I am not able to do any transactions through my acoount since the day i opened my bank account and now its been almost 2 month. My money are stucked in this account when ever i do transaction i got to know that "cif number is not scrutinized by lcpc". Do something and fix this problem immediately, otherwise i have no other option beyond close my account and release my money.
Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

Currently i am not staying at bhopal address. Currently i am working in bangalore. Recently i have transfer online my saving account to sbi, banaswadi, bangalore, 560043 branch which branch code is "011822", but cif is not transferred. Can you please let me what is the process to transfer cif. Tried to contact with branch with given phone number (Phone [protected] and email id (Sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in) but phone number is not working and through email no response.

        Refund process but not credited. I order on amazon with the transaction of 699. But
        I returned my order and request to refund of 699rs. The refund process by amazon but not credited in bank account. The amazon have the proof of the refund they send the email of refund then also not credited to bank.
        This is to confirm that refund for amount 699.00 has been successfully processed by amazon on[protected] and the amount is not credited to bank

          Hi sir today as on date[protected] i went to shalibanda sbi breach hyderabad for opening a new account for my family i asked to sbi employee mr shareef. His name. Once before that the employee chit chatting with colleague more than 10 mint duty time after that he reply we can't open new account as per sbi rules your 5 km far our breach so that way we can't open your account?. He refuse to giving account form to me as per rule he told me, you can open your account some other near by breach he is very rude way told sir but i want open my family account in that breach because my all family member account in that branch please do the need full.

            I have a savings account in state bank of india, amlori branch, singrauli (M. P.) on 31st july 2019, suspicious transaction has been completed against my account and debited rs. 6200/-. I have not received any otp also to authenticate the transaction. Below is the sms which i got.

            Thank you for using your sbi debit card * for a purchase worth rs.6200 on pos 99999999 at google*proxima beta txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card

            So, i request sbi bank to refund the same amount and credit back to my savings account.

                Amazon refund was initiated on 23 july and i was suppose to receive it on 30 july 2019. 2 days pass by and still from bank's end there is no credit of money to my account. It is stuck in the bank somewhere. I even contacted amazon customer service they told me to contact with sbi customer care, then again they told me to contact amazon back again. The sbi customer service refused to help me. I want my refund as soon as possible

                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know.

                      With reference to the subject above, i would like to state that i have registered a complaint on 24/07/2019 under the ticket number fd[protected]. The mail mentioned that complaint will be resolved within 10 days from the date of complaint registered. But when i checked by sms, it shows the ticket no is closed. But the issue is not yet resolved.
                      I have started a flexi deposit account on 23rd july 2014 which matured on 23rd july 2019 at 8.5 % interest. The day before it got matured, it showed a accumulated interest of rs. 56000 (Approx). But on maturity i got a interest of rs 14000 (Approx). I want to know on what calculation basis my interest was given at 3.5 % rate instead of 8.5 %. Am i going to get the reply through mail and will my issue be resolved or should i file an rti to get my answers or complain in rbi. I am clueless. Kindly help me and guide me to get my hard earned money.

                        Sir, my name is abhyanand. I am from bihar but i am living in delhi for my studies. My sbi account is of motihari with sbi adb branch. On 8th of june rs. 20, 000 was deducted from my account. I complained to the dwarka sector 9 police station and in the sbi bank on the same day but no actions were taken. After 1 month i complained to the rbi regarding this matter but till i have not got any response. The transaction is not done by me. I want my money back. Its not my fault. Even at the time of transaction the debit card was with and neither i have shared the otp with any one nor my card details. I want my money back any how because 20, 000 is not a less amount. Even rbi says that if you complained to the bank under 3 days you will get your money back but in my case why its not happening like that. I want a strict and sudden action toward this matter. Its the bank fault how can he deduct the money from my account without any verification. Is this how the banks are safe. Our honorable pm modiji used to say that do the cashless transaction. But how can we do that when we are only not sure about the amount which we are keeping in bank are safe or not.in my account it was only rs 20, 000 was there and the whole amount was withdrawn, if it would have been more than 20, 000 then it would also have been taken out. How will i get sure that my money is safe in the account and nothing will happen to it? Is our system security so weak? From that day i have stopped using atm and i think you very well know that in today's time when you dont use atm its impossible to survive. I dont think it happened with me only. Everyday in india it happens with a lot of people but most of them just ignore it, they dont come forward and register their complain and whoever comes and complain, the action is not taken. When you go to the bank and ask for the progress they have only one line to say that, "hum kam kar rhe h", i just want to ask "agr aap itta kam kar rahe ho to abhi tak kam kyu nahi hua". Please look toward it sir. I want my money back.

                          I paid my hostel fees of rs 28200 using sbi collect i made the payment on 31st july... But the status is failure... Its now more than 24 hrs but nothing has happened... So when will i recieve back the money... Plz help me fast i'm not a rich guy.. I am really in need of money

                                My name is Deepali Roy age of 62 has visited sbi lamartinier branch with drt court orders accompanied with my lawyer Mr. Saptarshi Dutt on 23rd July 2019 in the afternoon. The bank manager mr Chandan Chakroborty was provided with drt court orders which stated that an amount of rs 1, 67, 23, 361 is to be disbursed to the account of mrs Deepali Roy & her daughter Anju Roy. First of all he Stood adamant and totally ignored the court’s order saying that no such amount is lying in there bank . But when my lawyer showed him the evidences he agreed and asked for a personal favour (commission). The manager agreed that the amount is lying in his bank in favour of Deepali Roy & Anju Roy . He said that he needs certain documents for his satisfaction so that he can disburse the amount in respective accounts. All documents were submitted accordingly by my lawyers clerk along with a legal notice that if he doesn’t reciprocate or disburse the amount within 3 days we will take legal steps in our favour. But still he is not cooperating at all or neither intended to disburse the amount. Please help me out of this situation as I am a widow living with my two daughters. It’s the money we got by selling our house and we are right now financially weak. I request the higher authorities to take needful steps .

                                The bank manager mr Chandan Chakroborty of sbi Lamartiniere branch is violating drt court orders and not cooperating with Deepali Roy and Anju roy
                                My parents have had a similar problem with SBI Chowringee.

                                Make an complaint to the police and a complaint to the Indian ombudsman at the Reserve bank of India. Go on social media and ask if anyone else has experienced the same behaviour by the SBI. Record everything. Then your lawyer should consider a class action aganist SBI.

                                    I Deepali Roy age of 62 had visited the sbi lamartenere branch kolkata. I went to the office of mr Chandan Chakroborty the bank manager with drt court orders accompanied by my lawyer mr Saptarshi Dutt. The drt court had placed an order to disburse an amount of rupees 1.67, 23, 361 in my favour. This amount is the money which I am supposed to get from the house being sold by my late husband Ajoy Sankar Roy . The loan that he took from sbi has been paid off to them and rest of the amount is to be credited to my account. But the manager is getting adamant and violating the court orders. He has been served legal notice but is not paying any attention to it and asking for his personal favour ( asking for commission). I request the higher authorities to take needful steps .

                                        The below is my mail conversation with bank:

                                        There are total two transactions on 28 august 2018 with the amount of 5502/- with tata aiggen billdesk merchant, one was failed and another got success.

                                        After given complaint, sbi cc team credited one dispute transaction (This complaint was different).

                                        Now when i contacted tata aig for my car insurance, they stated that they have not received any amount from sbi cc against my car insurance policy. They told sbi cc cancelled the transaction.

                                        But finally i have paid total amount of 5502/- to sbi credit card and where that money has gone as tata aig not accepting.

                                        I want second transaction also needs to be reversal as you have not paid to tata aig (As tata aig not getting agree).

                                        I have already explained each and every point from my end, please contact me on my mobile number if you need any further clarification.


                                        Bank agreed to reversal the dispute transaction a long back (A month back) in mail but every time they are extending date and not reversal the dispute transaction so far. Please take an action on sbi irctc credit cards and resolve my issue.

                                        I have even escalated to customer service head support but no use. They are always sending mails stating that the amount will be credited in next some time 3days, some times 10 days but no use at all.
