Sir! I am sabir from hyderabad. I have submitted pos machine on 12 november 2018 because of cancellation but the bank employees of sbi branch golden jubilee road number 10 haven't responded seriously their unresponsive service. I have deducted my amount up to 5000 because of their fault. Properly i have written letter and pos mid, cid number then also they have not done proper work upto january 10. My amount debited with my account.
I want my amount back.

    I received a message today, that is, on 5/2/19 that 'x' rupees has been debited from my sbi (State bank of india) debit card by transfer. How do i know who the transaction has been made to & what the source is? I usually make monetary transactions via google pay or phone pe apps.in the transaction history of these apps, there is no transaction of this amount.

      Dear sir/ma'am

      Sbi teghoria branch kolkata has put a hold of inr 3.12 lac on savings account of a senior citizen and widow on an ex-army officer (A/c*4623) since 04 dec 2018 and has not provided details on reason for hold in spite of repeated personal visits and emails. We were informed this is possibly due to pension overpayment but no further information provided in last 2 months.

      It is also important to note that sbi is no longer the pension disbursing bank for over 1 year; hence, on what basis have they put a hold on the account? The actual pension disbursing bank (Bank of maharashtra) has received no such directive from cda (Pension).

      As a senior citizen, the account holder has been making personal visits to sbi teghoria branch (Kolkata), running from one desk to another at the branch, meeting with branch manager (Around 14 jan), emailing sbi teghoria on 17 jan, escalating to nodal officer (Zonal head) on 22 jan and escalating to sbi customer care on 01 feb - but there is no information on why there is a hold placed.

      It has been over 2 months and the all the money in the account has been on hold in spite of following the grievance redressal / escalation matrix published in sbi. Please intervene and request sbi officials to disclose the required information.

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

              Sir as i request you, from oct’2018 onwards i am fallowing collection team & customer care centers and i am raise also the req. No #[protected] &[protected] but you people still not providing the settlement of my credit card account.

              Why i am closing my credit card account my financial position is very critical situation, because of my father open heart surgery happens so i am spending more then rs 4, 50, 000.00

              And more away i am loss my job, i will be taken care off my father health, still my father completely bed rest, so please try to understanding my situation and give me settlement of my account.

                  Hi team,
                  I had got a call from one company stating i have won the prize money to claim that cash they asked first to pay registration fee of 4500. Later they said tds of 14, 500 i should pay and they gave account number telling it’s sbi bank officer number i transferred, then later they said amount is hold from rbi and now i need to pay gst amount of 37, 500 rs /- to credit the winning prize to my account number my bad luck i paid even that and at last now they saying rbi cyber as hold the payment and i should pay 51, 500 to release that hold and i refused to pay and asked them i don’t want any prize money i need back the amount which i have deposited but they are not agreeing they giving reasons it will take 3 months to give back
                  They are doing fraud and fake calls and taking money and the person as given sbi account number telling it’s sbi banker details.
                  Please help me to get back my entire amount.

                    On 24 january 2019 at 9.40 am, i tried to transfer 10000 rs. From phone pe app from my sbi account to my husband sbi account (Internal transfer) transaction successful [utr[protected]]. But due to technical error, amount receved my husband account but again reverce that amount. And i did complain to phone pe support. And they told me to complain hear, so please take my complain very seriously it's more than 12 days now and i haven't got 10000 rs refund. I want you to resolve this issue within 1-2 days.

                          I have received one sms on my mobile no. Quoting otp for online purchase of rs. 100/- at www.redbus.in on my atm debit card ending with no. 389. I have not made any purchases today. It appears someone may have obtained details of my account / card and tried a nominal txn of rs. 100/- so that if it is successful, funds lying in the account can be accessed by fraudulent means. I request you to kindly investigate in the matter as immediately as possible to safeguard my interests.

                            Respected sir,
                            Myself sub ummed singh as jc.383191p rank-subedar retired from army corps of signals, jabalpur on 01-jan-2019. My ppo no.[protected] dated[protected] and my account in sbi branch-jaipur cantt. On[protected] your faculty told me to contact cppc choura rasta jaipur and i reported there and they informed me that they have not received my pension document and also they told me to contact cppc chandni chowk new delhi. I have called at the help centre and your branch no. But the call was not picked by anyone of them. Therefore, i humbly request you to please consider my request for my pension receiving and kindly send my all documents as of ppo at the cppc choura rasta, jaipur. I will be grateful to you.

                              As i was studying in pune and i opened another sbi account. I left pune and move to my home town rajkot. Due to unknown reason both accounts have been merged and cif number set of bavdhan, pune branch.

                              Right now i am not operating pune sbi account. I want to change cif number to the gymkhana, rajkot (Gujarat) branch as this is my home branch where i have opened sbi account first.

                                Dear team,

                                My name is arvind singh and i am holding sbi credit card. On 3rd of web at 3:30 p. M. Got a message from sbi credit card stating that i have done a transaction of 549 on itunes.com which was not done by me so i tried to reach emergency number of sbi to inform regarding the same but no one pick up the call or nobody answered the message which i got from the ivr that no one is available at that moment to answer my call. I tried to reach them 4 to 5 times but nobody answer the call so finally i blocked my card from the phone app but till then 7 transaction was done on itunes.com using my sbi credit card. So i tweeted the same thing on sbi social media i got a reply from them and i inform them about all the situation and i clearly mentioned that the transaction was not done by me so please do not authorised those charges but it was of no use. Today on 5th of feb 2019 when when i called sbi customer care to know the status of my complaint a very great thing which i came to know that was that they have mentioned that it was just an information call they haven't logged any called until i called after customer care number. Now on my card all the transaction was done on itunes.com they have been settled down and i have to pay them.

                                Now this is the service which customer get from the sbi. They simply don't care about their customer. Even if that do not provide information for nodal officer or for the grievance team so that nobody could reached them or escalate the matter to them. I have all the call recordings regarding the same.

                                Now please suggest me what need to be done next to resolve this case.

                                INVESTMENT INTERMEDI has debieted my account Rs1547/. Withuot my permission investment intermedi deduct Rs1547/ plz bloked investment intermedi and refund my money.
                                Brother, my account today was deducted 5 to 6 times by iTunes.com. I called the customer care number and blocked the card.

                                My question is have you hot ur money back or not ???

                                And any other place to complain ?.
                                I think SBI PEOPLE ARE DOING THIS.😠😠😠

                                  I could not pay my sbi card bill due to financial crunch. Now i am willing to pay it, so i had a word with sbi officials numerous times to convert it to an emi. But they did not do it. They asked me to get it settled to the total pending amount and i agreed to that. I told them that i would not be able pay it in one go and to give me monthly payment option. But despite of having these conversation and my all humble requests they started calling me and family members from different cell phone numbers and threatening us to send people at their places.
                                  Had it been the case of fraud i wouldnt be accepting their calls. But here i am willing to pay and i initiated the conversation so i can clear it off as soon as possible. What do you think? Should i commit suicide because of your threat calls? No one is willing to help, just threats on me and my family.

                                    My sbi savings account no is [protected] standing at belur math branch.

                                    My cesc electric bill payment mode is ecs linked to this account number. Due to unknown reason the bank has been cancelling it for consecutive 3 months. I made online complaint only to be informed to meet the bank branch. When i met them they suggested only to resubmit it again. Proper cause unknown.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I made transaction on[protected] by sbi net banking . i did a recharge of rs 399 on my airtel mobile no [protected]. amount debited but i did not receive recharge in mobile. now nobody is here to resolve my complaind. please check and reply. my mobile no is [protected]. bank account no is [protected].
                                    My name is ricky arvindbhai parmar its a lomg time i hold my account with sbi and my account was debited twice in investment intermediate wahy should i do how do i get my refund back i maintain my account very well if my issue is not solved i will close my account with sbi
                                    Sir, dated 30/01/2019 I have deposited 500×16 but only 5500/- only credit account of [protected] at Ranaghat corner 1st, Nadia, west Bengal. Rs 2500/- not credit.
                                    So, pl verify and balance rupees credits my account.

                                      Dear sir, i applied for sbi cradit card by insisting sbi cradit card department, which application no. Is[protected]. This card would be deliver to me on or before 30 nov.2018. But card not delivered to me. And the sbi cradit card collection department called me time to time regarding payment which is approx rs. 5500. So i m requesting to your department plz. Short out this problem. Thanks & regards

                                        This is to inform you that, i, t k chellappan nair, holding an account with sbi, had closed my sb a/c at kumbanad branch on 28th november 2018 and had also requested mr. Nidheesh kumar (Phone no - [protected]), who's the credit card incharge, to cancel my credit card, which was within the free usage period. He assured us that he would do so and accordingly he noted down the card numder in his diary.

                                        I was under the impression that the said credit card has been cancelled, when, surprisingly, on 27th january 2019, i received a message from the bank stating that ₹588/- has been auto debited. Again, on 30th january 2019, i received a message that the said amount (₹588) via auto debit has been bounced due to insufficient funds.

                                        Now, from the past few days, i am repeatedly getting calls from the customer service agents asking me the preferred language to talk (Either english or malayalam) and to pay the above mentioned amount. Meanwhile, on 2nd february, we went to sbi kumbanad branch to meet mr. Nidheesh kumar, in order to enqiure about the cancellation of the card, but couldn't find him at his cabin. On enquiring about his whereabouts, we got his number from one of the staff at the workplace, and spoke to him. He assured us that he had applied for the cancellation of the card and that he would do it again if needed, and asked us that if further any calls come up simply tell them that the card has been cancelled. Moreover, i again received a call yesterday claiming that an amount of ₹1500/- is due and has to be paid. As i have never used the card and had asked the person concerned to cancel the card, i am constantly being harassed getting calls at the peak hours.

                                        Being a senior citizen aged 70 years old and undergoing medical treatment its very disturbing. I humbly request the concerned authority to look into the matter and solve the issue as soon aspossibe. For any further details you can contact the undersigned.
