sbi card (simply save)

Two years back, some SBI agent fellow just walked in my office and explained about the product "SBI Card Simly SAVE". He said it is life long free. I believed as other credit cards I am holding are free too. I did not use the card even once as there was no requirement. Recently, I activated the card in September 2019 to create my own PIN. Immediately after that I received a bill of Rs. 589/- on 6 October. I thought it must be some fraud and...

Dear sir,

My name is vivek and i am writing on behalf of my dad. He is army retired and kargil warfare person who depends on his pension. He took a car loan from sbi and submitted all required docs. We were never told about the rc copy submission but we still submitted. He don't have online banking account but yesterday i registered him for that and when i checked his loan account i noticed a game which played by sbi. They are putting un-informed charges of approx 3000 in his loan account by writing no sub of rc book. I am totally dishearted he visit bank every month and has good relationship over there but they never told or called about these charges. May be if they lost the rc copy atleast they should let us know about it. It's disrespect to army retired veteran. Please let us know why we are behaved and cheated like this. This how they help soldiers and we talk about vijay malaya now who thief.

      My name is raviraj yadav and i had ordered skmei analog-digital black dial men's watch - ad0990 of rs.448 in amazon on 7 november 2019 and after (Return date) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Date on which refund initiated)
      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

      On dated 14/11/2019 and 15/11/2019, 4 transactions are done on name of OTHPG from my account stated above.
      These transactions are not done by me.
      Kindly check and solve my problems.

      Total 4500 Rs are withdrawn from my account ( 1500+1500+1000+500 ).

      The main issue is that there is threat of multiple transactions time to time.
      Kindly check and solve my problems.OTHPG PAYTM transactions shouldnot be allowed from SBI Cards without any consent or OTP.

          This is narmadha.my sbi account no [protected].on 15.10.19 i made a debit card transaction of Rs.3024 and it was declined by bank and amount debited from my account.sofar that amount of Rs.3024 is not returned back to my account.please take as a complaint and resolve this issue.i request the concern authority to take necessary action and return back my amount of Rs.3024.

            SBI Quarters, HCU lane, Kondapur, they burn dead grass/waste every other day, creating a lot of pollution which is not only harmful to health but it's also effecting the environment.

            Can you please look into this matter, and ask them to stop creating pollution and also educate them to adopt a better way to dispose of the waste ?

            Are we waiting for a situation like Delhi to repeat in Hyderabad ? Also this is not acceptable from a government owned bank. Please take immediate action, so that they don't repeat this in future.

              I ordered a biriyani from zomato.and my rrn no.[protected] they started the process so please refund my money .

                Sir, maine sbi se personal lone liya tha mera account DSP hone per processing fee mere account se kaat liya gaya hai, maine sbi ko complent application bhi diya tha jo, do mahine hone ja rahe hai. Abhi tak action nhi liya gaya aur intrest rate bhi jyada liya ja raha hai, Maine kai baar detail magane ki kosis kiya, lekin bank se koi reply nhi mil paya hai.Mai sbi service se bahut unhappy hu. please provide me satisfactorily reply by sbi service.

                  I had applied for a credit card on 25 september 2019. My application number is[protected]. I was told to make a fd for applying for a credit card. I have done so. Today is 19 november 2019 and still, the status is reflecting as under process. Called customer care and registered complaints regarding the same as follows complaint[protected] dated 18 october 2019 complaint[protected] dated 2 november 2019 complaint 3 1-[protected] dated 3 november 2019 complaint[protected] dated 12 november 2019 once an agent said the card is ready for dispatch and will be received in 2 working days. Call day 6 november 2019 every time the agent says the problem will be resolved in 7 working days. Sbi customer care agents usually hang up and don't speak. I would like to know whether sbi is planning for how much more time to give the credit card to me. I want the credit card

                    I have cleared the dues on my sbi credit card bearing no.
                    on 23/09/2019 and requested to close my credit card over the telephone and later on I got the confirmation of the same but till today I did not get any NOC over the said issue for which my cibil score is not updated.
                    I therefore, request you to do the needful at earliest and oblige.
                    The transaction dated 13-Nov-19 08:34:36 through card ending 2451 has been declined due to 150-BLOCKED (TXN TRIED ON OUR ATM) CARD. Please contact branch

                      Hi team,

                      This is with reference to my sbi card number 1028 in the name of sushma kumari pandey. Payment got overdue last month and recovery person named "rajkumar with mobile number [protected] and [protected]" asked to make a payment for 11500 forcefully and commited a charges reversal of rs.8000 for last 4 months during home visit for recovery. I could not make payment due to medical issues as i am pregnant and got behind my payment as couldn't continue my office. I made the payment as promised, i am trying to reach them on landline number[protected] and [protected] (Pooja arya) but no response.

                      I would like register a compliant on this matter and want sbi to full fill their commitment made by your employeeemployee. I have screenshot of whatsapp coversation held with them as well.

                      Now i am talking to customer service, email team, recovery team about it but no one is ready to listen to me. Again getting calls from sbi team for more payments which is again in negative as no reversal was done as per the commitment.

                          I purchased the cellphone on date 25 June 2019 at oneplus showroom, grand central mall seawoods navi mumbai and paid bill by using SBI debit card. There is offer of 1500 cash back on purchase of 25000 and above using debit card. Oneplus murchant have processed the amount after 2 days of purchase but refund not received yet. it suppose to be in account within 90 days of period and its almost 145 days and still not received the cashback.br...

                            Amount 1332 is been deducted from my account and my order from nykaa is not yet placed but my amount is deducted, had contact with nykaa but they said to contact with bank because they have not received order and in their details payment is failed but my amount 1332 is deducted. Kindly refund my money back as soon as possible. My anount was deducted on 18th nov 2019.

                                This incident happened to me on 18/11/2019, Monday at Sbi mahape branch in Tula solitaire building, milenium business park. I entered the Bank at 2 p.m I shown the application to open the savings account two things happened, 1. The officer handed me a health insurance form and asked me to fill the details and pay an amount of 3000/- towards it and 500 towards account deposit and when i asked about the insurance, he said it's a mandatory without which he will not open account. When I asked ...I don't want then he said it's mandatory

                                  Without any information, SBI made/allowed one debit transaction of Rs.8094.00 on 11th Oct-2019 from my account[protected] to a/c [protected] INVESTMENT INTERMEDIA.

                                  I am not at all aware, what is INVESTMENT INTERMEDIA and I don't have any connection with it. Therefore, I need clarification how that amount got deducted from my account without my consent ???

                                  I need immediate refund of that deducted amount to my account[protected].
