My name is sumit mishra and i had ordered jbl c300si on-ear dynamic wired headphones (Black) of rs. Amount 799 in amazon on 24/06/2019 and after 01/07/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 06/07/2019
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money till now (08/08/2019). Amazon sent this reference number
Hsbcn[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

    Last night, i had received 3 messages at different time on my bank registerd mobile number. Following were messages
    1) "you have made 2 invalid login attempts for username xxxxx on 07-aug-2019 at 11:11 pm.
    2)"you have made 2 invalid login attempts for username xxxxx on 08-aug-2019 at 01:56 am.
    3) "user is locked for day due to 3 wrong password attempts on 08-aug-2019 at 02:40 am.

    I have never attempted to login at all time.
    Can you please let me know how this happened. Is this a server function issue.

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, rs.1472/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what is this.

    Please reseolve the iaaue and credit back the same amount as earliest as possible.

    Also block such kind o[censored]nauthorized transactions in future.

      On dated 7 august 2019 at evening 7:13 pm i had gone to sbi atm situated at dal mill road uttam nagar new delhi 59 whose id is hfbco 17036260 to withdraw some cash ie rs 1000 from my bank of india saving account. The machine didnt dispense cash but at the same time i had got the message from my bank that rs 1000 have been deducted from my bank of india account... Plz take suitable steps to refund my amount back in my bank of india account... Thanks in advance

        Hi

        I had applied for SBI SimplySave credit card in September 2017 and within a week after receiving the card, my account was debited with an amount of Rs 8990 in the name of www.indiamart.com transaction(on 26th September 2017). I was not aware
        of this transaction and when I got the bill after completion of my first billing cycle, I reached out to the customer care over phone regarding the deduction and I was assured that it was done on behalf of SBI as a security sum to ensure that I don't escape from bill payment and that the amount would be credited to my account after some time and that it is .

        I kept waiting for long thinking that SBI would credit the amount sooner or later but nothing happened. Hence I escalated the issue through mail last week to bring some accountability and credibility from SBI end. Today I got a call from SBI customer saying that the transaction was done by me and SBI has no involvement in this.

        I have made a deposit of rs.50, 059 in enps (National pension fund). While i choosing your payment gateway for payment, choose my bank (ICICI) net banking option of payment, amount deduct from my bank and redirect to another page and show me below error message (Attach message also).
        Kindly do need ful .
        Amazon company initiated my refund on14 july 2019 but i did not found it in my card.

          I have credit card of sbi but now I am jobless person. That's why I can't pay payment of my credit card. Now my case is under legal department and every day i am getting harishment call or agent come to my rented house. I am ready to settle it in 30, 000 rs but they want 65000 from my its not possible for me so i request you please give me solution.

          The zomato team had rerundded my money but still I hadn't get the refund in my accounti had provided the refund reference no. Still they are telling that contact zomato n I have got the confirmation from theri end regarding the refund they are not even ready to talk. Almost 10 days had been passed but there is no action taken from the bank side

            Today, i have received a message on my bank registered mobile "you have made 2 invalid login attempts for username xxxxx
            On 07/08/2019 at tt:tt am. You are left with 1 more attempt and user access
            Will be blocked for a day post 3 wrong attempts.

            This message i received. I never attempted to login at all at this time.I checked with the my bank account, it is Quite intact.

            How this is happened and why didnt i get message regarding first login attempt.

              Dear sir,
              I manas kumar debata having account number [protected] at sbi branch anandpur branch kolkata (Code-16634) would like draw your kind attention that i have applied for atm card about 4-5 times at above branch (Home branch) but the same is still not received. I have transferred my cif number in the month of june-2019 and submitted kyc at the above branch nut still not they are providing the atm card as well as updated the kyc.
              It is also intimated that i am a soilder of paramilitary force and sbi is providing us pmsp and other facilities. Looking at my job we have no sufficient times to visit the branch and quarry the matter as explained above. During discussion with the official they assured me the atm card will be reached in short period but still i could not get.
              As a important, regular and existing customer of sbi i would request you please updated ny kyc and issue atm card as soon as possible to meet my urgent requirements.
              For this act of kindness i will thankful to you.

                I have been charged an incorrect emi bounced by sbi from apr'18 to jan'19 and then march'19 to apr'19.
                I sent an e-mail complaint to sbi and sbi have agreed that it was their mistake to hit me an incorrect emi bounced and i have received a letter by sbi that it was bank's mistake due to which my credit score goes down.

                Request to cibil department with the help of apologize letter issued from bank, please get my credit score clear.

                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                     I am trying to deposit 20 thousands in cash since yesterday.
                    No atm accepted the transaction.
                    After inserting the money.
                    It says failed transaction and asking me to take back the cash.
                    I called the customer service but they didn't provide me any information and they ended the call and didn't answer me again.
                    So on, the staff of patia branch in bhubaneswar, odisha is unhelpful at all, especially when dealing with foreigner who speaks only english.
                    They don't give him a turn.
                    I need urgently to deposit cash to book an air to my country.

                    Update 1:
                    I went to the bank branch and met the manager who was very helpful. He said to me, the deposited amount will reflect to your account within a few hours.
                    I am waiting till evening to check if the transaction was done or wasn't.
                    However, why from the beginning to prevent me from depositing?
                    I came to India as a student and I need to keep money saved for university and other payments.
                    Why did I open a bank account? to say that I can't deposit?
                    Friends who have Allahabad account don't face the same problem.

                    Update 2:
                    I went many and many times to activate net banking but no solution.
                    The Yono application says that I have to go to my bank branch to get my username and password.
                    However, last time in the branch they said register as a new user.
                    When I register they say account already was created go to your branch.
                    The time before, they said let us update your information and come after a few days.
                    Another one before, they said, we created your account. Wait for your OTP but I didn't get it.
                    I only remember those three times but the times I went for the same problem were more than 5.

                    Update 3:
                    I tried to activate SMS banking and Misscall banking many times as per instructions but nothing has happened.
                    So on, I tried to activate Phone banking.
                    There are many and many methods for balance inquiry and doing transactions but I can do neither of them.
                    Nothing works.

                    Update 4:
                    I don't like complaining but I am really tired from the services.
                    I wish I opened an account with another bank or I didn't at all.

                    I need only one way to check the deposit reflection from home.
                    Neither of (Net Banking, SMS Banking, Phone Banking, Miss Call Banking) works.
                    The nearest ATM is 1.5 KM away (1 mile) from me.
                    I need 20 minutes by walk to reach and 20 minutes to comeback and it's very crowded.
                    Every time I need to go there just for simple enquiry/statement because nothing works.
                    The customer care agents aren't helpful at all and they don't like answering call.
                    Last time they didn't answer and kept me waiting till the second to reach them.
                    However, they didn't speak well and closed the phone when they got impatient.

                      I ordered a product from amazon online shopping. I returned the product due to some issues. The refund was also processed by them. But the refunded amount doesn't reflect on my bank account. The refund amount is around 499/-. I ask the bank customer care for help. But they didn't provide any help. Refund reference number was also given to the bank customer care. They are not considering my need. Please help.

                        But I didn't get the Credit Card. Its soo Long I forget that one,
                        now I am getting messages from SBI Credit Card. they are forcing and harassing me for the Payments.
                        How I have to pay because even I didn't saw the SBI Credit Card.
                        Only I am getting message and calls from them, in that message they are telling me to pay Rs. 4784.62. In a message, I saw the card last 4 digits of the Credit Card Number, That is 7412. for this reason, my cibil scores also got very low. Please help me out of this.

                            I have applied for sbi card last year, and it got rejected due to some reason (Which they did not mention) and again they called me 8 months before again they asked me send all the personal details and documents but no response after that, again i got from them 1 week before they told like your credit card has been processed and we need your details, i told now i am not interested in credit card, but she convinced me again i sent her all the details, but now no response from that girl, not picking my call nor replying to my messages (If needed i can give her number)

                              Kindly refer to my above information to you and complaint made to local police station & rbi regarding above is not yet resolved till date.

                              I have been following up regularly & visiting the branch along with my father for the recovery of his own money kept at his saving account number [protected] in the name of shri. Milind ramachandra shirdhankar. Age - 63 years.

                              Once again i would like to inform you that twice money is taken away through atm at m p amounting to rs 20000/= each (Total rs 40000.00) & transferred directly rs 40000/= to the account number[protected] in the name of mr d. Tambe. So the total amount taken out from my father’s account is rs 80000/= i came to know while updating the passbook on 10th may 2019 & immediately informed to mr shimpi at sbi kanjurmarg.

                              Recently i have received the message from rbi on 29th june 2019 that the complaint number [protected] made by me is closed. Accordingly i rushed to your branch to inform you the same but did not get any response from your end. Once again today i visited to your branch to check the credit in my father’s account as per above message from rbi & your promise in my last visit. However the amount is not credited and today also i did not get any proper response from the branch. It is very difficult to manage my father’s medical expenses & some emi's & you are requested to kindly credit rs 80000.00 to my father’s account immediately.

                                I transferred rs.7000 in an emergency situation. Now the app bhim sbi pay says that the transaction is timed out. I did the transaction on 1st august, 2019. The amount was deducted but the client did not receive the amount. Now the money is being useless as it haven't been refunded to me. How can sbi take our money and not refund it. It have been days now still i'm unable to find my money back. Sbi should take the matter in hand seriously as many people

                                  My father wish to take loan from margherita sbi in july month and submited all the necessary documents and proofs.. Then another day we went to bank that bow much money will deductef from the bank a/c on monthly basis so we can assure that whether we have to take loan or not but that day male manager told us to come next week i'll you for loan proceeding...

                                  As he said he called us and told us that you have to take load right now otherwise we have to cut the 6000 for processing fee...

                                  We never able to knew that how much money we will get..

                                  When i tried to explain the whole thing to female manager, she behaves rude and tried to insult me in front of all bank people...

                                  Please take the action or otherwise i'll go to the higher action..

                                      My name is shubham kaintura and i had ordered as it is soy protein of rs.475 amount in amazon on 21/jun/2019 and after 22/jun/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 27/jun/2019
                                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 831865
                                      And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
                                      Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected].
