Yesterday I was there to open my account, in digital saving account, but ur employee was forced to open an account in insta saving account. After that he was sending an OTP to another customer without checking my phone numberor my Name. He was moving one table to another table without any reason. But finally he opened my account. But at last Print of my passbook Is half missprint and half printed. He took my 4 hours to open an account. I m also an employee, i have no time to visit again to ur bank so Send my passbook At my adress with ATM and cheque book

    Sbi executive gave me false comittement for credit card limit twice on call, they told me that I will get minimum 3-5lac as credit limit but actually I got 123000 only, now they are not helping me to increase it & saying to wait 6month which I don't want as I have 2 cards already with good limit. now they sent me cc statement for annual fees but i already informed them to cancel my card & i haven't used card yet also haven't changed Pin for it.
    Pls help me to cancel this card & i don't want to pay anything to them as I haven't used card.

    Dear Arunesh Todkari, We tried to reach you at 04:21 PM but were unable to connect. Request you to share an alternate number or a suitable time to call you.
    I am trying to contact customer care several time but there is no option to connect customer care. I haven't received any call from SBI yet, also I am asking to give me call recording of verification call but Sbi is not interesting in resolving my issue, but seems they are interested to close my account after paying annual fees.
    I haven't used card not even resetted PIN.

    Even i tried mentioning i want to start /enable card if you give me call but on that also I received reply that they will close my account asap after paying annual fees.

    Can't understand SBI really wants to resolve issue or not, even not trying to get in touch with customer on call & get this fixed asap.

    Hope will get proper response from SBI.

      I had open an enps account recently. My pran is[protected]. As per central recordkeeping agency, my kyc pending with your bank, due to which my pran is frozen. As per cra your office should confirmed my kyc, after that they may unfreeze my account and i can able to deposited further amount to my nps account. I have informed the nsdl regarding this issue & also complained to the state bank of india regarding this matter. Name of the bank & branch is

        Dear team,

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                I have an account with SBI, Burdwan University Branch, Burdwan

                I had withdrawn an amount of Rs. 20, 000 on 8th September 2008 from two different ATMs in Ashoknagar in between 6.45 pm to 7.05 pm.
                At first at about 6.45 pm I tried in an ATM (near the Railway Station of Ashoknagar Road) to get an amount of Rs. 20, 000/- but it was unable to process my request.
                I then went a second ATM (at Ashoke nagar Golbazar), where I successful withdraw a amount of Rs. 20, 000/- .
                As I need more cash I tried for the third time to get an amount of Rs. 20, 000/-
                I receipt a slip mentioning " DAILY WD LIMIT REACHED"
                I know the limit for daily withdrawal is Rs. 40, 000/- and I received only Rs. 20, 000/- so, it is completely fictitious.
                please have a look so that I may get back the money.

                  Why SBI in spite of having core banking facility does not take cash in non home branches.I am government service holder having savings account in SBI, I lent some amount to one of my friend during his medical emergency, now he returned back my amount in cash which I am trying to re-deposit at my savings account but all sbi branches are not accepting cash in the excuse of non home branch.I have provided my PAN number in the deposit slips and told them to check my income tax statement still they are not accepting it rather than suggesting to deposit in home branch or at CDM.. Since I stay away from my home branch by 200KM due to my job locations how can it be a justifiable answer from SBI when they have core banking facility? Similarly I visited two CDM of SBI at Guwahati Assam which remains defunct most of the times..Why SBI adopting such rules to harass customers..We as a service holder do not deceit taxes and account is also mapped with pan card still why such inconvenience for us?

                    I am trying to update registered my mobile no for 1 years. I am already have internet banking facility. But not login because my old mobile no. Is missing. I went to bank for many times. But the bank officials could not register my mobile no in core (Which is required if you wish to do net banking). I have also updated kyc. But problem still persists. What is the solution of this?. Now that mobile no is not with me. I changed my mobile no but he is unable to changed my mobile no in core systems. I also asked them to open a new account, but the branch officials said that the new account will also have the same problem as the cif file will be the same for both the accounts.                       I made a transaction in a restaurant and supermarket with 955 two times and 1216rs three times but my card got rejected. Amount debited but not credited please do the needful thing. I can't approach to branch as i'm staying so far from it. But 955 credited and again debited. I made this transaction on 05/09/2018
                      But still, i didn't get the money please help me

                              I have a educational loan with account number [protected] in state bank of india. This loan account is linked with my savings account [protected]. Branch is belurmath. Ifsc code sbin0004640. This savings bank account is a joint account with my father, sanjay singh. Sbi is deducting money from my savings account stating as loan arrear and even from my father's other saving account in sbi in belurmath, a/c no. [protected]. I havent got any information regarding my emi. They are simply deducting as soon as money is being transferred to my account. Every quater rs. 15 is deducted from my account for sms alerts and most of the time i don't get the message abount money being debitted or creditted.
                              How a person stay like this? Two times i was about to withdraw money from my account for some purpose and i came to know that money is debitted from my account and balance is zero.
                              I am not a defaulter. I pay between 10th and 15th of every month.
                              People who are taking loan of 900,, 000 crore and moving out of the country. No one is deducting from their family's account because they are rich and i am not a defaulter so money is being deducted without any notice. They are making some other person call me ass they are not updating the full details.
                              I have faced problem as suddenly money is deducted.
                              This is the condition of the nationalised bank. For small loan account banks are trying to recover like that we people have taken money and are running away. This was not accepted from such an old nationalised bank. I have faced some serious problem because of this deductions from my account without prior notice.
                              I hope you will take any appropriate action and revert me about this complain as soon as possible on my plea.

                                  Respected sir,

                                  I tried transferring money from SBI Anywhere app's UPI section to my Axis account.

                                  The transaction was declined and the amount was deducted.
                                  I tried calling the customer care of SBI and they were of no help.
                                  Tried mailing at upi.[protected]@sbi.co.in but first time I mailed, they asked for reference number.

                                  In second mail they asked for mpassbook screenshot. I provided everything but still there is no response from them.

                                  The customer care executives said me to raise a dispute through Sbi Anywhere AppUPIUPI transaction historydispute.

                                  I tried this and the dispute was open till the morning and when I checked back in the evening it was closed without any resolution through them.

                                  Understand a common man's problem, guys.

                                  I am attaching screenshots of whatever was happening.

                                  They don't seem to understand anything.

                                    With Reference to above, We would like to bring to your kind notice that We are dealing with SBI Bank since last many years, having Saving Bank Account, FDs with SBI Memnagar and SBI Adalaj branch and doing almost all banking activities with SBI Bank. We are also having our other family members PPF account with the same ellisbridge branch.

                                    We are also having our PPF Accounts with SBI since last many years but with regret, We would like to bring to your kind notice the treatment/the service which we have got for our above PPF Account is very very below Par, below SBI standards and it gives impression of some small co-operative bank which raises its hand from the issues.

                                    Let me now bring to your notice facts of the case, which is self-explanatory :-

                                    1) We are having Purvi Dimplekumar Shah - PPF account with SBI - Ellisbridge Branch since 1997.

                                    2) Having our address /PAN/ all the details registered with you

                                    3) we have issued cheque no 535691 from HDFCBANK in favour of SBI-PPF account on 1/4/2017 of Rs 150000/- (onelakh Fifty thousand only), which is debited to our HDFCBANK account no [protected] on 4th April, 2017. It means money credited to SBI-PPF account and still it is till now with SBI PPF account only.

                                    4) Thenafter when we were finalising our income tax Return, it is observed that SBI Ellisbridge branch has neither given us credit of Rs 150000/- which is debited in our bank account in April 2017, nor given us interest credit of the same amount till date. In addition to above, April 2018, PPF of Rs 150000/- has also not been credited to our PPF Account which is already debited to us again in April 2018.

                                    We are failed to understand :-
                                    1) Why SBI has not intimated us ? Why no letter ? Why no timely actions ? What process or system are they following ?
                                    2) Why they were enjoying our 150000/- in their suspense account ? What about our interest on it ? How can they enjoy our money and not bother to update or intimate us ?
                                    3) Is their any reconciliation or audit at SBI to review such suspense credit ? Where client is debited, SBI is credited but client has not got any credit in their PPF account ?
                                    4) Why No control or system - Why then again not intimated in April 2018 and accepted our cheque, debited to our bank account but not credited in the month of April 2018 but given credit just now in July 2018 when we have raised ?

                                    Now the issues are :-
                                    1) we have already filed income tax return and already claimed PPF deduction of Rs 150000/-, if it is not given to us, then we have to incurr loss of 50000/- of tax and interest on it because of SBI negligence of service, no seriousness of such payment
                                    2) Interest on Rs 150000/- from April 2017 onwards
                                    3) Interest on Rs 150000/- from April 2018 to 16/7/2018

                                    We have already visited branch no of times, Sent our person no of times, Purvi Shah has visited it and met manager Rizvi but nothing has happened till date. Now even Rizvi madam is also transferred to other branch. Branch is without manager and people under her are not bothered about clients or bank duty .

                                    In view of the above, you are requested to look into the same immediately and credit us with our above request else we have to address the issues to respective authorities of SBI, Auditors /Consumer Court etc.

                                      Amazon refund my money but i did not get money in my account and sbi customer service is not ready to help me so kindly i request to resolve my problem as soon as possible. i live in delhi and my bank nranch is in orai so its not possib;le to visit the bank. so i need help from customer care to register my complain they directly deneied my complain.

                                      The authorization code ( refunds reference number ) for the transaction is 512123

                                        My name - Manish Gour i am a exiting customer in sbi,
                                        But, Last 2 years sbi excess charged my bank account, 32 times charged -287.50 in charged received mandate fail - 287.50 ×24=6900 and 295x8 = 2360 charged in my bank account.
