I am Senior Citizen has visited the Bank on 30th July-2021 for Gold loan closer procedure & i am having 1st Number at Gold Loan staff counter at 11.00 AM & shown the proof that there is sufficient balance in my account but upto 2.00 PM the staff & Branch Manager has so lethargy they neglected and takes three Hrs even though i have explain that 2 months child was at home they have not paid attention.

Second incidence was that previously two time i have visited the Branch Manager she says that i am on online training program so not attended me properly. Hence i would like to state that Bank is Customer oriented but in working Hrs such activity is not good sign as what i face? then other Ille rate customer where they have to go.when she is busy in such activity.

Thirdly as a senior Citizen waiting for Branch Manager from 3.00PM she was not in Cabin but staff says she is not in office but will come so wait & i am waiting upto 2.00 Hrs & then she come alongwith her family in Car not paying attention to us & left with her family in Car

All these incidences are not good sign for Customer oriented Nationalize bank today i have spent two Hrs to lodge on line complaint to SBI Customer Care site but after feeding all information i click the submit button message appear as ERR_CACHE_MISS & so on messages

      I Raju Nanaji Dhawas visited branch on wednesday for purpose of joining my spouse to my Salary account for future use as i am going to be retired soon
      While entering office arm guard mr Nilesh more insulted me with words in marathi तुम्ही पिकले पण शिकले नाही. This is jot the proper way to talk with old age customers.
      Kindly do the needful.

        Dear sir I had visited on 6 July 2021 at Bindki Branch district Fatehpur Uttar Pradesh for cash deposit 6000 but cashier denied to deposit cash while he had doing gossiping with staff at 15:30 pm, when I met with Branch Manager Mr.Niraj Tiwari and told about cash deposit is very necessary and now is bank working time then he told me that we are not depositing cash less then 50000,
        He used very bad language and shouted on me
        Kindly do the needful because this is not a customer handling way by a Manager.

          After updating my PAN details with my SBI account online many times, the status shows up as "unprocessed" or re-register.

              My name is Ashutosh Garkoti and I had booked a flight from amazon at 1 May 2021, the flight booking trip id. Is {[protected]} the flight has been cancelled at 5th may 2021 by go air flight services. In 28/may/2021 Amazon insisted my refund amount reference number[protected]
              The refund amount 3344 was not credited in my bank account.
              And the Amazon say's please contact at State Bank of India branch or call customer care numbers of S.B.I, and State Bank of India says contact Amazon for refund what can I do, I am totally depressed, please help 😓 me.

                I did not get allotment of Zomato ipo. So by now my money should have been unblocked by my bank(SBI). But I haven't got any refund amount till now and most of the people who booked have already got their amount revoked by now.
                I want to use that money for another work. I am a student and that amount I've to use it for my studies. Kindly unblock the money. I've given/attached all the information about ipo booking.
                SBI please help me with this.

                    I used SBI internet banking for payment of Amazon orders for Rs.496/- two times. Order got auto canceled giving reason payment declined by bank. Same amount got deducted from my account. Bank says transaction is successful and it is settled with merchant. Amazon says they haven't received payment as order is auto canceled. Now my money is stuck in space between this two. I am trapped in loop between SBI and Amazon

                        Hi,

                        I am unable to view my account as I am not getting the OTP to the number I registered with my account. It is frustrating not to be able to check my balance or to know of the activities on my account. It is not safe to go to the crowded bank that is open, due to covid rules, just 3 working days. Not convenient for me as only week end works for me (but the bank is closed, due to covid related rules). What is the solution?

                        About 3-4 years ago, I had submitted a written notice to the bank to change my registered phone to a new one. It succeeded for a while and I had made several purchases with the otp coming to the correct phone. Apparently, the otp to access my online account is going to the old phone which does Not belong to me anymore..I am shocked and actually disappointed at this slack in security.
                        Am not getting otp to view my account. But getting otp to lodge the complaint on sbi website or to make online purchase!
                        This matter is NOT resolved. SBI sends an automated email saying it has been resolved! As per the email, my phone number on your records is the OLD number that I already informed the bank as 'changed.' I gave a written statement to this effect about 3-4 years ago. SBI sends OTP to access my online account to this old/irrelevant number! And sends me an email that the matter is resolved????
                        August 6th. Matter still not resolved. Otp not coming to the correct phone number. Bank sent an automated message that matter had been resolved. Their rationale for that unbelievably lame email is that they otp has been sent to a 98... Number. That number is Not my number. I even gave a written note to this effect three to four years ago. How long does sbi needs to update their system?

                              Sir today on 31.07.2021, I visited SBI, Karanjade Panvel Branch to submit cash of 25000/_ each on two of my parents accounts. This is a new branch which is visited by very few customers in a day. I visited at 13.15hrs, the staff were having their lunch, so out of courtesy, I waited for around 15 min. I was the only customer then in the branch. After their lunch, when I submitted my deposit form, it was refused...However the said accounts were successfully deposited the same amounts by the same branch on 17.07.2021. The money I loaned from someone as it was required by my parents at our native place. I submitted written complaint in the branch and I am having receipt of it.

                                  I had done 4 transactions on 17th July 2021 from State Bank of India through Netbanking to purchase items from Amazon .All the 4 orders got cancelled due to " Payment Declination from the bank ", however the amount was debited from my bank. I waited for 10 days for the amount to be reversed, but it has still not happened.

                                    I had done online payment with SBI Interne tbanking for order of Rs. 4515 on 17Jul 2021 on Amazon. The amount was debited but the order didn't get through.

                                    I raised query with Amazon and they said the issue is at the bank and they havent' received the amount. They told me to file a charge dispute with the bank. I tried reaching the bank regarding this issue but couldn't get through with the bank as well.

                                    Attached Transaction Reference number and debit on my bank statement.

                                    Please resolve this issue soon so i can get my REFUND.
