Respected Authorities,
I had applied for a Credit Card at Amritsar Cantt Branch in June 2022. Neither me or any person from my family collected the card in person nor was it delivered to my mentioned address. My brother enquired about the same at our local post Office ( GPO Amritsar) and it was never delivered to my address. So I never used it. Then also Card issue charges were applied in July monthly statement Rs.589. As I didn't get Card I called up to the authority in the branch and explained the issue (Kanika Kapoor- [protected]). As per her she had registered my complaint and sent an email to resolve the same and told me that the amount will be waived off as I had not got the card and not used it as well. Moving to the next 3 months August, September, October the issue was unresolved despite my repeated complaints and requests. I also talked to Ajay Markan at SBI Branch ([protected]) and explained my issue. He also assured me of the resolution of my problem but to no use. He said that he had filed my complaint at the respective desk and sent an email in the same regards but the issue still persists. The statements for these months reflected my increasing Credit Balance Amount to be paid. As of Today November 21, 2022 it stands at Rs.4316. I made a call to Customer care and after explaining myself to them they have blocked my Credit Card on November 10, 2022. They also talked to Kanika Kapoor Mam on a conference call. Ajay Markan had also told me if my credit Card is blocked then I don't need to pay the charges on the same but then also I got an email from your end with pending charges at Rs. 4316.Now, As I haven't used the card nor have it physically in my possession please tell me Why should i pay for a service which has not been availed by me. Please look into the matter and resolve it asap.

    Recently I got an pre-approved offer from SBI card and applied for simply click card.
    I had done biometric verification as well. And got a sms that my application will be processed within 9 working days. But almost a month past and I got no update. Then I asked and inquired with a sales agent near a mall and they checked and said me that my application was rejected and the reason is "F55 DATABASE DEFAULTER".

          Hi,

          I have applied and received Tata credit card([protected]) by SBI. The bill got generated for an unused card. I haven't used that nor set a pin for it. Now they are asking to pay 8145 rs for an unused card. I haven't used it anywhere nor a set a pin for it. They started harassment calls continuously which can't be accepted. Their words a creating huge disturbance. Their behavior towards a customer is worst. I request you to go through the details and block or deactivate my card permanently.

            I made a POS transaction at arun vastra bhandar, chandni chowk, delhi on 4th October . For the first transaction the amount got debited but got failed transaction slip via machine . So I was asked to pay one more time which is also debited. Now the failed transaction amount is still not refunded to me. I have raised the complaint with my bank but bank closed the complaint today on 17th nov 2022 stating that pos bank confirmed transaction successful. I checked with that shop they are saying they did not got the money bank saying txn successful . Where is my money

              I have applied for new debit card on 5th November 2022 and it was approved on 6th november with reference ID D[protected], still today the card is not yet dispatched, i have contacted customer care many times with no use, they are telling that I will receive within 10 days, how to get card without dispatched even after 11 days. Iam not satisfied with the service by SBI, SORRY 😔

                I have a saving account with SBI having account number [protected]. On 16/11/2022 SBI bank deducted 2.36 rs without any information of it. When I called customer care number they informed me that it is charge for your swipe at petrol pump. I want my charges refund as it is not justificable.

                    Respected sir, I sent two registered post letters from koilakuntla, kurnool (dt), A. p. On 03 NOV 2022 to sbi the gen manager, sbi, & the dy gen manager, sbi, mumbai (mr). content in the letter complaint regarding non payment of mac defence, rl letter numbers are appended below:-

                      My name is sonal kumar. I have ordered Dell original battery m5y1k at 15/12/2021 my order I'd is[protected] and this product had covered with 1 year warranty. I have returned this product date 10/09/2022 and the refund is initiated at 11/09/2022 as par conversation with Amazon call centre. But payment not received to my account. I have called Amazon call centre and also talked with sbi call centre but not any want to help. I have found refund refference number via email from Amazon[protected]. I have visited bank also. But still not received payment. Please check where is my payment. I hope i will receive my payment soon thank with respect.

                        I am frustrated from the service provided by sbi worst experience so applied for debit card on 4 Nov 2022 and card request was issued on 5 Now 2022 and its status shows card under process for dispatch now when I check it shows card not yet dispatched now it's been almost 8 days from applying the card so now I am in need of cash so how can I withdraw cash as my sbi atm doesn't support yoni cash withdrawal please ship it as it's urgent contacted my home branch for the card issue even branch can't help as card is issued by sbi card processing unit now just waiting for dispatch of card even mailed the official email id of sbi but same responce that card was issued on 5 nov 2022 and is under process of dispatch but does it takes 10 days for dispatch I am gonna shift to different bank as its a frustration in banking with sbi as for a simple debit card it's takes decades to dispatch
                        Please it's a request do dispatch it soon it's urgent. The customer service agent told you will receive in 8-10days but not received. They haven't dispatched.

                          Team, i was mailed to SBI home branch for ekyc because they can unfreeze my account (16 Oct)
                          I not get any response then i gone to bank 31 Nov 22, completed all formality given by bank like they sent CSP point there shown adhar some fees paid and they handover 1 print, this print submitted in bank customers queu time approx 2/3 hour (on daily basis) pandharpur branch counter no1
                          Then counter 1 some processed and sent back to counter no2 queue
                          All submission done but still i unable to make any transaction
                          Already i rised complaints but may be these department also manage, i need to go consumer foram

                            Please find attached screenshots of fraud messages from 3 different phone numbers of SBI.
                            Please take necessary action against them so that we can save poor people who doesn't know about these frauders.

                              I raised a complaint with Complaint No regarding the amount debited RS.1590 in my account for a failed transaction. The complaint has been raised and not resolved for more than 40 days. If I call to customer care they're not responding and taking action.

                                This is with reference to my SBI Car Loan A/C No: [protected]. I had closed the loan with a cheque payment on 31st oct 2022 and have the NOC & statement to confirm the same, However my EMI of Rs. 11775/- continues to get deducted from my Citibank A/C No. [protected] even after closure for the current month on 10th Nov. I can confirm the same by sharing my Citibank A/C statement if required.

                                Request you to please let me know the details of this issue and how can I get my money back. This is always happening for many people with SBI bank. Not sure how many innocent people got cheated without even checking their bank statement. Please consider this as a serious issue.

                                Because of this my another emi has bounced. They have to pay me penalty for this.

                                  My name is Anand Rajput and I had ordered Ben Martin Mes's Denim Slim Fit Strechable Jeans of RS.699 on Amazon on 28/09/2022 and after 07/10/2022 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 07/10/2022
                                  Amazon initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                                      On 4th november accidently i have sended 20000 rupees to the wrong number from upi, , according to the rbi guideline if we wrongly transfered any amount to unknow persons it is full responsibility of the bank to do a reverse transaction to my account, , but the sbi bank in mysore is refusing to file a complaint and do a reverse transfer, , the manager is saying its your fault its not my fault we cannot do anything..please take action on the SBI bank NR mohalla branch mysore, brach code 016499, their service is very poor and they dont help any of their coustmer
