Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 1663 rupees was successfully processed on 22 october 2019 to my account... Thus said by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Please help in my refund.

    I gave my pan card and nominee details to be updated in my account more than 5 times i have filled the form and submitted the documents but still my pan card and nominee details has not been updated in my account i am one sided leg fractured person it is not possible for me to visit branch anymore so please help me out i am fed up of the staff of this bank they keep the documents aside and say it will be done this is not once none of the staf[censored]nderstand my condition plz help me out

      Hi sir / mam.

      Recently i had withdrawed 7k rs from axis atm athwagate surat. And got one torned of of rs 2000.

      After few days i visited to kotak bank where my salary account and i requested to help me on it but they refused and sent me on axis bank and they also refused to help me on it. Then i visited to sbi branch kadodara surat. And asked bank to help and they are saying we not dropping money in every atms. And told me to visit the bank whos atm i have used. There is help found from any bank.

      It my kind request to you please help me on this matter as 2k is big amount for us.

        महोदय,
        निवेदन यह है कि प्रार्थी जगदीश प्रसाद गुप्ता उम्र 70 वर्ष निवासी बड़ाबाजार, सोरों जि0 कासगंज, पिन कोड 207403, उ0प्र0 आपसे विनम्र निवेदन करता हूंॅ कि, प्रार्थी एस0बी0आई0 शाखा सोरों जिसका प्थ्ैब् ब्वकम ैठप्छ0003959 स्थित लहरा रोड सोरों जि0 कासगंज का 40 वर्ष पुराना एक प्रतिष्ठित एवं वरिष्ठ नागरिक ग्राहक हूंॅ। उस समय यह एस0बी0आई0 कासगंज शाखा की ब्रान्च थी। दिनांॅक 11.11.2019 को प्राथी उक्त बैंक शाखा में 50, 000/रु0 जमा करने एवं एक एफ0डी0 65000/रु0 की बनबाने गया। उस समय दोपहर के 2 बजे थे। बैंक में पूरा स्टाफ अपनी सीटों से गायब था, केवल बैंक के गार्ड ही उपस्थित थे। पता चला कि स्टाफ लन्च करने गया है। बैंक में बैंक टाइम 10 बजे सुबह से 4 बजे सायं तक अंकित था। भोजन अवकाश का कोई भी जिक्र नहीं था। मुझे आश्चर्य हुआ कि पूरा स्टाफ सीट छोड़ कर चला गया है। खैर एक घण्टे बाद स्टाफ आ गया। तब तक मैं इन्तजार करता रहा और परेशान होता रहा। जब लाइन में लग कर खिड़की पर पैसा जमा करने गया तब वहांॅ लिखा देखा कि यहांॅ 20, 000/रु0 तक जमा करें एवं रु0 10, 000 /रु0 तक निकालें। मैं लाइन से निकल कर दूसरी खिड़की तलाशने लगा जो नहीं मिली। गार्ड से पूंॅछने पर ज्ञात हुआ कि उल्टा लिखा हुआ है कि यहांॅ पर 20, 000 /रु0 से ऊपर (।इवअम) एवं 10, 000/रु0 से ऊपर (ंइवअम) ही जमा एवं निकाले जाते हैं। तब उल्टा लिखा जान कर दुख भी हुआ और बैंक भूल पर आश्यर्च भी हुआ। कुछ देर में पैसे जमा हो गये। बाद में जब मैंने एफ0डी0 बनबाने के लिए बैंक मैंनेजर महोदय से सम्पर्क किया तो उन्होंने मुझे रामू नामक व्यक्ति से सम्पर्क करने एवं फार्म भर कर लाने को कहा। रामू मुझे बैंक में नहीं मिला तो मैंने फिर ब्रान्च मैंनेजर महोदय से सम्पर्क कर मदद करने को कहा। तो उन्होंने मेरे निवेदन को अनुसुना कर दिया। मैं उपेक्षित एवं परेशाना होता रहा वे मोबाइल से लगातार बात करते रहे।
        अतः मैं परेशान होकर मैं अपने नगर सोरों की बैंक आंॅफ बड़ौदा की नगर शाखा चन्दन चैक में गया। वहांॅ ब्रान्च मैंनेजर महोदय ने विनम्रता पूर्वक मेरा स्वागत किया एवं आने का मन्तव्य पूंॅछा। जब मैंने 65, 000 /रु0 की एफ0डी0 बनबाने की बात की। बात कहने पर उन्होंने कौरम फार्म मंॅगाया, स्वयं ही फार्म भरा और 65, 000/रु0 का चैक मेरा बच्चा जो ए0जी0एम0 है से लेकर जमा किया। चैक एस0बी0आई0 का ही था। काम करके मुझे विनम्रता पूर्वक विदा किया। इससे मेरा दिल प्रसन्न हो गया और हमेशा ही उस बैंक से काम करने का मन करने लगा है। क्योंकि बैंक आंॅफ बड़ौदा के बैंक कर्मी हम वरिष्ठ नागरिकों का सम्मान तथा परवाह करना जानते हैं।
        मुझे आपकी बैंक से शिकायत है कि आपकी बैंक वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को तमाम तरह की सुविधायें देने की बात करती है, प्रचार करती है इसके विपरीत हमें उक्त बैंक शाखा में जाने पर उपेक्षा एवं कष्ट सहने पड़ते हैं।
        कृप्या सुझाव देने का कष्ट करें कि क्या मैं दुःखी होकर अपना एवं अपनी पत्नी का उक्त बैंक शाखा में अपना खाता बन्द करा दूंॅ।

            I have purchased mobile from flipkart through sbi debit card emi option rs18990/- but i cancelled order. They will refund amount through ref no in[protected] on 4/10/2019. But still amount was not credited my bank account.
            I have purchase mobile from amazon sbi debit card emi option rs.16999/- i will cancelled order. They refund through ref no in[protected] on 3/10/2019 but still refund was not credited to my account. I attach support documents. Please rectify problem as soon as possible

And on 1 nov. 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                 A refund of 1015 rupees was successfully processed on 06 nov 2019 to my account by nykaa shopping site. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

                I have confirmed with nykaa and they have successfully processed the refund and the reference number 2610028

                Locate the pending refund and follow the path back to nykaa's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  I have been provided with a reference number of the transaction that is being initiated by amazon on 5th nov 2019 but even after 9th working days it is still not credited to my account. I have also been provided with an email regarding the refund initiation. I was being told to contact my bank customer service by amazon regarding this issue but its of no use. I have contacted the bank many a times but none of the bank executives were even willing to help me with this problem. When should i getting my money? The amount to be refunded is around 517 and it matters for me a lot. I kindly request to look into this matter and credit the amount in my account as soon as possible.
                  I am also providing the screenshot of that email sent by amazon to me.

                      In spite of me having made the payment for the month on October, 2019, the SBI Cards company refuses to acknowledge the payment. They have levied heavy penalties and in spite of multiple mails sent, there were no responses from their end to rectify the error. I have asked for account closure and still there are no responses for them. I am willing to pay all the actyual charges and close my account but there seems to be no revert from them

                        On 13 Nov 2019 at 10.21am, I recharged my mobile with Rs.99(BSNL) through yono Lite SBI mobile app.
                        Soon I received a message"Operator service unavailable OxitransID Payment of Rs. 99 if debited would be reversed soon. TID:UH86745740.
                        But till now I haven't received the debited amount. So credit Rs. 99 to my account from OXIGEN SERVICES INDIA.

                            Two times on 12th December & 13th December Rupees 295/- has been Debited, Transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI without my permission from my SBI account.
                            I have not been informed nor I have approved any such deductions.

                              I had gone to bank kiosk for updating my passbook. At the end of printing i find half of the page has not been printed. Then i went to bank for my pass book updation and they did it but i find sbi has debited my a/c with rs 118/- towards
                              Duplicate statement fees. Then i met the manager of sbi, ae market branch of kolkata who started telling me that it was my mistake. Till now i failed to understand my mistake as i was not involved in any way other than handing over the pass book.
                              Without solving the issue the manager told me that i should make an application then he will see. Mistake made by them and they are harassing customers like that.

                                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                  In sep month.. Still now, refund not initiated.. I already spoke with bank branch customer service.. They didn't respond and irresponsible answer they given.. After that they didn't pick my call.. I chat with amazon customer service representative, he said contact branch customer service we already sent reference code..
                                  And sent this content, "some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund."

                                  I had purchased scientific calculators in 2 quantities but due to public holiday the parcel couldn't deliverd to me... Though My refund from Amazon is not came in my account so far. Refund amt. 1880 Rs...So please cooperate...

                                    Sir, ours is in residential bank category. Rented in one house in 6 th cross street, karpagam garden. Everyday few street dogs come and make the entrance ugly and smelly by passing urin and motion. Most of the time roaming in the street and barking the customers. All are street dogs without neck belt. We couldn't control them.

                                      On 23rd october 2019, i received debit message from my fastag account no 34161fa[protected]dae0 that rs.355/- and rs.170/- has been debited from my account towards debit adjustment of toll charges on 19.10.2019. But the toll charges has been already debited to my fastag account on 19.10
                                      2019.
                                      Also on 12th november 2019, i received debit message from my fastag account that rs.170/- has been debited from my account towards debit adjustment of toll charges on 09.11.2019. But the toll charges has been already debited to my fastag account on 09.11.2019. I am attaching the transaction details for your reference. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and reverse the amount as soon as possible.

                                        I got a message like this on 12/11/2019

                                        Dear, sbi.. Customer your sbi.. Saving account & debit card will be suspended on 12/11/2019 because due to incomplete kyc..in your bank account to reactivate your savings account kindly please update your full kyc..in your bank account by visiting the link below https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe_smjhrDVUROFv6SG3h2kJyPSJgUFyk2ITEmEa...

                                        But i don't have sbi savings account. I have only ppf account.

                                        And by night around 9.30 pm i got a call for updating the kyc number. The person asked me to gurenteed my details with other bank details like card number. But i denined to give the details. The mobile from which i had got a call is [protected].
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
