The transaction dated 17-jan-20 11:40:25 through card ending 7574 has been declined due to 078-inopeerative account.
Since i'm living outside my hometown where is my sbi branch sir i'm unable to go in there and file a complaint, my kyc documents are up to date, but still i a having this issue. So please sor kindly file my request

    Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

    Dear sir

    A refund of 1500 rupees was successfully processed on 28 November, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund with reference no 309603 and 363157

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      24.01.2020 I made request for rs.20000 on ATM no.SIBG[protected]
      the transaction No.being .but i got no money at all .At the same time the said amount was debited from my account.
      I lodged a complaint on 27.01.2020 at the branch sbi thoppumpady.It was seen an amount Rs.20000 also has been debited from my a/c as cash withdrawal simultaniously.However the ATM withdrawal Rs.20000 has been reversed.I got a message on 31.jan.2020 to complain again for the withdrawal amount Rs.20000.Hence this complaint

          I asked them for refund they are saying that the refund is initiated i need to check with my bank as i will get it within 5-7 business days.

            Respected sir

            I rushikesh patil having ac number [protected] at your wanless hospital branch (03461), miraj, maharashtra have complained regarding fraudulent transaction happened with me between 06/012/2019 to 09/12/2019 of rs.32000 through quikr website. When i came to know about the fraud i have informed the local branch office. The branch manager have told me to complaint to the police. As per instructions i have complained to the local police regarding the incidence and took their request letter for holding the transaction of the account where i have wrongly transferred the funds. The branch manager has taken my request and police letter with them but have not given acknowledgement of the complaint even after insisting on the same. Later i have been informed by the branch that they have lien the amount in the fraudsters account and they will try the said amount in my account once confirmation received from the other branch. After waiting for a month i have been again told by sbi branch to laudge fir with local police mentioning the ac details of the fraudsters with no commitment of my amount refund. Now the police are telling me that they have already given the letter to bank and they can't go beyond that. I have attached copy of letter of police for your referral. I am student and those funds are part of my upcoming semester fees. I am following the matter with local sbi branch but even after knowing the genuine need of mine they are harresing me like anything. Kindly help me in this regards and refund my rs. 32000 which are already on hold with sbi. I'm having great hopes with sbi nodal team. If i don't get any reply within stipulated time then i have to go ahead with complaint in rbi banking ombudsman which i want to avoid.

              Hi Team,

              I have account in sbi bank akole branch code 0116, 2 times they deducted money from my account with my intimation to me. I want to why and how you can do this???

              And my card is blocked bocs i collected from branch, now i am in mumbai and after calling to customer care they saud i can get it unlocked from any of sabi branch, they dont want to help just said please get in touch with your home branch. Seriously then what is the use of nationalised bank if i need to go there just to nublock my card

                I have taken education loan for mba. For the same, i want to apply for interest waiver scheme/subsidy. I spoked the same with loan manager but he denied with it. My friends have opted have for the same and there interest on education loan principle have bene waived off. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.                     I had used sbi credit card but due to losses in business and unemployment could not pay the debts however the debts collection agency have started informing about my debt to wifes family they also reached wifes relatives home and informed them about the debts and then they also started telling my neighbors about my debt, i am going through mental stress, being a blood pressure patient it cause me health problems also. I am ready to pay the money however i need time however they can't do this

                      The amount of rs 2.36 is deducted as doom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account on 20/01/2020 and 31/01/2020. It is really unjust with the customer that how an amount is being deducted easily from the customer account without informing. This type of deduction is just like cheating the customer. So, it is requested that the purpose, for which amount has been deducted, may please be informed. Already your service so poor and you deduct this service charge, i think sbi has really poor service provider the amongst the other bank.

                        My card is blocked since august 2019,.
                        I have changed my contact no through sbi card website, and after that immediately call received your sbi customer service but he was not listened to me and blocked the card. After that i have called to sbi card customer service and confirmed all details but my card is not activated till now.
                        I was write this issue to rbi also.
                        I have also stopped to making payments of sbi card due to this issue but collection agents of sbi card are threading and misbehaving with me for payments and they are also not provide any resolution of my issue.

                        However i have made 10600/- payment (7600/- paid in dec'2019 and 3000/- paid on 30/01/2020), but nobody is unblocking my card and not providing me any resolution.
                        Collection guys are continuously call me and misbehaving and threading me for more payments, also they are visited my residence also and expoiled my reputation.
                        Please help me out from this issue, me and my family are very depressed for this issue. Please intervention and resolve the same at earliest.
                        My card is still blocked.

                        Detailed scrutiny of your card account reveals that due date for repayment was missed on several instances and there were partial / delayed payments too on the card account. Further, charges levied on your card account were unilaterally deducted by you while making payments and hence, further applicable charges were levied on the card account and follow ups were initiated to assist you in timely payments.

We always advise our cardholders to pay the total amount due by the payment due date, as per the monthly statement of card to avoid any charges or have the option to pay any amount between the minimum amount due and total amount due, to avoid late payment charges. However, finance charges do get levied in case the total outstanding amount is not paid. Same is communicated to cardholders vide monthly statement also.
                        We would like to inform you that in case the payments are missed or payment of part amount is made, besides late payment fee, finance charges are also levied @ up to 3.35% per month on a daily balance basis (Balance includes opening balance and fresh purchases). This process continues till complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full. Hence, late payment fee and finance charges have been levied on your card account.
                        Further, post credit of payment on the card account, the interest charges are applied on the balance amount, if any and thus, the payment starts revolving on the account. This is also applicable on all the fresh transactions made in the same month by the cardholder. This process continues till complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full.
                        Please note that in case payment of at least minimum amount due is not received by the payment due date, late payment fee (Plus applicable government service tax) is charged as per the below-mentioned slabs:
                        • nil for total amount due from rs.0-rs.200;
                        • rs. 100 for total amount due greater than rs. 200 & up to rs. 500;
                        • rs. 400 for total amount due greater than rs. 500 & up to rs. 1000;
                        • rs. 600 for total amount due greater than rs. 1000 & up to rs. 10, 000;
                        • rs. 800 for total amount due greater than rs. 10, 000 & up to rs. 25, 000;
                        • rs. 950 for total amount due greater than rs. 25, 000
                        We appreciate your concern and in our endeavor to resolve the matter amicably, we have reversed finance charges of rs. 1, 739.33 and late fee of rs. 950 (Plus taxes) on your card under request number[protected]. Credit for the same reflecting shall reflect in your next month statement. However, we are constrained that we shall not be able to provide any further waiver on your sbi card account.
                        We may advise that as on date, an amount of rs. 51, 788.61 is outstanding on your card account and we request you to remit payment for the same at the earliest, to avoid any further charges.
                        Further, we would like to share with you that collection follow-ups were done on your card as the account was past due. We have very strict code of conduct to be followed by our collectors and no company agent or employee is authorized to violate the same. However, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused to you.

However, finance charges do get levied in case the total outstanding amount is not paid. Same is communicated to cardholders vide monthly statement also.
                        We would like to inform you that in case the payments are missed or payment of part amount is made, besides late payment fee, finance charges are also levied @ up to 3.35% per month on a daily balance basis (Balance includes opening balance and fresh purchases). This process continues till complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full. Hence, late payment fee and finance charges have been levied on your card account.
                        Further, post credit of payment on the card account, the interest charges are applied on the balance amount, if any and thus, the payment starts revolving on the account. This is also applicable on all the fresh transactions made in the same month by the cardholder. This process continues till complete outstanding on your card account is paid in full.
                        Please note that in case payment of at least minimum amount due is not received by the payment due date, late payment fee (Plus applicable government service tax) is charged as per the below-mentioned slabs:
                        • nil for total amount due from rs.0-rs.200;
                        • rs. 100 for total amount due greater than rs. 200 & up to rs. 500;
                        • rs. 400 for total amount due greater than rs. 500 & up to rs. 1000;
                        • rs. 600 for total amount due greater than rs. 1000 & up to rs. 10, 000;
                        • rs. 800 for total amount due greater than rs. 10, 000 & up to rs. 25, 000;
                        • rs. 950 for total amount due greater than rs. 25, 000
                        We appreciate your concern and in our endeavor to resolve the matter amicably, we have reversed finance charges of rs. 1, 739.33 and late fee of rs. 950 (Plus taxes) on your card under request number[protected]. Credit for the same reflecting shall reflect in your next month statement. However, we are constrained that we shall not be able to provide any further waiver on your sbi card account.
                        We may advise that as on date, an amount of rs. 51, 788.61 is outstanding on your card account and we request you to remit payment for the same at the earliest, to avoid any further charges.

                            As current ATM Card was permanently deactivated by State Bank of India, we requested new ATM Card at SBI Bawngkawn Branch, Aizawl on 7th Dec, 2019. Today is 30th Feb, 2020. It's been 55 Days and we do not receive it yet.

                            Extremely disappointing service as no one could provide proper answer..the concern Bank, Aizawl Main Post Office etc. I've sent Email several times to Contact SBI and the concern Branch itself. Zero response.

                            We provided correct Home Address and valid Mobile number. TRACKING NUMBER JA[protected] IN.

                            No SBI Staff aware what's going on exactly. They keep telling us to wait..and wait..and wait. Whoever involve in ATM Card Replacement are not doing they job. We don't know how long we have to wait more????
