Sir,
It is to intimate that on 4.11.2019 at 5.57 pm, transaction of rs.5000/= wrongly has been through phonepe from my sbi account no.[protected].
Vide utr:[protected].
In this regard i contacted to customer care sbi but they refused to help me. Sbi customer care said that contact phonepe.
It is matter of transaction from sbi bank so i visited the sbi branch sector 61, noida but branch said that we deal n take care the transactions which are done by our system not phonepe system.
Details of transaction is enclosed herewith for reference.
It is requested that action may be initiated with concerned to get refund my hard money.

It is to remind you that I have registered complaint on 5.11.2019 and matter was also reminded on 13.11.2019 but yet no action has been taken by sbi bank.to get refund Rs.5000/-.
