the bank officials including the Bank Manager(Operations), they have not rectified the mistake till date. I sent them emails on the subject but to no avail.
