I crossed the Sriperumbudur Toll on 11.09.2018 by 11.21.33 PM and returned by 12.01.09 PM instead of charging Rs.55 +25, My account was debited Rs.55+55 ie. Rs.30/ was debited over and above the charges. So, I kindly request to credit the excess amount debited from my account.

    I am having more than minimum balance in my account and every ATM withdrwal is charging 23.60 extra . I am not sure how they are charging .SBI and SBI banks inself corrupted .They are looting common man.Very Poor services.

    this bank is looting me like anything. .This is not my first experience.

    Looting the common people and feeding their corrupted useless employees.

        Hello,

        I am working and living in pune since a decade now.
        And my hometown is at godhra, panchmahal - 389001.

        I opened sbi account in godhra, at bhuravav branch, so as to help receive my family money for daily needs. (My family has been shifted to pune since 3-4 years now.)

        Once i went to godhra and made following requests through a properly signed letter to them, with required proofs on 25th jan'2018.
        Request 1 : name correction based on aadhar
        Request 2 : update my address to pune address
        Request 3 : update phone number

        I submitted following documents :
        - request letter for my requests with account number, name details etc.
        - pan card and aadhar card duly signed, mentioning account number at back.

        After few days, i received a message that some details are not updated.
        So, i logged into onlinesbi.co.in and raised a complaint.
        I received a complaint number : [protected], with branch help line phone number : [protected]

        I then called given phone number, but guy asked me to mail the issue to:
        Sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in

        I did mail to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 22-feb'2018, for my above requests.
        They asked me to send pan and aadhar scan copy.

        I sent them the scanned copies again, although i handed over to them when i made physical request on my visit to bank.

        Issues:
        =
        After follow ups on mail, calls for more then 20+ times, my requests are not taken care.

        Recently i received message for making a payment for pradhan mantri bima yojna by visiting the bank. So, i called bank and they again asked me to send the request by mail. They never confirmed my mail neither they acted on the request.

        I need help to resolve my issues.

        Tried withdrawing 1000 from acc at SBI ATM.. Transaction got cancelled and got an error page..I cancelled the transaction and came out of ATM..after an hour or so received a debit msg of 1000 which actually never came..it been 1 day and the amt is yet not reversed. Pls rectify..and process reversal.
        I received a call from [protected] asking for ATM expiry date. Please block this number and do the needfull.

          This is in regards to my sbi account number [protected] where i have deposited a cheque of rs 33, 000 dated on 24.08.2018 still the cheque has not been cleared from the bank after 18 days.

          I have visited the bank almost 5-6 times in these 18 days as i am hugely suffering from lack of funds.
          I want you to take some immediate action on this and do the needful asap.

            Inspie of commitment no positive actions are initiated nor any resolution is provided - no positive response was given by executive on telephone - the executive conveyed and talked in very rude language and threatening as a third party recovery agent and to take the actions out of the banking norms. I dont understand how the bank is appointing the third party to recover and threatening to the customers which out of the rbi and banking norms if you are not able to cooperate and fulfill your commitments as discussed with your executive i will be compelled to take legal actions against the person who talked very rudely and third category language once against request to cooperate and fulfill your commitment to regularize my account. I very much respect and believe your best customers oriented credit card corporate body of democratic country, pl look into the matter and grant the justice immly vandan patel [protected] no response even after so many communications and reminder - as committed by your executive mr kunal bhatt - no assistance is provided to small customer of great credit card banking corporate- the total charges are not considered - where it was out of the banking norms and it can not be affordable to small customer - being great customer oriented credit corporate body of demcratic country - it should be considerd and grant the entire credti of the same immly - so i can reguralise my account - date it is not resolved - pl resolved immly - : sub: abnormal charges charged to my card ending – 7826 ref: personal meeting held and telephonic communication with mr.               At the moment i am job less and my outstanding amount will be per day increasing.
              I want to get settlement but bank has given only 2 or 3 months installment to clear the
              Whole amount but it is not possible for me to paid the same time. And they are continuesly

              Dear sir I try to cash by sbi ATM Roopwas but cash not found and my account debited amount from my account please arrange to return my debited amount this transaction date is 04.09.2018. this treated as most urgent.

                But branch didn't disable OD from closed account. And another account not updated on npci mapper because OD already exist while uploading this on SFG.
                And all npci dbtl failed in previous closed account Mapping.
                Kindly disabled OD from closed account.
                And resolves this OD error.

                    I, mr. Amar ntah koley, account holder of sbi (A/c no. [protected], at branch code - 144). On 01.09.2018 i tried to withdraw rs. 20000/- from one sbi atm (Atm code - ifbn[protected] but no money was expense and rs. 20000/- has been deducted from my salary account. I lodged a complain on 01.09.2018 through customer care and one ticket no. Was generated (Ticket no. [protected]) and also i submitted a letter of complain at sbi mother branch (Branch code - 144) on 07.09.2018. But still no such action has been taken to get the money back.
                    Please do something as early as possible.

                      I had applied and received sbi credit card 4 years back, after receiving card i did not activated because i did not like the service.

                      I inactivated the account. After 4 years i am receiving statement (Through sms and email) from sbi saying amount is due.
                      I reached customer care they confirm that account is inactive and no transaction done from my side.

                      Customer care asked me to send a mail stating the problem, i sent a mail to customer care and received response saying annual charges applicable for card. While issuing card they said no annual fees applicable on card.

                      I escalated to nodal officer as well but there is no response. (Interaction id - 1-[protected])

                      Points to be noted

                      1) whether card is active - no
                      2) did i swipe the card - no
                      3) did customer care people called me regarding outstanding amount - no
                      4) whether they included annual charges for first 3 years - no
                      5) whether customer care people reached me to keep the account active - no
                      6) did customer care people really tried to hear and resolve the issue - no
                      7) got response from nodal officer after escalation in stipulated time - no

And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                           I have taken the card 12 years back from sbi card and did the transaction of 15k and avail the facility of emi and but i got the money and paid the whole amt in one shot and close the account. It was my mistake i have not taken the letter from bank. My mobile number got change.
                          Now these people are hazing me & asking me for settlement.
                          Please help me in these case. I have not taken any loan for the bank or my bank chque is bons or my emi is drop anytime. I am trying to convene these people but i am not get any help.
                          Now i a have come to now that my credit history is very bad.

                              I have a savings bank account in sbi digwadih (Sbin0002933).
                              I have requested the bank 3 times for full transaction rights in internet banking. Each time they told me that you will get full transaction rights in evening but this never happened.
                              This bank is the worst bank in the world.
                              I have to visit it several times for my work.
                              It's impossible to get solution in single visit.

                                  Hello sir/mam

                                  My state bank of india account number is [protected].
                                  I had placed an order on reliancetrends.com of about 2698 rs. On 25th june. For some clothes.

                                  Out of which two products were cancelled so i was supposed to receive 800 rs as refund from reliancetrends.com

                                  Reliancetrends.com customer care gave me the reference number for the refund they have done from their side is
                                  Nsbi[protected] and nsbi[protected]

                                  On contacting state bank of india customer care they are asking to visit home branch which is in gaya, bihar and i am in bangalore.

                                  It has been 2 months and 15 days and i have not yet received any refund from sbi bank.
                                  Please help me with the refund.

                                    I have apply sbi credit card more than 2 years always bank will decline my application without any reason i have currently use hdfc kotak credit cards but i dont know why sbi will issue my card my all payment is on time but sbi will reject my application without any information or anytype of verification now i am very frastuate with sbi bank service currently i also applied bpcl sbi card sbi executive will come me on 7th sep 2018 at3pm for ekyc then after i called the customer care department to know my application status they told me your application has been rejected i told then today your executive will come for ekyc or take my all paper without any verification you reject my card they told me i cant help you our backned team will reject i cant understand who is the sbi backend team without any verification they reject my application i also share you my two application run[protected] another one is[protected] so please check my details or tell me why my application will reject with full reason its my humble request you to please tell my rejection reason.

                                      I have a savings account in sbi digwadih branch.
                                      I have completed my kyc by visiting branch 3 months ago. But, now am not able to withdraw money using my debit card.
                                      The atm returns an error stating "response code 078, savings, account stopped".
                                      My account is still active i confirmed calling sbi customer care. They told me to submit kyc.
                                      3 weeks ago i submitted an application with kyc to reactivate my debit card but they did nothing.
                                      I live far away from home branch and it is not possible for me to visit branch now.
                                      If i have completed my kyc 3 months ago and my account is also active then why atm showing this error and am not able to withdraw money?
                                      I have a very bad experience with sbi.

                                        Please update me asap.

                                        Else i would be lodging complaint against sbi in consumer forums.

                                        Investment intermediatory, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermediatory and i really don't have any clue what company is this.

                                        I have seen the same problem with multiple users too... Is this government management, its disgusting and people face unwanted situations due to this. Its sbi failure in security and management.
