I have ordered the product on and the price of the product Rs.399, this is the order ID :[protected].
The refund was initiated on 26 July 2021 but still i didn't received the refund in my bank account till now.

    I am really frustrated with the sbi Customer service at the escalation desk. One agent named kiruthika Gupta from customer service head desk is really worst. I had bad experience on escalation service call. They say they escalate the case to the higher level, but at the Escalation ticket. They won't any work at all. For name sake they create ticket and close the ticket . If I ask what is the work done on the ticket. They used repeat only the robotic terms seeing on their system. SBI escalation desk is worthless. On my past three escalation ticket, I saw only the similar robotic terms with any input. I don't why SBI Credit customer service is too poor.

    SBI customer service desk is incompetent to work with customer satisfaction. On the email response itself they expressed their inability. I also expressed SBI credit card division inability in different aspects.

    SBI credit card division have inability to offer promotion.

    SBI credit card division have inability to keep up the hopes given to customers, all hopes on these cases (ref numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] are failed. Subject to approval is always unapproved.

    SBI credit card division have inability to increase credit card limit, for last started with 31000 and ended with 31000 limit on August 15, 2021. My card limit is less than 33% of the spending limit, how you are expecting me to spend RS.100000. It is really Difficulty for me to buy product at higher cost around RS.45000 with the useless credit card of yours.

    SBI credit card division have inability to satisfy customer, I am not happy with their false hopes.

    SBI credit card division have inability to recruite better customer service executive. Even at the highest level customer service head desk, rude agents like kiruthika Gupta are working with better salary package.

    SBI credit card division can reduce the salary of kiruthika with RS.588.89 and give me a annual fee waiver. At least you can retain some good customers.

    SBI credit card division have inability to resolve and address the customer complaints by understanding the subject matter. I requested the for one time coutersy Credit, due to Covid-19 pandemic, but the concern which I addressed not even considered at the escalation. I saw the copy paste text related to spending is not up to mark on both the emails. That is before escalation and after escalation.So it is clearly states that my cases are not even processed at the escalation desk. The cases are name sake opened and closed after the certain time period . I understand that you tried to waste my time with the trick. Anyhow I won't fall on the trap.

    SBI credit card division have inability to show care and courtesy to customer.

    SBI credit card division is rigid with strict rules. You can try to have a robo as customer, which follows your rules and accept all your terms.
    As an human I failed to know your promotion and offers in the system due to time frame restriction of my busy schedule but got better deals from private, so I didn't think about it

    SBI credit card division have inability to compete with other bank. I got really good deals and service from other bank.

    I understand the complaint against the sbi customer service head desk is useless. I have the ability speak with the highest level. I think it is waste of time. Since the management system lacks professionalism. I am going to file complaint against the agent kiruthika in bad ombudsman for her behavior. I think action is not taken against her.

          31000/- has been debited from my SBI Bhitoli Khurd, Lucknow Account without my knowledge on 27 & 29 Aug. 21. No OTP received not MSG alert for 10, 000/- . 2 transection of 10k, 5 transection of 2 K and 1 transection of 1K. All transection done from "FI Txn @ CSP outlet". Bank has to return the amount as it is there fault

            I don’t normally post these things but I am extremely disappointed and truly angry for the first time with SBI Card SBI CSP. I made the mistake o[censored]sing their credit card and for the past 5 years, since I’ve migrated, have tried to cancel this card. I have paid unnecessary annual fees for all these years and not used the card, however, thanks to covid when we have time on our hand, I started writing to them, and I have had 5 emails up and down saying ‘We are sad to see you go’ however they don’t cancel the card, they tell me hey will waive the fee! I am holding on to every ounce of patience trying to explain I don’t live here and I don’t use the card, they can’t force me to use a service I don’t want! We should know that it is federal crime to force someone to use a credit card which could push them to hardship bankruptcy and mental health issues. They finally agree to shut the car shut say the annual fees will have to be paid!!! WhaT HAPPENED TO IT WAS BEING WAIVED AND YOU WERE SAD TO SEE ME GO??!!

            Does our Banking system have any accountability as to what they do to our people? Their mental health? We place our hard earned money in their hands and all they do is Rob us?! And then we wonder where our worries come from? Is that what this has come to? I would like to speak to the directors of SBI and ask them if they did it fair to first force someone to use their services and then charge them? Would they pay if they were in Our place? Is that what your years of management studies taught you? Steal from your people?! Become mafias! You guys r in Australia too and I will make sure you are defamed here too!!
            And I can’t even get started on how your call centres and customer service people work. Poor guys r stuck with silly trainings to act dumb, i empathise with them, it’s not their fault, they have been trained to do this! this is our future India? I ask again - Mr CEO, would you call your own call centre or write to them? It’s not created to help, it’s created to drive people insane!!
            I am a very proud Indian and it breaks my heart to see this, we r very intelligent and hard working people, I take a lot of pride when I talk about our people, but when I experience this, I can’t help but feel so cheated and disappointed!!

              Please note that SBIcap is not a fair site.It is furnishing incorrect holding details to the RTA itself and unreasonably asking us to follow up with the RTAs whereas they are minting money by retaining our dividends and following an unfair means to earn.I feel they are not satisfied with the huge brokerages they are earning that thru have to resort to such illegal practices.
              It is cheating clients.

                मेरा नाम दिनेश्वर पाण्डेय है में आपकी संस्था में मेरा खाता है आज मैंने 40हज़ार निकलने गया था में बुजुर्ग हु ज्यादा देर तक खड़ा नही हो पाता लाइन तो में दूसरे काउंटर में गया था जो 50 हज़ार से ज्यादा के निकासी करते है। मैंने उनको अपना निकासी फॉर्म दिया था पर उन्होंने मुझे पैसा नही दिया ये कहा कि यंहा नही दूंगा; चूंकि मेरी उम्र बहुत ज्यादा है और में पेंशन भोगी हूं इस चलते 50 हज़ार के नीचे निकसि में बहुत लंबा लाइन था ।मुझे इस कोरोना काल मे बैंको का दुर्व्यहार मुझे अच्छा नही लगा इस पर कुछ करवाई करे हम जैसे 75 साल के बाद वाले बुर्जुगों का क्या होगा क्या हमें पैसा निकालने के लिए बार बार ऐसे दुर्व्यवहार का सामना करना पड़ेगा? कोरोना काल मे इस तरीके का दुर्व्यवहार होगा हम बुजुगों के साथ!

                  Since last 40 minutes both website and app can’t be used to place orders and the collateral limit is gone.Calling helpline they say that the website is getting updated.I don’t think it is fair to update during trading hours.SBIcap charges for everything without looking at the hardships they create

                    I ordered a package by Amazon in August 6, 2021 of Rs.5, 155. And I asked for a refund to Amazon for that package and they initiated the refund on 15 August 2021 and they gave me the refund reference number on 21 August 2021 but I still not received my refund in my SBI bank account.

                      This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of INR 3784.65

                      i never use card online and never share card details to anybody

                        Dear SBI,

                        I myself Larence A bearing account number in SBI, requested for Cheque Book on 25.08.21, and I got a mail alert regarding dispatch on 27.08.21 with tracking id, I tried to track with this id anywhere even in my netbanking also, but today I got a call from [protected] saying "my courier has gone deactivated and I need pay him only 2rs for activatin my parcel but only through Phonepay or through Google pay only, and his language was too harsh, and he said he cancelled my parcel", So SBI please explain this situation and when will I get my cheque book and whats the status of Cheque book dispatch status how can I track with the given tracking number. And I tried to reach u through customer care number even that's also not reachable, so how we contact u. So please do answer soon.

                          There has been a refund of ₹4457 from Air Asia on cancellation of flight tickets. Air Asia has claimed that they have already refunded the amount but I haven’t received any amount yet.
                          The refund ID is [protected]. Please look into the matter and let me know if you require any further details.

                                SBIcap is sending e mails for demat charges debit and that if they don’t recover from bank or ledger they would levy DPC whereas they are retaining lots of our monies by way of dividends and cashback credit is being delayed since 21-8-21
                                I think this is not fair that they retain our money and one has to follow up constantly with them with no fruitful results at all.
                                They are working against public interests and action should be taken to stop such mal practices

                                    Dear Sirs,

                                    Due to pandemic, I have lost my job in March. Since then it's been a hard struggle to meet my ends. I have asked my PL from another bank to give some time and they have realigned my account and given time to start payment from next year. I have asked the same to SBI or any EMI options if possible. Instead of giving a clear suggestion or further guidance, the customer care/collection agents started calling my relatives and my father ( some of them are heart patients, including my father who is recovering from a major bypass). Too much of vulgar and obscene language they are using. Kindly look into this.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I am facing financial crises to make payment on multiple banks Loan/Credit outstanding, And their recovery agents approaching me to collect due, Since last 1 year am paying amount to bank recovery agents, but still due to interest and other charges still outstanding amount remain same.

                                      Now its difficult to pay all creditors payments and am approaching banks for settlement of outstanding with higher waiver and EMI's.

                                      Also send mail to SBI Credit card outstanding settlement in EMI's. But not getting any response and regular interest and other charges included in my credit cards.

                                      Requested to stop harassing the recovery agent and provide easy emi to pay credit card with waiver settlement amount.
