05/07/2020 I purchased Apple pencil 1st generation, worth of 8499.00 and this day I cancelled my order. But still now(18/07/2020) I can't recive my money. When I call amazon castomarcare they said my money will refund in this same date via my Bank Account(sbi).
They gave me a REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER- 773300. But Sbi castomarcare not help me about my refund releted issu.

    Subject: transaction id- dUk9mSYCcAxU3ei8FtQd refund on this id not credited.

    Dear sir

    A refund of 695 rupees was successfully processed on 08 July, 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number "dUk9mSYCcAxU3ei8FtQd" but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Id- dUk9mSYCcAxU3ei8FtQd

      I have ordered a smartphone of ₹12990 in amazon on 10th July 2020 and cancelled the product on the same date. Amazon initiated refund but it is not credited in my account.

            Respected sir
            I am DVeeranna I have account in SBI tekulapally ifsc 21320.on may 13th I received a massage 4150 rupees is debited from my account without my involvement.
            I gave complaint about this in on line.They allotted me a ticket no [protected]. And closed the complaint on 30th june.till I didn't recieved my refund.I called many time to toll free numbers they answered me that relevant documents are send to home branch.
            I met the branch manager and asked about this.Then he answered me any documents aren't received till.
            So I request you to please solve my problem sir

              Hi,

              I have received a bill amount of rs. 57778.00 for the month of june 2020 with due date[protected].

              I have opted for sbi card flexipay service for rs. 23791.54

              I have contacted sbi customer care on[protected] to ask the amount that is due as i have opted for flexipay and as per the sbi team, i have paid the remaining amount of rs. 34000.

              I see in the month of june 2020 bill, i am charged rs 2390.44 as finance charges for not paying the total due amount. When i raised request for the same, sbi team is telling it is a mistake from their end but system is not allowing to reverse the amount.

              I wanted help in this if customer don't pay attention to the credit card transaction and bill, bank is putting their useless charges. Please help in getting my money back.

                  My name is Ayush Chauhan and I had ordered Samsung Galaxy M31 (Ocean Blue, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) of Rupees 17, 499INR in Amazon on 07 July 2020 and after 11 July 2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 11July 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 210823 and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                        No such action has been taken from sbi
                        I feel regret that no such action has been taken as i have never given in written permission for this kind of investment intermedi

                          Sir my father received a fraud call from phone number [protected] calling himself an employee at sbi lucknow head office. The person is asking about debit card details by telling otherwise the card will get blocked. He didn't give any information to him and ask me to file a complaint against the fraud person

                              My Name is Hari Priya and i had ordered the product Mi dual driver Headset of Rs.799 in Amazon on 26/06/2020 and i returned this order due to technical reason on 28/06/2020. On July 9th 2020 Amazon issued the amount to my card but still i didn't get the money.
