SBI METRO CREDIT CARD[protected] **** **** 6338
Because of Covid19 global issue & some personal reasons my financial situation is weak so I settled down my 3 SBI card in same month. My brother help to pay the dues (Mr. Manoj-[protected]). For SBI Simply Save & SBI Tata card I paid all settlement amount as per settlement letter before due date, now this both cards are ZERO i.e. settled down properly.
But I am not able to paid SBI metro card settlement amount on time till date I paid 33000+44000+41000 only, near about Rs.1, 95, 000+ settlement amount against SBI metro card pending from my side. Last more than a month two of my family members were admitted in hospital, one family member is in very critical health situation. I know these are my personal problems.
Mr. Girish ([protected]) with the help of Mr. Dilshad Sir ([protected]) settled down my SBI metro card. I know from our side we not able to complete our commitment & not able to pay settlement amount because of family medical emergency. Last date as per SBI metro card settlement letter was 07 Jan 2021. So Mr. Dilshad sir & Mr. Girish told us, suggest us to pay Rs.28000 after that they will extend settlement time, but that Rs.28, 000 also we not able to pay till date, but by tomorrow 15 Jan 2021 we definitely pay the same.
My complaint against SBI tele caller executive. Today morning I got call from ([protected]-----Time 11.02AM), to that lady I share above mentioned everything, she simply told me pay the Rs.28, 000 as Dilshad sir told you & shre payment details with them. But after sometime hardly one hour later that same executive & another executive ([protected], [protected]) start contacting at my family members & relatives number continue harras them using slang language. Just one lady executive told me that Mr. Girish suggest her to call my family members & relatives continue & intensionally harras them.
Me, my family members & relatives have been harassed and threatened by sbi card recovery agents and inspite of repeated complaints bank did not take any action.
I will ready to pay SBI metro card settlement dues but need more time but in between these executives continuosly harrs me and my family members & relatives in wrong way. If I did suicide because of this unwanted harrasment the above mentioned lady executives responsible for that.
Kindly guide me in this hard times.

Please take necessary action against them so that we can save poor people who doesn't know about these frauders.
