Dear sir,

With this email of mine, i would like to draw your attention towards the misbehaviour of operation manager of state bank of india, 8th main basaveshwaranagar, bengaluru pin - 560079.

I have a current account in sbi from past 2yr never had good service but i was ignoring because there is no proper management and sometimes we have to adjust when we have chosen that bank.
But today 29/12/2018 i had a serious issue because of some human error our accounts team has transferred 11500 to wrong account on 27/12/2018 we got to know on 28/12/2018 and we visited bank and gave a request letter to revert the transaction the operation manager told us to leave and informed that she will look into the issue as we never received any response on 29/12/2018 i went to check regarding the same. I was there by 2:30 pm and the operation manager had been to lunch i was standing 2nd in the queue she was adressing other issues and even some one who was not in the queue and she addressed everyone else other than me in the queue i was patiently waiting as i wanted the issue to be resolved but the lady operation manager made me wait till 3:45 and then she had some network issue but i was still waiting 4:15 i went to her and asked regarding the same she had lost the letter we had given on 28/12/2018 and she tried checking the details after i gave the account details and requested her, even after so much of waiting i had a smiling face just because even i was seeing her being busy but just beacuse i asked her to do the thinks right away as it was already dealyed and next day was sunday she suddenly started screaming and misbehaving i even told her if i want to even i can raise my voice but that is not what i am, so behave properly but she started saying i cant do anything if you come after 4 and you shouldnt stand infront of my table after 4 i told her you have seen from how long i am waiting just beacuse she has too much of work she cant remove her frustration on someone else and she saying she has not seen me before, does she has to see me to solve an issue what does she means to say she will help only people she knows from 2:30 she did many work which was not that important updating pan card of someone who was not there in the queue, rs1000 which was not credited to bescom i can list many things and me having current account leaving all the work waiting for such long time she behaved that rude and no action taken on the issue mentioned she was not knowing what to do she even asked some junior staff god knows what these people will do if someone transfer large amount by mistake.
After she started screaming i left the place and thought its shouldn't happen with anyone else so writing this complaint.

To conclude it can be said that the sbi staff at 8th main basaveshwaranagar, are ill-mannered and rude and talk to customers very rudely. Bank in dealing with public, they behave very rudely with customers. Can i expect an action against the concerned employees and can they be instructed to behave courteously with the customers in future?

Please provide an effective mechanism, wherein an immediate complaint can be recorded with the concerned officials against the erring staff of the bank so that the public do not get harassed and also direct the branch manager to resolve my issue.

    I have deposited a cheque no 003052, dated 19/12/2018 at khasmallick branch, baruipur.

    Till date i. E. 29/12/2018 the said cheque has not credited in my account (No - [protected]).

    I have got in touch in the bank associate and she said that this is normal process as per our banking norms and they can't help it..

    In view of above i really dishearten about the matter where a cheque taking time more than 10days for clearing for which i have been suffered a lot and asking for real justice.

    Kindly treat this for very very urgent.

    I HAVE DEPOSITED A CHEQUE NO, DATED AT KHASMALLICK BRANCH, BARUIPUR.

    TILL DATE I.E. 29/12/2018 THE SAID CHEQUE HAS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT.

    i HAVE GOT IN TOUCH IN THE BANK ASSOCIATE AND SHE SAID THAT THIS IOS NORMAL PROCESS AS PER OUR BANKING NORMS.

    IN VIEW OF ABOVE I REALLY DISHEARTEN ABOUT THE MATTER WHERE A CHEQUE TAKING TIME MORE THAN 10DAYS FOR CLEARING FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN SUFFERED A LOT AND ASKING FOR REAL JUSTICE.

      I need to change my mobile number in sbi ambattur industrial estate.
      I have called and enquired sbi customer care about the procedure to change my mobile number. They said i need not go to home branch to change my mobile number. I can go to any near by sbi branch and give the request to change my mobile number.

      Today i reached ambasamudram sbi branch and requested the branch employees to change my mobile number through their branch. But they said i have to go home branch directly to do the mobile number change. I explained them, my call with the customer care person regarding the mobile number change request.

      Kindly help me to do change my mobile number in sbi bank

        Sir,

        I was withdrawn 10000 rs cash on 15.12.18, but my account has been deducted the money and i didn't received any cash.
        I was withdrawn the money from sbi atm near nazira ongc chariali, nazira. Sbi atm s1bw[protected]. Then i contacted to your team sbi on 16.12.18. But still i didn't got my refund. They told me to wait for a week but it's been almost 14 days still my money is not recover. Kindly look over to this matter seriously.

          I was having a car loan with sbi and the final loan settlement has been done on december 12th, 2018. Still the emi amount has been deducted from my account on 20th december 2018. I had a talk with branch manager, from the last 4 days, he was saying this refund will take 4-5 days. I had a talk with him few minutes ago, still he is aving a same sentence that it will take 4-5 days more.

              Hi team,
              I applied for sbi tata card post which i got a call from cpp team stating my cpp is being done and i would be charged 1649 annually and asked my to say yes which i did. I was not told that it isn't mandatory and now when i have all the info i would like to immediately get it cancelled.
              I was told that i will receive my cpp number within a week but now i want to cancel the processing of this to the earliest.

                Dear SBI Team,
                I am Aradhna Sharma, I have requested for convert my total dues in Emi's as my financial condition is not good. I requested for the same on 27.11.2018. till dated I have not received any call from the SBI Credit Card team. Reference no. of queries is
                1.ID-1-[protected]. dated 19.12.2918 which to be sorted out till 27.12.2018.

                2.[protected] DT. 27.12.2018 request for arrange the call on priority but still not received call.

                And the collection team is torturing me SBI team is playing game with customers money and charging penalty.

                They don't take the customers problem seriously only delaying and given dates.

                    I was trying to pay WBSEDCL electric bill through BHARAT QR using SBI ANYWHERE app on 21 December.
                    The amount of 495 rupees was deducted from my SBI account but BILL NOT PAID.
                    Kindly refund it.

                    Now I don't know what to do.
                    Shall I have to pay the bill again?

                      Hi Team,

                      I used sbi credit card for more than 1 year and never failure the payment and now bill is approx 200000 as due to some reasons i was unable to pay my amount and i had got call and home visit by debt collector name Vijay Piplani from sbi bank, i asked him to give some time to repay my credit card or i asked to settlement process, but he was not listening to me and using very abusing language and thearting my life i was very panic on this situation and i am in tension and don't know what to do. He threat me that will come to your home tomorrow and will see you.

                      kindly you are requested to SBI bank to give me some time to pay my credit card so that without fail i will close my card.

                        That "on your request address has been changed, kyc updated and mobile no updated on your a/c xxxxx617955"

                        I don't have sbi account. I am not a sbi account holder. Still receiving this kind of messages. Please let me know who is using my number.? What kind of scam is running. My complaint against sbi bank and that account holder who linked & using my number....

                              I borrowed a home loan of 35lakhs from sbi Hinjewadi Pune, Hinjawadi - Maharashtra; Branch code is 010203 on june 2017 under pmay-clss scheme. However, its been long back since then but there is no update from bank side on the current status of my pmay application, no subsidy has been disbursed yet. They are not even in a position to share assessment number of my pmay application, they said it has not been shared with them by the government. So they are helpless on this.

                                11 years before I have applied and received credit card from SBI. I was not satisfied with their credit limit which was very low(6000 INR) I called their customer card and asked them to cancel my credit card. After they send statement for that credit card, again I called customer care again strictly told them to cancel my card. After I moved to overseas.

                                Last year I have checked my CIBIL statement and found that SBI updated my name as non payment record. I really shocked to see that statement. I have clear record that properly closed very high limit credit cards. This is really unethical behaviour from SBI credit card team. For their sales target they had keep my credit card without cancellation and updated in CIBIL for 9000 Rupees.

                                That cibil record impacting my credit worth. Please suggest the best way to put legal case against SBI Credit card

                                  Hi sir,

                                  I am dharampal saini from r. K. Puram. I had taken a car loan (A/c no. [protected]) from sbi bank west patel nagar branch on 21 oct 2016. Now i have paid the full loan amount before its time period. I had paid 1000 rs extra as interest fluctuation before my check clearance. It was said that balance amount will be refunded to me after full deduction of loan amount. But this amount is not refunded to me yet even required loan amount has been paid and loan account is closed.
                                  Now i want noc letter regarding this loan payment. I have visited the bank 3-4 times regarding the same, but relationship manager nupur is not responding well and her behavior was rude. I contacted to bank manager paulomi sinha for the same. Her response was not needful as required.

                                  Kindly look into the matter.

Bank address is dumri (Fatuha patna) unknown person call my number and asked otp number i am not give otp number. I am discount the phone. He is repeated call again and again.. Some days after i am changing the phone number in bank accounts. Then this problems is created.. And may lost the money 24087.8 rupes..

                                      I want to file a complaint against the branch manager of sbi bank (Jodhpur park, kolkata).. She is a very arrogant woman.. No decency how to talk.. Acts like we r a burden nd doesn't help regarding any issue.. She will tell to call to customer care executive and get any details he / she wants.. Thn why is she sitting over there.. If my branch doesn't help me regarding any issue thn why will someone have an account over there. Today i had a very big problem but she again said the same words (Contact customer care).. It was like i deposited some cash through cdm machine nd the amount was not reflected in my account. So when i asked what will happen she was very arrogant as if it was my mistake. When i tried to show her the slip she was avoiding and telling i don't want to see anything. You please contact customer care, they will help you. I have been seeing her for a very long time. She is always like this.. She will speak only with people who has a big amount of cash in his / her account.. Frankly speaking she deals with rich customers. But people like us got no value nd she acts like we r a burden to her.. You can check for these reasons many people have shifted their account to another branch or just left sbi. You guys r loosing customers for a manager like her. I would request you to please look into this matter and get a conclusion. Something must be done.. Things can't go on like this. Thank you.
