    My name is Jayesh Adhikari and I had ordered sony bravia TV(32 inch) of RS 26690 in Amazon on 9th of july 2020.
    I cancelled the order due to personal reason. Amazon initiated the refund on 10th of july 2020 but till now i have not got the money. Amazon sent this reference number 929889 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      I submitted 7500 to my college IIT hyderabad from bhim upi app and it got deducted from my bank of baroda acc

      ( Date and time - 16/07/2020 & 9:33 pm)
      But i didn’t got the DU no which my college has been asking for . Please look into the matter and get it sorted. Thank you ....

      Hello sir/madam,

      My name is chackravarthi.

      I have been using the sbi yatra card (Ending 2091) since october 2019. I have collected 4425 reward points till date.

      I went for a card account swap (From yatra card to simply save card) as i did not find the yatra card useful at this point of time.

      The bank did not transfer my yatra card reward points to the new simply save card account. They said all 4425 points expired and cannot be transferred.

      All i want now is a suitable gift voucher from yatra for those 4425 reward points but the bank is adamant and is not helping me out.
      I cannot afford to lose such a he number of points due to account swap. The bank should have given me an option to redeem those points.

      They are also forcing me to accept the mastercard version of the simply save card which i dont want. I prefer the visa contactless version which they are not ready to give.

      Another, they are not ready to increase my credit limit in spite of having a relationship with them for 2 years now. My cibil score is also close to 750 now.

      Please help me in these three counts.

        My name is rohan pattankar and i had ordered amazonbasics shower caddy with adjustable arms - white of amount 799/- in amazon on 28 june 2020 and after 30 june 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 30 june 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
        #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi beml layout, rajarajeshwari nagar didn't give a proper response even after filling charge dispute form at the bank. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected].

          Amazon has given refund for the purchase which did not go through but the payment is not reflecting in my account. When i contact amazon service they reply that contact your bank, we have already given refund, i when i contact bank's customer care they ask to contact to amazon services.

              My name is ayush yadav, and i had ordered a product of rs.11299 named zotac geforce gtx 1050 ti oc edition zt-p10510b-10l 4gb pci express graphics card on amazon on 9th july 2020 & i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 10th july, amazon initiated the amount to my card, but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 593018 and told me to fill the charge dispute form, but the state bank of india doesn't have such a policy.                   The bank is unnecessary charging SI charge on my Recurring Deposit (RD) account even though I am having sufficient balance on my saving account. Again recently the bank have deducted Rs 295 as SI FAILURE CHARGE.

                      My name is Vipin Durga and I had ordered 2 Damensch Men's wear of RS.489 and Rs 449 in Amazon on 8th july 2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 190156 and 264278 and told me to fill charge dispute form.                         Rs. 47 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
                        Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
                        and sorry i don't have small account.

                            On July 17 I received a refund of rs 4431 on my bank account regarding cancellation of my order from Amozon.
                            Yesterday I call amozon customers care for refund status then they told me that AMT successful initialited in your SBI Bank and asked Bank Why they not credited in your account.
                            Having some proof of transaction
                            Amozon can give me Refund Reference number 567605 when refund is intitated your bank at 2.50 am on 11 July 20 Credited date 17 July 20. But amt still not received in my account from SBI Bank

                                I have made a transaction of rs 7118 via bhim on 18th july 2020 at 4:22 pm ist transaction was successful and the money is even debited from my icici bank account but the beneficiary account i. E state bank of india shows transaction as failed. Could you please help check the issue and initiate a refund as soon as possible to my icici bank

                                    I did shopping on amazon and buy product from amazon and made payment by state of india (Sbi) debit card online but the product is not satisfying so i returned it and asked for refund on 2 july 2020 and as per e-mail sent by amazon to me the refund is successful on 10 july 2020 but the problem is i haven't received any refund i have contacted both amazon and bank but the sbi is saying we haven't received any refund money yet then i contacted amazon and they said we have send you reference number which bank gives them after the money is transferred so this is what problem i'm facing the state bank of india is not processing the money into my account i have reference number and all so kindly help me with this.
