As per the sbi representative, after first payment we will the 500 rs welcome gift voucher but i didn't received anything yet. Why we need to do follow up for these small things as well always with the country largest bank or else the representatives are providing false information to us.
I have paid my first bill of my credit card which includes the annual charges of the card but till now i didn't received any gift voucher.

    Received a call from [protected] today telling me that my sbi card has expired and that they need your card number to renew it on the call. I refused to give details and told i would visit the bank myself. He started abusing me, used derogatory and offensive words. Then i cut the call. Please take an action against this phone number and the culprit.

      I ordered medicine from netmed.com. The order couldn't deliver and returned later order is cancelled and refund is proceed on 15 july 2019. But money doesn't reflect in my account. When i contacted to netmed.com they share a refrence id of refund saying that your amount is refunded on 15 july 2019.

        Dear Sir,

        Greetings of the day!!

        I had been associated with SBI bank since few years. I am really in very much pain full situation since last few months.

        I had been offered forcefully for the encash loan of Rs. 4 Lac. in the month of Nov-2018. Which I had requested for the cancellation within week time in writing. I had also not encash the cheque received from your end. this request was not responded & proceed on time and there were interest charges was debited on my account. situation was out of the control and I had escalated till nodal officer and final reversal has taken around 2 month time. meanwhile your system was keep counting the interest charges on it.

        Further to this draft of easy money was taken for 45 days time. as per the discussion had with sbi team while taking this services they have confirmed that there wont be an charges other than processing charge if I pay it before 45 days. but every time invoicing system was calculating the interest charges even though 45 days was not over. Same has reversed for once but not for all transection. This has been reported by me on 3rd dec-2018 over mail and phone. I had repeated and escalated this system related issue but no one has taken serially. As I was not left by any option rather than holding the payment which was keep on increasing by adding the interest charges.

        I had also explain this case to Mr. Hitarth (mob: [protected]) he has also understood the reality of the case and he might have contacted your team to waiver such interest charges but as usual response was very poor and negative too.

        At the end of the day it has started affecting my civil score and I had received notice from your end. I was asked to contact Mr Harmesh Sharma. I am trying contact him since more than month but could not reach him over phone.

        Sorry for such a long mail but with having trust and last hope on SBI bank (being 100% Indian bank) has now affected. last week I got confirmation from SBI representative stating there is no provision they will not be able to reverse the charges although there is significant delay from SBI side in responding and resolving the such system bug.

        Seeking your kind support and understanding towards this. I had to hold the payment because of not having timely and proper response / solution towards the automatic invoicing system. I had never wanted to do so and that's why I was keep on communicating with SBI bank over phone and mails. But their representative could not respond on the fact provided by me as there could be no provision to resolve this system bug in their invoicing system.

        I strongly believe that the RBI must have some provision to help banking customer in such kind of adamant response from bank. and henceforth I hereby requesting for your kind and genie help to settle the matter and account both. I would like to the close this cc account by payment only principal amount as banking customer is not at all responsible to pay the charges for the system bug in bank invoicing system and delay in clarifying & resolving invoice related issue.

          Hi team,

          I would like to pay attention towads my card no # [protected] on 17/03/2019 i make a payment of rs.45, 000.00 was spent on my sbi card ending 1381 at seaice club and resorts. I want to cancel this payment. Need to stop this payment before the merchant claim as a fraud hapeen with me, they didn't tell me the hidden charges of this payment. After i pay than they tell me about the extra intrest charges on this payment i already called in customer care the provide me service no on call but didn't get this on sms service no #[protected]. They refuse to stop this payment & tells me to mail on this email id. I need immediate action on this and update me asap.
          No payment goes to merchant

          On 6th of aug 2019 i receive call from sbi collection team and they told me that you payment were released to merchant before we take any action on it . I don't know why sbi excequtive make me fool all the time if they don't want to take action on the above this matter .

            Dear sir

            A refund of 899 rupees was successfully processed on 14 jun, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by 19-jun-2019, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

              I am not able to do any transactions through my acoount since the day i opened my bank account and now its been almost 2 month. My money are stucked in this account when ever i do transaction i got to know that "cif number is not scrutinized by lcpc". Do something and fix this problem immediately, otherwise i have no other option beyond close my account and release my money.
              Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

Currently i am not staying at bhopal address. Currently i am working in bangalore. Recently i have transfer online my saving account to sbi, banaswadi, bangalore, 560043 branch which branch code is "011822", but cif is not transferred. Can you please let me what is the process to transfer cif.                     I returned my order and request to refund of 699rs. The refund process by amazon but not credited in bank account. The amazon have the proof of the refund they send the email of refund then also not credited to bank.

                      Hi sir today as on date[protected] i went to shalibanda sbi breach hyderabad for opening a new account for my family i asked to sbi employee mr shareef. His name. Once before that the employee chit chatting with colleague more than 10 mint duty time after that he reply we can't open new account as per sbi rules your 5 km far our breach so that way we can't open your account?. He refuse to giving account form to me as per rule he told me, you can open your account some other near by breach he is very rude way told sir but i want open my family account in that breach because my all family member account in that branch please do the need full.

P.) on 31st july 2019, suspicious transaction has been completed against my account and debited rs. 6200/-. I have not received any otp also to authenticate the transaction. Below is the sms which i got.

                        Thank you for using your sbi debit card * for a purchase worth rs.6200 on pos 99999999 at google*proxima beta txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card

                        So, i request sbi bank to refund the same amount and credit back to my savings account.

                            Amazon refund was initiated on 23 july and i was suppose to receive it on 30 july 2019. 2 days pass by and still from bank's end there is no credit of money to my account. It is stuck in the bank somewhere. I even contacted amazon customer service they told me to contact with sbi customer care, then again they told me to contact amazon back again. The sbi customer service refused to help me. I want my refund as soon as possible

                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know.

                                  With reference to the subject above, i would like to state that i have registered a complaint on 24/07/2019 under the ticket number fd[protected]. The mail mentioned that complaint will be resolved within 10 days from the date of complaint registered. But when i checked by sms, it shows the ticket no is closed. But the issue is not yet resolved.
                                  I have started a flexi deposit account on 23rd july 2014 which matured on 23rd july 2019 at 8.5 % interest. The day before it got matured, it showed a accumulated interest of rs. 56000 (Approx). But on maturity i got a interest of rs 14000 (Approx). I want to know on what calculation basis my interest was given at 3.5 % rate instead of 8.5 %. Am i going to get the reply through mail and will my issue be resolved or should i file an rti to get my answers or complain in rbi. I am clueless. Kindly help me and guide me to get my hard earned money.

                                    Sir, my name is abhyanand. I am from bihar but i am living in delhi for my studies. My sbi account is of motihari with sbi adb branch. On 8th of june rs. 20, 000 was deducted from my account. I complained to the dwarka sector 9 police station and in the sbi bank on the same day but no actions were taken. After 1 month i complained to the rbi regarding this matter but till i have not got any response. The transaction is not done by me. I want my money back. Its not my fault. Even at the time of transaction the debit card was with and neither i have shared the otp with any one nor my card details. I want my money back any how because 20, 000 is not a less amount. Even rbi says that if you complained to the bank under 3 days you will get your money back but in my case why its not happening like that. I want a strict and sudden action toward this matter. Its the bank fault how can he deduct the money from my account without any verification. Is this how the banks are safe. Our honorable pm modiji used to say that do the cashless transaction. But how can we do that when we are only not sure about the amount which we are keeping in bank are safe or not.in my account it was only rs 20, 000 was there and the whole amount was withdrawn, if it would have been more than 20, 000 then it would also have been taken out. How will i get sure that my money is safe in the account and nothing will happen to it? Is our system security so weak? From that day i have stopped using atm and i think you very well know that in today's time when you dont use atm its impossible to survive. I dont think it happened with me only. Everyday in india it happens with a lot of people but most of them just ignore it, they dont come forward and register their complain and whoever comes and complain, the action is not taken. When you go to the bank and ask for the progress they have only one line to say that, "hum kam kar rhe h", i just want to ask "agr aap itta kam kar rahe ho to abhi tak kam kyu nahi hua". Please look toward it sir. I want my money back.

                                      Date of transaction : 31st july 2019
                                      Amount : 28200 rs

                                      I paid my hostel fees of rs 28200 using sbi collect i made the payment on 31st july... But the status is failure... Its now more than 24 hrs but nothing has happened... So when will i recieve back the money... Plz help me fast i'm not a rich guy.. I am really in need of money
