    There was some unauthorized method to change my beneficiary.
    So, when the next time, on 14th September, I sent money, expecting to be sent to my beneficiary. It went to their account. It was a huge amount of money.

    I usually get NEFT transactions alerts and receipts on my email. I didn't get one on that day, and I have gotten it before and since that day.
    Moreover, there were a lot of nonsensical messages from my phone, which I didn't send to spam/fraudulent numbers. These messages looked nonsensical to me but must have communicated some private information.

    Can somebody please help me on how to retrieve my money bank?
    My money was debited from SBI Bank and should have gone to a BOB account.

      I have ordered a product from Amazon on 20 October 2022
      The price of the product was 16, 099/-

      and cancelled the order on 21 October 2022 and the refund has been initiated on[protected]
      Refund Reference Number - 74332742295229474619475
      Amazon is saying that the refund is initiated but the amount is not reflecting in my bank account.

                I request you to say that myself a resident of #46/1, Mandi harale pete chikkaballapur. I have an account in my name manohar Prasad L holding account number - [protected] in SBI bank.
                From my account, Transaction is carried in YoNo app through NEFT with details of Payee Name : N S L Rao, Account No : [protected] (correct account number is [protected]), IFSC No : BARB0CHICKB but an amount of Rs. 20000/- has been credited to Mr. 20000, account [protected] of Bank Of Baroda following IFSC No : BARB0CHICKB instead of in favor of actual N S L Rao Account No : [protected] bearing same branch IFSC No : BARB0CHICKB.

                The transaction details is
                [protected] – INB
                IMPS/P2A/[protected] /XXXXXXX929BAR Bnull -LTA1LTQD80AGCEBM OAGKHKIQ1,
                and the transaction date is[protected]. I was not aware of this kind of wrong transaction.
                It has been an erroneous account no captured but rest of the details was actual to the recipient ; I am requesting you to verify this matter as soon as possible.

                On top of that, I tried to contact the receiving bank and they asked me back to raise a complaint in origin bank and stated it is my fault.

                1st response from SBI : 26.08.2022
                We raised the chargeback on (06/07/2022) and same has been represented by beneficiary bank as "customer is not contactable to obtain debit confirmation. Hence, please follow up directly with beneficiary bank for reversal manually on good faith basis.

                2nd response from BOB :30.08.2022
                With reference to your trail mail, we would like to inform you that as per the extant guidelines, in case of remittance of funds to wrong beneficiary, the complainant must lodge their grievance with base bank and route the grievance through them. Therefore we request you to lodge grievance with your base bank.

                3rd response from SBI : 03.10.2022
                Dear Sir,

                We raised the chargeback on[protected] and same has been represented by beneficiary bank as "customer is not contactable to obtain debit confirmation. Hence, please follow up directly with beneficiary bank for reversal manually on good faith basis. E-mail ID of concerned bank is mentioned below for further follow up.

                          I used my SBI Debit Card to purchase a Lavie Horse Lg Dome Sat Women's Handbag (Colour: Black) priced at Rs. 1, 204 from Amazon on 13/10/2022 and the order ID of the product is[protected]. I initiated the return of the product on 20/10/2022 and the product was picked up by Amazon on 22/10/2022. Amazon initiated the refund of Rs. 1, 204 on 22/10/2022 and the Refund Reference Number of the product is 74332742296229598319167. Unfortunately, the refund of amount Rs. 1, 204 is not credited till date in my bank account.

                            My name is (Sakshi Agarwal) and I had ordered (R for Rabbit Tiny Toes Grand tricycle) of RS.Amount(4799) in Amazon on (25 September 2022) and after (22 October 2022) I returned this order due to not needed. And on (22 October 2022)
                            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                            (74332742296229525613344) and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI doesn't have such policy. So
                            please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                              I ordered some grocery items on Amazon on 21st October, 2022 (10:16 p.m) and the Order ID is[protected]. The total order value was Rs - 853/- (Eight hundred fifty three) and I made the payment by using my SBI Visa debit card ending with 4719. But on 22nd October I cancelled the order due to delay in delivery and the company initiated a refund of Rs - 853/- on 22nd October, 2022. But till today I have not received my refund amount in my account. So I contacted with the Amazon customer service centre. They informed me that they initiated the refund of Rs - 853/- on 22nd October and provided me the Refund Reference Number - 74332742296229521388487. They also requested me to contact with my bank to know further about the status of the transaction in case I still have not received the credit. But on 2nd November I went to my home SBI branch at Khukurdaha and told the whole problem to the service manager but he just ignored me and did not agree to help me in anyway.

                              So sir I humbly request you to look into the matter and credit the amount of Rs - 853/- in my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                        There are many issues with your credit card processing recently. I was trying to pay my credit card bill since 28th October and it keeps on failing. When I was reaching out to SBI, they told that the issue is on hdfc bank gateway which I was paying. But, when I checked with HDFC it is not having any issue.

                                        Due to this, my payment got delayed and you have recovered late payment fee as well, for an issue which SBI Card system had. This is totally unacceptable and I need it to be reversed with priority.

                                        Also, I had tried to apply for Flexi pay and it resulted in failure and error. So, I paid the full amount. But when I was checking my statement the next month, it is again converted to Flexi pay without my knowledge. How can a failed flexi pay automatically applied again?

                                        Now, I am not sure how much money I have lost because of such fraudulent and improper activities of SBI Card.

                                        If you need any clarity, call me on my number so that I am happy to explain you the issues.

                                        Either, you rectify all my issues and return back the Late payment fee and fines if any with immediate effect. Otherwise, I will raise the complaint against SBI card with Banking ombudsman and bring you to the consumer forum.
