Today i got a message in my mobile that "you have made 2 invalid lgoin attempts for user id xxxxx on... 06/08/2019 10:10 am ist. Login access will be locked for day for one more attempt".
Usually i used to see this kind of message earlier when i forgot my password. But today i never opened my bank account. Is that someone is trying to access my account? What is the solution?

What action is required? I got similar message but i didnt try login

    Am kannan and mobile number [protected].

    Are you forcing me to use the sbi credit card which i don't like your services?

    1. Billing period change = this request is not done.
    2. Asked for account closure, make a outstanding bill (Jun'19) and credit account will get auto closed once your payment is cleared. Then i made a outstanding payment but account not closed. = this request also not done...
    3. Jul'19 month statement got generated and asked to make a annual fee payment. Hence i already given a request for account closure. = this request also not done.
    4. Last saturday i called sbi customer support and raised a complaint about earlier requests for the annual fee and card closure. = no further updates and this request also not done.
    5. Now aug'19 month statement got generated and asking to pay annual fee + late fee.

    Now again and again you are generating a bill and forcing the customer to use the card.

    What happened to my earlier request?
    Is my previous requests are completed or not?

      I try to make payment from phonepe app
      On 04/08/1996, my transaction got failed
      In phonepe but my money got deducted
      From my account and i didnot receive any
      Message from bank, and when i brought
      My statement of bank it got deducted,
      Its already 48 hours up i didnot got any
      Refund, phonepe got money has been not debited message from sbi, they are telling to contact bank, please resolve this as soon as possible.

        Dear sir
        My name is imran. I applied for atm cum debit card. I applied atm card on 23/07/2019. But it does not come in my home. Post office recieved my atm card on 29/07/2019 but postman does not give my atm card. I tracked my atm card and it show insufficient address. But my brother applied for passport after few months ago
        And it was came on this address. My atm card is not come therefore i am upset. If my atm card returned. Please resend my atm card. My new address is (H. No. B-153 gali no-2 mohan baba nagar badarpur south delhi-110044 near nav anubhav public school). Please take puick action for this problem.

          Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

          Dear sir

          A refund of 1058 rupees was successfully processed on 28 october, 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            I Harshit joshi applied for the vidyalakshami loan portal education loan in medical field.i enroll for the education loan on august 2018 for mbbs having loan application id -335887 from SBIN0007348, Bhimtal.all the documents we already submitted.even one year is now going to be complete very soon, till date ididnt get any call or updation regarding loan rejection from vidyalakshami portal on dashboard. Due to the delay of portal and sbi authorities i might lost the opportunity for furthur programes, even there is no proper response from SBI bank's and their manager side. Ihave lost all mt hopes now.The delay from their side will affect my career prospectus.moreover the bank and bank manager is least concerned about the customer problems hardly acknowledges to the greviances.
            So, i kindly request this in prior basis for the need of education loan to government of India for the right time need solve so that iwill not suffer.

                On 30-july-2019, i was re-charging my internet broadband through there online portal and the transaction failed due to time out error. However, the amount of rs 797.00 got deducted from my sbi account.

                How is money deducted from my account through othpg 159257 I did not even get notifications regarding this please let me know how
                I transferred my bank account a few days ago but CIF is not transferred. My transactions are pending .so please help me in the transfer of my CIF number.
                I am a SBI customer had withdrawn money from andhra bank Atm, money did not come out of machine saying tranaction declined but my Sbi account has been debited 6000 for an atm withdrawal.

                    Why the 295 rs is automatically debit from account directly so many times tried to compliant about this but sbi customer care peoples are telling stories.

                    Rs. 50 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.

                        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                          As per the sbi representative, after first payment we will the 500 rs welcome gift voucher but i didn't received anything yet. Why we need to do follow up for these small things as well always with the country largest bank or else the representatives are providing false information to us.
                          I have paid my first bill of my credit card which includes the annual charges of the card but till now i didn't received any gift voucher.

                            Received a call from [protected] today telling me that my sbi card has expired and that they need your card number to renew it on the call. I refused to give details and told i would visit the bank myself. He started abusing me, used derogatory and offensive words. Then i cut the call. Please take an action against this phone number and the culprit.

                              I ordered medicine from netmed.com. The order couldn't deliver and returned later order is cancelled and refund is proceed on 15 july 2019. But money doesn't reflect in my account. When i contacted to netmed.com they share a refrence id of refund saying that your amount is refunded on 15 july 2019.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Greetings of the day!!

                                I had been associated with SBI bank since few years. I am really in very much pain full situation since last few months.

                                I had been offered forcefully for the encash loan of Rs. 4 Lac. in the month of Nov-2018. Which I had requested for the cancellation within week time in writing. I had also not encash the cheque received from your end. this request was not responded & proceed on time and there were interest charges was debited on my account. situation was out of the control and I had escalated till nodal officer and final reversal has taken around 2 month time. meanwhile your system was keep counting the interest charges on it.

                                Further to this draft of easy money was taken for 45 days time. as per the discussion had with sbi team while taking this services they have confirmed that there wont be an charges other than processing charge if I pay it before 45 days. but every time invoicing system was calculating the interest charges even though 45 days was not over. Same has reversed for once but not for all transection. This has been reported by me on 3rd dec-2018 over mail and phone. I had repeated and escalated this system related issue but no one has taken serially. As I was not left by any option rather than holding the payment which was keep on increasing by adding the interest charges.

                                I had also explain this case to Mr. Hitarth (mob: [protected]) he has also understood the reality of the case and he might have contacted your team to waiver such interest charges but as usual response was very poor and negative too.

                                At the end of the day it has started affecting my civil score and I had received notice from your end. I was asked to contact Mr Harmesh Sharma. I am trying contact him since more than month but could not reach him over phone.

                                Sorry for such a long mail but with having trust and last hope on SBI bank (being 100% Indian bank) has now affected. last week I got confirmation from SBI representative stating there is no provision they will not be able to reverse the charges although there is significant delay from SBI side in responding and resolving the such system bug.

                                Seeking your kind support and understanding towards this. I had to hold the payment because of not having timely and proper response / solution towards the automatic invoicing system. I had never wanted to do so and that's why I was keep on communicating with SBI bank over phone and mails. But their representative could not respond on the fact provided by me as there could be no provision to resolve this system bug in their invoicing system.

                                I strongly believe that the RBI must have some provision to help banking customer in such kind of adamant response from bank. and henceforth I hereby requesting for your kind and genie help to settle the matter and account both. I would like to the close this cc account by payment only principal amount as banking customer is not at all responsible to pay the charges for the system bug in bank invoicing system and delay in clarifying & resolving invoice related issue.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I would like to pay attention towads my card no # [protected] on 17/03/2019 i make a payment of rs.45, 000.00 was spent on my sbi card ending 1381 at seaice club and resorts. I want to cancel this payment. Need to stop this payment before the merchant claim as a fraud hapeen with me, they didn't tell me the hidden charges of this payment. After i pay than they tell me about the extra intrest charges on this payment i already called in customer care the provide me service no on call but didn't get this on sms service no #[protected]. They refuse to stop this payment & tells me to mail on this email id. I need immediate action on this and update me asap.

I don't know why sbi excequtive make me fool all the time if they don't want to take action on the above this matter .

                                      I am not able to do any transactions through my acoount since the day i opened my bank account and now its been almost 2 month. My money are stucked in this account when ever i do transaction i got to know that "cif number is not scrutinized by lcpc". Do something and fix this problem immediately, otherwise i have no other option beyond close my account and release my money.
                                      Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
