I return two product on Amazon, date[protected].and the payment initiated by Amazon on[protected], and the last date of Refund credited to my account is[protected], but still i not received my payment. Then I call Amazon customer service they tell me that your payment is already initiated on[protected], and still not show in your account then you contact your bank branch.
Then I contact my bank home branch but they said I can't do anything.

    I have applied for settlement process through advocate and the process is going more than 6 months.

    We infotmed Nodal Officer as per RBI norms.

    We also shared Advocate contact to SBI Porur branch peoples.

    for the past one week daily one person called and asked to share advocate number again and again.. Dont they have any logs

    Is this real SBI Or collection agents??

    Why they are not following RBI Norms.

    This leads me to file complaint here.

        Have SBI Saving account. Linked to the same account, i have multiple MODs auto created(sweep in facility) online.
        Problem 1.
        Now i want to close these MODs vai internet banking. Followed all steps (FD -- TDR/eSTDR MOD -- Premature MODs list-- select), however it shows transaction failure. Tried with mulitple MODs account on different dates/times. But not able to liquidate this account.
        Problem 2.
        Now i no longer want the auto Sweep in facility for my SB account. Checked all site map for this option(to disable auto MOD), but could not find.

        Need resolution for above to problems.
        Asbother are done vai internet, please do not suggest to visit branch office physically.

          CAS CORR PR CHQ reversal of withdrawal of cheque

          I had given a cheque of sbi to my home loan bank (Non sbi).
          At first the cheque is cleared and the amount is debited from my account and after some time i got a message stating the cheque is dishonoured and it charged 177.00 and later another message from sbi stating your account is credited with cas corr pr chq reversal of withdrawl by cheque.
          I dont understand what is all this for.
          I had enough funds in my account.br...

          I visted sbi home branch they are saying go ask to whom you had given cheque we dont have any information.
          I visted my home loan bank asking the amount is initially debited and credited to your account and after some time it got reversal. They are saying we have not done that.
          I dont have proper answer for the above from sbi who charged me against dishounered cheque which is not acceptable to me.

                My name is Girinundinee Runnoo and I had ordered a mobile phone of RS.34, 600Amount Nothing Phone(1) 5G (White 256GB)(12GB RAM)in Amazon on 1st December 2022 and after 5th December 2022 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 7th December 2022

                  I was just a bit late to bank. Bank staff didn't had any issue but security guard was talking so badly and was too rude. Not at all acceptable behaviour. I want a serious action to be taken on him.

                    Ive applied for debit card on august 2022.India post item delivery confirmed and sent me tracking no. after few days I tracked and its says its out for delivery and after one day it says its delivered.

                    It's been more than 4 month and my debit card is not delivered to me but when I check the status of my card by tracking number it shows my SBI ATM card is delivered so I went to post office, they said got to bank and bank says goto post office. It happens arround for 10 days so I decided better goto home and chill.

                          I was using SBI CREDIT card. Every month i pay my outstanding on time. but still my statement they mention Fine charges around Rs.[protected]/-. when i called to customer care they said to reversal in next statement. After 3 month s due to same situation i requested to close my card and i did complete payment . they rejected my request and said you have 5500 fine charges outstanding, after this payment they will close so i paid 5500 on same day and make request for close, due date was 28 Nov, but for closing this card i paid on 21 Nov. Still in next statement they included Rs. 2500 as fine charges and reject my request even complete payment and even before due date. when i call to customer care they have no reply for this. They cheated us. they are doing mentally harassment .

                            SBI has issued a cheque book to some unknown on 02/02/2022 without my knowledge. Serial number :[protected]
                            Branch code: 03377
                            There are two ATM cards issued that are active too, ending with **** 9808 and **** 5391. I don't have these ATM cards with me, I don't know who are allotted with these ATM cards.
                            There were two transactions made via cheque book.
                            First transaction of Rs, 2000/- made on 05/09/2022, cheque number: 145388
                            Second transaction of Rs, 3000/- made on 31/10/2022, cheque number: 145389.
                            When the first transaction was made the first account holder visited the branch and requested them to block this cheque but nothing happened. Here I (Mr. Ramesh Pd. Singh, Joint account holder of this account) am writing this complaint on behalf of Lt. Mrs. Vimala Devi, against STATE BANK OF INDIA. This is a fraud that should not be tolerated and I request you to please entertain this complaint.
