Dear team,

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

    I govind jogendhar a/c - [protected], debit card related issue valid 3/17 - valid 2/22, for this related requestung compliant giving customer care but they people swamik one of customer care reprensitive not providing proper information he transfer senior person my call he received my but with out spoke to me she disconnect my call i asked request kindly spike loudly but she dont speak and that to she disconnected my call what she behave like this customer with out proper response sbi team,

    Instead the bank is asking me to pay the annual subscription.
    I am not interested in continuing.

      We have deposited a cheque on 08/08/18 for rs16992.00
      Cheque no 002164 payable on hdfc bank but still we have not received the funds in our account

      We approached the state bank of india, begur branch, bangalore and everyday they inform us that the chequewill be credited but till date we have not received the funds

      At every pretext they make up a new story and inform us likewise scanning machine not working, no staff available deposited in some other branch etc.

      For any mistakes of the branch who is responsible why should the customer be at the receiving end.

          I am getting continuously harassment call from guru-gram haryana, i am jobless from last 4 months and i explained it to the concerned person but still getting continuous calls.

          I told them to give me some time to pay my all debts, but they are forcing me to pay today and now anyhow, this is not the way to treat people like this.

            My name is ARSHAD MAKSOOD ALAM
            ..i have a SBI Account Bail bazar branch (kalyan Maharashtra)...on 3rd of August at 8.43pm i was transferring money (1700₹) from my SBI debit card to my friends paytm payment bank...but unfortunately it showed payment failed/transaction failed..
            I tried 4_5 times but in vain... after that i received 5_6 messages directly that my 4000₹ deducted + 23₹ x 2 for insufficient balance...

            Neither the payment received at the other end nor i received the refund...sir please help me i am an engineering student . Its been 8 days i haven't received any refund..

              We joined the above pension policy in aug 2010 for 8 years. It was taken as direct debit from account no [protected] from thiruvankulam branch in ernakulam dt amount is 3000 rs and 2000 rs. Instead everymonth bank is taking 3025 rs and 2025 rs respectively.in june and july 2018, the bank didn't mention the policy names. So the amount came back to the account. So the bank send the money again and taken commission again. We surrendered the above policy and informed the bank. This month again, they have send the money with the commission. Sbi life is part of the bank service. So they cannot take commission. So please llok into the matter, and give back the commission and last months policy amount ie 5050 rs

                And saving account no is [protected]. It was told to me that tax deducted against my fdrs is rs 28596 but tds certificate is not available with the bank so they are not providing it. Last date for submeting return is 31 aug.2018. So please available me tds

                      निवासी रामसर का कुंआ, वाया रावतसर, तहसील बाड़मेर, जिला बाड़मेर (राजस्थान) मेरा निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि मेरे पति का 27/2/16 को निधन हो गया था। जो SBI branch कुड़ला, जिला बाड़मेर मे मेरे पति का खाता सं.[protected] है । मेरे पति का निधन होने के बाद मेरे पति के खाते मे नॉमिनी नहीं होने से अग्रीम कार्यवाही हेतु ब्रांस मैनेजर द्वारा बताये अनुसार मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र मय कागजात दिये गये। फिर ब्रांस मैनेजर द्वारा कहा गया कि आपकी कार्यवाही कर आपके पति के खाते से आपके खाते मे रुपये स्थानानन्तरण कर दिये जायेंगें। लेकिन उसके कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की। बाद ब्रांस मैनेजर का स्थानान्तरण कहीं दूसरी ब्रांस मे हो गया। नया ब्रांस मैनेजर आया। और कागजात वापस लोटा दिये। अभी ब्रांस मैनेजर कह रहा है कि बिना पैसे कोई काम होता है, क्या। काम करवाना है तो दाम देने पड़ेंगे। वो कागजात कोई काम के नहीं है। अब ऑन लाईन कार्यवाही होगी। वो भी मेरे हाथ मे है आपको काम करवाने के लिये कुछ खोना पड़ेगा। अभी ढ़ाई साल हो गया SBI branch Kurla, Dist. Barmer, Rajasthan के मैनेजर द्वारा मनमानी से मेरे पति के रुपये रोक रखें। ब्रांस मैनेजर के खिलाफ अग्रीम कार्यवाही कर रुपये मेरे पति के खाते से मेरे खाते मे स्थानान्तरण करवाने का कष्ट करें।

                      Sbi representative told me interest rate is 11 % but after loan sanctioned 12.5% interest
                      Cheat me and told me prepayment and foreclosure not any fee when I going to bank for prepayment charge 3%

                        I was paying an amount of rs 267.75 through zomato app via sbi net banking, amount was debited from my account but on contacting zomato they are saying money is not received at their end, on the other hand i'm calling sbi customer care executives for last 2 days but all they are saying is that they have some technical issue and transaction is not yet updated in their system.                         सर मेरे अकाउंट स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया से जिसकी ब्रांच- भरवारी कौशाम्बी उत्तर प्रदेश है से 19 feburary 2018 को 3400 रुपया और 9 अगस्त 2018 को 10000 रुपया काट लिया गया जिसके बारे में बैंक कोई कार्यवाही नही कर रहा है और मुझे ही इसका दोष दिया जा रहा है जबकि मैंने ऐसा कोई ट्रांसक्शन किया ही नही ।उचित कार्यवाही के लिए मार्गदर्शन करे

                            This payment of rs.. 723.50 was made on the website - myhpgas.in towards booking of a gas cylinder refill. The payment was made via sbi gateway.
                            I initiated this payment via online payment method - bhim app.
                            My union bank saving account was debited accordingly. However the vendor (Hp gas) did not receive the payment.
                            Due to which i had to make a cash payment again.

                            Its been almost 6 months since i have repeated requested a refund to my bank account. The same form was sent in the month of feb - mar 2018, however the issue is pending since then. Kindly look in to the same & do the needful.

                              Yesterday about 20:10 i had three transactions (1500+ 1500 +1500) from sbi atm. Atm i'd hnfc[protected] i received money in only one transaction which is of 2000. Other two transaction are failed and money is deducted from my account. Please resolve my issue as early as possible. Also provide me the helpline number for recovery and late charges procedure.

                              It seems that in my A/c there is charge deducted twice which says excess DR in SB which shouldn't be deducted as because there were no excess transactions made at that time and also it's a salary account and the balance maintained is above the minimum limit.Pls explain.

I tried to withdraw rs 6000 (Six thousand) from axis bank atm with terminal id: aecn67734 with transaction id: [protected] on 12/08/2018 at 02:42 pm. Atm machine switched off during my transaction i could not get the money and no responses from the atm machine. But rs 6000 deducted from my account.

                                  I have been levied an amount of rs 2999/- against annual charges n were deducted.
                                  My sbi card was upgraded with a promise that no charges whatsoever vl be levied on the use of card. The maintenance charges were levied twice on 12/2016 n 12/2017. However the amount levied on 12/2017 were adjusted but the amount levied on 12/2016 were still to be refunded. It is requested to ask sbi, nagpur to refund my amount.

                                    According to above chart rs. 4866.00 (Rupees four thousand sixty six only) was deducted, but as per 26 as only rs. 226/- is deposit from your side. As you can see that that above fixed deposit was from 2014 and every year tds was deducted, but it seem that any mistake this amount is deposit in wrong pan number.

                                    This is request you please deposit my difference amount (Rs. 4640/-) to the income tax department or deposit to my saving account.

                                    The Above Complaint was file one month back at Vrindaban State Bnak Branch...and as per IT Dept. the Last Date of File IT Return is 30 Aug..but after passing more then one month no response from branch side...

                                      मेरा एटिएम कर्ड 7माह से नहि आ रहा मेरे को नया एटिएम कर्ड इशु करने कि कर्पा करे मै जब भी मै होम ब्राचं मे जाता हु तो बोलते है कि आपको आगे से हि ईशु नहि कर रहे और हम आपकि अपलिकेशन को सर्विश डेशक पर डाल रखा है ओर मेर पास एक हि एटिएम था वो भी कभी कभी काम करना बन्द कर देता है मेरे को बहुत हि ज्यादा समस्या का सामना करना पड रहा है अत आप से अनुरोध है कि मेरे को नया एटिएम कार्ड दिलवाने कि कृर्पा करे

                                        This is sathyaseelan d. My sbi savings account no. Is [[protected]]. I tried to deposit rs.6200 into my account through cardless deposit using cdm facility of sbi, siruvalur branch, chennai on 10.18.2018 at 20:14:29. The cdm id no. Is s5be[protected]. No money is credited into my account and also no money is dispensed back by the cdm. I have received a slip from the cdm that my money is retracted and retracted info as denomination 2000*3, 100*2. Kindly help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
