    Sir,

    I had submitted a request at the Jayanagar 2 block branch to close my sb account and transfer the balance to my NR colony SBI account. I don't seem to recognize any credit to my NR colony SBI account.

    I had written a mail to the branch on 6th October to let me know the status and they are yet to respond to my mail. Here is the transcript of my mail for your reference.

    My second block SB account no is[protected]
    My NR colony SB account no is[protected]

    My email id is ramarao.[protected]@gmail.com

    Appreciate if you can reply me with the details of closure and transfer of balance to my NR colony account.

    Also why does the branch respond and acknowledge to customer mail.

    Sir/Madam

    I had submitted a written request and application enclosing unused cheque leaves in Sep 2022 to close my sb account no [protected] and transfer the balance to my SBI account at NR colony.

    I had followed up with the bank after ten days and was told that the application is processed and the needful will be done in a couple of days.

    I have not heard from you nor is there any transaction entry in my NR colony sb account.

    I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

          Through Amazon I ordered a product. My name is Sagar Paul. I'm from West Bengal. Previous month I purchased a iPad smart pencil which costs 2079 rupees. I decided to cancel it and again buy it for just 1799 during sale. So, i replaced my order because in Amazon we can not place a new order before its replenishment, so i replaced it and then I want to get back my refund. September 29 schedule as my second product ( replacement) return. Somehow no one was came that day. Next day I called Amazon customer service and told my problem. In for this issue, customer service's someone reschedule my pickup date on 3rd October thank fully Amazon agent came and picked up. I asked him when I get my refund, he told me in just 5 days sir. Day after day no refund was initiated, so i called customer care and told my problem, in this reply customer care told me your refund was initiated on 15 October 2022 kindly check your bank account etc. in my amazon account 2 bank account linked. Customer care also Amazon's executive people told me that my refund was initiated on my bank account ending with x287. I just updated my passbook no refund was there. Then customer care and executive told me we gave you a refund reference number kindly visit your bank or call your bank for this. I also visited my bank and the deny to check my request.

                Debit card was lost, so I requested for new SBI ATM CARD through e-services from internet banking on 8 Oct 2022.

                ATM card (ending 5237) was sent via speed post with
                Consignment number AQ[protected]IN .

                The Consignment was not delivered by post office saying there is no such person in the house (12 Oct 2022).

                It was returned to Mangaluru NSH (19 Oct 2022).

                Either post office or SBI customer service was of any help about whereabouts of ATM card and what has to be done to get it again.

                kindly resend the ATM via speed post or send the ATM to Home Branch
                please make a convenient resolution.

                        Today my mom went for withdrawing 1000 rs from her account. My mother was humiliated by bank staffs and specially teller. The teller said sexual and unethical comment on my mom.
                        They didn't give our money, unwanted issues like it is your child account.
                        She was patiently responding them but they were teasing her. They do this specially to the slum people like we are not costumers. They said that they don't care about complains.
                        Is it digital India ? Is it the right way to talk with females?
                        Please sbi do something otherwise I need to take harsh steps.

                          Not received voucher aa promises on credit card and undue charges after request to close the account

                          Hi,
                          After my home loan in September 2020, i got a call from sbi crads that i am eligible for new sbli Elite card for which annual fee is 4999 but after paying first year annual fee you will get 5000 rs voucher so i was okay trying new upgrade card.

                          SBI Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Branch, Kolkata-16 has surreptitiously opened two loan accounts under my name.
                          It was only when I tried to get my CIBIL information that got to know I have fake loan accounts under my name without my knowledge and consent.
                          There please take the appropriate strict action against the responsible person and also compensate me for the same.

                                    I submitted the KYC documents to SBI cap security. Despite that my online trading and Demat account has been deactivated.
                                    There was no communication from sbi cap securities for any discrepancy that occurred in updating KYC.
                                    I want this urgently to be resolved.
