I was holding 39 shares on ex date and dividend was to be [protected]@Rs.10/share but only Rs.70 was credited to my bank account and after rigorous follow up for a-month onlyRs.170 was credited to my ledger after a month.SBIcap is continuously asking me to follow up with the RTA which is useless since RTA pays on the basis of details submitted by the depository.
SBIcap is following illegal policy by retaining our dividends and the people working at the back office have little knowledge of law and keep on arguing unnecessarily.
I have to copy paste the relevant part of law but still they are not aware of the difference between the record date and ex date.

The ex-date or ex-dividend date is the trading date on (and after) which the dividend is not owed to a new buyer of the stock. The ex-date is one business day before the date of record. The date of record is the day on which the company checks its records to identify shareholders of the company.

People hired by SBIcap seem to be lacking in knowledge of law and need to be educated to do justice to their work.
I had submitted my holdings on ex date but still they are prolonging things unnecessarily.
The same is the case with grasim dividend.

    Dear Sir,
    I am valued customer of SBI credit card, find my card got compromised and some unwarranted transaction happens. I need you urgent support to chargeback/ revert the transaction.

    On Aug 23, 2021, I received a call from SBI customer care number -+[protected] which printed back on Credit card. Screen shot attached. They address two things

    1. Provide the new SBI card- which I frequently received to upgrade the existing one.
    2. Change of address-
    Culprits called SBI customer care number -+[protected]
    Another number- [protected]

    In view of verification person took all the relevant information to transfer the balance /credit limit to new upgraded cards and rewards transfer and fraudulent transactions.

    I doubts when he asked some information, said we are from SBI need this information for authentication. He has taken new address details as confirm new card will be dispatched within 2-3 days. I waited for that but it doesn't turn up. I suspected and rose the complains for this fraudulent act.

    Over all SBI Customer care number is compromised and hecked and fraudulent act performed and victimised me

    In view of COVID situation and less salary please request SBI Credit card team to not to generate the Bills as matter is also pending /registered with Cyber cell and State Police and with you which leads to unnecessary financial burden on me.
    I am honest and very diligent card users and paid each and every due in time please help me address the same as I put all the fact honestly.

    Please clear of my unwarranted transaction

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I am CHARAN N, having an account at SBI Sultanpalya Branch, Bengaluru. My account number is [protected] & IFSC is SBIN0003982, I have faced a fraud transaction of INR 295 on 7th September 2021 and on the same 7th September 2021 again INR 295 has been deducted.

      I would like to draw your kind attention in this matter and want you to take immediate action. In the message which I received against this transaction stated that the transaction is performed on behalf of a firm named as Banayan tree in the account statement, I found that it is a total fraud company and it targets only SBI Customers.

      In Account statement it is appearing as below:-

      * 7th September 2021(4:14PM)

        Hi,

        My name is Tomsan K. My SBI account number is [protected].

        I transferred ₹4, 000 to one of my friends' account on 1/Sep/2021, the customer reference number of the transfer us:[protected]

        I was told that the transaction is timed out. On the 3rd of September I raised a dispute, it still shows that the dispute is Open.

        On the 7th of September I lodged a complaint on NPCI 's website and all that I received was a message: Your complaint number is "1301563"

        How to get back my money?

          Sir my father's have a SBI bank account which is not adhar linked, therefore my father's 3tymes submit documents for adhar link but still now adhar was not linked, my father is 72years old not able to go regularly bank, so I request to you please look at the matter and solve problem as soon as possible, thanks

            Sir,

            I have ordered a Hoffen Ho-18 digital electronic LCD personal fitness weighing scale (black) from Amazon which I received on 31 August
            2021 and on the same day(31 August) I return the product.

            Amazon initiated the refund on 1 September and it was expected to credited on 6 September 2021 to my account

            Amazon give me the reference id :[protected] but the state bank of india (SBI) has still not credited my money

            This is urgent please help me as soon as possible 🙏

              Im Using NetBanking in 14/08/2021 for my Amazon order.Then I'm cancelled my order 17/08/2021.The refund amount is 630.00 should not credit in my account Still now.

                My dividends were due since June but we’re credited for a few on 6th September and that too they kept on asking me to write and follow up with the RTA whereas they had received the dividends in their pool account.Our money if received immediately would fetch interests but we lose due to their withholding our dividends for long.This shows they are using our money for themselves.
                This is grossly against government policy and unfair and illegal too.
                Kindly forward this matter to SEBI and RBI to take immediate action against such malpractices.SBIcap has been wasting my lots of presides time by giving false statements everytime.

                  Follow massage repeatedly coming from AX TATACD, though I had not applied for any such credit card from SBI, but I think this is a fraud and I am getting so many time following massage

                  "Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time "
                  If it is from sbi please note it and I think because of your target given to your worker may be they are trying to make fake application, so make sure with whome id it is tried so many time means about 20 massage I got

                    I purchased two products of ₹399 and ₹949 from Amazon and due to size issues I returned them and asked for refund
                    The Amazon said that refund will take 4-5bussiness days to get money in my account but now it's more than and I haven't received my money in bank account

                        This is with reference to transaction of Rs.9000 made on 16th August at SBI ATM, Mayur Vihar at 11.01am, for which the money was not dispensed but the amount was deducted.
                        We called up the customer care on 16th Aug, they assured that this was due to some technical issue and the amount will be refunded back to the account in the next 5-7 days.
                        An FIR was lodged on 24th August in Ghazipur Police Station, FIR No.81680/02/00899.
                        As a follow up we called SBI customer on 25th Aug, since we didn't receive the refund from the bank, they lodged a complaint and gave reference no. 63228672 and again assured that the amount will be refunded in the next 5 days.
                        Since, no amount was refunded yet a follow up call was made to SBI customer care on 3rd Sep, to which they said the complaint has been closed.
                        No resolution was given and the complaint was closed that too without updating the aggrieved party.
                        We asked to reopen the complaint, they asked for exact transaction reference no. which we are uncertain of since there are many transactions that happened for the same amount.
                        Looking forward for early resolution of the same.

                                Due to a problem, I was unable to make the payment.
                                -Recovery agents had called all my relatives for the payment and they harassed them and have also mentioned the amount ( 2lakhs) and they have told them that I have given all references nos of them which are 7 which was false.
                                -They asked to settle the amount.
                                - since I'm out of job took money from other person and paid the amount.
                                - now there is no response from the agency and haven't received ant letter.
                                - i have each and every call recording.

                                      An amount of 1850 was deducted from my account for kerela University admission amount using Sbi Epay but it is showing the transaction is failed and also the amount is deducted from my account
