With out my atm pin and otp how to transation in my acoount. Its responsible for sbi. I am not give any one form my card details and account details. Then how to debited in my account. I am normal student. Please rectify this issue and trasfor my ammount in my account

      Mera name jitendra kumar mera sbi brach bhopal jahangiraba mai bsbd account tha jise mene close kerwadiya hai account no [protected] hai cif no [protected] hai ab isi cif no per jab dushra regular saving account nahi khul pa raha hai error de raha hai risk factor ka mene jahangirabad branch bhopal mp mai kai brach mai account open kerwane ki liye try kiya but nahi ho pa raha hai is regarding mene customer care per complaint bhi ki but waha sai reply aye ki technical reason ki wajaha sai nahi ho pa raha hai aap dobara jahangirabad branch jaye or account open kare or unho nai brach ki manager ka no bhi diya tha [protected] mene manager sai baat bhi ke but unho nai koi solution nahi diya or kaha ki nahi khull payega account ab madam iska koi to solution hoga aisa to hai nahi branch mai na to problem batate hai na koi solution

      So plz help me

        Dear sir/ma'am,

        A refund of rs 499 was successfully initiated on 3rd july 2018, by amazon, through the neft mode. However, it did not reflect in my account, even after 10 days (27 days till now). I called the sbi customer care several times but all were in vain. They provided me with no resolution. Neither did they file 'charge dispute' nor did they accept the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but i felt completely helpless. These small scams are happening even after the digitalisation and transparency on the banking industry. If such things happen, then how can we rely on online transactions. Please look upon this matter asap. I am totally disappointed with such negligence on sbi's part.

            Dear sir

            A refund of 1400 rupees was successfully processed on 22 august 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also i contec the state bank of india bazar branch branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                From my sbi saving account there are three time deduction of Rs. 295/00
                in one day . I have not invested in this such type of company name Investment Intermedia. Please refund my amount as early as possible. I dont want to investment any amount in this company

                  Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed", merchants never accepting of receiving any such amount.

                  Dear sir

                  A transfer of rupees 999 to Amazon merchants never accepted by co in spite of beneficiary bank acceptance(Axis Bank). the below mentioned details said transaction BANK AC [protected]
                  TRANSACTION : 21-7-18, UPI[protected]/[protected]@apl rs 999.00 was successfully processed on to Amazon beneficiary bank account, which Amazon declined . This amount credited to Amazon beneficiary bank(Axis Bank) account but merchants Amazon never accepting being received any such amount.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon saying that to raise charge dispute with my bank to beneficiary bank which is Axis banks.

                  kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Refund me because payment is not made against any valid consideration.

                      In above card, I have requested bank to have settlement and closure of card, for which, I have received the Settlement letter (Enclosed herewith).

                      As per the Settlement letter, I was suppose to pay 3 EMIs of Rs. 12000/- on 22/06/18, 22/07/18 & 22/08/18 (Total amount to be paid - 36, 000/-).

                      In above, I have paid the EMI of June (Cash) & July'18 (By NEFT) but at the time of paying EMI of Aug'18, I have received call from SBI card collection team on 19th Aug'18, stating that your settlement has been withdrawn from Bank side.

                      Hence, I have stop payment of final 12000/-.

                      Also I have already raised complaint regarding this to customer care wide complaint number[protected] for which, SBI Card has not given any reason for withdrawal of the same without my intimation.

                      So kindly send me revised settlement letter of Rs. 12000/- as soon as possible, so that I can clear the payment and close the said Credit Card.

                        I had applied loan through global ed-Vantage Scheme for abroad studies. My loan is sanctioned and it's been 15 days since property worth Rs. 3.5Cr has been mortgaged and 18 days since I submitted request letter for release of amount with bills. The chief manager of sanctions, Sudarshan at racpc Lalbagh b'lore is very rude and has misplaced my request letter and has been lying constantly that it'll be done. Today he's shouting at my father that he was calling him at night 12 am. I'm about to departure tomorrow and he's searching for my files today even though I've been approaching him everyday to release the amount. The AGM of the branch, Mr. Manjunath is equally rude. He heard him shouting and told him not to encourage student loan and concentrate only on home loans. This is the worst bank and the worst attitude. And this is a very serious issue and I want to take strict action against the so and so person. Please make sure my complaint reaches them so that they won't trouble anyone in the future like this.

                          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                          On asking for a locker the manager said we have to invest in sbi life insurance of state bank. then it can be provided under business quota. else you have to provide. Is there any rule exist in State Bank of India.

                          My amount is balance for my Bank Pass Book against my Account Number [protected] Mr Bhagaban Dalai but amount is not drawn through ATM, you are requested to clearify and credit the balance amount and confirm at the earliest.

                                Sir mere paas sbi ka purana debit card tha. jise band kar mene dusara card mangvaya. parantu date 25-08-18 se uska pin nahi ban paa raha hai. jiski sikayat mene har jhagh ki parntu koi fyada nahi hua. bank bale keh rahe hai sab theek hai samajh me nhi aa raha kya kare. is samband me mene sbi ke helpline[protected] par bhi 07 or o8 baar call kiya. par koi jabab nahi mil pya.

                                      I was making a online transaction to andhra bank through imps by my sbi account.
                                      Please that transaction no imps/p2a[protected], imps/p2a/[protected] and imps/p2a/[protected] of total ampunt of 25000 on 21july 2017 i was making transaction of 25000 by imps. But bymistakely i entered wrong account no. [protected] instead of [protected], abhinandan jha, andhrabank.
                                      Please verfy it and return my money in my account. I have attached the transaction screenshot also please find the attachment. I hope you will revert my money in my account as soon as possible

                                      I sended mail to every possible email id of sbi and andhra bank but i didn't get any reply from any one of them. I even went to my branch but my branch didn't helped he said he don't know anything.

                                        Respected SBI team,

                                        I am VINOTH KUMAR B. Having account at Jawahar nagar branch, Chennai. I have withdrawn cash at Walaja SBI bank, at vellore using my SBI card through swiping machine. Hence the swipe machine had some issue (no paper inside). Swipped 3 times but took only Rs 2000 on the same day. Cashier Mr. Inbha (phone- [protected]) informed me that I had swiped 2 times. One he'll decline it on the same day he said, and gave me Rs 2000. My A/C XXXXX916625 has a Cash withdrawal of Rs 2, 000.00 on 14/08/18 .

                                        To my shock and surprise, on the same evening 5:30 pm i received additional message stating one more Rs 2000 has deducted from my account. Further I have submitted a letter on 16/08/18 to accountant Mr. Kishore (phone - [protected]) directly, promised me that he'll retrieve my money back same evening telling some login issue. But still now not been rectified yet and returned that Rs 2000/- money back telling now system issues.
