Hi,

I opened sbi jan dhan yojana account stating that there wont be any charges. It is fine in the starting. Now for almost all transaction beyond threshold of 5, for almost all transaction it seems they are charging some where around 17.70. I transferred rs1 to other sbi account through sbi mingle, even for re1/- they charged around 17.70 which is ridiculous. For profit making they are charging customers without their knowledge. Unless we checked in statement, we do not know why amount getting deducted. Please provide awareness at banks only 5 transactions in online or through atm at sbi branches. We are losing our hardearned money as financial inclusion charges. Please think about people in villages who are illiterates trust nastionalised banks like sbi and do transactions.

If sbi banks do not place banners etc at the branches, some one will launch online campaign to close the accounts of sbi for sure.

    I have returned a product in amazon on 26th of june. Amazon claims that refund have been initiated. Its been 15 days now. No refund have been initiated. Kindly look into this issue.

      Date of incident is wednesday, july 8, 2020

      I am trying to make the payment for sail mediclaim scheme[protected] using (https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm) and as per instruction given startin page number 15 of http://bsperpq.sail-bhilaisteel.com/eep/agraj/docs/Annexures_I_to%20IV_Mediclaim...

      But every time i try to enter the details like payment category, min, topup and press submit. It gives me error "please verify the data entered and try again."

      I verified from my end and all the information is correct.
      Please rectify website response. There will be many citizens trying to fill the details and will have similar concerns.

          What is the deduction of dom surcharge?

          Some amount is regularly being deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without...

                  I gave command to nearby canatm for withdrawing rs.3000 on 6 july 2020, but the canatm was unable to respond my command and i did not get money (Rs.3000) from canatm, i received a message from the side of bank (Sbi) that i withdraw rs.3000 on 6 july 2020, money has been deduced from state bank of india.                       Hi,

                      I would like to file complaint against sbi venkatagiri branch jublie hills hyderabad. I have taken car loan from sbi venkatagiri branch on december 2018. They have started deducting charges on my loan account[protected] every month since 6 months with a charge of 2950 saying in the description rc copy non submi — as of sudden after 1 year of my car buying. I am really shocked to see this and really want to know why these charges 😡 on my loan account. I even didn't get any response or notification to submit my rc copy and they simple started deducted every month with a charge of 2950. I want to escalate this to post master at sbi bank and want to file a complaint with high priority. We basically middle class and bought car in emi option and paying emis without any delay. Why this sbi is doing like this to middle class people? If i didn't notice it they could have deducted till my loan end i e. For next 6 years. I want sbi branch to refund all my debited charges 2950 for past 6 months and if they want i can submit my rc copy if they notify me. I home consumer forum will resolve my issue. I am attaching document of debited charges for your reference

                          Am a Low Income Labour. My 1 day salary approx 150-250 Rs. I don't have any Supportive Background. I like to Save my each Rupees 10, 20, ect, .. But A Common Wage workers Evey One Rupee was Charged by a Government Bank (SBI), That's Not desirable.

                          In economic Times:

                          "The State Bank of India (SBI) announced on March 11, 2020, that it has WAIVED OFF the requirement of holding average monthly balance for savings accounts. "State Bank of India has decided to waive maintenance of Average Monthly Balance (AMB) and ATM OR SMS CHARGE for all Savings Bank Accounts, " the bank's press release stated."
                          But, Still I Get Charged for all.

                            Please note i have requested for new cheque book for my sb account [protected] on 15th june 2020 at sudamanagar branch, bangalore for dispatch at my bangalore residence-

                            However, tracking the speed post consignment, i understand that the requested cheque is delivered to my registered address 67/1/2 g. T road, 2nd floor, howrah -711106 in spite of clear instruction of sending it to my above mentioned bangalore address provided in requisition slip submitted with sudamanage br, bangalore on 15th june 2020.

                                  I went to withdraw money from sbi atm, i entered
                                  20000 as withdrawal amount but when the transcaction was over i recieved a
                                  Reciept which stated that sorry transcaction cannot be
                                  Processed. But on checking the balance again the amount i. E 20000 was
                                  Deducted. Since this happened on sunday i went to sbi branch and submitted
                                  The application regarding the same, bank manager of the branch said that
                                  The money will be again credited to my account in 2 3 days.. But even
                                  After 2 weeks now, the money isnt credited now.
                                  What should i do now???
