State Bank of India [SBI] Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to share that the investigation for the said transaction has been completed.
As per our records, the dynamic One Time Password (OTP) for this transaction was successfully delivered to your registered mobile number and same was used to validate the transaction along with your card CVV, over the internet/IVR.
Considering the above, we regret to inform you that the liability of transaction(s) lies with you.
Kindly note that the outstanding balance on your card needs to be cleared soon, to avoid late fee & finance charges on your card account. Non receipt of the payment may impact your credit performance.
Do note that SBI Card will never ask you for your Dynamic OTP or Card CVV over any medium for any reason.
We request you to be vigilant on the same, to avoid misuse of your Card.

I have already told that OTP was delivered on my mobile and on my email, when I logged complain but OTP was not seen by me. Even message was unread untill morning when I waked up.
I called the customer care in morning to cancel thsese transaction saying that I have not done these transaction.
1. He not canceled the transaction and 2. Told file the Dispute form still money not transafered in his account.
3. I filed the many Dispute form (many times, as customer care agent was always denying dispute form is not OK).
4. I asked to cancel the transaction by mail and call too.
Those transaction could be cancelled but customer care agent not canceled the transaction even always they were asking new dispute form, and telling go to police station. But not canceled the transction.
I done all things but nothing happen. If bank can not cancel any transaction then why bank takes 24 hour to clear the amount. Its happen due to idleness of bank not mine. I had informed in morning to cancel, why not bank canceled. Some times it force me to think that some SBI credit card members are involve in such type of fraud as if first time card holder is using his card in same night fraud is happening. OTP is delivering but not seen by cardholder. After filing the dispute form /complain transaction is not getting cancel.
