I have taken the balance transfer for 60 days for 30k and got the next statement including 30k, so i called customer care, as per them whatever we used apart from Balance transfer that amount has to be paid. Same I did, now in my fresh statement, they are charging finance charges whatever i used even i am having 60 days period. Now they are saying once we take BT, if we use the card for that transaction they will charge 3.35 interest, surprisingly....

Amazon has initiated the refund but that is not credited to my account.
Refund for amount 240.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] but till now it is not credited. I tried to contact my home branch and bank customer care but did not get any respond.
