I am writing this mail regarding the payment of SBI card no.[protected].
Me and my family has been harassed by SBI Recovery Agents.
Mr.Sadguru - [protected] (Mob no.)
Mr.Praveen - [protected] (Landline no.)
Regardless of the status payment delay for 2 months from now I need an explanation on the recovery methods from SBI. following few points as we have been mentally harassed and tortured in the name of SBI .
1. (Date - 01/01/2021, Mr. Sadguru) After repeatedly asking for identification of SBI employee ID card and email id, the agent kept saying i will show the id card card only after showing payment proof.
- My father (68yrs old) was alone at home and the agent kept harassing him about payment proof.
2. (Date - 01/01/2021, Mr. Sadguru) When the agent started harassing me on missing payment commitment I offered him to give explanation and details on email about missing commitment too but he straight away refused to give me any details until I gave him payment details.I explained to him that I joined new job on 21st Dec 2020 as its a new job I cannot have conversation in office hours, I will call you at lunch time at 1:30PM or you call me at that time but still he kept messaging, calling me through call/sms/whatsapp
3. (Date - 02/01/2021, Mr. Sadguru) Agent called on my Father's phone and again harassed him calling me a liar in an intimidating and abusing tone and kept pressuring him for payment.
My father asked him if it's a non-payment issue you can proceed with any LEGAL process further.
4. (Date - 02/01/2021, Mr. Praveen) Another Agent called my Father again said that he is illiterate to believe in his daughter's lies and kept insulting me and abusing me, asking my father to beat me with sandals.
5. Agents have also shared all details of payable amount and due amount information with my father illegally. I already have Anxiety Disorder and my 68yrs old senior citizen father is stressed with all this information and its affecting our relationship and both of our mental health.
6. During all the calls Above mentioned agents keep saying they are from SBI officially, refusing to provide any identification or provide official mail id for written communication all the while intimidating, harassing and abusing for payment.
These days of the start of this year have been so brutal and mentally torturing because of SBI recovery agents. Me and my parents haven't been able to sleep for two days, my father is scared even when our doorbell rings.
I DEMAND SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION AND ACTION FOR ALL HARASSMENT AND TRAUMA CAUSED TO ME AND MY FAMILY IN THIS PROCESS FROM AUTHORITIES.
I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ROUTE IF MY CONCERNS ARE NOT ADDRESSED/RESOLVED IN NEXT 7 WORKING DAYS UPON SENDING THIS MAIL.
I am already in the process of filing complaints against the SBI Recovery Agents to Police.
I have all the call recordings, WhatsApp chats for all above mentioned points.
Awaiting prompt revert as I am really scared for mine and family's mental health and physical safety due to such abusive intimidating behaviour by SBI Recovery Agents.
