Sir/ madam. I made transaction on 29/01/19 through canara bank atm by using sbi card, the amount i entered is 10k, but it got reversed inside the atm. I didn't get my money. I make a complaint in customer care, got ticket number too. Till now 6/2/19 it's not get resolved. My ticket number is [protected]. Do the needful for me. I have called customer service many times, they are extending my waiting time. But till now not resolved

    Sir, i'm account holder of sbi. I have received my salary cheque from account of tiruchirapalli cantonment branch. I hold account in sbi main branch, erode due to personal circumstances i went to near by branch, sbi g. H. Road branch, erode for cheque collection.
    Though it is a valid multi city cheque payable at par all branches of sbi, i have been refused for the transaction. Kindly help me in this issue.

        My name is josna jose. I closed my sbi credit card ([protected])
        On november 26 /2018 with ref. Nu.[protected]. After that i distroyed the card and send it to sbi card head office with noc requesting letter. Around 3-4 times i called to sbi customer care for noc and they informed that it will send soon. But didnt get till time.
        So its my humble request that please send me the noc certificate immediately through my email/ given address.

            Amazon refunded my transaction amount of approximately ₹10000 on 2/2/19. I haven't yet received the amount in my bank account.
            Reference number for the refund is: 75260829033026700523561.

            It is really quite shameful that a bank as big as sbi cannot process a refund on time. I need the amount in my bank account within 10 days as i have urgent need of it. Please write back and thank you.

            Kindly confirm and do the needful asap

              Gopinadh s, account holder in sbi bank, stated on dated 03/02/2019 my account has been debited by 1949 rupees one time,. 420/- two times and 799 rupees for multiple has been deducted through my debit card. Thus a total amount of 8530/- has been deducted from my account and one rupeey added three times to my sbi account.

              My fraud transaction narration/description was :

                I made a upi transaction of rs 2000 on 21/01/19 3:14 pm from paytm bank to sbi. Both the upi platforms (Paytm and phone pe upi) showed successful transaction and money was detected from paytm bank account but never reached to sbi bank account. I contacted to all the platforms paytm, phone pe, sbi bank, npci but nobody helped me.

                  I have taken sbi credit card with 1.7lacs limit. I have paid almost 1lac till date and still few executives are threatening me though calls (+[protected] and visiting my home several times. They say that the amount will still be the same and i still had to pay the interest amount which is increasing monthly from 10k to now 20k. They do not provide any mail or msg for the same. This is such a mental torture for me and my family.

                  No one should trust these stupid fellows.
                  Have got no support from the bank yet.

                  Looking forward to lodge a complaint against them.

                        It's a kind of theft, for emergency purpose where we can go .. don't kill people's by doing this I don't know one thing how STATE BANK allow this kind of illegal activities. There is no security for people's money.

                          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

Pls tell me why 295/- rs is cutting per month or sometime per week from account in investment intermedia without any knowledge. So pls kindly help me to stop this deduction.                                     Sbi bank now a days became fraud bank because they only want poor people money and they will give huge amount to fake companies and frauds.. Even fund transfer also you are charging... Thwn how i can use digital banking? You guys deducted 16000 without my permission and knowledge simply transfer money to deposit accounts and i asked you people no response from bank. Even you hold my upi transfer also.. Last 2 weeks i am unable to do any transaction with upi error is bank limits exceeded.. What a fraud activity you are doing. Better to begin the begger committee instead of taking too much charges with poor service... Worst experience i had ever private sector banks are good and better...

                                      My savings bank account with sbi has been debited with inr 25 on no grounds with narration as penalty charges. The transaction reference number is iri4795655ixl2524458. I have been maintaining good balance in my account and my mab was 19000 the previous month. Sbi simply charges customers like this for no reason. This may be to recover the loss created by people who take loan from sbi and fly away to london and sbi targets to collect the amount from other customers.

                                        I have an account in sbi in which it has been taken when i was govt. Jobs. Now i have transfer and i want to transfer the branch account from baroda alkapuri to gopalpuri gandhidham. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. But here i got a problem that my cif no has not been changed. Plz acknowledge this matter. I request you transfer my cif no as well as change my account to gopalpuri sbi account.
