Rs. 72 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
and sorry i don't have small account. also i am using credit card of sbi

    sir,
    i anita gandhi am a lecturer and working in haryana govt school . I am a victim of online fraud. Incident happened dated on 12/09/2017.
    At that time i was having my salary account in state bank of india- ballabgarh (haryana) branch.
    Incident happened on 12/09/17 is explained-
    today (dated on 12/9/17 at 4.05 pm) somebody-mr rahul sharma called me on my mobile and said that i am an rbi employee and posted in noida.He used mobile no- [protected] which is now switched off.
    He asked me about my sbi card details very cleverly, unfortunately i believed on him (due to rbi employee) and told my debit card details with otp (received on mobile).
    Actually he said that he is going to link my debit card with adhar.
    He cheated me very cleverly and with drew total amount of rs 50000/ approx. From my saving account and utilised in different wallets transactions as mpaisa, airtel money, payu and ola.

    due to this fraud i lost approx.Rs 50000/ which is a hard earned money of a teacher.Despite lot of effort of my husband i only recovered rs 9998/ (from payu) back in my saving account.Kindly help to get refund of my balance money (air tel money, ola, mpaisa/vodaphone) and take corrective action as soon as possible so that nobody can cheat people in this fashion. I sent my complaint in bank and on different portals also but i am still struggling to recover my money lost in online fraud.
    Let me know is there any other way to recover my lost money.

      I rcvd message fromBX-SBIKBP of cash withdrwal from account( not mine)
      Why such messages I receive in my fone
      Some time gas subsidy messages also keep coming .. may be some one using my number
      Please look into the matter

      Please take necessary action against them so that we can save poor people who doesn't know about these frauders.

        I have ordered and returned two product from Amazon i. e Gulabi Fab women's black jacket and Royal station men's jacket denim. The Amazon has issued the refund and it was said that the money will be credited to my account by 14 Jan and 15 jan but still the money is not credited to my account .The RRN number are 347378 and 546831 respectively. Please add the money to my account.

        Sir, I have complaint but still pending. The complaint is still pending . It is still Unsolved please solve it.

I ordered i payment online and i cancel on the same day but didnot received any money till today...i cancel it on January 9 and the customer service of Amazon told me to wait 5-7 days and when i contack them again they say that they already issued the refund and gave me the reference id[protected]

            Sir I booked a train ticket from my SBI festival rupay card on 25/11/2020 which was given to government servent with ₹10000 pre loaded balance as a festival advance which will expired on 31/03/2021. So no account no. was register with this only a utsav rupay card was given for transactions. But my ticket is not confirmed and IRCTC refunded the amount on 09/12/2020 with

            But till yet the amount is not refunded back in my Festival Rupay Card.

              Hello. I am raising a complaint aga inst SBI Card. I previously owned an SBI Card ( VISA Platinum) number [protected], which i had to block due to fraudulent withdrawal. Matter was resolved. However, consequently my replacement card never arrived. Having no option, I closed the card account after clearing all outstanding bills. That was 2 years ago. Now I want to apply for a fresh Credit Card, but after submission of all documents and filling forms, system is not accepting my application based on false information that my credit score is bad. I wish to clarify that -
              1. I have never defaulted on any loan
              2. My savings bank account balance is more than sufficient
              3. My monthly salary is 1 lac plus ( proof attached)
              4. I have only 1 loan, i.e. car loan with outstanding of Rs. 17, 000/- only
              5. I am a salaried individual serving in Government, having salary account with SBI Laitumkhrah Branch since 2008
              6. I have 18 years of service left
              7. CIBIL score is 735/900 as on 31/12/2020 ( report attached)

              Based on the above mentioned facts, I am hereby putting this query to SBI Card as to why my application was denied?

                Respected Sir,

                SBI METRO CREDIT CARD[protected] **** **** 6338

                Because of Covid19 global issue & some personal reasons my financial situation is weak so I settled down my 3 SBI card in same month. My brother help to pay the dues (Mr. Manoj-[protected]). For SBI Simply Save & SBI Tata card I paid all settlement amount as per settlement letter before due date, now this both cards are ZERO i.e. settled down properly.

                But I am not able to paid SBI metro card settlement amount on time till date I paid 33000+44000+41000 only, near about Rs.1, 95, 000+ settlement amount against SBI metro card pending from my side. Last more than a month two of my family members were admitted in hospital, one family member is in very critical health situation. I know these are my personal problems.

                Mr. Girish ([protected]) with the help of Mr. Dilshad Sir ([protected]) settled down my SBI metro card. I know from our side we not able to complete our commitment & not able to pay settlement amount because of family medical emergency. Last date as per SBI metro card settlement letter was 07 Jan 2021. So Mr. Dilshad sir & Mr. Girish told us, suggest us to pay Rs.28000 after that they will extend settlement time, but that Rs.28, 000 also we not able to pay till date, but by tomorrow 15 Jan 2021 we definitely pay the same.

                My complaint against SBI tele caller executive. Today morning I got call from ([protected]-----Time 11.02AM), to that lady I share above mentioned everything, she simply told me pay the Rs.28, 000 as Dilshad sir told you & shre payment details with them. But after sometime hardly one hour later that same executive & another executive ([protected], [protected]) start contacting at my family members & relatives number continue harras them using slang language. Just one lady executive told me that Mr. Girish suggest her to call my family members & relatives continue & intensionally harras them.

                Me, my family members & relatives have been harassed and threatened by sbi card recovery agents and inspite of repeated complaints bank did not take any action.

                I will ready to pay SBI metro card settlement dues but need more time but in between these executives continuosly harrs me and my family members & relatives in wrong way. If I did suicide because of this unwanted harrasment the above mentioned lady executives responsible for that.

                Kindly guide me in this hard times.

                  I ordered a product from Amazon worth rupees 350 and later on due to quality issues i returned it Amazon initiated the refund on 4/January/2020 and it was supposed to be credited on my account by 9 January but it's not there

                  My reference number number is 581293...The refund is done from Amazon 's side and despite of having Refund reference number SBI is not crediting my amount

                            A Sum of Rs 688.11 is Deducted as DOM surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the Plus Point of Going CashLess when Bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. no where is Mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so Its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or Proper Information why a certain amount is Deducted

                                I have ordered a Dell Km117 Wireless Keyboard Mouse on 22 December 2020 and the price of the product is Rs.1499. The order Id is[protected]. It was to be recieved on 29-Dec-2020.But I have cancelled my product on 27-Dec-2020.
                                Amazon initiated the refund on 28-Dec-2020 and it was expected to come on 06-Jan-2021.
                                Amazon gave me the reference id 30005403640357162732190 but the State Bank Of India bank has still not credited my money.

                                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                                  My name is Priyanka Adhikary and I had ordered a book named lame excuse of RS. 338 in snapdeal on 04 January 2021 and on 07 January 2021 it got cancelled from their end and they refunded on 07 January 2021.

                                  snapdeal initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Snapdeal sent this reference number
                                  210096 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank Of india doesn't have such policy. So
                                  please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                    State Bank Of India [SBI] debit adjustment - slop charges applied

                                    I had opened home loan account with sbi on 22/10/2019. When loan account was opened, we were informed there was a processing fee wavier and additional charge and I see that on 15/12/2020, slop charges of rs 1000/- with narration as debit adjustment. We need to understand as to why this slop charges are applied I believe that this slop charges are to be applied post 3 or 5 years of opening the home loan account....

                                    The CPAO, New Delhi has already send a letter to SBI, Kolkatta vide letter No. : CPAO/A2/2020/CALL BACK/P- /OTH2030463Dated : 16/11/2020 REGARDING -Return of the both halves of PPO No.[protected] in r/o Late. SMT NEELA WATI, But till date the SBI kolkatta pension cell has not respond any thing. It is request to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible

                                      I bought Red chief shoes from amazon of rupees 2475/- Then I returned it cause it was not comfortable. Amazon initiate the refund of rupees 2457/- on 23-Dec-2020 till date my account is not been credited for the refund initiated by amazon. its been 20 days now. they have gave me RRN (Refund Reference Number) which is 864895.
                                      Amazon executive told me to contact with SBI customer care center and give them reference code. I tried many time but SBI service executive give me the same answer that they cant do anything in this matter.

                                      I have attached screenshots. Please sir help me to get my refund as soon as possible.
