Below Complaint is regarding Withdrawal of Settlement without intimation, Please find below details of Card.

In above card, I have requested bank to have settlement and closure of card, for which, I have received the Settlement letter (Enclosed herewith).

As per the Settlement letter, I was suppose to pay 3 EMIs of Rs. 12000/- on 22/06/18, 22/07/18 & 22/08/18 (Total amount to be paid - 36, 000/-).
In above, I have paid the EMI of June (Cash) & July'18 (By NEFT) but at the time of paying EMI of Aug'18, I have received call from SBI card collection team on 19th Aug'18, stating that your settlement has been withdrawn from Bank side.
Hence, I have stop payment of final 12000/-.
Also I have already raised complaint regarding this to customer care wide complaint number[protected] for which, SBI Card has not given any reason for withdrawal of the same without my intimation.
So kindly send me revised settlement letter of Rs. 12000/- as soon as possible, so that I can clear the payment and close the said Credit Card.
