I have been trying to get in touch with customer service officer but their services are more than pathetic as I could not go beyond the IVR and now the number [protected] is disconnecting by itself.

It was one of the worst decision of my life to go with Tata Croma card:

Firstly, the attendant at Croma store informed me that Annual Fee would be levied only once and there would not be any renewal fee afterwards. This information was completely wrong as I have been charged with renewal fee of 2999 plus GST on completion of one year.

Secondly, I don't want to pay this renewal fee because this card is not worth paying this much fees, for which I cleared all of my outstanding, including un-billed purchases, except the renewal fee charged to me without any intimation to me. Now these guys are not letting me close my card and threatening me that it will remain outstanding on my card and further affecting my CIBIL score.

It is my choice whether I want to continue or not, which I do not want, but they are pressing me to pay the renewal fee charges when I am clearly saying I do not want to use your services. They do not understand the concept of "Cooling Off Period", it just the recent statement from which I got to know that Renewal Fee has been posted to my account and within acceptable time I am informing these people to stop the services then what is the deal I don't understand.

Even if they want to bill me with the Card Fees then they must charge me on pro-rata basis and close my account as the services are not worth paying annual fee on this card, and I do not want to repeat the mistake I already did last year

    Hi Concern,
    I have transfer the amount from sbi account on[protected] through Internet banking via Imps in my other bank account which is kotak mahindra bank and the transaction amount was 10928/-, that time it was showing transactions successfully done after that I received a msg that transaction timed out pls contact to your bank. I have called to customer care representative on 15th June only an tell about my problem they have suggested to wait 24hrs it will be reverse back to your account automatically I have asked to them tomorrow is Sunday it will be done in week off so they have confirmed it will be done.After 24 hours again I called to ccr on Sunday they again told me your time has not completed wait till today 12 pm for automatic reverse the amount after that only we can raise your complain. I have waited I have not received my deducted amount and again I called on Monday mis Neha ccr told me you have to wait transaction + 1 Working dayfor reversal after that only we can raise your complain. Again I have waited and called again today to Customer care representative to file the complain about my deduction amount but they have denied to do it because as per rule I have to wait 3-5 working days to raise the complain after that they will take my complain and it will take 10 days to resolve it. Every time they changing their statement I have asked to check the details but they are unable do it as they have system error and could not able to tell me any thing again they asked me to call to check the status and they have have not raise my complain. I was an emergency that is why I was transferred the amount to my other bank they are not understanding the situation of customer and they molding the customer with their different different statements. I m really frustrated with this activity of sbi. I need my deducted amount back. I am attaching the recording of calls that I had with ccr and the msg I received form sbi bank for the reference. Kindly take some action and resolve my issue ASAP.

      Deduction of Rs. 117/- from my state bank sbi account no. [protected]
      Dear sir,
      It is very much regretted to state that a sum of Rs. 117/- was deducted from my state bank account on 17.06.19 without any consent, any permission and my approval. A message from my bank was received on my registered mobile as your account debited INR 117/- transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI.
      Please take necessary action to reimburse the deducted amount immediately.

          I got deductions multiple times from the same number of tolls without my consent. Already there were 2-way deductions which were correct, but again getting deducted for the same tolls when I haven't even taken out my car that day is ridiculous. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone from customer care, they asked me to send a screenshot of what I see to the helpdesk email. The helpdesk is also useless as they come back after few days saying some 3rd party vendor deducted and they cannot revert.

          I got fed up and asked for cancellation and refund of my deposit money, however till date after multiple followups, I haven't got any response from anyone.

            I am biswanath pramanik, i have student account in SBI at Sonarpur, kolkata, which ifsc code is SBIN0010095 . Last two year (2017 to now) i'm not using SBI account because i can not maintain monthly average balance.
            so, now i want close my sbi account but SBI branch said that I have to pay -1200rs for not maintain monthly balance in this two year. so, please close my account without charge.

              On 7th june i will go in IDBI Atm but the transaction will be failed but amount will be deducted on my account.
              10, 000 amount will be deduct.
              It is very shame for sbi.
              That i will also complain on 8th june but there will be no response from bank.
              It my grandfather account.
              Please take strict action onward tommorow.
              While i do police complain on sbi.
              That sbi will be a cheater.

                My name is Omkumar and I had ordered Mi 10000mAH Li-Polymer Power Bank 2i (Black) and of RS.Amount 899 and MI Earphones Basic with Mic (Black) of RS.Amount 399 in Amazon on 29/05/2019 and after 02/06/2019 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 03/06/2019
                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 325906
                and told me to fill charge dispute form but state Bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
                please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                      Hi,

                      This is a complain about the a telecaller Manju Singh working in SBI credit card who called me and offered me the services of the SBI Credit Card. The lady asked me for the documents and I asked her to send the person to collect documents. I gave all necessary documents to the same person.
                      She even told me that - "my credit score is good and I'll get the credit card easily".
                      After 2 weeks, i got a message from SBI that my card request has been declined because of low credit score.
                      In the first place, she offered me the card and told that i was eligible.
                      Secondly, i was declined after submitting all my documents.
                      Third, Manju Singh is not replying and picking up my calls.
                      I'm worried my documents might get used in wrong ways.

                      I want some action on this.

                          On 15 June, I have tried to withdraw money from your ATM but no money was in your ATM. I could not find any ATM near of it therefore I have tried to withdraw money from BOB, but money was deducted from account but no money as well as receipt received to me. I just got a message that money had deducted.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            This is to inform you that i made two transactions on 20/04/2019 with the help of an UBI ATM which is attached to a UBI branch (UBIN0535001) .Both the transactions were for amount of 10, 000 each.The first transaction was successful and during the second transaction the ATM got stuck and the ATM was unable dispense the cash and i didnt receive any receipt also.After that i informed the office staffs of the UBI branch about my problem .Then one office staff came to check the ATM and he closed shutter of the ATM and he fixed the problem after some time and told me to wait for few days to get back cash.I waited for few days, but i didnt receive my cash and i lodged a complaint on SBI care.On 28/05/2018 after long wait my complaint had been resolved and they said that the transaction was reflected as successful.But i was not able to receive my amount back.As per their instruction i wrote to my home branch about my problem (SBI KALAG).After few days of wait the branch manager of my home branch asked me that they have no solution for it as the transaction is reflecting as successful and he asked me to inform me again to the bank branch attached to the ATM.Now I am in trouble ...What should i do to get my cash returned ...Is there any way left ?????Please please help me..

                              A huge amount (around[protected] INR) gets deducted from my SBI Credit Card in the name of Finance Charges every month. No one ever informed me about their finance charges and the card was sold to me stating that it was free of charges.
                              Desirable Resolution:
                              I want all my debited financial charges credited back to my account again, or if this will be the scenario, I will never be able to clear all my dues with SBI. My current outstanding is already 40000. I can't bear these unauthorized and deductions from the account without my consent.

                              NOT YET RESOLVED.

                              I have just calculated that from January till date, I have been robbed of more than Rs. 8000 by SBI. I want my deducted charges credited back to my account. Neither I have received any call from SBI.

                              Rupees 683.23 is refunded to my account due to cancellation of order on 24/05/2019 by Amazon but the said amount is not credited in my account till today. Refund reference number is #75260829145029843799754, date-24/05/2019

                                I J.V.S.L.N PANIGRAHI SBI A/C no -30360543578, ifsc code -SBIN0006636, SBI KOTTURU, ANDHRA PRADESH beg to state that I went to Berhampur Cooperative Bank on 20/05/2019 to withdraw Rs.1000/- from atm centre. The amount 1000/- debited from my account but no cash dispenced. Next day I went to that bank to register complain. But the manager asked me to wait and the amount will came to my account directly. Obeying his word I wait upto 02/06/2019. But the amount not credited to my account.I want justice . I want to get my money. please sir give me justice.
                                Give me quickly which amount Rs.295/- other amount for investment as a fix deposit by ecs without my permission.Early transfer amount in my sbi account.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have not purchased any product of 7199/- but then also SBI bank has converted that amount into 12 EMI.
                                    Card No [protected].
                                    Bank is not ready to understand that and they are charging high rate of interest on that.
                                    I have told bank that on 28th Feb I have done online transaction with flipkart and converted that amount into 12 EMI but.I have cancalled that order and transaction.
                                    even flipkar has provided acknowledgement of that which I have mentioned below.

                                      I ordered two railway exam book but i have not received the book given period that's why i am canceled the order and Amazon give my refund but now not received the refund amount. I received the mail from amazon side (The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected] please solve my problem then i order new books do some needful.

                                      I have made an IMPS Transaction from my Sbi account to HDFC Account on[protected] for the amount of 160000. Till now amount not credited to HDFC account neither to my sbi account. Online status is showing as 'Pending'.. Kindly so the neesful at an earliest
                                      I want to activate my sbi yono app bt it could not be worked so far, so please kindly activate that .i have problem with userid and password it won't be generated
                                      when i submit for new registration i got a ppk and i submit it in online bt it shows invalid userid so please make it correct and i unable to get otp when i submit for registration
                                      I ordered a watch through Amazon and there was a defect in it... So I placed a refund and they approved it but the amount didn't credit in my account... So they gave me a reference number (161582) so that the bank can credit the amount back... Please look into it asap.

                                        My sbi account is debited with
                                        1.) 100 RS.
                                        2.). 99 RS.
                                        3.) 89.68 RS.
                                        4.). 85.88 RS.
                                        In a row at midnight around 1:00 am and all this money is paid to Google play
                                        I was sleeping at that time and suddenly recieved messages from bank about balance deduction . And after 5 min the transactions are removed from my account statement

                                        The main thing is the money got deducted money while I'm sleeping and that too without otp
                                        The sbi deduct that money without sending a single otp

                                        Sir I'm a student that too from a poor family sir I can't bear this loss of around 400 RS. Sir my parents will scold me that too for the mistake i didn't made

                                        Please look into this as a poor student I can't bear this loss I'm studying that too on a bank loan
