    SIR/MADAM, an SBI CSP whose CSP ID 3A941944 of our area is taking unauthorised 1% GST to withdraw money from bank account . PLEASE ! take serious action against him. sir today date 16/04/2020 I withdraw ₹ 4400 but massage received DEBITED ₹4450 i.e, ₹ 50 EXTRA. on asking he says GST . When I demand for GST receipt he shouted on me. PLEASE take serious action against CSP ID 3A941944

      Sir,
      I have remitted KSEB bill(Consumer No.[protected] for Rs.398/= through online as per my A/c No.[protected] of SBT Ramanattukara and an amount of Rs.399.88 deducted my account. But the KSEB informed me the same amount not accounted their account and further informed 7 days after the amount redeposited with your account.
      But since this day the same amount not redeposited my account.

      Hence do needful action for the same
      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      KSEB Bill (Consumer No.[protected] for Rs.398/= has been remitted by me through online vide my A/c.No. [protected] on 29/03/2020 and an amount of Rs.399.88 has been deducted my account. But the KSEB informed me the amount has not been accounted their account and further informed me the same amount will redeposited my accountl. But till this day the amount is not redeposited my account.
      Hence do needful action.

        With reference to below trailing mail 7 days completed still yet to get response from your side/end.

        Bank is sbi.
        Code is 16825.
        Sk university branch.
        Anantapuramu 515003.

        As we found the cheque book numbers are generated but also as of now we did not get any communication against the dispatch of cheque books we are upset to see this from your end as sbi is big group across the all banks.

        Hence i request you to look int this matter and share the present status for the same and do the needful on top priority
        .
        It is very urgent for pension purposes.

            I am holding a credit card no. [protected] which was issued to me only few months back. I was not interested in getting the card issued but forced to get it explaining so many benefits which were never given and instead of that i started getting unnecessary problems from ur card.

            1. I never opted for card protection insurance and the amount of rs.849.50 was debited to my card statement. I talked lodged a complaint on phone and i was assured that this amount will be reversed which was not done. I did not pay the amount in anticipation that this will be reversed. I was charged late payment charges along with interest which is piling up till date.

            2. While issuing the card i was told that no fee will be charged if i utilized the card for 2000. The fee was also charged.

            I[censored] see my credit rating it was excellent and due to ur card my credit rating is effecting.

            I don't want to soil my credit rating due to ur card. Now i hv cleared all ur dues till date and i am surrendering the card for cancellation.

            Pl treat this as notice of surrendering card no [protected] as cancelled from 15.04.2020.

            I also request your goodself not to be fool the customer by such tactics.

                    I recharged my jio number on 15th of april 2020. Although the amount of rs 599 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

                        4 unauthorized transaction happened from my sbi account at 00248745. I didnt recieve any otp nor the transaction was been done through me or any of my family members.

                        Please help me how i will get the amount reversed.

                          I had booked railway ticket on irctc through phone pay app with sbi debit card on 14/12/2019 of amounts Rs602 and Rs 2357 and canceld tickets on 20/03/2020 and refund is processed on 30/03/2020 of amounts Rs 1860 and Rs 465 is shown in phone pay and message received that refund processed but till now amount not reflected in account till after 15 working days, and debit card is blocked after ticket booking and before refund processed. please help me and I contacted phonepay they told contact bank with following details of
                          ARN Ref no for refund transactions are
                          74332740086008558712407 and
                          74332740086008556418411 for your reference purpose, kindly accept my complaint and
                          resolve as early as possible.

                            Hi, minecraft(mojang) sent me a refund of Rupees 2029.86 (USD 26.95) on 28 march 2020. It has been more than 17 days and still i have not received my refund in bank account. This Payment is send to my debit card.

                            I contacted minecraft.net support, they said that they have successfully processed the refund on 28th march 2020

                                  My name is munna kumar urawn i am suppose to receive refund of 1801 and according amount-1143 from binomo trader and. According amount 31.60usd form olymptradethey say they have credited it into my card number but the amount is not reflected on my account. The transaction has been made on 03/04/2020 they have sent me an arn code:
                                  Binomo trader arn 742195000950021788192187 and olymptrade arn 74295550094002177528110 asked me to check with the bank but the bank is unable to sort my problem. Plz help me.

                                      As we already got an intimation regarding the moretorium peroid we couldn’t able to pay the credit card payment during the month of april. Sbi has charged Rs-600 for late fee payment and Rs-200 for fin charge on retail. My payment was for Rs-3600 and the fine amount is Rs 800/-
                                      As i tried for the payment on that peroid but the reason for the non payment was because of their server error issue.
                                      This is too pathetic that our government has given notifications regarding the moretorium and repayment schedule and the bankers are not taken the same into sense.

                                        This is with regards to my SBI Credit card payment, I had a failed transaction reported in the month of January 2019 with following complaint no. C-1433A2486231 and R-1433A2837438. But till date no action is been taken and they are being charging me late payment fee to my credit card till date.

                                        This issue is already raised through IRCTC call center and mails, and always got a reply that same is not claimed by IRCTC.

                                        I have been requesting to provide me the transaction details for making the claim with IRCTC. But till date no one has made an effort to respond.

                                        Only I have received the mails for one of the executive Chavda Niraliben as below :
                                        This is with reference to your communication dated 17/3/2020.

                                        Transaction Dispute: We wish to inform you that we have intervened the matter with due diligence, however, we would not be in a position to resume liability for monetary loss in connection to events as described by you.

                                        We request you to make early arrangements to pay the amount to avoid any further incurring charges on the card account. The Current Outstanding as of date, on your card account is Rs. 14, 994.7 payable to us. We do hope that despite this occurred incident you would-not think unkindly o[censored]s and we will get the opportunity to serve you in the future under more favorable circumstances.

                                        I want to ask a simple question that in writing why SBI card is not proving me the transaction details. How they assure that this is not the fault of SBI credit card.

                                        Unless they provide me the transaction details, how shall I will be in the position to claim from the IRCTC.
