I ordered a product from sbi rewardz, after seducing the point i paid 68.25 using my debit card. The transaction was interrupted but the money was debited from my account and the point too. Kindly look into this matter.

    I am customer of your bank having name as RAHUL KUMAR, Account no-[protected]. I have account in SBI SKMCH, MUZAFFARPUR, BIHAR having IFSC CODE-SBIN0010082. I want to change my registered mobile number in sbi account with new no as-[protected] and Old no as-[protected]. I have contacted the branch but they are also not able to change the mobile no. As the net banking mobile no has been changed to new no but Core Banking System mobile number is still the old one and I am not able to change that number. Even the branch manager of my home branch was not able to do that.
    So, I request you to please look into this matter and help me changing the registered mobile no and for this kind act I will be obliged to you as a sincere customer.

      Our loan account was opened at racpc koramangala branch during february 2020. Legal charges of rs.6348 was deducted from my s/b account on february 3rd 2020. Today (10july2020), slop charge of rs.1000 has been levied on loan account. I believe slop charge is levied post 3 or 5 years of a/c opening. Its just 4 months and i am being levied slop charge.

        On 21 july 2020, amount of 1799 was processed by amazon according to their customer care employee but the same amount has not been reflected on my sbi bank account since. It has been almost a month. I have talked to sbi customer care and according to them the bank has nothing to do with it but amazon says otherwise.
        Kindly help me with this as it is not a small amount.

                      I have received one SBI BPCL card last month for which applied on month of May.I am paying the charges for the same.Yesterday I have received one mail and text regarding approval of another credit card.
                      First of all I didnt put any new application for such card in recent times.Then without any application why SBI card starting misguiding/misleading their customers.
                      Last year I closed my SBI card account due to unauthorised OTP messages.
                      Now it seems that the crime / fraudulent activities is carried out by SBI card representatives for their personal benefits .I reporting a gentle submission in other customer complaints forums regarding the same.Meanwhile I would like to say that I am not willing to be in touch with sbi card

                        I have cancelled an order of 3 individual items purchased from flipkart on 7th July 2020. The payment was made through SBI debit card. They initiated the refund. I got the refund for 2 items on july 8th itself. But refund for one of the items has not been credited to my bank account till now. I have contacted the SBI customer care but was of no use. Flipkart has send me a ref no: regarding the payment reference number PZT[protected]LAEF103. I have sent a mail to my home branch but got no response from them.

                          My name is sahil debnath and i had ordered redmi earbud s of rs 1799 in amazon on 27 may 2020 and after 13 june 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13 june 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                            My name is rohit raj and i had ordered mi band 3 of rs.1999 (Mi band 3) in mi store on (28th september 2018) and product was not ordered succesfully and amount was deducted, mi store confirmed that the have initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money.                               I withdrawn 20000 from atm but did not received the amount. later my account credit the amount as ATM REVERSAL. But again the same amount was deducted from my account as "CSH WDL". Kindly help me on this matter. Where my money went?

                                  Hi,

                                  I opened sbi jan dhan yojana account stating that there wont be any charges. It is fine in the starting. Now for almost all transaction beyond threshold of 5, for almost all transaction it seems they are charging some where around 17.70. I transferred rs1 to other sbi account through sbi mingle, even for re1/- they charged around 17.70 which is ridiculous. For profit making they are charging customers without their knowledge. Unless we checked in statement, we do not know why amount getting deducted. Please provide awareness at banks only 5 transactions in online or through atm at sbi branches. We are losing our hardearned money as financial inclusion charges. Please think about people in villages who are illiterates trust nastionalised banks like sbi and do transactions.

                                  If sbi banks do not place banners etc at the branches, some one will launch online campaign to close the accounts of sbi for sure.

                                    To whomsoever it may concern,
                                    My name is Pramod N and i recently opened a savings regular account on 24 june 2020, at BIAR Settigere branch situated at address: Bengalore international airport road Branch Code :40734 IFSC code : SBIN0040734

                                    I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                                    I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved.
