Hi Team,

I took credit card from SBI after they gave some offers and activated on 23/07/2018. But right after 1 week(28/07/2018) there was one 5k+ transaction happened via PAYTM for which we did not received any OTP in registered mobile number. We came to know about transaction when money was deducted from our SBI saving account for outstanding due.
We tried to reach out to SBI and they said that the transaction is valid and SMS with OTP was sent but we never received the OTP so how they can approve the transaction.
I also contacted PAYTM but they are saying they can't give the information and they can't help on this.
I saw multiple reports of fraudulent in SBI credit card. I am totally helpless as SBI is now not replying anything. in SBI bank they say that they can't do anything as everything will happen from Delhi via CUSTOMER CARE.
These ### fellow first give the CC and then these kinds of fraudulent ativity happens. I am not sure i really believe that someone from the SBI has done this otherwise how transaction will be approved with entering OTP. Could you please help on this. Thanks

I already have send multiple email that was given to me by SBI CC or from bank but none of them gave me correct reply. I have complaints in my few relations that some money have been deducted from their account as well with out their consent. And when asked from bank they simply say that they can't do anything and talk to customer care. What a bad reply and bad customer service.
Anyway as suggested in reply i have send my contact details in email to mentioned email id. Thanks

    Dear sir,
    I am holding sbi card from last few years and using for all transactions.
    Recently i lost my credit card and same has been blocked by myself..
    Also applied for re-issue of new card. And after few days i got alerts as my card has been dispatched refno:ev[protected] from armex courier service.
    I got call from armex executive and i have given landmark of my communication address.
    Last week i got alerts saying that my new card has returned back to origin.
    Now sbi people asking me to pay card replacement charges without delivering card to me.
    Please solve my problem as early as possible.

      Credit card agent gave me the card and said i need to pay only rs 499 annualy and usage whatever i use.
      In 1st month i have used only rs 9, 096 and paid (868.25+3546) = 4414.25
      But on 1st bill sbi generate a bill of more than rs 10, 000.
      Then i have submited a complaint in sbi portal but they closed my request without resolving my issue. I have also requested to close my account.
      After that multiple times i have submited complaint in sbi portal, but every time they closed my request without resolving my issue.
      And every day i got multiple calls from collection team.

      So as per my record my total outstanding amount is rs: 4681.75 [9096.14- (868.25+3546)].

      But when i login my portal outsanding showing as rs 19, 148

      I already said that i will only pay rs 4681.75 once it reflecting in my total outstanding amount.

      After discussed with Mr. Shankar Agarwal (SBI Card Department) He said he can settle with Rs 8000 and close the case as the cueernt outstanding showing as RS 20, 000.

      But i said i will only pay Rs 4681.75 which i have used.
      As the Rs 20, 000 is showing just because of late payment fee, over due etc. But the actual usage is Rs 9, 096.
      and i have already paid Rs (868.25+3546)=4414.25
      And late payment fee is not my fault because i have already complaint/disputed on first month.

      This is to inform you that on 28th Sept'18 (13:30) someone called me from (+[protected]) and take my card details, CVV etc. and said he will waive off everything which i have claimed. And also adjusted the SBI Rewards points. After that he calculate and quote the final amount i need to pay Rs 2100.
      But for that i need to provide a card no. where the balance should be more than Rs 10, 000.

          I bought Nokia 7 plus from Amazon.com for the price of 25999 through online debit card transaction but due to damage I returned back to Amazon.com and they refunded my amount and gave me a reference number for it I asked to home branch and they asked me to contact SBI customer care and the customer care said to console with the home branch they asked me to register a charge dispute complaint over SBI of not refunding my account.

          My Amazon refunded reference number is 733154.
          please help me to receive my refund amount of INR 25999.

              i submit to report that i have tried withdrawal of money from cub- atm- manjakkudy for emergency purpose to the value of rs.1000/=( rupees one thousand only) on 28.08.2018. after fulfilling all the formalities the atm display shows "your request timed out" and "temporarily out of order". no money was dispensed by the atm and received by me. but on the next day phone message shows a deduction of rs.1000/=along with bank charge of rs.23.60.                 I swiped my debit card in a grocery store by mistake i swiped it of 8010 instead of 810 shopkeeper cancelled the transaction of Rs. 8010 and gave me back void transaction receipt from his ed machine. But i haven't recived the amount back into my account i did transaction on 9-7-18 i enquired in customer care they are not responding properly and delaying the refund by giving silly reason.

                tid no. 41204674 amount 8010 shopkeeper cancelled the transaction and gave void receipt but amount has not come back to my account.

                    This is Srikanth having a housing loan insurance with master policy no-[protected] & Membership from no-[protected] in SBI LIFE INSURANCE. I paid repayment insurance premium as scheduled in the branch.Due to delay in the updation process, caused in adding of loan interest.

                      I have withraw rs 15000 from my sb account no. [protected] through atm on 1 march 2018. I have not received payment but account was debited. When i complaint they credit my account on 15 april 2018. But on 29 june they again debit my account. I complaint again but they close my complaint without satisfactory answer. Please do needful for consumer welfare because i belong to middle class family and 15000 is big amount to loose without my fault. I am hopeful that you take immediate action and credited my account.

                        Myself vishuddha Nand, my car loan account is [protected] in sbi.From my car loan account amount Rs. 5900, 2950 and 2950 have been aleagdly debited in the month of June, july and August due to Non submission R.C copy. But sir I had already submitted to respective doccuments with R.C copy in bank just after purchased the car.
                        I have complained in written or ververly many times in bank but they did not return my debited amount or not provide any response.

                          i use my ATM card to get money at branch of SBI ATM SHIVA JI PARK RAJPURA PUNJAB . i use my card to withdraw 1000/rs but at that time transaction is proceed i never get my money but whenever i get message from bank i.e. your account is debited by INR 1000 at 16:24on account of CWDR/[protected].

                                On 30/07/2018 i had to go through a failed transaction during a retail purchase at a optical shop. After 72 hours i logged a complain, which was closed by saying that the amout was cradited to my account contact your branch office. But my branch maneger (30468) being totally uncooperative, tried to convince me otherwise. I am still in dark about how to get my mony back.

With out my atm pin and otp how to transation in my acoount. Its responsible for sbi. I am not give any one form my card details and account details. Then how to debited in my account. I am normal student. Please rectify this issue and trasfor my ammount in my account

                                      Mera name jitendra kumar mera sbi brach bhopal jahangiraba mai bsbd account tha jise mene close kerwadiya hai account no [protected] hai cif no [protected] hai ab isi cif no per jab dushra regular saving account nahi khul pa raha hai error de raha hai risk factor ka mene jahangirabad branch bhopal mp mai kai brach mai account open kerwane ki liye try kiya but nahi ho pa raha hai is regarding mene customer care per complaint bhi ki but waha sai reply aye ki technical reason ki wajaha sai nahi ho pa raha hai aap dobara jahangirabad branch jaye or account open kare or unho nai brach ki manager ka no bhi diya tha [protected] mene manager sai baat bhi ke but unho nai koi solution nahi diya or kaha ki nahi khull payega account ab madam iska koi to solution hoga aisa to hai nahi branch mai na to problem batate hai na koi solution

                                        Dear sir/ma'am,

                                        A refund of rs 499 was successfully initiated on 3rd july 2018, by amazon, through the neft mode. However, it did not reflect in my account, even after 10 days (27 days till now). I called the sbi customer care several times but all were in vain. They provided me with no resolution. Neither did they file 'charge dispute' nor did they accept the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but i felt completely helpless. These small scams are happening even after the digitalisation and transparency on the banking industry. If such things happen, then how can we rely on online transactions. Please look upon this matter asap. I am totally disappointed with such negligence on sbi's part.
