I used my sbi debit card on 6/09/2018 for transaction of 2532 rs. But the transaction was declined and the money was debited. Thinking i enterd wrong pin i used my card once again and this time also the transaction was declined and the money was deducted. For the first declined transaction money was credited the next day but for the second still not credited and it been like 3 days.

    Sbi kiosk center service is very poor which is located in kurnool district kowthalam mandal sulekeri village (Under state bank of india sbin0014378).
    Operator is always out of center and can't able to serve properly. We can't able to use this kiosk center and csc.
    Customers are went off back with out complete banking service. Kindly look into this issue and solve the same asap. Thank you

      My rd account is mstured on 20may18. But still 295 si failure charges are deducted from my account every month. I don't understand why as i have the sufficient balance in my account. Further they automatically rool over my rd for 2 yrs without any interest. Kindly look into the matter. The rd account is based in other state and i m in currently other state. Kindly look into the matter.

        Hello,
        My name is kapil nahar, i am being threaten by sbi cards for submission of loan taken by my father. My father (Mr. Akhilesh nahar) has taken loan on credit card on which neither i am gaurantor nor cardholder. Sbi cards keep calling me.. I have asked them to call my father as i am not liable to pay loan and they also abuse me.
        Name of person who keeps calling is abhishek and he keep calling from these no.[protected]//[protected]//[protected].

        I have asked him many times to not to call me. I felt so harassed that i found no other way then making a consumer complain.
        I am having seperate savings account with bank.
        If found no solution then i will go to police for fir.

          Can you please help me with below complaint

          There are 2 debits of 444 which pos vendor in indira nagar bangalore says he did not receive and made me to pay money through paytm (5th september), after few hours i saw deduction one on 5th sep and other on 6ht sep 2018

          Pos indiranagara has shown me his statement and i did not see any amount he received. He already receieevd 444 from me on paytm saying transactions did not happen because of network issues

          Although am requesting him softly to help me, he is harsh and saying go and check with your bank

          He has swiped twice and said transaction did not happen because of network issues. I see amount deducted twice one time on 5 septemeber and one time on 6 september,

          He said both the transactions ddi not happen and took money from me

          I lost 888 rs unnecessarily

            Why my balance is showing zero and with lien amount 4343rs and negative balance as -2645rs and my actual balance is 1698rs. Every month they are deducting 15rs for not maintaining the balance, then why they are turned my balance to zero. I need to know what happens to my balance. Actually, my balance is 2600. But it deducted 955. Actually in a restaurant i swiped my card it showed rejected then i applied for new paywave debit card. But 955 debited from my account. Then from my friend card also it got debited we used both cards that day. But my balance is showing 0 now instead of 2600-995. What to do??? I got more tensed. What is this lien account? And why negative balance for me??? In online banking it is showing in net balance is 1698 then why it is unable to draw???

              Dear team,

              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                I purchased vivo v9 on 24 th may 18 through sbi credit card from dixit electronics andheri east and 5% cashback offer was applicable for the purchase but till today i have not recd cashback in my card account i made a transation fir 22999 rs so please help me out urgently for the same thanking you in spite of several emails they are not resoving my problem and asking me to wait for another 8 days as per their request i sent them copy of charge slip also

                  Sir, (I uday vir singh sbi account no [protected] sbi albatiya branch agra) jo ppo apke pass hai usi ppo mein meri pension 17 may 2017 se sanction ki gai hai is liye revised ppo ka koi matlab nahi, please re - look above ppo again and credit my pension from 17 may 2017 till now correctly. Please also refer complain no [protected] is not correctly reply. I think due to mistake my pension credit by bank from 17 may 2017 instead of 17 may 2017. I hope you resolve my problems at the earliest. Thanks.

                    I borrowed a home loan of 35lakhs from sbi (01185, sbi branch), kandivli on june 2017 under pmay-clss scheme. However, its been about an year since then but there is no update from bank side on the current status of my pmay application, no subsidy has been disbursed yet. They are not even in a position to share assessment number of my pmay application, they said it has not been shared with them by the government. So they are helpless on this.

                            Sub:refund amount from amazon is not been credited.

                            I supposed to get the refund rs.7749. Amazon processed my refund on july 27th of 2018. Supposed to be credited by august 2nd 2018. Still now its not been credited to my account. Called amazon and sbi customer care. No resukt at all. Can you please suggest me what needs to be done.

                              I have taken loan for 2 lakh for three years from sbi dwarka 22 sector branch to purchase car from csd on 21 dec 2017.
                              I have account in sbi in my unit in delhi, but due to link between my dealer and bank staff, they have compel me to take loan from sector 22 dwarka sbi.
                              On last moment of sanction, after sitting from 1600 hrs, my turn came at 1900hrs. Sbi staff has taken more than 30 signature without knowing where i am signing because it was my requirement, i have to take loan. They have taken my mobile no. And one additional no.
                              I was not aware that i have to submit rc after some time.`
                              I could not contact bank, as i have posted out from delhi to remote place.
                              Bank has deducted rs. 5900.00 (Five thousand and nine hundred) on 05 jun 2018 and rs. 2950.00 (Two thousand nine hundred fifty) on 05 july 18.
                              In august bank has intimated me on telephone, same day i have submitted my rc. After 15 days bank has asked insurance and invoice copy, same was sent within hours.
                              If bank has intimated me about requirement of rc on telephone or forward a sms, i would have submitted rc on time.
                              On approach bank, they are saying we are not taking this money, it is taken by head office.
                              It is my hard earning and serving the nation from different location and my dsp account is also with sbi from there i transfer my loan amount.
                              Please show me the way.

                                My parents deposited rs 7100 on 04/09/18
                                And i withdrawn 500 on the same day. And on 05/09/18 i gave my atm card to someone which is known my me to take out rs 6000 and before giving my card i tried to withdraw rs 6500 in many atm booth ie, hdfc, icici, sbi but it was failed. So i told him that i couldn't take out and gave away my card to try. And on the following day my parents informed me that money was withdrawn at 10:13 pm on 05/09/18 then on 06/09/18, i went atm to check whether it is right, i take out the mini-statement which was totally complicated that rs 4000- atm wdl and rs 700-..., with unrecognized letters and shown rs 10696-
                                Avail bal.in this case, i make up my mind that the one whom i handover my atm card is the fraudster or something's wrong to my sbi account.

I received the card, but its a annual fee card. Raised many complaints. One lady from Gurgaon called from [protected] infd that this issue will be settled. No support from anyone. Pls help resolving

                                  This is really pathetic to know that you are not secured enough allowing some others to campaign and promote SBI card. Pathetically, the point raised by me is not understood well by the authorities of SBI and reckless comment has been shared that the number is not in your control. In that case, why dont you initiate legal action against that lady. Stop advising on using the card or OTP details as I have already discarded the card.
                                  Revert with facts and fixtures.
                                  I wanna try to link my LPG ID, opt generates but submission of it display a message stating ''Due to some technical problems we are unable to process your request. Please try late''
