Global Banking Service

Credit Card being wrongly processed

I applied for SBI simply Click credit card on SEP 01, 2022, and next day 2 Sep 2022 a representative called and came for verification KYC and told I will get a call from SBI conforming all the details. but 10 days later I received a SMS saying that my SBI pulse card is processed and dispatched. Pulse card has 1499 rupee as joining fee, whereas simply click is 499, So I need to cancel pulse card and get my SIMPLY click card, without any affect....

Getting credit card bill for the card which I have not received.

Dear Sir/Mam, I had applied a SBI credit 4 months ago and it was approved based on my eligibility. Card was never deliver to me as I am shifted to a diff location. In month of July I credit card statement for Rs 499 along with Rs 89 as annual fee.
I had send an email to credit card team that I have never received the card so I will not be able to pay the bill. I have also asked them to reject my card as this is deceiving the customer....

Since last two months I have been getting continuous calls and messages from sbi credit card. because once i visited my home branch of SBI Mahuva they had explained me about credit card and told me that you will get verification call from our team within week when i got calls from your team they told me about the charges of credit card . Sbi ja 2022 age criteria

Sir,
This year we were all eagerly waiting for sbi ja 2022 notification, usually from past 7-8 years this exam notification comes in the month of Jan or April, but this year sbi ja notification came in September 2022 and the cutoff age mentioned in the notification is from August leaving so many candidates overaged by days and month...this is really unfair from sbi
I am overaged by 10 days and this was my last attempt ..so...

Regarding sbi credit card ...
Sbi send a sms regarding a card delivery but the credit card not deliver to me and now they are sending statement to me i am not us the card but they generated my bill how is possible .

I tried to reach they customer care but they not resolving my issue ..

i tweeted my issue in twitter also they call me and heard my issue they disconnected my call, , , they are not resolved...

Amount not reversed

On 20th March 2021 I paid an amount 31480 Rs for my vehicle tax via UPI and UPI reference number is[protected] from my Axis Bank account [protected] but the receiver not received the amount as Receiver is SBI customer. Please check on behalf of given details and refund my money back to my Axis Bank account....

i was purchase 2 products on amazon and then cancel it, Amazon initiated the refund on 29 August, the refund amount was 710 and 299, but the refund not credited to my account yet, the refund reference number of each transaction is[protected] and[protected], kindly consider my issue and refund my money asap.

SBI opened an INB e-RD/e-FLEXI account without my permission and amount of Rs. 12000 has been deducted. How can government bank do this to its customer? How you just open a deposit account without the customer's consent. Please return my money. I don't want an RD account with you. I am even thinking of closing my account with SBI. This is cheating....

Atm dispatch details not found

Sir,
I applied for ATM CARD through online on 06/08/2022 but not get atm till 26/08/2022. I complaint for that through customer care. But they suggest me for applying a new ATM card. So I applied for ATM CARD again on 29/08/2022. For which I get a message that a new card issued and despatched to my address on 01/09/2022. But till now I have not received my new ATM card while I track the atm with tracking ID AQ[protected]IN on India...

Harassment by SBI person Ramesh, Mob No.86609716531 in Bangalore

One Mr Ramesh, came to our flat at 7pm today at Bhoopasandra, Bangalore
& threatened my niece with dire consequences & used abusive language & said he would finish them off if she or her father did not pay some 15 year old credit card dues which dont exist. There are No dues. If there are any, then SBI should legally go to court & file a case instead of sending persons to our flat & illegally threatening us with dire consequences....
