On 30/07/2018 i had to go through a failed transaction during a retail purchase at a optical shop. After 72 hours i logged a complain, which was closed by saying that the amout was cradited to my account contact your branch office. But my branch maneger (30468) being totally uncooperative, tried to convince me otherwise. I am still in dark about how to get my mony back....
