    I am goswami chandani atulgiri from gujarat-kutchh-abdasa-NALIYA-pin code 370655 and i have sbi anywhere app thrue do tranjection at 20/12/2018. But by mistake it was wrong account tranjection. So it yet 7 days gone after in progress. Not success.And debit rupees from my account but not tranjection. So I want to do this tranjection is block. Tranjection amount is 4500 rupees. Tranjection to account ICICI bank naliya.And i contact local branch but they arent response. so i am anhappy. I have attached anywhere app's tranjection's screenshot. My refrence number:UA[protected]

        I borrowed a home loan of 35lakhs from sbi Hinjewadi Pune, Hinjawadi - Maharashtra; Branch code is 010203 on june 2017 under pmay-clss scheme. However, its been long back since then but there is no update from bank side on the current status of my pmay application, no subsidy has been disbursed yet. They are not even in a position to share assessment number of my pmay application, they said it has not been shared with them by the government. So they are helpless on this.

          11 years before I have applied and received credit card from SBI. I was not satisfied with their credit limit which was very low(6000 INR) I called their customer card and asked them to cancel my credit card. After they send statement for that credit card, again I called customer care again strictly told them to cancel my card. After I moved to overseas.

          Last year I have checked my CIBIL statement and found that SBI updated my name as non payment record. I really shocked to see that statement. I have clear record that properly closed very high limit credit cards. This is really unethical behaviour from SBI credit card team. For their sales target they had keep my credit card without cancellation and updated in CIBIL for 9000 Rupees.

          That cibil record impacting my credit worth. Please suggest the best way to put legal case against SBI Credit card

            Hi sir,

            I am dharampal saini from r. K. Puram. I had taken a car loan (A/c no. [protected]) from sbi bank west patel nagar branch on 21 oct 2016. Now i have paid the full loan amount before its time period. I had paid 1000 rs extra as interest fluctuation before my check clearance. It was said that balance amount will be refunded to me after full deduction of loan amount. But this amount is not refunded to me yet even required loan amount has been paid and loan account is closed.
            Now i want noc letter regarding this loan payment. I have visited the bank 3-4 times regarding the same, but relationship manager nupur is not responding well and her behavior was rude. I contacted to bank manager paulomi sinha for the same. Her response was not needful as required.

            Kindly look into the matter.

              Money is transfer to yesbank1237054 and abipbl in term of rs-8965, 8953, 4000, 23.60, 23.60, 100, 1999, 23.60 on 25/12/2018 without given any information from my site and bank manager denied to take any action account holder is sangeeta kumari mobile no-[protected]/[protected] account no-[protected] (Sbi). Bank address is dumri (Fatuha patna) unknown person call my number and asked otp number i am not give otp number. I am discount the phone. He is repeated call again and again.. Some days after i am changing the phone number in bank accounts. Then this problems is created.. And may lost the money 24087.8 rupes..

                I want to file a complaint against the branch manager of sbi bank (Jodhpur park, kolkata).. She is a very arrogant woman.. No decency how to talk.. Acts like we r a burden nd doesn't help regarding any issue.. She will tell to call to customer care executive and get any details he / she wants.. Thn why is she sitting over there.. If my branch doesn't help me regarding any issue thn why will someone have an account over there. Today i had a very big problem but she again said the same words (Contact customer care).. It was like i deposited some cash through cdm machine nd the amount was not reflected in my account. So when i asked what will happen she was very arrogant as if it was my mistake. When i tried to show her the slip she was avoiding and telling i don't want to see anything. You please contact customer care, they will help you. I have been seeing her for a very long time. She is always like this.. She will speak only with people who has a big amount of cash in his / her account.. Frankly speaking she deals with rich customers. But people like us got no value nd she acts like we r a burden to her.. You can check for these reasons many people have shifted their account to another branch or just left sbi. You guys r loosing customers for a manager like her. I would request you to please look into this matter and get a conclusion. Something must be done.. Things can't go on like this. Thank you.

                  I had a refund of 24399rs from amazon.in and the transaction from their side was processed successfully on 11/17/2018 and i was supposed to get the refund under 7days max, but failing to receive my amount i was told by amazon to fill "charge dispute" which i did from my home branch anand nagar branch, bhusaval ifs code sbin0016834 but still as on 28/12/2018 i have not received my refund in my bank account i have provided all the information to bank but they are not willing to help.
                  The refund reference no. For the transaction is 322382 processed on 11/17/2018.
                  I have attached the email i have received from amazon as picture.

                    Refund from amazon with Authorization code 746521 is not being reflected in my account. It's been more than 2 months and numerous visit to branch nothing is being done. Gave written complaint to branch and also filled online complaints but nothing worked out. Online complaints are closed saying details not sufficient, rise complaint in this section.

                      My SBI ac no [protected], today morning i withdrawn Rs-20000/-money from my native Andra bank ATM at maddur-631206.My transaction was declined but amount reduced in my account.I received Rs-10000/- automatically remaining Rs-10000/- still not refund.Kindly accept my request and do your favour as soon as possible.I attached transaction slips in this complaint.

                        Hello sir,

                        I've New car loan with sbi and emi is not deducting from my HDFC bank account. For last 2 months i.e Nov-2018 & Dec 2018 the emi is not deducted from the HDFC account. When i contacted with HDFC, they informed sbi not submitted the ecs clearance, Also called SBI customer care they have requested to get the account details from nearest branch when i've asked the bank personal for account details he says it cannot be provide visit ur home branch. Im in a different city now .when i call the home branch nobody answers also sent email but no reply from them

                        This is very first time happening for 2 years. Could you please resolve the issue?

                          There was miscommunication from SBI and it's partner vendors who have not clearly mentioned the charges at the time of form sign till card delivery, annual fees to me. Somehow CPP plan was also activated on my card and converted to EMIs without my consent. I've raised the service requests as soon as the first bill generated in may'18 month regarding both issues. The resolution was not provided for charges and annual fees. CPP was removed.
                          The card was blocked permanently by SBI in Jul'18 month. I've requested for the chrges waived off as I was being chased by the billing team. The SBI supoort team called me and we agreed upon that all the chrges have been waived off and I'll pay the outstanding of the amount whatever I've used (Paytm, Uber) and not the charges etc.
                          The charges are still there on my card which is impacting my cibil score. Need intervention here.

                              I was employee of NICMAR College, NAC - Hyderabad during[protected]. As per the college rules I have opened an EPF a/c in SBI Hitech city branch, hyderabad dated on[protected]. The a/c number is [protected]. We approached bank after 3 years to get back deposited money Rs.13, 400/- . As the time was not completed 5 years they did not give us money .We requested them. to transfer a/c to my hometown CHIRALA SBI branch.After few months we approached to chirala SBI branch for confirming a/c transfer. Bramch manager told us the a/c have not been transfered Again we went to hyderabad branch to get money after five years completion. They told us we have transfered a/c . Again we went to SBI CHIRALA branch to get money, but we faced the same thing as told previously. We could not get money from either bank and we do not know where the a/c was. It has been 12 years the a/c was opened . So please enquire and do justice to me as I bady needed money at this age.

                                My account is being closed without any prior intimation. Had attempted fund transfer multiple times but this app never told about exact issue rather always said Success.
                                They have worst customer care service across banks. Call never been picked. Email never been answered. Consumer complaint could never been submitted due to tech issue. Only option they provide is to reach branch I am very sure that sbi is so outdated in technology. In this age of technology they are asking consumer to go their branch and do all manual work. Come on sbi...we don't have all spare time to queue up in branch. At least branches should help rather that simply putting on other branhces.

                                  I ghanshyam ex holder of SBI A/c. [protected] Subhash Rd branch. I have closed the account but they are not delink aadhar number from there NPCI. I have submitted details to my new bank, but they are unable to link aadhar due to link in SBI, but how is possible if account is closed. I have too many times visited but they are not help me.

In previous month of november 17th I open my new Saving Account In SBI Bari Pahari Branch (Bihar Sharif) branch code- 6554. after 10 Days my ATM debit card is delivered in my home address...After changing pin i visit sbi atm for transaction...but i Can't able to withdraw money...then i visit my Branch the Branch manager says that by mistake we lost your Documents for thats region you can't withdraw money...then i submit my all documents again...after few days same problem occurs in transaction time..then i again visit branch ...Branch manager say that wait some days your CIF Form is rejected...we Upload it again...and KYC Also Take time to complete...But That Time Time Till Now My Account Isn't Complete..Any Time When I Call Branch It Make Unnecessary Excuses...I Really Very Disappointed With This Reaction...I Don't Know What Can I Do...Plz Help Me

                                        charges 180 for attestation of signature

                                        All govt banks including the state bank of india is charging about rs 180/- for verification of customer's signature on various forms of govt or semi-government agencies. In my opinion this is an unreasonably high charge to take advantage of the helplessness of customer and is equivalent to fleecing of customers.
                                        This charge should be either abolished totally or should be kept at a nominal level of rs or so....
