      I had ordered a device from oneplus.in which later i had cancelled and opted for a refund they provided me with a transaction id from their side which is PUA[protected] but the amount hasnt been deposited yet in my account.

        Dear sir/mam
        I appeared in sbija 2020 pre exam but 4 and half months passed away but still we are impatiently waiting for the results. Due to covid-19 we don't have enough opportunities in govt sector jobs and candidates are feeling hopeless. Whenever you conduct mains exam but you should declare the pre result at first asap so that we can prepare for mains free mindedly with a hope in this unfortunate situation. Hope you will understand tension level of aspirants and will resolve my query instantly.

          The refund has never been processed against payment made online through amazon pay upi and bank selected was sbi. But no refund has been generated so far. Refund reference no. Provided by amazon customer care is[protected] dt 29/05/2020. Kindly process the refund to my bank account as till date no refund has been processed for given refund reference number.

              Dear sir/mam i use my card so frequently and i notice that sbi deducted some little amount in the name of some subcharge. And it happens almost daily. I dont understand why and what charges there are. Please return my all the extra charges till today which sbi charges from me. I am attaching screenshot of charges.

                This is about atm fraud happened in bhubaneswar ie estate branch. My father lost 2.10 lakh from atm fraud. I have raised complaint with bank and lodged fir also. But as a customer, i have not received any help from them. After blocking my debit card also, the stolen card is getting automatically unblocked twice by bank. Bank should take action regarding this otherwise no one money safe with sbi. It can be stolen by anyone and no one will be there to help.

                  Refund initiated from amazon on 3rd July but not recieved and reflected in my bank account.
                  Amazon says it is fault of the bank but no one is helping me out.
                  Neither bank exicutive is listening to me.

                  I dont know but the money has been credited to me as soon as the first email came to me from consumer forum. I thanks consumer forum Because they resolved my waiting issue in 3 to 4 hours after first mail came to me I am very glad to see hardworking consumer officials in this lockdown..I thank them because I got my money without going anywhere

                  I payed my netbanking

                  This is to thank consumer complain forum who took action in 1 day only..I was not expwcting sucha quick response from consumer forum.

                  This makes more trust and I will reccomend this procedure to everyone.3-4 hours after the first email ai got my money back.
                  I am very happy to see still some officials aree there for my help.
                  To listen my problem.
                  I am a student and I am very happy that I do not know the norms and procedures.
                  But consumer complain helped me a lot.

                      Dear Sir,

                      A refund of Rs. 57, 990/- was successfully processed on 3rd of July, 2020 to my account whose reference no. is "IGAIWQZTJ4" and amazon order no. is "#[protected]". This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but I haven't received the refund till now.
                      Please do the needful.

                        I had made a payment of Rs. 499/- on the 6th of July to Flipkart using the payment app Google Pay. The payment was unsuccessful and the amount was deducted from my account.
                        After contacting Flipkart they told me that they didn't receive any amount, Google Pay told me that they don't hold any amount and SBI said they cannot help with third party app transactions. In all these processes my amount is stuck and I can't find a way to receive a refund.

                        So, I kindly request your help in getting my refund amount back as soon as possible.

                            सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मेरा स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया कि यमुना विहार शाखा में एक बचत खाता था 16 मई 2019 को मैंने बैंक के बाहर लगी कैश डिपाजिट मशीन में 15500/- रूपए जमा किए थे इस तारीख से कुछ दिन पहले मुझे बैंक की तरफ से kyc कराने के लिए मेसेज प्राप्त हुआ था तो मैंने बैंक में जाकर kyc करवा ली बैंक अधिकारी ने मुझसे कहा कि आप कुछ पैसा जमा करवाओ ताकि अकाउंट चलता रहे मैंने बैंक के बाहर लगी कैश डिपाजिट मशीन में 15500/- (पंद्रह हज़ार पांच सौ रूपए) जमा किये मशीन ने रूपया तो जमा कर लिया लेकिन मेरे अकाउंट में पैसा नहीं आया मैंने इसकी शिकायत अगले दिन बैंक में की क्योंकि उस दिन बैंक का कार्य समय ख़तम हो गया था काफी चक्कर लगवाने के बाद भी मेरे पैसे वापस नहीं आये तबसे लेकर आज तक कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया की वेबसाइट पर भी शिकायत की लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ अभी मुझे आपकी वेबसाइट के बारे में पता चला तो तुरंत आपके पास भी शिकायत कर रहा हूँ
                            कृपया करके मेरी शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेकर मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस करवाने में मेरी मदद करें

                              I have apply for new cheque book by online banking of 10 bearer cheque on 12july2020, from sbi madhu nagar agra uttarpradesh 282001 home branch. But suddenly deducted 177rs from my account. Whatever my old cheque book is present in my hand but address is wrong printed, and my bank didnot update its due to covid19. So apply for new cheque book. It is free. So please refund my money and reply me how much charge will be paid for 10 bearer cheque book.

                                Dear sir, i have apply online for new cheque book of 10 leaves. Because of my old cheque book printed wrong address. I have still my old cheque book.
                                Sbi bank deducted charges of 177rs, immediately and send me message. Whenever it is free because of bank fault beacause of in my old cheque, address not updated by bank due to covid19. Please refund my money and tell me clearly how much charge will be paid by me for 10 bearer cheque book.

                                  I have received the confirmation mail of amazon that my refund for one of my cancelled orders have been initiated and the bank has already provided them with the reference number, thus confirming that my refund has been received by the bank. But even after 6 days of refund initiation, i haven't received my refund yet. So, i am charging this complaint against state bank of india because of my refund stuck.

                                  I just filed up the same case on the grievance portal of SBI. Because I knew, ki aapki koi aukaat nahi hai resolve karne ki. That's why, I complained directly to SBI Branch under the transaction charge dispute and my case was resolved within 12 hours of complaining in that portal.
