Dear team,

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

    In amazon, i cancelled order (Already paid)
    In sep month.. Still now, refund not initiated.. I already spoke with bank branch customer service.. They didn't respond and irresponsible answer they given.. After that they didn't pick my call.. I chat with amazon customer service representative, he said contact branch customer service we already sent reference code..
    And sent this content, "some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund."
    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I had purchased scientific calculators in 2 quantities but due to public holiday the parcel couldn't deliverd to me... Though My refund from Amazon is not came in my account so far. Refund amt. 1880 Rs...So please cooperate...

      Sir, ours is in residential bank category. Rented in one house in 6 th cross street, karpagam garden. Everyday few street dogs come and make the entrance ugly and smelly by passing urin and motion. Most of the time roaming in the street and barking the customers. All are street dogs without neck belt. We couldn't control them.
      Kindly look into the matter and catch the stay dogs

        On 23rd october 2019, i received debit message from my fastag account no 34161fa[protected]dae0 that rs.355/- and rs.170/- has been debited from my account towards debit adjustment of toll charges on 19.10.2019. But the toll charges has been already debited to my fastag account on 19.10
        2019.
        Also on 12th november 2019, i received debit message from my fastag account that rs.170/- has been debited from my account towards debit adjustment of toll charges on 09.11.2019. But the toll charges has been already debited to my fastag account on 09.11.2019. I am attaching the transaction details for your reference. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and reverse the amount as soon as possible.

          I got a message like this on 12/11/2019

          Dear, sbi.. Customer your sbi.. Saving account & debit card will be suspended on 12/11/2019 because due to incomplete kyc..in your bank account to reactivate your savings account kindly please update your full kyc..in your bank account by visiting the link below https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe_smjhrDVUROFv6SG3h2kJyPSJgUFyk2ITEmEa...

          But i don't have sbi savings account. I have only ppf account.

          And by night around 9.30 pm i got a call for updating the kyc number. The person asked me to gurenteed my details with other bank details like card number. But i denined to give the details. The mobile from which i had got a call is [protected].

            An amount of rs. 14800 debited from my account vide ref no.[protected] through upi without asking any upi otp 12/11/2019. Also an amount of rs, 4999/- debited on 11/11/2019 vide upi/dr/[protected]/rally/air p/[protected]/ transfer to[protected]. Please do the need full at the earliest so that i can return my amount and please also advise what to do for future.

            An amount of Rs. 14800 debited from my account vide ref no.[protected] through UPI without asking any UPI OTP 12/11/2019. Also an amount of Rs, 4999/- debited on 11/11/2019 vide UPI/DR/[protected]/Rally/air p/[protected]/ transfer to[protected]. Please do the need full at the earliest so that I can return my amount and please also advise what to do for future.
            From my account a Debited INR 118.00 on 07/11/19 was don for EXCESS DR IN SBl.
            Monthly only can have 2 transfer no more
            Refund issue 21 October but refund not get my bank account

            Sir refund was not provide to my account the aMozen sent me money but bank should not provided balance in my account

              Dear sir,

              I had applied for a sbi shaurya credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

              I got one message from sbi stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of sbi credit card they mentioned

              "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

              I have given all the documents. Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application.

                My name is (Akash gurung) and i had ordered (Tarkan mobile cover) of rs. (226) in amazon on (12/10/2019) and i returned this order due to personal reason. On (17/10/2019)
                Amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Along with it had also ordered (Case plus type c to 3.5mm audio connector) of rs. (295) in amazon on (12/10/2019) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (17/10/2019)
                Amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
                Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My sbi account number is [protected] from which upi payment was made to amazon.

                It's been 4 days of complain being registered and SBI is also being notified buy still no compliance is there.
                I pay rupees 1589 to purchase an article from Amazon. But I'm cancel that on same date i.e.on 16th Oct.2019. But I couldn't got my refund till now.

                My name is narendra nagar. I have taken loan in 2012. But I am not getting subsidy on my loan. My bank not given any confirmation about loan subsidy. I want to complaint .

                  I birendra singh retired from education department bihar and getting pension from sbi. My ppo no[protected] and ac no [protected]. I am getting rs 100 medical allowance per month instead of rs 1000 per month since october 2017.

                    Actually there is no information regarding the deduction of the amount, how can any bank debit the amount without the permission of the account holder.
                    An ddin't activated any auto debit schemes. Then why the banks are debbiting money without any information. So kindly take an action regarding the issue.
                    And let me know the further information regarding the auto debit of money.

                      Dear sir

                      A refund of 499 rupees was successfully processed on 23 oct, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        My money was kept hold 10 days back. I don't have any dues or loans. It was kept on hold while i was doing a transaction. I called the customer care but they insisted me to go to my branch which i can't go as i was far away from my town so please go through it and unhold my bank account balance. I request to please go through the complaint as soon as possible.

                          I have returned some product worth rs. 349 to amazon and it's been almost a month i haven't received my refund amount yet. I've received the refund receipt and confirmation that amount was processed successfully by amazon but it is pending from bank's side.
                          I have contacted my branch also, but they're not taking any action.
                          It is been a month and i'm extremely disappointed.
                          Please do help.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have complained many times to nodal officers, principal nodal officer and customer head but there is still no response. I have limit of 5 lac . So I use 2 lac last month . I want to convert this amount as emi but sbi credit card decreased the limit next day without any intimation and also charged overdue limit. Customer care said that this is technical issue but we can’t help or increase the limit. I already giving 7000 rs interest in this amount . This is totally fault from their side. Why should I pay overdue charge and why they decreased my limit without any intimation . Minimum due payment is 129000 rs . Without this amount I can’t covert pending amount in emi .kinldy help

                              I have purchased some accessories and I paid online by debit card.
                              But after I returned my order. And Amazon initiated my amount on 25th Oct. But I haven't received my amount in my sbi account yet. It's too late. On Amazon account they write one thing that you get ur refund after 3-5 business days but its aprox 15-16 days but I haven't received my refund. I want my refund of 870 rupees in my sbi account as soon as possible.

                                Hi Team,

                                On 27th Oct, there is a transaction of Rs. 500 from my SBI credit card, for VISA ATM fee with an IGST charge of Rs. 90.
                                When I am trying to raise a complaint in their web site they are not allowing me to log a complaint. Please refer to the screen shot attached.

                                I can't understand they are putting some bull ### charges and disabling the complaint window for that. It's a direct cheating with the customer. SBI is a Govt. organization, it doesn't mean they will do monopoly.

                                Please kindly provide the resolution.

                                    In my saving bank account with maintaining minimum balance of rs.1000/- every time. Rs. 59 deducted against fee excess drs. Please explain in details what is this? What is the criteria of this types of deductions. I don’t understand how can i maintain my saving account in reputed nationalised bank means state bank of india. Please explain and arrange to return the same

                                    I ordered some product (T-shirt) from flipkart on 30 september 2019 at 5:29 pm by netbanking and then i returned it. Flipkart refunded my money on 13 october 2019 but it doesn't not reflect in my bank account. I complained my issue to the bank but my problem remains the same. Please take action to solve my issue.

                                    Yesterday 5th November 2019 one of our customer made payment to Rudra Electrical with transaction Id SB498800 but till I have not found credit amount in my account.
                                    I have booked ticket from Paytm and it got failed but refund has been already proceed by Paytm but didn't get in my account so far. Paytm team has asked me to check with bank with RRN number. Please help

                                      Refunds from amazon with reference number[protected] and[protected] was successfully processed to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
