Hi today i deposited money in my sbi savings account and i got slip mentioning 1 note retained for verification and contact branch manager now i am very depressed as i saw many people to run for this issue to solve and i want my money instanly back i deposited two 500 notes one note i got back and another gone in cdm machine but not reflecting in my account and i got receipt mentioning 1 note retained for verification...

Sbi kohat enclaves senior manager mr. Pramod kumar is a person who does not want to work, neither does his fellow colleagues do any work. Totally waste of time to visit this branch. No manners and no value of customers time.

Time spent for getting passbook updated and submitting check book request form - 1.5 hours.
I want better and accountable management be appointed at the branch that values customers...

I sent 1000 rupees to my friend using phone pe application. Money was deducted from my account but wasn't credited to receiver account. Now i want to know that where is my money right now either it is credited to receiver or i want my money back to bank account.

Sbi fraud credit card :[protected]

I here by inform you that due above mentioned fraud credit card in enrolled in my cibil which is not belonged to me. I have never purchased any credit card from sbi. I have been following up for such request for the last 6 month since aug 2019. But still issue is not resolved.

Would appreciate you as customer gesture, kindly look into this...

Hi,

I opened sbi jan dhan yojana account stating that there wont be any charges. It is fine in the starting. Now for almost all transaction beyond threshold of 5, for almost all transaction it seems they are charging some where around 17.70. I transferred rs1 to other sbi account through sbi mingle, even for re1/- they charged around 17.70 which is ridiculous. For profit making they are charging customers without their knowledge....

The transaction dated 17-jan-20 11:40:25 through card ending 7574 has been declined due to 078-inopeerative account.
Since i'm living outside my hometown where is my sbi branch sir i'm unable to go in there and file a complaint, my kyc documents are up to date, but still i a having this issue. So please sor kindly file my request

This is pavan kumar at Kunigal my SBI account number with [protected] bedited INR 295 & 1519 with the name of COMDEN TOWN TECHNOLOGIES TR for DDR INSTALMENT as INSTALMENT this transaction is not authorised by me and I did not get any prior intimation about that transaction, I not even about that deduction of that both payments

And my card is blocked bocs i collected from branch, now i am in mumbai and after calling to customer care they saud i can get it unlocked from any of sabi branch, they dont want to help just said please get in touch with your home branch....

I have taken education loan for mba. For the same, i want to apply for interest waiver scheme/subsidy. I spoked the same with loan manager but he denied with it. The amount of rs 2.36 is deducted as doom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account on 20/01/2020 and 31/01/2020. It is really unjust with the customer that how an amount is being deducted easily from the customer account without informing. This type of deduction is just like cheating the customer. Can you please let me know when would i receive the PMAY Yojana amount in my loan account as my 1st disbursement done on 5th september. 2019 and now its been more than 5 monthscompleted after loan was disbursed and when i was took loan it was informed to me that i will receive by around 2-3 months after 1st disbursement .

As current ATM Card was permanently deactivated by State Bank of India, we requested new ATM Card at SBI Bawngkawn Branch, Aizawl on 7th Dec, 2019. Today is 30th Feb, 2020. It's been 55 Days and we do not receive it yet.
