Dealing of employees including manager sahib of sbi bhadaur branch, is very rough and rude. I, gurmail singh bhutal head master, govt high scholl sandhu kalan, approached the bank for the purpose of completing the pass book related to the ict account no.[protected] on date 13.5.2019 at 4:00 pm but the guard did not allow me to enter and threatned me saying that "you will rob the bank. I phonically talked to the manager but his attitude was also irresponsible. I am operator of four accounts (Rmsa ssa, ict and mid day meal) of the school in the capacity of head of the school. Passbooks are never completed in time. So kindely take action against guard and other concerned employees.

        On 15/04/19 i withdrew rs10000 for an union bank atm on which the first transaction was timed out and the other was successful. But when i checked my balance it showed that i had withdrawn rs 10000 twice and debited rs20000 from my bank account. I raised a complaint to the customer care and my complaint is still under process. Its been more that 17days since i raised the complaint and no resolution has been taken soo far. My ticket no. [protected]. Please reverse back the money into my account as soon as possible.

          An year ago, i applied for an sbi credit card and it got rejected due to cibil issues and i asked them to drop my application. But still they are continuously applying on behalf of me without my authorisation and for every application and rejection, my cibil score gets reduced by 10 points. I’ve requested the executes who call me once in 2 months for this and they defend saying that my cibil will be reduced if my application is not processed. Though i don’t want to get a card from sbi, these guys aren’t leaving me.. Every time they are torturing me by calling and saying my cibil will be lost if i don’t accept. Please help me to get rid of this.

                      For past 6 months im asking SBI to stop my credit card service, but still they are sending me monthly bill and now asking me to pay fine for no-usage, I have not used the card at all, but still they are asking me to pay yearly rent and fine for the rent as well.

                      Rs 10 000 has been debited to transfer to investment intermedia company with out my permission.I want my money back. since 2april many tranfers has been done why I don't remember any commitment. Please resolve my problem as early as possible otherwise I will take legal action.

                        Never experienced such atrocious behavior from any financial institutions as in the case of sbi credit card dept. I just want to ask these people that don't you guys train your employees before placing them in any kind of institutions wherein customer dealings are required. I totally agree that a customer is unable to make payments due to certain conditions as in mine was leaving of job. These sbi employees keep on calling after certain payment failure but look at the way they speak to customers. I just want to tell these employees that dear people you dint give us money like that but we are some time back worth of it based on our credit score.
                        Sbi being a giant fi need to really bring in employees with good educational background and training.
                        The last service i need from sbi is to make a decent settlement for my outstanding balance and process it as soon as possible.

                          I tried to withdraw some money from obc bank account. So i went to sbi atm as it is near me. I tried 3 times and it showed 070 error code. Now i didnt get any amount and it is showing low balance that is it is showing that amount was deducted. Please take some action or i need to file a police complain against this. Please do something.                             Dear sir/madam,

                            I (Kesavadas ravindrapal), working as project manager in ncc limited and an savings account holder of sbi bank, amalapuram branch (Branch code-20341) my account no is [protected] and my debit card no. Is [protected] (Card type-master card).

                            This is to bring your kind attention that at present i am posted in bolpur, west bengal. On 29/04/2019 at 11.55pm, 11.56pm, 11.57pm, 11.58pm and on 30/04/2019 at 12.03am, 12.08am, 12.10am, 12.11am i got 8 messages against different cash withdrawal from my account through atm machine (8 times x 10, 000.00/-=total 80, 000.00/-). Surprisingly my atm debit card was always with me, neither it was lost nor i gave it to anyone. After that i went to nearby sbi bank branch of my location and they gave me the transaction summary. From this statement i come to know that the transaction made through atm machine located at ishakchowk, bhagalpur, bihar. Then as per bank manager’s suggestion i blocked my debit card and i went to birbhum district cyber crime branch located at suri, birbhum, and west bengal to file a complaint against this mishap. Fir copy is also attached with the letter along with the transaction statement for your reference. More over after blocking the card i got a same fraud transaction message on 30/04/2019. But this time the rouge failed to withdraw any amount due to blockage of debit card.

                            After filing the complaint i already sent the filled transaction dispute form along with all necessary documents to the mail i. D i. E:- [protected]@sbicard.com on 30/04/2019. But today i got a mail to resubmit the all documents with fresh dispute form to your mailing address. Due to this i am again sending this letter with supporting to your mailing address and also email you the scanned copy of the documents.

                            In this regard i would be highly oblige if you kindly take prompt action and drastic steps as per your customer security norms against this fraud so that i can get back my money again.

                              A refund of 29999 rupees was successfully processed on 18 march 2019 to my account by amazon refund reference # in[protected]. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                Reference my earlier mail regarding internet banking for corporate acct no [protected].

                                As advised, despite my visit to branch and confirmation, i am not receiving any otp on maker's mobile thus not able to do internet banking. 15th of each month is the last date for making payment to govt organisations like esic, epfo &gst; but due to this problem this is held up. After 15th payment is to be made along with penalty.

                                I have tried at all levels in sbi to get this internet banking problem resolved but it remains unresolved.in case this is not resolved and payment is delayed than you will be responsible to pay for penalty amount.

                                  My name is Mithani Kishorkumar Bharatbhai and I had ordered Mini Small Cooler of RS. 260( card payment 119.19 another amount by amazon pay wallet) Amount Mini Small Cooling in Amazon on 3 May 2019 and at 3 May 2019 I Cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 5 May 2019
                                  Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                                  416050 and told me to fill charge dispute form but i am student at delhi, and my parents is uneducated, they live at very small village of gujarat, and they can not understand what is charge dispute form and how to fill and how to handle this problem.
                                  please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                    I urgently needed to update my new mobile number with Adhar card so I take leave from my company for update Adhar card, went my nearest SBI branch to update their The security guard says you can't contact to Adhar person now you have to write your name in register I'll call you later one month than you can. It's disgusting. This is not a right way if person is need urgently. please help ASAP.
