Dear sir

A refund of 1199rupees was successfully processed on 26 september 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. Reference number of transaction[protected] of the refund.

I have called the state bank of india customer service but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund. My contact details are email id mitesh19. [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]. I have also attached an screenshot of email from amazon merchant.

    Dear team,

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

      I have been fined rs.300 for not holding platform ticket at bangalore railway station. When i got my sbi irctc card i was given offer like no platform tickets needed if i am holding the card. But now i have been fined. I am not aware of the rule update. I didn't get any updates from sbi or irctc account regarding this. I was treated very unfortunate professional at the railway station and i have been fined for not having the platform ticket. When there is a rule change i should get updates on the same. But unfortunately while giving the credit card only sbi gives all offers. Even at the bangalore railway station i could see the sbi guys are standing and selling up the credit card.

        Please find below the mail which I sent to SBI on 30th April, 2018 and a response I got from them on 1st May, 2018.

        I checked my CIBIL score and I was shocked to see the score, it was the lowest despite not having any delays or missed payments in past. Until now, I can see that my account is opened.

        Dear Sir or Madam,

        I am writing to dispute a fraudulent charge on my account in the amount of Rs. 4, 326.28. I maintain the term fraudulent because despite telling your agent that close my account, my account is still opened. He took my signature while I was working in CPA Global and then he left off telling me that it will be closed. But results are in front of me. I did all the formalities from my end so as to make sure I am not charged in future because I am not in India now. The time when i left India in November, there was no amount due. I came to know all this just now while I was replacing my old number of India (which I don't have) and also putting the International Number. I am a victim of this and I did not make this charge. I am requesting that the[charge of Rs. 4, 326.28 be removed], that any finance and other charges related to my amount be credited, as well, and that I receive an accurate statement. Enclosed is a copy of transaction statement [use this transaction statement] to describe supporting my position. Please investigate this matter and correct the fraudulent charge or debit as soon as possible. I would appreciate a response from you in writing.

            I have received SMS for debit card has been dispatched on 17/11/2018 from speed post via VK-SBIDGT. so far not able to track from Track consignment " it says no consignment found"

            As per post office so far card was no dispatched from the bandk, let me know what is the status of the card and existing debit card will not be fuctioning from tommorrow. I am totally lost due to this and its kind of ON/OFF between banks postoffice repsonse response, i am literaly tired and plan to close the account with no choice of 45+days followup.

              I am nitin shivaji sawant. I have saving account & ppf account in sbi, midc chinchwad pune, branch, maharashtra, india.

              I took the loan against ppf account on 2017, 67000/- rupees. I have filled that principal amount with interest amount on 20th jul 2018 amount is 68694.69/-

              But even though the former ppf not showing the amount of lien deposited from the deposit amount till date.

              I went to the sbi midc chinchwad, pune, branch and told the branch manager mr. Anil and mr. Kundara that it went 2 to 3 times but still did not show the amount in my ppf account. I am continuously follow up on call desk number is :- mr. Anil -[protected] and mr. Kundara -[protected]

              Ppf account :- [protected]
              Loan account (Ppf) :- [protected] (Closed).

              The above request was already forwarded to sbi helpdesk and complained but nothing has been done as yet for last 2month.

                  My name is nishikant chillal, i am using tata sbi corporate card since more than 6 years. Today unfortunately i used my credit card instead of my regular debit card to widraw rs.8000 from atm. It was by mistake.
                  I immediately called customer care to explain the issue and to wave off the cash widraw charges. Bbut they refused to do so.
                  I requested him as cash widraw with credit card was by mistake and within 3 minutes i had given information about waving off the charges and immediately i refund the amount to sbi through internate banking.
                  I am requesting you to avoid charging the cash transactional charges for the above mentioned transaction as it was done by mistake and the refund was also done immediately.

                    I am s/bank account holder no. [protected] and on 09.12.2018 i was shocked that rs 20046/- was withdran from above account. I already complaint to sbi, nangloi branch, delhi but manager therein behaviour is not cooperative. Whereas, manager asked me to submit sop form but when i submit it after duly filled but he did not received it with one pretext or other day by day, his conduct is not become a up to public servant. The manager also refused to disclosed the detail of said illegal transaction, which i never did. I request you kindly return me rs 20046/- at my account which was withdrawn without any my transaction. I also complaint to financial services (Banking division), finance department 0n 11.12.2018 but still awaiting action. Please take up it on priority and release my above rs 20046/- at my account.

                      Earlier i was working in income tax department ahmedabad and opened an account ([protected]) in sbi ashram road branch (002628) ahmedabad. Presently working in central tax department bangalore so i have applied online for transfer of my account to my branch akola (012469) and also sent kyc for transfer of account & cif. The same has not been updated and no one is responding of phone at ashram road branch. It is not possible for me to go there as i am presently staying in bangalore. Please transfer my account & cif to akola branch.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  With this email of mine, i would like to draw your attention towards the misbehaviour of operation manager of state bank of india, 8th main basaveshwaranagar, bengaluru pin - 560079.

                                  I have a current account in sbi from past 2yr never had good service but i was ignoring because there is no proper management and sometimes we have to adjust when we have chosen that bank.
                                  But today 29/12/2018 i had a serious issue because of some human error our accounts team has transferred 11500 to wrong account on 27/12/2018 we got to know on 28/12/2018 and we visited bank and gave a request letter to revert the transaction the operation manager told us to leave and informed that she will look into the issue as we never received any response on 29/12/2018 i went to check regarding the same. I was there by 2:30 pm and the operation manager had been to lunch i was standing 2nd in the queue she was adressing other issues and even some one who was not in the queue and she addressed everyone else other than me in the queue i was patiently waiting as i wanted the issue to be resolved but the lady operation manager made me wait till 3:45 and then she had some network issue but i was still waiting 4:15 i went to her and asked regarding the same she had lost the letter we had given on 28/12/2018 and she tried checking the details after i gave the account details and requested her, even after so much of waiting i had a smiling face just because even i was seeing her being busy but just beacuse i asked her to do the thinks right away as it was already dealyed and next day was sunday she suddenly started screaming and misbehaving i even told her if i want to even i can raise my voice but that is not what i am, so behave properly but she started saying i cant do anything if you come after 4 and you shouldnt stand infront of my table after 4 i told her you have seen from how long i am waiting just beacuse she has too much of work she cant remove her frustration on someone else and she saying she has not seen me before, does she has to see me to solve an issue what does she means to say she will help only people she knows from 2:30 she did many work which was not that important updating pan card of someone who was not there in the queue, rs1000 which was not credited to bescom i can list many things and me having current account leaving all the work waiting for such long time she behaved that rude and no action taken on the issue mentioned she was not knowing what to do she even asked some junior staff god knows what these people will do if someone transfer large amount by mistake.
                                  After she started screaming i left the place and thought its shouldn't happen with anyone else so writing this complaint.

                                  To conclude it can be said that the sbi staff at 8th main basaveshwaranagar, are ill-mannered and rude and talk to customers very rudely. Bank in dealing with public, they behave very rudely with customers. Can i expect an action against the concerned employees and can they be instructed to behave courteously with the customers in future?

                                  Please provide an effective mechanism, wherein an immediate complaint can be recorded with the concerned officials against the erring staff of the bank so that the public do not get harassed and also direct the branch manager to resolve my issue.

                                    I have deposited a cheque no 003052, dated 19/12/2018 at khasmallick branch, baruipur.

                                    Till date i. E. 29/12/2018 the said cheque has not credited in my account (No - [protected]).

                                    I have got in touch in the bank associate and she said that this is normal process as per our banking norms and they can't help it..

                                    In view of above i really dishearten about the matter where a cheque taking time more than 10days for clearing for which i have been suffered a lot and asking for real justice.

                                    Kindly treat this for very very urgent.

                                    TILL DATE I.E. 29/12/2018 THE SAID CHEQUE HAS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT.

                                    i HAVE GOT IN TOUCH IN THE BANK ASSOCIATE AND SHE SAID THAT THIS IOS NORMAL PROCESS AS PER OUR BANKING NORMS.

                                    IN VIEW OF ABOVE I REALLY DISHEARTEN ABOUT THE MATTER WHERE A CHEQUE TAKING TIME MORE THAN 10DAYS FOR CLEARING FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN SUFFERED A LOT AND ASKING FOR REAL JUSTICE.

                                      I need to change my mobile number in sbi ambattur industrial estate.
                                      I have called and enquired sbi customer care about the procedure to change my mobile number. They said i need not go to home branch to change my mobile number. I can go to any near by sbi branch and give the request to change my mobile number.

                                      Today i reached ambasamudram sbi branch and requested the branch employees to change my mobile number through their branch. But they said i have to go home branch directly to do the mobile number change. I explained them, my call with the customer care person regarding the mobile number change request.

                                        Sir,

                                        I was withdrawn 10000 rs cash on 15.12.18, but my account has been deducted the money and i didn't received any cash.
                                        I was withdrawn the money from sbi atm near nazira ongc chariali, nazira. Sbi atm s1bw[protected]. Then i contacted to your team sbi on 16.12.18. But still i didn't got my refund. They told me to wait for a week but it's been almost 14 days still my money is not recover. Kindly look over to this matter seriously.
