My name is ayush yadav, and i had ordered a product of rs.11299 named zotac geforce gtx 1050 ti oc edition zt-p10510b-10l 4gb pci express graphics card on amazon on 9th july 2020 & i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 10th july, amazon initiated the amount to my card, but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 593018 and told me to fill the charge dispute form, but the state bank of india doesn't have such a policy. I'm also attaching the screenshot of the transaction id sent by amazon.
So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
