Respected sir
I am very old coustomer of this bank.
My account converted has been converted from personal to non personal by this bank without my knowledge.
So i requested for this problem to many times to branch office but they not sorted out.
Kindly solve this problem at your level.

I am unable to aply for pan due to this. I am suffering because of bank staffs mistakes.
Its my salry account. And your staff made it non personal. I don't know why

    Dear sir,

    I have sbi account with v. House branch, chennai where un-authorised deduction have been made from my account for the past continuous 8 months without my knowledge and concern with transaction description of investement intermedi. I do not know what for it is and i am sure that i have not authorised sbi or any other parties to subscribe it. Kindly take necessary action and respond me to get my deducted amount back.

    Awaiting valuable reply and necessary immediate action.

      I've deposited rs. 4000/- (Rs.2000 x 2 notes) in cash deposit machine (Cdm) at sbi intouch as rao nagar on 08/07/2018 at 00:12 am. However the amount was not deposited in my account. I've given a written complaint at ecil branch about the matter. However, still after one week the problem was not solved; as the amount not deposited into my account. Please check and do the needful.

      Complaint against SBI employee:Sapna, PBB Aundh Pune, works in car loan department. She called and threatened me and used abusive words while talking. She insulted me and said if I don't bring my car for inspection my loan might get cancelled. She was not ready to talk to me or listen to my concern.
      Respected sir,
      I forgot my username and password of S.B.I net banking by mistake. So i request you, if there is anyway to recover my username and password, please help me.

        Sir,
        I ramesh kumar jha sbi a/c-[protected], ifsc code:sbin0015925. Wrongfully transfered a sum of 53355/- in pft services account-[protected], ifsc code psib0021165, branch-punjab & sindh bank, karnikot, alwar, rajasthan through neft on[protected].in the same account i transfered 40345/- through neft on 3-8-2018. The reciving party of the amount is fraud and these amounts were to be transfered to someone else.
        Its a kind request, to refund the transfered amount summing upto 93700/- as soon as possible.

          Dear sir,

          I had applied for a sbi credit card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

          I got one message from sbi stating your application is under process. Then next day under online status of sbi credit card they mentioned

          "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

          I have given all the documents. Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application. And how to applyagain.

            A/c no. *06231 with sbi janakpuri new delhi (Ifsc code : sbin0050258)
            After the merger of some banks with sbi, there is error of names in my account. I requested for cheque book and received one with only first holder's name printed on it. Joint holders name is missing. On complaining branch manager did not help as in their record name of the joint holder is existing. Passbook issued by branch also has record of both the holders.
            Sbi helpdesk says cheque book issued is as per their record.
            In fact, sbi branch and the control system both have different records and none of them is helping to resolve the issue.

                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                  I had purchased item from Amazon through internet banking and i cancelled it later and the refund got initiated by the company but that refund is not reflected in my bank account in the said time phrase . I have mentioned my Refund reference number which is IGAEBDGSX6.please help me out in this issue i need it to be done as soon as possible.

                    At first i humbly to requesting sbi that my name is mujib ahmed today early morning i have came to message its inform me that sbi debited 295 rupees for purpose of investment intermedi.. Then i am really very shocked n very hurted.. Its not right path to transfer money to any kind of your valuable custmer.. Please refund my 295 rupees within 24 hours either i will close my account from state bank of india.. This is really not good way to make money sbi.. No other bank should be do this tipes of poor work.. I know that you are the no 1 bank still india.. Bt this tipes of froudness should be make down if you do not close this tipes of docaiting.. I will give you only 24 hours if you don't return my money then i will close hour family all accounts and transactions of state bank of india..

                      With all due respect, i took midterm education loan in dec2018 of rs 203000 my education completed in 2011 july. My father started depositing rs1000 every month from jan2009. I was trying for govt jobs n i failed, my father had an accident and was paralysed and was completely dependent. My father passed away in aug2016 and i got a notice from bank in sep2016 that my loan has became npa. I have been doing rounds of bank since then.

                      I requested the bank for settlement n racpc sir in regional office told me to write and application and i did n submitted, i have been in touch with him.in dec2017 he asked me to come to lok adalat and their loan was settleted to rs117000 to b paid till end of march, but my mother was not well n got to know she has systalic dysfunction (Heart failure).

                      I went to regional office but they said their is no settlement scheme right now i went to nearest branch from where i took loan and i request to give me some time to deposite and the branch manager spoke to someone and asked me to write a frsh application and i submitted it, he said my one time settlemt plea has been accepted with a condition to deposite rs50, 000 now and my mother deposited rs50, 000. I was told to deposite rest rs67000 till july 11 which i did after depositing branch manager told me to come after 2weeks for noc but now even after a mnth he is not giving any satisfactory reply. He asked me to go to regional off when i went their they said no plea for ots came to us. I asked nearest branch manager n he started misbehaving and yelling on me and my mother. When i went to speak to main manager for my branch she said he is human and whtever happend is an human error. Now he is asking my mum to deposite rs25000 more for settlement.
                      My family has been a loyal client to the branch since i the branch was opened, i didnt expected this, i asked the branch manager for written ots when i was depositing rs50, 000 he said i m their no need to worry. I dnt know what to do. I m unemployed and my mother has heart problem sir. I dont want ant fights or anything n settle this matter as clamly as i can. I dont know what to do anymore.

                        My self Muslim Ali from Goalpara, Assam.My Complains is related to the irresponsible service of bank authority of SBI Dudhnoi Br.12260.I have a CSP bank A/C on which is need full KyC and product code change due to which i was visit the Branch Regularly But the Branch Authority Mr. RAJU Balmiki & Nibaran Saha dose not show any positives Response, They used to behave in harsh and in human way.The used to behave the way as if we are not human.

                        This situation done not only me other people also use to suffer especially the PMAY/MGNERGA/PENSIONER/Ujjawala Yojona Customers.All People are Harsh in front of Muslim festival Bakri Idd.

                        Plenty of Complaints are done against The clerk the Branch Manager does not tack any action.So i am requesting here to tack strict action against the Two clerk.

                            I govind jogendhar a/c - [protected], debit card related issue valid 3/17 - valid 2/22, for this related requestung compliant giving customer care but they people swamik one of customer care reprensitive not providing proper information he transfer senior person my call he received my but with out spoke to me she disconnect my call i asked request kindly spike loudly but she dont speak and that to she disconnected my call what she behave like this customer with out proper response sbi team,

                              We have deposited a cheque on 08/08/18 for rs16992.00
                              Cheque no 002164 payable on hdfc bank but still we have not received the funds in our account

                              We approached the state bank of india, begur branch, bangalore and everyday they inform us that the chequewill be credited but till date we have not received the funds

                              At every pretext they make up a new story and inform us likewise scanning machine not working, no staff available deposited in some other branch etc.

                              For any mistakes of the branch who is responsible why should the customer be at the receiving end.

                                  I am getting continuously harassment call from guru-gram haryana, i am jobless from last 4 months and i explained it to the concerned person but still getting continuous calls.

                                  I told them to give me some time to pay my all debts, but they are forcing me to pay today and now anyhow, this is not the way to treat people like this.

                                    My name is ARSHAD MAKSOOD ALAM
                                    ..i have a SBI Account Bail bazar branch (kalyan Maharashtra)...on 3rd of August at 8.43pm i was transferring money (1700₹) from my SBI debit card to my friends paytm payment bank...but unfortunately it showed payment failed/transaction failed..
                                    I tried 4_5 times but in vain... after that i received 5_6 messages directly that my 4000₹ deducted + 23₹ x 2 for insufficient balance...

                                    Neither the payment received at the other end nor i received the refund...sir please help me i am an engineering student . Its been 8 days i haven't received any refund..

                                      We joined the above pension policy in aug 2010 for 8 years. It was taken as direct debit from account no [protected] from thiruvankulam branch in ernakulam dt amount is 3000 rs and 2000 rs. Instead everymonth bank is taking 3025 rs and 2025 rs respectively.in june and july 2018, the bank didn't mention the policy names. So the amount came back to the account. So the bank send the money again and taken commission again. We surrendered the above policy and informed the bank. This month again, they have send the money with the commission. Sbi life is part of the bank service. So they cannot take commission. So please llok into the matter, and give back the commission and last months policy amount ie 5050 rs

                                        I have saving account as well as fdrs in sbi. My pan is aepps 4224 k
                                        And saving account no is [protected]. It was told to me that tax deducted against my fdrs is rs 28596 but tds certificate is not available with the bank so they are not providing it. Last date for submeting return is 31 aug.2018. So please available me tds
