    fi txn @csp outlet

    Today I got deducted 99/- from my A/c as FI txn @csp outlet .Thing is I have not exceeded the 4 transactions from my account this month but used UPI .And I know for UPI there are no deductions.Every month it used to deduct 14-17 and this tym it went to 99 As this is the huge amount I would request you to verify once the details and send me the details of the deduction ....

    This is reference to payment refund done by amazon. The payment was of rs 499. The item was returned on 31st oct, 2019 and the refund should have been reflected in my account till 6th november, 2019 but it is still pending.
    Can you tell me the status of refund? The refund reference number for the transaction is[protected].
    Also, amazon asked to contact the bank's customer care but the customer care is saying they have limited access to data. Kindly resolve the case.

      It a very important issue that our bank manager maximum time not present in office time.
      And also he always went before the closing time of our bank because he has to go his own home which is situated about 70 km from our branch.
      And in a non transaction day the manager close the main gate means he don't do any other work apart from transaction.

      Plz take a action as soon as possible.

        Hello sir i have requested for the sbi credit card. Its may be 2 months passed but till date i did not get the credit card but i have received the messages for the statement of the credit card which is already not received by me or did not reach to me. So i am not supposes to pay any type of bills regarding to credit card. And i want to block that credit card plz do need full.

          My name is govind bijore and i had ordered allen solly mens plain slim fit casual shirt of rs 796.00 in amazon on 21-october-2019 and after 30-october-2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 30-october-2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refernce number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but when i asked the bank near me to fill charge dispute form they said we don't have such policy you should refer amazon for this but amazon has already intiated the amount. So please kindly respond to this complain its very urgent. My card number is [protected].

            Dear sir/ma'am,

            Within one week of receiving the sbi credit card ([protected]), two fraud transactions were done by some body through my credit card in the night of 07/12/2017 at 11.15 pm that time i was sleeping. Next day morning (08/12/2017) when i seen my mobile, i seen two unread sms sent by sbi one for transaction of rs 10000 and second for rs 9999.

            I had neither given my mobile to anybody nor told otp to anybody even i seen my mobile next day in the morning. But immediately same day at 11.00 am i informed and checked with bank / customer care then i knew that transaction were really done successfully by somebody with my credit card number.
            I immediately asked to customer care to cancel the transactions and block the card. They did not cancel the transactions.

            I logged the complaint with :
            1. Sbi customer care ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com)
            2. Bank’s ombudsman (New delhi),
            3. Police station (Ssp office ghaziabad)
            4. Consumersathi.com
            5. Nodal officer of credit card

            Sbi charge back team did wrong investigation and imposed that amount on me to pay. Banking ombuds was also agree with sbi credit card’s statement and said ok.

            Dear Customer, We would like to share that the investigation for the said transaction has been completed.

            As per our records, the dynamic One Time Password (OTP) for this transaction was successfully delivered to your registered mobile number and same was used to validate the transaction along with your card CVV, over the internet/IVR.

            Considering the above, we regret to inform you that the liability of transaction(s) lies with you.

            Kindly note that the outstanding balance on your card needs to be cleared soon, to avoid late fee & finance charges on your card account. Non receipt of the payment may impact your credit performance.

            Do note that SBI Card will never ask you for your Dynamic OTP or Card CVV over any medium for any reason.
            We request you to be vigilant on the same, to avoid misuse of your Card.

            Dear SBI Credit Card Team,
            I have already told that OTP was delivered on my mobile and on my email, when I logged complain but OTP was not seen by me. Even message was unread untill morning when I waked up.

            I called the customer care in morning to cancel thsese transaction saying that I have not done these transaction.
            1. He not canceled the transaction and 2. Told file the Dispute form still money not transafered in his account.
            3. I filed the many Dispute form (many times, as customer care agent was always denying dispute form is not OK).
            4. I asked to cancel the transaction by mail and call too.

            Those transaction could be cancelled but customer care agent not canceled the transaction even always they were asking new dispute form, and telling go to police station. But not canceled the transction.
            I done all things but nothing happen. If bank can not cancel any transaction then why bank takes 24 hour to clear the amount. Its happen due to idleness of bank not mine. I had informed in morning to cancel, why not bank canceled. Some times it force me to think that some SBI credit card members are involve in such type of fraud as if first time card holder is using his card in same night fraud is happening. OTP is delivering but not seen by cardholder. After filing the dispute form /complain transaction is not getting cancel.
            In this month only two withdrawal is done SBI is debiting money for Excess DR in SB why?

              Sir, i am abhishek kumar, having a account in sbi, i have a refund from amazon, on 17/10/2019. But still my account has not credited by amount.
              I have called the state bank of india customer service many times but nobody resolved the problem. No action is being taken. I also raised issue on cms.

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  I would like to bring your attention towards the misbehavior of your bank employee mr. Amod kumar gaud (Sbi padrauna city, u. P).
                  Mr. Amod kumar gaud (Branch manager) has harrassed me by intentionally delaying my work, so that i have to visit bank frequently and also he has spoken very rudely to me.
                  I went to him several times but still he chose not to solve my problem and always misbehaved with me, he always behaved very badly and rudely to me.
                  I'm very disappointed and afraid that i've to visit several times more to get my work done and i'm not even certain that my work will be done.

                  I request you to please do enquiry and take action against such employees as he is giving unnecessary trouble to the customers and spoiling the bank image.

                    One and half year before i did applied for sbi credit card, but it did not got dispatched.

                    Six months before i received an sms for renewal charges of this undispatched credet card. Immediately i contacted to sbi customer care and ask for cancellation of this renewal charges as card was not dispatched, under complaint id:[protected].

                    Also, i want to declare i am using 4 other banks credit card and for any of these i never paid its monthly bill after due date. Also, i don’t have any personal loan.

                        I had placed an order of an iphone 8 of inr 34249 from flipkart on 22 nd oct 2019 with online payment using my sbi debit card. I cancelled the order on the same day and flipkart initiated the refund and by next day which is 23rd oct flipkart messaged me for the refund completion with the refund id. Its been 15 days now and the money is not in my account yet. I spoke with many flipkart customer care executives and i m told to file dispute charge against bank. I then contacted bank
                        And visited my home branch but they didn't help. They didn't even address my issue well. I contacted again to sbi customer care executive and asked them to file the dispute charge they told me to visit home branch for filing dispute charge so it went like this. I also registered complaint on sbi cms portal. The amount is really big. Request you please address this problem asap. I am also attaching the screenshot of mail i have received from. Flipkart.

                          Dear ma'am/sir,

                          As i was having a sbi card no.: [protected] till june 2016 after that i discontinue to use the same and make a request through customer care on call to close the above card as soon as possible after payment of my outstanding bills till date.

                          But unfortunately the card was not closed by sbi credit card customer care and after a long period i got a call from recovery agent for payment of yearly card fee + interested.

                          I don't want to drag this issue further please close the card as soon as possbile becasue this mistake was done by sbi cards to not close the card after getting card closing request through toll free number.

After talking to several flipkart customer care executives i am told to contact bank and file a dispute form. Then i contacted bank they are telling that it's flipkart responsibility to complete your refund we can't do anything. They are just playing blame game and i don't know what should i do now. I have also registered a complaint against bank on sbi cms portal.

                              I ordered a product from amazon which i returned and a refund of rs 399 was initiated from them. After calling both customer care (Amazon and sbi) amazon gave a number which was a 4 digit one and sbi demanded a 16 digit number to be able to track the payment. It's been a month. I was told that my money got stuck in the gateway. My sbi account number is [protected].

                              This is one nuisance with SBI every bloody time. Even with UPI payments, it gets stuck if one of the parties has an SBI account. Imagine the chaos that gets created when let's say one of them is a merchant and the other owes money to them. Now no one knows whether the money will be refunded to the source or the destination. Meanwhile the sender and receiver get stuck in arguments in which there is a double edged sword if the sender once again does a transaction and if both payments eventually land in the receiver's account. Alternatively the second time payment also gets stuck and the account of the sender gets emptied. For the last 2 days more than 7k of fund transfer from PayTM wallet to SBI has been stuck because of their retarded technical glitches and PayTM is refusing to do anything till they get a confirmation of failure from SBI. As of nowadays most banks are clearing even account payee cheques within a day and SBI no matter what will be stuck in the 19th century only. Are they to send a pigeon over from their server location to the location of the merchant? Even that takes less than a few hours!

                                I had ordered prestige hard anodised tadka pan, 100 mm (Rs.#329) and hawkins futura non stick dosa tawa, 33cm, black (Rs.#1280) on 4th october from amazon. Due to some personal reason i returned both and refund issued for both on 11 oct (Rs.296.1) and 12 oct (Rs.[protected] respectively. My refund reference no. Is # 690312. Amazon has already been issued this refund reference number but sbi has not updated my refund in my account. Amazon told me to file charge dispute but i dont know whether sbi have such facility and also i dont know how to do that. Please take necessary steps to process the refund as soon as possible. Its very urgent.

                                  I attended sbi clerk mains exam on sept 20, 2019 from kerala. W hen i tried to obtain my scorecard, my genuine login details were shown invalid in there website. Its been a week and still no reponse for my complaints. Now i have doubts on the credibility of this exam. I wasted a lot of time and effort for this exam.                                     We applied for a top-up on our existing home loan on the 19. Aug.2019 and being member of staff did not insist on any acknowledgement for the same. It would be a huge understatement to mention that we have had a highly disappointing level of service from the bank staff. Absolutely no intimation of the status at any time till the date of this complaint, consistent flip-flops and no transparency in the information provided whenever asked for.

                                    We were given a list of documents required for the application to be processed which we submitted on the 19. Aug.2019 hoping that the loan would be processed smoothly.

                                    On 20. Aug.2019 we submitted an undertaking in the form of a letter explaining the reason for the top up and status of our interiors including flooring in select areas within the flat as part of interior related customization.

                                    On 23. Aug.2019 we were told that my daughter’s home loan account and my son’s home loan account were linked due to bank error and had to be de-linked for the application to be processed. We were very strangely asked to submit the loan account statement of my daughter’s home loan account which should actually be accessible to the bank automatically.

                                    After nearly 2 weeks, post submitting all documents as requested from time to time and upon our persistent inquiry, we are told that site verification needs to be done. The verification agent took pictures of the flat but apparently did not submit the same. The bank staff said that the agent went abroad (Highly irresponsible excuse) and hence it had to be re-done. After waiting for a week for it to be re-done, the re-verification did not happen and the site verification was apparently completed.

                                    After nearly 6 weeks post application, we were refused the loan on the basis of absence of handover letter. It was not refused based on our eligibility or any other reason but based on absence of a document.

                                    How is the bank being compliant by processing an application without intimation of requirement of a certain document on 19. Aug.2019 (Date of application) itself and then after 6 weeks the application is refused citing the absence of the said document.

                                    We now submitted the handover letter (Only reason for refusal) on the 28. Oct.2019 at the saket branch. We are back to where we started and have got absolutely no response till the date of this complaint. We had emailed the bm saket branch on 01. Nov.2019 asking for the status with a reminder on the 04. Nov.2019 but as expected no response or even acknowledgement at all.

                                    We would now like a written reply giving answers to the below mentioned points as a last resort before we further escalate this to the banking ombudsman, consumer forum and consider our legal options.

                                    1. What is the exact process that is followed to process a home loan top-up application along with site/field agent verification and the timelines for the same from the date of application.

                                    2. Our home loan is with saket branch. Why was the application sent to kapra branch without any intimation or authority from us? For the only internal purpose of commission, do you understand the impact it has due to delays for the customer?

                                    3. We had already given the reason for top-up and clearly mentioned in the letter submitted that the flooring of the flat in certain areas was not done as it was to be done along with the interior designs. Why is the agm - racpc now claiming that the flat is incomplete in construction after having submitted the handover letter? There are 943 families that are living in the said community with some of them being sbi customers and this is supposed to be an approved project by the bank. Is the agm qualified to understand the difference between incomplete construction and pending works linked to interior design?

                                    4. Has the bank been compliant by processing an application devoid of a document and 6 weeks post application refuse the application citing the said document?

                                    5. If the application process is non-compliant, and has been refused, on what basis and authority has the fee for advocate been charged on the 16. Oct.2019?

                                    6. On what basis has the bank carried out two cibil enquiries for one top-up application made on the 19. Aug.2019. The enquiry on the 21. Aug.2019 for home loan is followed by another enquiry for a personal loan on the 17. Sep.2019. When there is no personal loan application made, on what basis has the bank made the 17. Sep cibil enquiry?

                                    If there is any credibility left with the bm kapra branch and his agm, we would like a written reply to the above points from the bank, preferably signed by the said bm & agm who had refused the application. The bm saket branch for now can live with the excuse that agm/racpc has not progressed the application and complete the passing of buck along with bm kapra branch and the agm.

                                    We are still not sure if this callous, highly irresponsible and arrogant attitude is limited to the above three individuals or if this is an institutional practice within the bank. We may be forced to think that its institutional practice based on the times of india nov. 6th article where the cbi has booked cases against rm-sbi. Responsible, accountable & credible people not available in sbi we suppose.

                                    Being owners in the said community, we have already shared our nightmarish experience with sbi in the owners whatsapp group. My son being in the profession of structural consulting is associated with such owner groups with access to around 35, 000 families and is mulling to share this experience with those groups soon. We have also posted our complaint on two other forums as listed below and will hope that our post gives customers an idea of service to be expected by the bank with regards to such instances.

                                    The most painful and ironic part of this never ending nightmare is that i’m 72 years old and my husband is 77 years old and had served the bank as an employee for more than 2 decades. He had to travel from chandanagar to kapra and then to saket in spite of having numerous medical difficulties just to gather information and submit documents only to end up being refused for lack of document post 6 weeks. Rbi guidelines of door step banking for such seniors just lie as guidelines on paper and the oldest bank of the country does not bother about the spirit of these guidelines.

                                    Our only humble request to higher authorities (Provided someone is credible and responsible) is to give us a concrete decision as sbi is not the only bank in the country and this is our last attempt to remain with the bank.

                                      Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                                      Dear sir

                                      A refund of 1699 rupees was successfully processed by amazon india on 13 oct 2019 to my account against reference number 462362. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service they said as this transaction being a third party they cant help me out.

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund
                                      Kindly help me out
