Hello,
I used my sbi gold debit card at big bazaar, ambiance mall, vasant kunj, nelson road, new delhi, 110070 on june 05, 2019 (Time - 15:35:14). Bill/invoice amounting to rs. 3438.25/- of my purchase is enclosed for ready reference. To my surprise, i see that the reward points accrued on my debit card (Membership no. [protected], points 3125) have not been booked in my invoice/bill. Upon checking with sbi customer care, it has been learned that the points have indeed been redeemed at 15:36:34 hrs, although i did not receive the benefit. Today it has been almost 2 months sbi customer care didn't give any resolution so far.
You are therefore requested to kindly look into this matter and return the points back to my card, so that i could avail the benefit on my next purchase.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Make an complaint to the police and a complaint to the Indian ombudsman at the Reserve bank of India. Go on social media and ask if anyone else has experienced the same behaviour by the SBI. Record everything. Then your lawyer should consider a class action aganist SBI.
