Respected sir/Madam
I had booked railway ticket on irctc through phone pay app with sbi debit card on 14/12/2019 of amounts Rs602 and Rs 2357 and canceld tickets on 20/03/2020 and refund is processed on 30/03/2020 of amounts Rs 1860 and Rs 465 is shown in phone pay and message received that refund processed but till now amount not reflected in account till after 15 working days, and debit card is blocked after ticket booking and before refund processed. please help me and I contacted phonepay they told contact bank with following details of
ARN Ref no for refund transactions are
74332740086008558712407 and
74332740086008556418411 for your reference purpose, kindly accept my complaint and
resolve as early as possible.

    Hi, minecraft(mojang) sent me a refund of Rupees 2029.86 (USD 26.95) on 28 march 2020. It has been more than 17 days and still i have not received my refund in bank account. This Payment is send to my debit card.

    I contacted minecraft.net support, they said that they have successfully processed the refund on 28th march 2020

        My name is Pankaj saini, my loan account no is [protected], when i check online canera bank link that show that 81000 subsidy claim by the SBI but only 21000 deposited in my loan account by sbi so pls check and solve this problems,

          Hello,
          My name is munna kumar urawn i am suppose to receive refund of 1801 and according amount-1143 from binomo trader and. According amount 31.60usd form olymptradethey say they have credited it into my card number but the amount is not reflected on my account. The transaction has been made on 03/04/2020 they have sent me an arn code:
          Binomo trader arn 742195000950021788192187 and olymptrade arn 74295550094002177528110 asked me to check with the bank but the bank is unable to sort my problem. Plz help me.

              As we already got an intimation regarding the moretorium peroid we couldn’t able to pay the credit card payment during the month of april. Sbi has charged Rs-600 for late fee payment and Rs-200 for fin charge on retail. My payment was for Rs-3600 and the fine amount is Rs 800/-
              As i tried for the payment on that peroid but the reason for the non payment was because of their server error issue.
              This is too pathetic that our government has given notifications regarding the moretorium and repayment schedule and the bankers are not taken the same into sense.

                Dear Sir/ Madam

                This is with regards to my SBI Credit card payment, I had a failed transaction reported in the month of January 2019 with following complaint no. C-1433A2486231 and R-1433A2837438. But till date no action is been taken and they are being charging me late payment fee to my credit card till date.

                This issue is already raised through IRCTC call center and mails, and always got a reply that same is not claimed by IRCTC.

                I have been requesting to provide me the transaction details for making the claim with IRCTC. But till date no one has made an effort to respond.

                Only I have received the mails for one of the executive Chavda Niraliben as below :
                This is with reference to your communication dated 17/3/2020.

                Transaction Dispute: We wish to inform you that we have intervened the matter with due diligence, however, we would not be in a position to resume liability for monetary loss in connection to events as described by you.

                We request you to make early arrangements to pay the amount to avoid any further incurring charges on the card account. The Current Outstanding as of date, on your card account is Rs. 14, 994.7 payable to us. We do hope that despite this occurred incident you would-not think unkindly o[censored]s and we will get the opportunity to serve you in the future under more favorable circumstances.

                I want to ask a simple question that in writing why SBI card is not proving me the transaction details. How they assure that this is not the fault of SBI credit card.

                Unless they provide me the transaction details, how shall I will be in the position to claim from the IRCTC.

                      On 25th march i was paying my electricity bill through freecharge app but the transaction failed and freecharge initiated a refund now its 13 april but i haven't received refund in my bank account.

                      Payment amount rs 3330/-
                      Freecharge order id (Fcea[protected])
                      Debit card transaction id[protected]

                      Pg refund reference number sur is[protected]

                      Freecharge support team said that they have got this rechecked with the payment gateway and they have confirmed that refund was initiated on 25.03.2020 successfully. They asked to talk to your bank.

                      Please help and refund the money as soon a s possible.

                      Wow I don't know was it a coincidence or SBI just solved my problem by seeing my complaint.
                      Its not even 24 hours of complaint submission and i have received my refund.

                        My credit card no - 0839 and i have use rs. 282.80/- on dt: 11/03/2020 -11/04/2020 in duration period and 2 transection only but sbi credit card team outstanding bill provided rs. 1213 /-. Diffrence amount is rs. 931 /- where i am not use the rs. 931/-. I have many times raise request and complaint but totally not respond and not resolve the problem and complaint escalate to higher level after that not respond. So, i request i need you help.

                          My name is biplob kumar modak. I tried to make an order of rs 6835 on pharmeasy to buy medicines on 12th of april. The amount was debited but it showed that the order was cancelled. So they initiated the refund. More than 7 days have passed and still i have not get the refund. I called on pharmeasy and they said that they have already made the refund. They have sent me the arn number as proof which is 15159090095000000051759.
                          Kindly look into the matter and take some immediate actions.

                          I was much tensed about my money that was debited for no reason. So I wrote the letter to the company .Within 5 days, the money is credited to my account .I am highly satisfied.

                            For a personal loan from SBI, I have enabled autodeduction and first time when installment was aut-deducted, Next day Fine ARR adjustment has been deducted. there was no delay in EMI, cause it was not manual.

                            Please help.

                              Hi,

                              I'm a customer we have found today during transaction through the atm that your security guard isn't teaching who people's doesn't know and not aware of the atm machine, he was shouting across the road side, in which 25mtr distance. Seems to us this is not a right way to teach or checking, also he was saying i feel hot hence i'm sitting in shadow or escaping through the sunlight, i ask to you every person feel hot in this summer season even what should we do, should be seated outside the cabin, is it the work way?

                              When we said to your sg, he started to misbehave.

                                  State bank of india [sbi] — charged for non submission of rc book copy

                                  I have been charged with 2950/- on 06 nov 2019 for non submission of rc book copy against my car loan account[protected].
                                  1) neither the bank has intimated me regarding the same nor they told me during documentation of loan.
                                  2) no circular copy issued to customer mentioning the deduction of penalty for non submisson of rc book copy
                                  3) debited amount from my account without my permission

                                  This clearly shows the fraudulent attitude of sbi.
                                  Requested for early reversal of amount

                                    I have withdrawn cash from sbi atm. Due to cash unavailability it didnt come out and amount got deducted from my kotak bank. Now when i contacted kotak bank they said sbi confirm that transaction was successful. This is a fraud case.
                                    I want sbi to confirm me if the transaction was successful. Or else i have to involve rbi in these
