I have a savings bank account in sbi digwadih (Sbin0002933).
I have requested the bank 3 times for full transaction rights in internet banking. Each time they told me that you will get full transaction rights in evening but this never happened.
This bank is the worst bank in the world.
I have to visit it several times for my work.
It's impossible to get solution in single visit.

    Dear team,

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud.
    So kindly look in this matter on priority basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

      Hello sir/mam

      My state bank of india account number is [protected].
      I had placed an order on reliancetrends.com of about 2698 rs. On 25th june. For some clothes.

      Out of which two products were cancelled so i was supposed to receive 800 rs as refund from reliancetrends.com

      Reliancetrends.com customer care gave me the reference number for the refund they have done from their side is
      Nsbi[protected] and nsbi[protected]

      On contacting state bank of india customer care they are asking to visit home branch which is in gaya, bihar and i am in bangalore.

      It has been 2 months and 15 days and i have not yet received any refund from sbi bank.
      Please help me with the refund.

        I have apply sbi credit card more than 2 years always bank will decline my application without any reason i have currently use hdfc kotak credit cards but i dont know why sbi will issue my card my all payment is on time but sbi will reject my application without any information or anytype of verification now i am very frastuate with sbi bank service currently i also applied bpcl sbi card sbi executive will come me on 7th sep 2018 at3pm for ekyc then after i called the customer care department to know my application status they told me your application has been rejected i told then today your executive will come for ekyc or take my all paper without any verification you reject my card they told me i cant help you our backned team will reject i cant understand who is the sbi backend team without any verification they reject my application i also share you my two application run[protected] another one is[protected] so please check my details or tell me why my application will reject with full reason its my humble request you to please tell my rejection reason.

          I have a savings account in sbi digwadih branch.
          I have completed my kyc by visiting branch 3 months ago. But, now am not able to withdraw money using my debit card.
          The atm returns an error stating "response code 078, savings, account stopped".
          My account is still active i confirmed calling sbi customer care. They told me to submit kyc.
          3 weeks ago i submitted an application with kyc to reactivate my debit card but they did nothing.
          I live far away from home branch and it is not possible for me to visit branch now.
          If i have completed my kyc 3 months ago and my account is also active then why atm showing this error and am not able to withdraw money?
          I have a very bad experience with sbi.

            Else i would be lodging complaint against sbi in consumer forums.

            Investment intermediatory, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermediatory and i really don't have any clue what company is this.

            I have seen the same problem with multiple users too... Is this government management, its disgusting and people face unwanted situations due to this. Its sbi failure in security and management.

                Dear sir,
                Sbi contacted me to take the sbi credit card and i agreed to take it and provided them the complete documents. After that for verification they kept contacting me again and again. They visited my residence and office for verification. But even after this the verification process didn't end, they keep calling 2-4 times a day for verification. Fed up of this process i reverted them i don't need this card anymore. But every now and then they keep calling me for this. They are calling as such they are granting a huge loan. I am fed up of this sbi calls.

                I would like the authority to kindly help me getting rid of this sbi calls.

                  Dear sir,

                  Car loan account no: [protected]: requesting intervention and fair resolution for malpractices perpetrated by loan officer and branch manager of sbi, najafgarh road, new delhi

                  In august 2012, we were guided by the mahindra and mahindra dealership (Sri durga automobiles at moti nagar) to avail of a car loan from the najafgarh road branch of sbi. My wife and i met the loan officer ms. Renu garg at the branch and explained to her that we needed a loan of rs.11, 00, 000/- for a term of three years and that we were prepared to pay an emi of approximately rs.35, 000/-. However, ms. Renu insisted that we take a tenor of 7 years and a lower emi as our children were growing up and we should plan for contingencies etc. With our income at the time, we could easily afford a shorter tenor and insisted on the same. She finally gave us the below detailed terms for the loan:

                  Loan amount: rs. 11, 00, 000/- (Rupees eleven lakhs only)
                  Tenor: 60 months
                  Roi: 11.25%
                  Emi: rs. 22, 431/-

                  We found the terms to be reasonable and ms. Renu filled the emi amount as rs. 22, 431/- per month in the ecs documents and asked me to get the document endorsed from hdfc bank so this amount could be deducted from my salary account with hdfc bank as per the loan tenor of 60 months. During my visit to the hdfc bank, the branch manager of my home branch (Where my salary account exists) offered me a preferential rate of interest towards buying xuv500 as before endorsing the ecs document he wanted me to take the loan from their branch, however, on seeing the emi offered by sbi he said this is the best offer that i could get on the emi for 5 years (60 months). I came back to the sbi branch and narrated the incidence in verbatim; on knowing this discussion, the sbi branch loan officer rather proudly remarked that sbi was indeed the bank that offered the best emi and that i should not consider any other bank’s offer for the car loan. I was assured and there was no reason to doubt sbi loan officer’s claim.

                  However, after getting the ecs document endorsed by hdfc bank and returning to the sbi branch, i was surprised to see the loan agreement document stating a different loan tenor and emi amount. Ms. Renu vehemently insisted that we sign the loan agreement bearing tenor of 84 months and emi amount of rs. 18, 980/- as getting the loan agreement printed again would lead to a further delay of 2-4 days in the loan getting disbursed to the mahindra and mahindra dealership (Sri durga automobiles). She assured us that the records in the system would reflect a loan period of 60 months and that the emi of rs. 22, 431/- as per the ecs documents signed by us stands validated.

                  She justified the disparate terms mentioned in the loan agreement by insisting that:

                  ø it was only a formality and nothing to worry about
                  ø that the seven years mentioned in the loan agreement were not binding as our loan would anyways be completely paid up within 60 months
                  ø that she and the branch manager were available to resolve any issues should they arise in the future (Her exact words were, hum yahaan kisliye baithe hain?)

                  With this reassurance provided, we signed the documents as advised by her.

                  On apr 24, 2018, when we went to collect the noc from the branch, we were told that the emi of rs. 22, 431/- that we had been paying was short, and that we still owed the bank approximately rs.1.27 lakh along with interest for the short payment. To my amazement the same was neither shared with me nor was i ever informed in any communication from the bank until that day.

                  Needless to say, this was shocking and extremely disappointing for us as we had never expected a bank of sbi’s stature to make such absurd claims.

                  Even more disturbing was the fact that both, the branch manager, mr. K. K. Gupta as well as the loan officer ms. Renu who had processed our loan in 2012, had been transferred and completely denied any wrong-doing.

                  The present branch manager, mr. S. N. Mishra did not even want to hear or understand and be part of the issue, let alone resolve it. He refused to provide any information for escalation of this matter and only relented by telling us that we could meet the regional manager whose office was on the first floor, when we informed him that we would record and narrate his abhorrent behaviour to higher ups.in fact, he got more violent and said that do whatever you want to do, we are a government bank and you cannot touch us.

                  It pains me as a just and lawful taxpayer to state here that the least he could have done is listened to us instead of shouting at us and we could have reached a sensible and reasonable resolution, but in his words “the matter could not be resolved without you paying the balance reflecting in the loan account”.

                  Sir, we request your immediate intervention so that the coercive and dubious methods being employed by some of your staff members to meet targets and earn promotions are stopped and customers are not penalised for trusting the officials of this honourable bank.

                  We have no other choice but to believe that the modus operandi of ms. Renu was to offer terms such that we do not consider taking a loan from hdfc bank where she knew i had my salary account and was getting a preferential rate of interest. Her intention was to somehow disburse the loan and do the paperwork in a manner that later allows the bank to hold us at ransom. She was very well aware that by the time we would come to collect the noc she would be transferred and unaccountable.

                  Sir, we have never defaulted on a single instalment and were perfectly capable of paying the rightful emi. There was never any question of paying a lesser amount and the figure written on the ecs was not conjured by me – it was exactly as advised by the bank.

                  Accordingly, we are not convinced that we should pay an amount of rs.1.27 lakhs whether it is deemed a human error on the bank’s part or a clear case of gross malpractice.

                  Also, our repeated requests of getting a copy of the ecs mandate that we had got endorsed from hdfc bank and submitted to the branch in 2012, to the present branch manager (Right from the time we met with him in person on apr 24th, 2018) have gone in vain.

                  It is highly shameful and regrettable how being a customer of top most nationalised bank in india viz. State bank of india, i am made to suffer for no fault of mine. We request your kind intervention for a fair investigation and speedy resolution of this matter.

                  Without prejudice, i am within my right to take this matter to the appropriate legal forum if i do not receive a satisfactory resolution of this issue in my favour within 2 weeks. Please expedite this resolution as i need the noc to sell my vehicle which bears the hypothecation to sbi on my current registration certificate.

                      I used my sbi debit card on 6/09/2018 for transaction of 2532 rs. But the transaction was declined and the money was debited. Thinking i enterd wrong pin i used my card once again and this time also the transaction was declined and the money was deducted. For the first declined transaction money was credited the next day but for the second still not credited and it been like 3 days.

                        Sbi kiosk center service is very poor which is located in kurnool district kowthalam mandal sulekeri village (Under state bank of india sbin0014378).
                        Operator is always out of center and can't able to serve properly. We can't able to use this kiosk center and csc.
                        Customers are went off back with out complete banking service. Kindly look into this issue and solve the same asap. Thank you

                          My rd account is mstured on 20may18. But still 295 si failure charges are deducted from my account every month. I don't understand why as i have the sufficient balance in my account. Further they automatically rool over my rd for 2 yrs without any interest. Kindly look into the matter. The rd account is based in other state and i m in currently other state. Kindly look into the matter.

                            Hello,
                            My name is kapil nahar, i am being threaten by sbi cards for submission of loan taken by my father. My father (Mr. Akhilesh nahar) has taken loan on credit card on which neither i am gaurantor nor cardholder. Sbi cards keep calling me.. I have asked them to call my father as i am not liable to pay loan and they also abuse me.
                            Name of person who keeps calling is abhishek and he keep calling from these no.[protected]//[protected]//[protected].

                            I have asked him many times to not to call me. I felt so harassed that i found no other way then making a consumer complain.
                            I am having seperate savings account with bank.
                            If found no solution then i will go to police for fir.

                              Can you please help me with below complaint

                              There are 2 debits of 444 which pos vendor in indira nagar bangalore says he did not receive and made me to pay money through paytm (5th september), after few hours i saw deduction one on 5th sep and other on 6ht sep 2018

                              Pos indiranagara has shown me his statement and i did not see any amount he received. He already receieevd 444 from me on paytm saying transactions did not happen because of network issues

                              Although am requesting him softly to help me, he is harsh and saying go and check with your bank

                              He has swiped twice and said transaction did not happen because of network issues. I see amount deducted twice one time on 5 septemeber and one time on 6 september,

                              He said both the transactions ddi not happen and took money from me

                              I lost 888 rs unnecessarily

                                Why my balance is showing zero and with lien amount 4343rs and negative balance as -2645rs and my actual balance is 1698rs. Every month they are deducting 15rs for not maintaining the balance, then why they are turned my balance to zero. I need to know what happens to my balance. Actually, my balance is 2600. But it deducted 955. Actually in a restaurant i swiped my card it showed rejected then i applied for new paywave debit card. But 955 debited from my account. Then from my friend card also it got debited we used both cards that day. But my balance is showing 0 now instead of 2600-995. What to do??? I got more tensed. What is this lien account? And why negative balance for me??? In online banking it is showing in net balance is 1698 then why it is unable to draw???

                                    I purchased vivo v9 on 24 th may 18 through sbi credit card from dixit electronics andheri east and 5% cashback offer was applicable for the purchase but till today i have not recd cashback in my card account i made a transation fir 22999 rs so please help me out urgently for the same thanking you in spite of several emails they are not resoving my problem and asking me to wait for another 8 days as per their request i sent them copy of charge slip also

                                      Sir, (I uday vir singh sbi account no [protected] sbi albatiya branch agra) jo ppo apke pass hai usi ppo mein meri pension 17 may 2017 se sanction ki gai hai is liye revised ppo ka koi matlab nahi, please re - look above ppo again and credit my pension from 17 may 2017 till now correctly. Please also refer complain no [protected] is not correctly reply. I think due to mistake my pension credit by bank from 17 may 2017 instead of 17 may 2017. I hope you resolve my problems at the earliest. Thanks.

                                        I borrowed a home loan of 35lakhs from sbi (01185, sbi branch), kandivli on june 2017 under pmay-clss scheme. However, its been about an year since then but there is no update from bank side on the current status of my pmay application, no subsidy has been disbursed yet. They are not even in a position to share assessment number of my pmay application, they said it has not been shared with them by the government. So they are helpless on this.
