I made a payment of ₹2000 for my traffic challan towards delhi traffic police using sbiepay gateway. The amount got debited from my account but it shows transaction as failed. Transaction id - dl190620t0966558. Kindly revert the amount back to my account....

Hello..sir..my name is srikanth...on 15/06/2020 An amount of 500/- has been deducted from my account..I didnt have any transaction issues and transaction peding issues..but the amount has been debited..I have gone through tha account statement..And it is showing some numbers with the title..SWOS..and dated 13/06/2020...I am also cantacted sbi toll free number..they said..The amount is deducted..during the transaction..The amount is not deducted...

I have given the request for issue of chequ-e book on 27.5.2020 towards my saving account no.[protected] but still i have not received the cheque book....
