My money has being stuck in that machine
Now what to do

    Dear team,

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

      I noticed today when i checked my passbook entry that my sbi bank account [protected] has numerous number of fraudulent money cut at separate dates from 30th september 2019 to 17th november 2019 under the name of othpg. The total amount cut thus far is amounting to around rs. 4000/-.
      Please look into the matter. These are my hard earned money. Even a single penny counts.

      I want refund of my money.
      Attached is the passbook copy of my bank statement.

        Ease and desist letter to sbi kandanchavai branch

        Dear sir, this is to have your kind help; this is regarding a credit card i took by accident from sbi; since one salesperson took my other bank’s credit card statement only and not my application at that time and sent me a card.
        In the year1998 around with a very small credit limit; then i lost my job at that time, there was a small default, and at that time one collection agent came repeatedly to my house (No cell phone at that time and collected the money in cash and after that no house visit or communication from sbi card and it was settled) he carried all the identities of sbi card and - so i paid. I was not knowing that a letter should be received from sbi card reg. This. He assured that there will not be any torture from the collection agent and as he said no one came to my house with reference to this or no communication. As far as i am concerned, that account is settled since the collection agent at that time said this is settlement he only said that word to me first. After almost22 years now someone is calling from sbi card say, i am from sbi kandanchavadibranch and asks for payment. He repeatedly calls at least 100 times in a day to me and my relatives, me repeatedly from different and different numbers he calls my wife and daughter women with filthy words that i can say abusing them, (I have all the speech record and prove it anyone) which is not fair. My wife cried heavily once he called and in our married life of 26 years, she never cried like that. Because of their repeated calls once, my family missed a train on the new years' eve; since they call repeatedly from different numbers i am mentally disturbed and met with an accident when i took the call while driving two times. Therefore, i request you kindly to cease from this practice and act as per the fdcpa. Close the account, which is already settled through your collection agent.

          Refund of rs.551.00 has been processed by amazon vide refund reference no.[protected] on dated 30.01.2020. It is to be credited in my account in 4 to 5 business days. But not yet credited. I talked to sbi customer care two times and met branch manager also but both are not solved my problem. So kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your end.

            I had one credit card from sbi which i lost and subsequently i hotlist. The new credit card was supposed to reach me but in 2 months waiting it didn’t reach to me.in the meantime from the credit card company i started receiving calls in very bad language that i need to pay. It had the outstanding of about rs 5000 only and i occasionally use the card. I firmly requested them to send me a new card or old card number so that i can pay. They did nothing and giving me harassment calls. I simply asked how do i pay then if you don’t give me the number of the lost card or a new card? I emailed 100 times to the customer service but they didn’t give me the full number saying they cannot give credit card number over phone. Then i had to left india for few months but frequently i emailed them regarding the situation. Suddenly i discovered after 4 months they have added huge charges almost 3 times the outstanding and reported the cibil also without even intimating me. I immediately sent email to the customer care to reverse the charges and give me a way to pay. The refused to do anything but again adding charges.in very cavalier fashion they take time of 10 days to reply and most of the times they even don’t. I got a delayed credit card payment for my citibank and they are so professional despite a huge amount. They reversed all the charges. But sbi credit card has neither any intention to help or to resolve the problem. They can only harass.

              Hello sir/ma'am
              I have made a booking on IRCTC on 25th january but due to some error my money got deducted(around 900 rs.)
              As according to the rule refund was initiated by the IRCTC on 27th as per the rule of debit card deductions I have waited for 6-7 days but amount was not refunded I tried contacting to both the parties IRCTC and SBI. They both firstly didn't take the responsibility for the delay or not refunding the amount. And after a long conversation and mail IRCTC gave me the prove of initiating a successful refund of mone on 27th january with providing the proper bank transact refund Id. Now on another end when I contacted to the SBI customer care they are continuously saying to contact the IRCTC even after the proper resolution given by the IRCTC. Now both the parties are playing with not taking the responsibility and even after this SBI persons are saying "what can we do may be IRCTC have not refunded the money to us".
              It's very hurtful to see these type of irresponsibilities by these TOP service providers. Please help me with proper resolution and help me to get my money back.

                SBI bank official, New Shanti Nagar branch Raipur approached and requested to take a SBI credit card. On their request, I appeared on bank and applied for SBI Prime card. Ona verification call fromSBI, the SBI personal offered for ELITE card. I further conatcted SBI card helpline number and requested them to issue the credit card as per my written application i, e Prime card only. The SBI personal assured that my request will be taken into consideration and they registered a complaint no[protected]. But when I received the card it was Elite card. When SBI personal contacted to confirm whether I have received card or not, I informed him the whole issue.But rather than addressing the issue the personal disconnected the call. I have still not activated the new card issued by SBI.

                  Dear sir

                  A refund of 479.86 rupees was successfully processed on 26 Jan 2020 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      We bought our car Dzire in Sep 2017 and receievd RC book after 4 months in January. Immediately after receiving the same, we took our car to Viman Nagar branch for RC book submission and they also took a photo of our car and checked the necessary documents too. Mr. Sachin Dabhade was the bank official whom we submitted our RC book and he only took pictures of our car. This happened sometime in Jan 2018. Immediately in 2-3 months, we got a message station g that since you haven't submitted your RC book you will be charged a penalty. So we immediately approached the bank and met sachin dabhade again. Even after submitting the needed copies, we got such a message, to which Mr. Dabhade said that since you haven't submitted the RC book bank will charge u penalty and there is no option but u have to bear it. He straight away denied that he has taken any copies from us. We fought with him for literally an hour.. In the meantime there was another lady customer who came to him with the same issue where sachi dabhade had taken her RC book copy and car pictures but still were not updated in system due to which she got a penalty message..

                      Now since me and the other customer both started complaining and shouting at him.. He accepted saying that.. May be it might not have updates by mistake.. Asked us to talk to the branch manager, give a written application of this entire incident asking to reverse the penalty (which ideally shouldnt have been imposed) but still.. We spoke to the branch manager Mr. Paragand gave an application letter too mentioning the entire story. And they both Mr. sachin and Mr. parag promised that we will not be imposes with an penalty..

                      Now as customers we trust a reputed nationalized bank like SBI and came back home trusting both the officials would take care. However to my surprise today I see that the penalty was imposed on my account and even after giving an application in Feb 2018 they didnt update the RC book details the second time too.. And we were charges a penalty of 5900 and 2900 in June 2018 and July 2018.

                      Now when I approached the branch manager Mr. Parag (at bank) and Mr. Sachin dabhade (over phone), both of them are clearly denying of any such incident happened.. And they are not even ready to. Open my file.. They are not ready to talk anything about my written application too.. Mr. Parag who at 1dt place being a branch manager has no sense of professionalism and no courtesy is asking me "Aapke pass koi proof hai ki apki baat mere se hui thi?? Aapke pass koi proof hai ki aapne application diya tha? Apke pass koi proof hai ki apko penalty ka message aya tha?? Jao jake proof lekar aao to baat karenge""
                      These are the answers by a branch manager of a reputed nationalised bank.
                      This is the language that he uses in his cabin.. Extremely rude he was ans denied to help at all..

                      This RC book was submitted in Feb, legal message was sent in mar or april, then application was given in same month, penalty was charged in june-july and suddenly from somwhere the RC book details get updates in system in August and penalty stops from August.. What a story this is?? This itself shows that how flawed your system is..

                      I will not be paying even a single rupee of penalty because I followed all rules ans submitted the required documents on time.. Just because the bank officials made mistakes of just because Mr. Sachin dabhade was incompetent to keep the documents safe and update in the records on time.. I can't be paying and suffering.
                      I need a reversal.

                        My name is ravi and i had ordered loafers of rs 502.43. Amount in firstcry on 26 december 2019 and on same day i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 26 december 2019 firstcry initiated the amount to my same upi id but i still didn't get the money. Firstcry sent this reference number

                          I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers[protected] and[protected].When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                          As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
                          When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
                          Please do the needful..

                            ON 18th Dec I had surrender my term plan policy. The due date for premium was 22nd Dec and due to ECS provision the premium amount got deducted from my account.
                            Since then I had raised multiple complaints through emails and phones with customer care but haven't got my refund yet.
                            there is absolutely no accountability as to when my money would be refunded.
                            Every time I get one response that they are regretted by the inconvenience caused and matter is raised to concerned department.

                            I have spoken to my lawyer and as per him, we can approach consumer court for harassment and locallu file police complaint of not returning the money.

                            I will wait until Friday and proceed with both options if I don't get timeline for refund of my money.

                              18th aug 2019, (Necessary death certificate is enclosed herewith along with copy of ppo).

                              As per procedure, i had approached the state bank of india (Sbi) branch – hdfc complex, old bombay pune rd. Chinchwad pune – 411019 (Mh), and submitted necessary application as per given format, and submitted the same with necessary support documents dated 25/10/2019.

                              Please note that, my family pension has still not started till date. (From sep 2019 up to 2020).

                                A refund of 1049 rupees was successfully processed on 21/01/2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                  Hi today i deposited money in my sbi savings account and i got slip mentioning 1 note retained for verification and contact branch manager now i am very depressed as i saw many people to run for this issue to solve and i want my money instanly back i deposited two 500 notes one note i got back and another gone in cdm machine but not reflecting in my account and i got receipt mentioning 1 note retained for verification

                                    Sbi kohat enclaves senior manager mr. Pramod kumar is a person who does not want to work, neither does his fellow colleagues do any work. Totally waste of time to visit this branch. No manners and no value of customers time.
                                    Date - 04/02/2020
                                    Time spent for getting passbook updated and submitting check book request form - 1.5 hours.
                                    I want better and accountable management be appointed at the branch that values customers time.

                                    I am not able to download or get statement through branch for my sb account from 1jan 2017 to till date kindly do the needful

                                    I tried to add a credit card of sbi for transaction of myntra on paypal but it didn't add so i added my another debit card which is from diffent account in sbi and made transaction now money is deducted from both cards which are of linked to different accounts in sbi. Kindly look into the matter

                                      I sent 1000 rupees to my friend using phone pe application. Money was deducted from my account but wasn't credited to receiver account. Now i want to know that where is my money right now either it is credited to receiver or i want my money back to bank account.
