Sir, I have applied for IB ACIO and payment has been done through UPI(Rs 600) but money is debited and marked as a failure on the application site and I had done the second payment through the debit card which was a success now the money has not been yet refunded kindly please resolve this issue

        My name is Priyanka Adhikary and I had ordered a book named lame excuse of RS. 338 in snapdeal on 04 January 2021 and on 07 January2021 it got cancelled from their end and they refunded on 07 January 2021.
        snapdeal initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Snapdeal sent this reference number
        210096 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank Of india doesn't have such policy. So

        My name is lakshith M and i had ordered sg professional cricket trousers and sg half sleeves shirt or Rs.1315 from amazon and had returned the produt on 18th of December 2020.Amazon initiated the refund on 18th december 2020 but I did not receive the amount.amazon sent me these 2 reference numbers[protected] and[protected] and asked me to fill a charge dispute form in the bank.But state bank of india does not have any such facility.kindly respond as soon as possible as its urgent.thank you

            We are availing a loan facility from your bank since 01/06/2019 vide account number [protected] with 8.95% interest Rate. We have been paying EMI of Rs 25255 + interest/- since 15/09/2019. We enjoyed a 6 month moratorium period as covid relief measure. The interest accumulated in this period was approx Rs 57068/- which was debited from our cash credit account on 31/08/20. Moreover an additional loan account was created automatically in our name and Rs 57429/- interest was debited from this loan account on 01/09/2020 and Rs 57293/- again on 14/09/2020. This does mean that this interest has been charged thrice. We have been following up with the bank regarding cancellation of this loan account

              Hi..!
              i had ordered the product, HP FD236W 32GB USB 2.0 Pen Drive, on 29/11/2020 for rs.475
              the order id is #[protected]
              i waited many days but product was not recieved.
              so i cancelled the product and asked for refund.
              the refund was issued on 14/12/2020.
              they said the refund was processed on 14/12/2020 and issued a refund reference number on 23/12/2020
              they said that the amount will be appeared in my account within four business days, but it's been almost 30 days, still the amount hasn't been appeared in my account.
              the refund reference number is, #339960.
              so please help me..!

                I had visited the SBI main branch, in Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand for resetting / unlocking my internet banking account. I was never given the correct response. When I continuously informed the concerned staffs that trying from YONO app did not resolve my issue, they kept on misguiding me & asked to try again & again. Never expected such ### behaviour from SBI employees. I have my account with CITI, HDFC, the CUSTOMER service is adorable. Never ever had I visited the private bank branch more than once for any issue, whereas for SBI, I had to visit 4 times, without getting any resolution. The CUSTOMER service is pathetic. Request the concerned authorities to learn about CUSTOMER service from the private banks. Worst Experience.

                      My name is Akansha Jindal and i recently opened a saving account on 30th sep 2020, at sbi bank chhachhrauli his ifsc code is. Sbin0050235, account no. [protected], cif no. [protected]

                      I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “ cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                      I have visited the branch many times but didn’t any solutions all kyc documents already submitted. Kindly look in to this matter on urgent basis.

                          I want to close my credit card number permanently [protected]. Please stop charging me for it. I already reported to block my card. And I don't want any new card issued for me. Besides why would I have to pay annual charge for a card that is lost. I don't want to use it anymore. STOP CHRAGING FOR IT!

                            I would like to inform you that, I have made twice a payment to INSTADUBAIVISA.COM by mistaken from my sbi account in 169 $ x 160 $, and then immediately they refunded 169 $, but in my account I have received only Rs. 169 only, after that I have complained in dubai consumer and then they replied with all documents, it's seems that there is some technical error in SBI . I am requesting to you to make clear my query ASAP.

                              I ve made a purchase in flipkart and again i ve returned it but i didnt got refund into my account.i ve contacted to cust. Care they told they ve intiated refund but i didnt refund on estimated date .again i contacted them, they told contact to you bank.I visted bank also, they also telling same, contact flipkart.They are not even trying and checking my problem and flikart also gave me payment reference no- PZT[protected]NHHE402 and refund reference no[protected].They are not solving my problem and flipkart also not responding and not helping.i dont kno what else to do.plzz solve my problem.Thank you.

                                I was order a product on bewakoof.com on 8 th November bt due to some reason i cancelled it on 8th Nov ...the order id is[protected]. As per bewakoof.com the refund amount of Rs.224 was initiated on 19 th of November by my original payment method on Google pay account that is "[protected]@oksbi" The reference id of refund is "[protected]".

                                  I am facing issue in home loan disbursement process, to disburse home loan sales team from sbi debit home loan amount from loan account, that time system shows cif is not scrutinized by LCPC, but here issue is I am able to perform all transactions under same cif number which have saving account, but loan account not able to disburse, sbi rscpc trying to resolve this issue from 1 month but no update

                                    After a moratorium during lockdown, I paid 24, 000 to bank before period end. Even then, the bank sent agents to my home. And one Rahul Nikam on phone spoke to me with extreme rudeness.

                                    Since September, I have been paying my EMIs regularly, before due date. Even then, I keep on receiving calls almost daily, well before next EMI due. And even when I tell them the date, they call again next day, or sometimes on the same day, asking same information. One lady even told me that it is her duty to call regularly. That it is the automated system. And that I need to receive call daily and expected to give same information again and again, even when I never delayed EMIs. And the due date to this month is yet to come.

                                    The latest is today, on 8th January, 2021.

                                    +[protected].Today at 16.38. When I asked this person how many times will you remind, he asked why I was asking him this. When I started to reveal data, he feigned as if I did not respond. He began saying, response na milne ki vajah se aapki call disconnect kee jaa rahee hein. And then I received a call from above number.

                                    Same day, today itself, I received a call from number
                                    +[protected] at 15.15

                                    I received a call from a lady from mobile number
                                    +[protected] at 13.25 on 7th January 2021 yesterday.

                                    Then before it, I received a call from
                                    +[protected] at 9.11 on Thursday, 7th January, 2021.

                                    And on Monday, 4th January, 2021 from phone number
                                    +[protected].

                                    I wish to tell that, my EMI payment falls due on 11th of every month, and so far, for last 4 months, I have been paying well before due date.

                                    This is a harassment. Please help me.

                                      Hello sir,
                                      my name is rahul lingarwar and I have done 1 upi trasnsection with phone pe app I have sent 5000rs by my number [protected] linked sbi ac number [protected] using phone pe app to [protected] linked sbi ac number [protected] on dated 2 january, 2021. In that transection money is debited in my account but not credited to receivers account. the transection id is T2101021725205140355304 and UTR is[protected]
                                      I have contacted phone pe support about the matter but they told me that transection is completed and they have got confirmation by bank side I have also contacted the state bank of india customer care and they told me phone pe is third party app and they dont have any information about this transection they both not sort out my matter thatswhy I m writting to you. plz help me because my money is debited but not credited to receivers account. please help me out that
