I had ordered "boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphone with immersive stereo sound and hands free mic" on 5th of nov.
Later on i cancelled my order and asked for refund.
I got sms that my refund is initiated on 14th of nov. I have attached a screenshot of that sms. It says that refund will be reflect in my bank account in 4-5 days. Now its been 15 days but did not get refund.

      I have done recharge for vodafone prepaid of rs 399/- from sbi bhim pay and amount is debited from my account but still recharge is not reflecting yet.
      Kindly check whats the issue as I want my refund because for the first time I have done recharge through bhim SBI pay and it was just expectable that the amount was debited but recharge not done..So kindly refund my money back...

      295 Rupees of Investment intermedi charge automatically deleted from my account without my permission, I never used this Investment intermedi even debited so please return back my money.
      Investment Intermedi cut my balance 295 for two times ! why?

      I want to say that an unnecessary deduction of rs 295 deducted.I dont know why..i dont hve any loan .so wat z the need..Investment Intermediate means what?

        Hi,

        Sbi bank debits rs.1000 every month as debit ach dr charges for the past 6 months.. I am not sure why they deduct the amount. I have attached my mini summary for reference..
        Alone please let me know whether are deducting it for every month.. Sometimes they deduct two times in a month. I tried thankfully to the customer care but there was no response from them.

          I had been used cdm machine in guntur to credit 16500 in my account [protected] the transaction is successful but i can't get money in my account please recover it and it's very urgent on the date of 30/11/2019 we did this but i can't get it please find it return my money and it's txn no {4808} then atm id is s5ne[protected] so please try to find it and return my money

            I ordered jio phone (Black) on 14 september 2019 but due to some personal issues i canceled it. Actually i ordered 2 jio phone (Black) on same date but on different address and i canceled both of them.
            About 1 jio phone i already complained on 27 november 2019 @ indian consumer complaint forum.
            And as i told in previous complaint, in this case also i didn't get refunded money in my account/ money refunded by amazon didn't credited in my account.

            And amazon's refund transaction i'd is: 704730
            Hope i will get my money back in my account as soon as possible for both the jio
            Phone (Black).
            The amazon's transaction i'd for both jiophone may be interchanged by each other transaction i'ds as i didn't noticed which one is for which jiophone.

              A refund of 5999 rupees was successfully processed on 17 november 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and visit my s. B. I branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but no body resolved the problem.

              I have confirmed with amazon and the have successfully processed the refund. My reference id is[protected]

              Kindly go through the charge located the pending refund.

                Vikas awasthi from sbi agency calling me for dues of credit card and told him that i'll pay once my salary gets credited. He threat me by asking he will do anything if i doesn't pay outstanding amount and i continuesly ask him that i'll pay once i get my salary.
                When i doesn't pay due, he directly called my wife's hospitals main reception and told that receptionist if she doesn't transfer call to my wife he will come up with the delhi police at hospital. After that incident receptionist asked my wife whats this? She didn't understand what's going in and gets shocked. She feels like stressed after that call.
                I don't understand why he called my wife's hospital even i received his called and asking for time to repayment.
                He has no authority and no rights to call her work place, why he called because she is my wife?

                I want to file a case against that agent, his name is vikas awasthi and[protected] his number.
                Where i can file a case? Please suggest me or my wife is in stress and continuesly asking for police complaint, should i do this?

                  More than 30000 rupees has been deducted from my sbi account in the name of othpg paytam bank. I never knew about this. I didn't pay anything nor i did any transaction in those days. I never received any otps for those transaction also. What kind of insecurity is this?? How can i keep my money in your sbi banks. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                    My name is pradyut ranjan & i had ordered a skybag purple backpack of rs 571 in amazon on
                    7 th november 2019 and i cancelled that order on the same day due to personal reasons. Amazon initiated refund on 12th november to my account but i still didn't get the amazon provided me the reference number[protected] & told me to fill charge dispute form which i didn't get online. So please kindly respond to this complaint & credit my money in my account.

                      I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers 39175954 and[protected].When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                      As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
                      When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
                      Please do the needful..

                        I am a SBI account holder in the chikkatirupathi road branch, Bangalore 560067. Actually made a debit card transaction of the 910 rs. And after that I got a message like your 910 money has been putted on hold. After sometime I putted money in my account . Again they putted 910 rs on hold. Now totally 1820 SBI has putted on hold. I have done my all the KYC including Aadhar and pan card. This is very pathetic service from the SBI.

                          I had been doing a transaction of rs. 706/- to hpcl for hp gas refill booking on sbi-epay gateway on 19/11/2019 using google pay upi. Amount of rs. 706 was deducted from my account but booking was not done. I have waited for my refund amount till 28/11/2019, but no refund got credited in my account.

                            Greetings of the day,
                            I am anuj shrivastava, from jabalpur and my complaint is against sbi credit card.
                            After series of mails to and from them but not getting a satisfactory reply this mail.
                            They are not replying to my direct complain and repeating the same irrelevant reply again n again.
                            My complaintis as follows :
                            On 6th june night around 12.00 am, i was booking a flight ticket from yaatra.com using sbi credit card as mode of payment. It was an international flight ticket i was booking and at that time the fare was rs.72948 when my card was blocked for the same transaction. I called sbi credit card customer care at[protected] immediately and there was a recorded message that your call center operates from 8am to 8pm. As my card was blocked and there was nothing i could do i had to wait till next morning at 8.00am and got my card de activated and booked the same flight ticket. Now the fare had gone up by rs.8127. Both these figures can be matched as the transaction which was blocked was for rs.72948 for yaatra.com and today morning i did same transaction for rs.81075 from yaatra.com so my humble request is kindly give me a credit for 8127 as i was made to pay the extra amount for no fault on mine.
                            They have accepted in their mails that their was no call from their executive when the card was blocked as well as auto generated message for unblocking the card. As its a deficiency in service from their side i should not suffer.

                              Dear team

                              I am Ribka working with axis bank as operations manager pondicherry yesterday night 10.54 I got messages from your employee Mr.Karthik [protected] and [protected] stating that he is from SBI and he insulted me and my organisation

                              The issue is my reportee Mr.Anbudurai is defaulter of credit card SBI regards this Mr.karthik call me on 11/11/19 to speak with anbu and I have asked anbudurai to pay also

                              Again on 13/11/19 Karthik call me and told that he is priority customer of axis and employee of SBI and asked me about the issue then I have given axis hr mail Id and clearly told to proceed legally

                              Inspite of that he call me again and again in working hours due to my work schedule I didn't attend the call and it is not necessary that I have to answer him

                              But yesterday night he just gone beyond limits

                              I hereby attaching the screenshot and being an employee of bank he is not maintaining basic manners and tortured me from night by insulting me and my organisation

                              I have a doubt whether he is the employee or not he is not disclosing employee ID and not attending my call I just have his number and mail Id [protected]@gmail.com

                              I don't know how collection agents getting access for doing all this non sense

                                I ordered jio phone (black) on 14 September 2019 then because of some personal issue I canceled it by then I recieved an email by Amazon to get refunded shortly in 3-5 days but I didn't get any money that is RS 1, 500 .
                                After then I call Amazon for not showing money in my account they told me to ask sbi customer care agent to release my money because Amazon already refunded it in my account but sbi care agent told me that not any money recieved in my account or no money showing them so they release it in my account.

                                And amazon refund transaction I'd is 677690

                                It's been 10 days of my complaint but I didn't get my money back yet.please consider my complaint and help me in getting my money back .

                                    I have created a gift card to gift one of my friend on 18th november 2019. While making the card it deduct 118 rs from my sbi account immediately as charge of the card.
                                    I received courier reference dated 27th november 2019 statig "dispatched via proffessional courier". While checking courier service website it is showing "return to the origin" on 26th november 2019.

                                    There is no option to provide contact number of consignee in sbi online portal. Courier service did not call me (Consignor) either if they face any issue.

                                    Its looks like a fraud from sbi

                                      I paid 799 rupees via bhim in pes mobile game and it shows the transaction is complete but the amount has not been approved in the game but in the bhim application it shows that the transaction has been approved and the amount has been deducted from my bank account.
                                      Kindly look into the matter as the money has been deducted from my debit card and i'm extremely worried about it.

                                        I had applied for general insurance for my home on feb-19 but still i have not received any info and documents from your end. I write this mail to you for support as i am unable to retrieve my refund nor any documents related to my insurance applied on feb-19.

                                        I i have already handed hard copy of my letter for support in 1 st week of this month (02/11/2019) to sbi general insurance but still no action. Please take up with your team and help me get my refund with interest. Awaiting your reply.
