I got the admission to the course in through government counceling. I have applied education loan on 17th May 2019 to SBI bank (ERAL
SBIN0010483), ERAL through Vidya Lekshmi website

I have submitted all requested documents as well and response requested in the email, but till now I have not yet received any response from them for my loan application.

    Sir my name is Md Faiyaz Alam. I have a Savings Bank Account present at State Bank of India. Which is [protected]..
    Today dated 1 August 2019 my account has been deducted Rs 60000.. By particular 8 transactions.It has been 100% hacked sir...
    I got no any otp, no call and atm is present at my home.. The transaction happened through online atm shopping...i blocked my atm card. I filled F.I.R. for fraudulent. And also gave complain to Sbi Branch Manager...

    So please sir this is my request to you sir solve my case and give my hard earned money back...

      Dear sir,
      My name is Deepali Roy age of 62 has visited sbi lamartinier branch with drt court orders accompanied with my lawyer Mr. Saptarshi Dutt on 23rd July 2019 in the afternoon. The bank manager mr Chandan Chakroborty was provided with drt court orders which stated that an amount of rs 1, 67, 23, 361 is to be disbursed to the account of mrs Deepali Roy & her daughter Anju Roy. First of all he Stood adamant and totally ignored the court’s order saying that no such amount is lying in there bank . But when my lawyer showed him the evidences he agreed and asked for a personal favour (commission). The manager agreed that the amount is lying in his bank in favour of Deepali Roy & Anju Roy . He said that he needs certain documents for his satisfaction so that he can disburse the amount in respective accounts. All documents were submitted accordingly by my lawyers clerk along with a legal notice that if he doesn’t reciprocate or disburse the amount within 3 days we will take legal steps in our favour. But still he is not cooperating at all or neither intended to disburse the amount. Please help me out of this situation as I am a widow living with my two daughters. It’s the money we got by selling our house and we are right now financially weak. I request the higher authorities to take needful steps .

      The bank manager mr Chandan Chakroborty of sbi Lamartiniere branch is violating drt court orders and not cooperating with Deepali Roy and Anju roy
      My parents have had a similar problem with SBI Chowringee.

      Make an complaint to the police and a complaint to the Indian ombudsman at the Reserve bank of India. Go on social media and ask if anyone else has experienced the same behaviour by the SBI. Record everything. Then your lawyer should consider a class action aganist SBI.

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is this. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know.

          I Deepali Roy age of 62 had visited the sbi lamartenere branch kolkata. I went to the office of mr Chandan Chakroborty the bank manager with drt court orders accompanied by my lawyer mr Saptarshi Dutt. The drt court had placed an order to disburse an amount of rupees 1.67, 23, 361 in my favour. This amount is the money which I am supposed to get from the house being sold by my late husband Ajoy Sankar Roy . The loan that he took from sbi has been paid off to them and rest of the amount is to be credited to my account. But the manager is getting adamant and violating the court orders. He has been served legal notice but is not paying any attention to it and asking for his personal favour ( asking for commission). I request the higher authorities to take needful steps .

            I have taken a home loan from state bank of india, racpc branch indore, there are so many problems i phased and still suffering...
            1. Bank employee not cooperative after giving all documents they didn't communicate properly and elongate period to sanction the loan.
            2. There are so many hidden changes applying after sanctioning the loan, which is not informed by them, and now loan amount is increasing...

              The below is my mail conversation with bank:

              There are total two transactions on 28 august 2018 with the amount of 5502/- with tata aiggen billdesk merchant, one was failed and another got success.

              After given complaint, sbi cc team credited one dispute transaction (This complaint was different).

              Now when i contacted tata aig for my car insurance, they stated that they have not received any amount from sbi cc against my car insurance policy. They told sbi cc cancelled the transaction.

              But finally i have paid total amount of 5502/- to sbi credit card and where that money has gone as tata aig not accepting.

              I want second transaction also needs to be reversal as you have not paid to tata aig (As tata aig not getting agree).

              I have already explained each and every point from my end, please contact me on my mobile number if you need any further clarification.


              Bank agreed to reversal the dispute transaction a long back (A month back) in mail but every time they are extending date and not reversal the dispute transaction so far. Please take an action on sbi irctc credit cards and resolve my issue.

              Hi,

              I have even escalated to customer service head support but no use. They are always sending mails stating that the amount will be credited in next some time 3days, some times 10 days but no use at all.

                I have a ppf account in your bank and it completed 5 financial year. Now i am in worst financial situation. I unable to settle the my personal loan on sc bank and hdfc bank. So i want to preclose my ppf account and ask to branch manager at 01-aug-19. But they are not allow. Now iam in edge of my life, because the personal loan banker giving lot of pressure. I cant manage my financial situation.

                  Hello,
                  I used my sbi gold debit card at big bazaar, ambiance mall, vasant kunj, nelson road, new delhi, 110070 on june 05, 2019 (Time - 15:35:14). Bill/invoice amounting to rs. 3438.25/- of my purchase is enclosed for ready reference. To my surprise, i see that the reward points accrued on my debit card (Membership no. [protected], points 3125) have not been booked in my invoice/bill. Upon checking with sbi customer care, it has been learned that the points have indeed been redeemed at 15:36:34 hrs, although i did not receive the benefit. Today it has been almost 2 months sbi customer care didn't give any resolution so far.
                  You are therefore requested to kindly look into this matter and return the points back to my card, so that i could avail the benefit on my next purchase.

                    I am sivaprakash. I am holding sbi credit card for the last 5 months. I received a phone call ([protected]) on 31.07.2019 and she is introduced as darva chowdhry from sbi rewards section, gurgaon commercial branch. She is verified my details like pan card, addresses and my last payment. After verification she said to feed the ivr otp in mobile to claim the reward points. But i denied to share my otp by phone call. But she is given her employee id (66506) branch code (4079) and she told me to continue the process otherwise card will be blocked. But i did not feed the otp in mobile. After 5 minutes my card is debited with 11500 rs in two different merchants. Again i called her and she said that amount will be under hold, after 48 hours it will credit. For the better confirmation i called sbi customer care and they are confirming that is fraud call and suggested me to file the fir in nearest police station. Today her mobile is switched off.. I lost my money. Is there any possibility to get my money back. And still i am not believe, how she got my all details including my transaction? Be aware..

                      15 days back i made an online transaction of rs.1000/-. The amount got debited but did not credit to the bigbasket dialy account. I called sbi customer care. They told they will provide a ticket number and asked me to send a sms with the ticket number. But i did not receive any ticket number. I have registered complaint twice. And i am unable to call and complain again because of some technical fault in their helpline number. I have tried calling them many times.

                          Myntra has refunded the amount and provided below reference numbers

                          Bank is not able to help me track this transaction. There is no portal or a page where they can check the status using this arn numbers.
                          The amount is completely a loss for me.
                          Please check and process accordingly.

                              My acccount was debited for INR 3000/- on 30 July 2019 without any consent or authorization by me. I just recieved a messsage that your account has been debitted for INR 3000/- and narration said Debit SWOO, i tried reaching the customer care of SBI but they are not ready to take the complaint. This amount has been debited without any reason and is a clear fraud.
                              Please look into the matter as i see many people are being victim of this Debit SWOO transactions without their notice. Please refund my amount immediately.

                                Dear Sir,
                                My wife Shruti Amit Pekam visited SBI branch at Jail Road, Nashik Road. Branch code SBIN0012210, to open the account today on 31 July 2019.

                                She requested account opening form, but the person called Mr. Garud refused to give it and told her that she won't be able to fill the form and instructed her to get the help of another fellow sitting at other desk to get the form filled. My wife refused and said she can fill the form herself, however, he insisted to get his help to avoid any issues later. My wife is well educated and have done company secretary from ICSI. However, she wasn't allowed to fill her own form. Nevertheless, after getting the form filled, she was demanded to pay 100 rs without which she was told that account will not be opened. She was never given any receipt of payment for this. This is a fraud and cheating of customers.

                                My wife protested even with the bank seniors, but all told her to go to this person. This is fraud syndicate at the branch.
                                Even after this she was not allowed to open the account due to heavy rush and they written a date of 5th August 2019 on the form and asked to come on that day to open the account. This was her second visit to the bank for opening of account.

                                I demand that necessary action should be taken and this syndicate is broken. I also demand that this process should be stopped and money of all the persons shall be returned to whomsoever has been looted in this way. A case shall be registered against these persons for fraud and cheating. I have a feeling that this is nexus between the employees of the SBI because right from the peon to the senior officers are involved in charging 100 Rs. from customers for account opening.

                                  I have ordered medicines from neatness using Amazon's platform but they were not delivered to me and order got cancelled so Amazon.in has refunded 434.84 back to my sbi account on 14th of July and provided me a refund reference number 75260829196031359131719, I have contacted both sbi customer care and bank branch, but they are not supporting to get any details through this reference number or file any complaint or file a charge dispute form.

                                    Sbi approve late otp sbi and 14/07/2019 statement date but opt send 15/07/2019 i attached pic of otp detail how can approve the difference date of otp but i complain so many time but no use my case i already complaint on local police station you must respond to to clarify my problem send me details of otp messages or call my number it was late otp and it was not valid for transaction i sent copy in every mail to rbi and ombudsman but no reply it is not valid otps to approving to pay on website so many time different to statement date and otp sent time so please help me
