My SBI Atm card was issued mid year of 2017. It had not been in used and there was money in it. In July 8 2018 i withdraw an amount of ₹10, 000 from the card but ever since that day, I have not been able to use to card to withdraw money even though there is enough balance. Whenever I try to withdraw it says withdrawal declined. At first I thought the problem would be in a booth but no matter how any different atm booths i went, I cannot withdraw the money. Please help me. I am in very need of this card. Reply as soon as possible

    One client from lakhimpur branch, sbi who have misussed the account...He used another person"s personal data in nagaon...This information has already informed in the nagaon branch, sbi... Nagaon sbi branch already sent messages into the lakhimpur brach, sbi...But this branch donot take any action till now...So i request you to giving proper action of the lakhimpur branch and also this person.

      ask me to contact my bank, the amount is stil not reflected
      account, i have contact multiple times to paytm, they gave me every
      time the ARN number and ask me to contact customer srvices
      To Trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
      may be the transaction is pendin please clear this

      In my KCC loan account [protected] SBI rate of interest for 01/1216 to 30/05/18 period is 11.5% but actual rate for KCC is 7% . I gave application to the manager twice but no solution till the date. Please help me to take back excess amount of interest in my account.

        Hi,

        During the payment for the passport
        application fee my money got deducted once inspite of the
        transaction being failed.
        The deducted amount is 1500/- and i would like
        to request a refund for the same at the earliest.

          I was forced into applying for a credit card and i was also told that this was going to be a life time free credit card, little did i know that i was being conned. The bank has now compounded the annual fee and its up to 3 thousand rupees. Which i wont pay. I have cut the card and dropped it into the sbi drop box this was like 6 years ago, now i am being hounded by some guy for the payment. I am thinking i will go to the police to get this fixed. This is bad.

              But the transaction failed and it got debited from my account and neither it got credited in another person account on 20/08/2018

                    I am holding sbi bank account. I have get call from sbi bank on 22nd of august 2018 from +91- [protected], he is asking our otp, then i has share otp, because he has already hold the all card details like card no, mobile no (Fraud people has all user details). I had lost around 36000.
                    I have call to customer care same time for fraud transaction after that blocked the card.
                    This is my request that there should be a strict action against such fraud making people.
                    I want my whole money back, i had lost around 36000.

                      I opened my account through the YONO app and the number I used then is not with me right now. So, I needed to change the mobile number and I was suggested to do that through the internet banking option. But now I get all my bank SMS alerts on the new number but the OTPs for the transactions done through the debit card is still being sent to the previous number. I contacted the customer center and they said that I need to update the number in core banking but I have been unable to do that since then. I also contacted the home branch but that has not worked either. So, what should I do to update the number in core banking? It has been months and no resolution has been provided from the bank.

                        I would like to infrom you that on dated 25/06/2018 an amount of rs. 2560/- has been debited from my saving account which is unknown to me and my a/c statment narration is such that debit recovery of amount not debited on TXN dated 24/03/18.
                        I enqury to my local branch and even many times done online complain but none of those support me.

                        I want to know where my amount has debited please help me in this matter.

                          Hello,

                          I have purchased "zero debt. Car insurance" for my car. And within insured timeframe it met with an accident and went for repair. But at the time of delivery, showroom dealer is asking for 50000/- Rs. And saying that Insurer is not paying full amount. We can only sension Rs. 338000/- And it is car owner's liability to pay remaing amount.
                          As i have zero debt policy, why would I have to pay that much amount ?
                          And my car is in workstation from last 5 months. So, i am looking for immediate response from your side, because now i can't wait for more time.

                            I am coming from very poor family, my condition is hand to mouth. There are 7 members in my family all of them are dependent on me. There are 2 handicap sisters who are suffering from night blindness, my mother and father are patient. I am suffering from seizure disorder, treatment under Dr. Pradeep Divte (K.E.M. Hospital) Pune. I am working as a Junior Clerk my salary is 13000/- per month. My total medical expenses are 4000/- I had used SBI credit card .My billing date is 22-08-18 I cant manage to pay the amount today as my salary is on hold, I am requesting SBI Credit Card department to wait till 30th August so I can manage any how to pay thier minimum due of Rs 3610/- but they are refusing to wait and they are bulling me, SBI agent is pressuring me that if I will not pay amount today they will come to my home and create issue for me and my family. I cant handle SBI pressure. I cant handle all this situation. I can see only one option that is end of life. Please please help me

                              Dombivli west branch (Ifsc code sbin0005165).

                              Grievance (1) pmopg/e/2018/[protected] dsehe/e/2018/03883 (3) dept./h&te/2018/4814 and letter
                              Vide f. No.26/20/2018-cp-if-ii dtd. 06/08/18 by under secretary – govt. Of india, ministry of finance &
                              F. No.17-7/2018-u.5 dtd. 27/07/18 by under secretary – govt. Of india, ministry of hrd.

                              I wish to bring to your notice that my grievance is not yet redressed and the grievance is once again reproduced.


                              I have approached state bank of india for the education loan in 2017 and they have declined the application for want of pan card for the student. The bank has informed that as per revised rules of the govt., education loan can not be granted to a student who do not have pan card. Email received from state bank of india in this connection is attached as annexure i.

                              Sbi advised to apply for the pan card and arrange 1st year fee by the parents, which will be refunded to the student directly when the pan card is received.

                              Accordingly, i have arranged first year fee of rs.78, 000/- along with lodging & boarding charges of approx. Rs.25, 000/- from outside sources and consequently i have defaulted 2 emis of hdfc personal loan and icici credit card payments.

                              The student applied for pan card and could receive the pan card in february, 2018.

                              Immediately in february, 2018, we have approached sbi, dombvili west branch, with the application in paper mode, and sbi advised us in march, 2018 to apply it in the portal of vidyalakshmi (Application id 179671) on 22/03/2018.

                              State bank of india, dombivli west branch, advised that the loan will be directly disbursed to the college as and when the fee details are published by the college.

                              The 2nd year college was to start on 16/07/2018 and on 12/07/18 i have received a phone call from sbi, dombvili west branch, that their racpc div.in thane, who is processing the application found my cibil score as 569 with various discrepancies in cibil report and hence they can not process the loan application. Email received from the bank in this connection is attached as annexure ii.

                              I have submitted the proof of clearance/settlement of two old discrepancies and informed that that the other two defaults were occurred during 2017-18 as i had to arrange approx.. Rs.1.00 lacs in 2017-18 from outside and accordingly i could not pay few emis of hdfc personal loan and icici credit card.

                              I have registered my grievance with various forums (1) pmopg/e/2018/[protected] dsehe/e/2018/03883 (3) dept./h&te/2018/4814.

                              Subsequently in reply to my email dtd. 25/07/18, state bank of india informed vide their email dtd. 25/07/18 that their racpc division are ready to sanction education loan with mother as co-borrower, but her signature required on education loan form as co-borrower. Email received from the bank in this connection is attached as annexure iii.

                              Accordingly, we have filled up and handed over the forms to sbi dombivli west branch on friday, 27/07/2018. I have checked up the status with the processing branch in thane on 31/07/18 and 04/08/18 and it was informed that they have not received the documents.

                              On 06/08/18, when i contacted their racpc division and the dombivli west branch, it was informed that their processing officer, in thane, is on leave and when she resume office, they will look into the matter.

                              On 14/08/18 through email the bank asked me to re-log vidyalakshmi portal and change the co-borrower’s name to the mother of the student so that their racpc division can process the loan application. Email received from the bank is attached as annexure iv.

                              However, by that time the admission process of the college has completed and the name of the college was not available in vidyalakshmi portal and could not add the name of the other co-borrower.

                                I done the online shopping from the amazon and the refund for that was done on[protected] but did not came into my account and as i confirm the amount is now in the sbi payment gateway. The amount has not been credited because the account is nre account and as said by the amazon to charge transaction dispute but neither a bank nor a custoner care service is willing to do that. They want utr no. But i have only refund refference number. Now i am fed up with the services provided.
                                So now i want to transfer that amount into my another sbi account.
                                Please look into the matter and try to get it solved asap.

                                  I have taken a home loan and having repaying the emis correctly for it since a year.
                                  I tried applying for a small personal loan outside and my loan got rejected due to low cibil score, on analyzing my credit core, i figured out that sbi has marked all my emi payments as delayed and hence my credit score has dropped.
                                  This is a very bad experience for a good customer paying all emis.
                                  Sbi is not expected to give such an experience to the customer.
                                  Please fix this asap.

                                      Respected sir lam t. Somaiah from nagari. Iam deposited money at cdm nagari main branch9/8/2018. 7. 30 am my atm debit card. 500×35=17500. Did not credit my ac even today. I submitted my complaint letter at cdm cashier that day evening. Cashier said with in 4 working days, solve the problem.But did not clear my problems.So please take nessasary action. Credit my money my account. Thanking you sir yours faithfully

                                        On 18/08/2018 I received a call by this number : "[protected]" who said that she was the agent of state bank of India. She asked me some information about my card and assures me that she will shift my money to to my credit card so that I can use the new methods of payment or for online shopping but when I today reached the bank I found that I had lost that much of money,
