Pls help to solve this card issue. Sbi credit card customer service is not supporting properly. Due to which it creates negative marks on credit.

i am many time complain to state bank market branch and sbi credit card department customer care that i do not need your sbi credit card kindly close my Sbi Card but there are no response for sbi credit department
last 22 jan 2020 sent to email sbi credit card department that i am not interested to pay annual charge plz close my sbi credit card but 28 jan deduct sbi credit card annual fees to my sbi bank Market branch...

Today i received a message from bwscisms saying "on your request signature has been changed in your sbi account, if not requested contact home branch"
But i haven't requested for any signature change. Please let me know why this has happened and what needs to be done?
I hereby request for immediate action on this incident and let me know if my account is secure...

A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 28 december 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have an outstanding on my sbi card for which i was promised emi option if i pay 10000 first. I paid 11325.00 and asked to split rest in emi. Later they told me i can not get that option and need to pay minimum bal every month. I sd i can only pay in emi as we mutually agreed for. The state bank of India is making cheats with middle class people by making financial inclusion ( FI ) charges of 17 rs on every transaction after completing 5 transactions. This charge is totally hidden neither mentioned anywhere nor told in terms and conditions. In this way, they also stopping people to switch for online transaction.
