Respected sir lam t. Somaiah from nagari. Iam deposited money at cdm nagari main branch9/8/2018. 7. 30 am my atm debit card. 500×35=17500. Did not credit my ac even today. I submitted my complaint letter at cdm cashier that day evening. Cashier said with in 4 working days, solve the problem.But did not clear my problems.So please take nessasary action. Credit my money my account. Thanking you sir yours faithfully

SBI buddy is not working for some months.Every time I try to login it is reported as wrong PIN .Let me know how to fix it.

    On 18/08/2018 I received a call by this number : "[protected]" who said that she was the agent of state bank of India. She asked me some information about my card and assures me that she will shift my money to to my credit card so that I can use the new methods of payment or for online shopping but when I today reached the bank I found that I had lost that much of money,
    18/08/18 - OTHPG 509427 AIRTEL MONEY - 10000.
    18/08/18 - OTHPG[protected]ABIPL - 20000.
    18/08/18 - OTHPG[protected]AIRTELMONEY - 10000.
    18/08/18 - OTHPG[protected]AIRTELMONEY - 10000.
    18/08/18 - OTHPG[protected]AIRTELMONEY - 5000.

    This amount is very huge for me. This amount of money I had lost, This is my request that there should be a strict action against such fraud making people.
    I want my whole money back, I had lost around 55000 .
    My ATM number is 459200XXXXXX9833. Account number is XXXXXXXXX1906.

    It's my request to SBI to please take some strict action so that I will get my money back.

      Dear Sir,

      I Geeta Ravindra Negi was holding PPF account with SBI before marriage at that time my account name was Geeta Gusain, and as you know after marriage the name changes so now my current name is Geeta Ravindra Negi.

      Recently SBI issued me a cheque on my madian name but since I don't hold any account with that name I cant clear that cheque. Can SBI issue me a cheque on my current name?

      I am been requesting to the bank manager "Seema Chadda" at my Beekaji Kama, New Delhi branch but she is unable to help me.

      My PPF account number was [protected].

      Can you please advise how can they issue me a cheque with my current surname?

        I had paid wbsedcl bill through upi, the payment got debited but they did not get it. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to contact sbi customer care. However even after complaining through online, email to upi support and calling the customer care. I am yet to receive my money even after four days.

          I have requested my sbi bank to link aadhaar to my bank account more than 3 times. Yet it is not activated in npci mapper.
          I approached my lpg dealer. They have advised me to approach bank
          I approach npci through mail. They again advised me to approach bank.

          I could not get any result.

          Kindly link my aadhaar in npci mapper and provide lpg subsidy to my account

            We are apply for my home loan in year 2016. But in recent date there is no any update given by the bank about my subside (Clss). We are many time talk with bank about the subside but they are not given the proper answer for it. All most all member in my flat got the benefit of pradhan mantri aavash yojana. Please help and guide us about it.

            My money got deducted from my account but the money didnt come out of the ATM. Generally money gets reversed to account within one day but in my case it didnt happen so. I want my money to get reversed within seven working days.
            I got deducted amount from my account saying si charges of Rs.295/- my policy is already matured and i even cant transfer taht amount becoz its saying principle amount cannot be more than maturing amount so y did u cut my amount unnecesarily

                  Dear sir,

                  A fraud transaction of rs.10000 (Payment made to airtel, mumbai) has taken place on sbi card on[protected]. Without the card no. And otp the transaction of rs.10000 has taken place. I only came to know when the customer care executive informed me. I asked to block the card. The card was blocked.

                  Since, this was a fraud transaction, i was asked to send a dispute form. I submitted the same day. I was told that after the dispute form the said transaction will be reversed.

                  Sbi card doesn't agree to this and is not reversing the said fraudalent transaction of rs.10000.

                  It may be noted that i didn't have any outstanding amounting to rs.10000 with airtel

                  It is therefore requested to help me resolving this issue.

                  Somebody from sbi card called me on sunday[protected] saying that charges will be reversed.He was calling from a mobile no.[protected]. The same person (who claimed himself as Rahul Srivastava from Customer Cell Banda) asked me to provide a few banking details to cross check the things. He asked for a my SBI Internet Banking password which I refused. His mobile no. was [protected]. suspect fraud in this.He was asking if I have any other bank atm card and 10, 000 will be refunded to you instantly.After we will check further. Can SBI please look into this ?

                      I have raised a complaint with sbi bank but its been 5 days that i am yet to receive a revert from the concerned bank.

                      I am a sr. Citizen and my hard earned money of rs 37000 has been withdrawn without my knowledge via atm transaction. I am shocked that my atm card is with me while the money has been withdrawn from another bank atm (Indusind bank) and that also from a different city and state (Jaipur, rajasthan).

                      If my money is not safe in bank like sbi then where am i supposed to go or what to do.

                        Today i got a call at 12:13 p. M. From [rajkumar varma, mumbai, sbi, id number[protected]]he was asking about my atm card details, like card number, name, and secret number on the card, i didnt say my card details because of getting doubt that it is a fake call, then he started saying all my card details and asked for conformation. All the details were correct. But he wants to conform them, as iam not saying he said that my card has been blocked, to reactivate the card he needs all these details. Then i disconnected the call. But i got continuous calls from him, at the same time he started sending the otp message for me as follow;
                        [ xxxxxx is your otp for online purchase
                        Of rs.49999.00 at recharge ccavenuethru
                        State bank debit card ending 2882. Dont
                        Share this with anyone.]
                        After seeing the message i lifted his call and i asked him
                        How come you purchase through my card. Then he said he did that to conform the card details, and he also said that my money will be refunded if i will say the otp, and all other card details. Then my husband spoke with him, he said the same with my husband, they started arguing with each other, as even my husband is not saying the number he started resending the otp again and again. Then we called to the sbi customer care, and made my account blocked. We got the last call from him at 12:30. P. M. And last message at 12:27. P. M. His number is [protected].

                              I bought the SBI credit card 4 years ago.They sent the card and filled wrong address in their system .I was not getting any transaction details hence coukd not pay the bills on due dates.However after due date the executives would call and ask to make the required amount of payments.I used to make the payments immediately after that with fine and interests.Several times requested the customer care to make the address and mail I’d changes.Their contact number even we’re not working successfully.After 2 years I was fed up and stopped using the card and kept the balance about 3000 and asked them to compensate me for 2 years losses.With immediate affect they corrected and started sending bills.I need my 2 years of late payment and fine which I paid due to SBI mistake.

                                    SWOO [protected] 29-JUL[protected] AECW5742] 31-July 2018 ). I had not done any transactions on that day and i do not know what swoo is about. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help refund the debited amount.

                                    In continuation of earlier complaint dated 16.08.2018 regarding the debit amount of Rs. 3000 from my Saving Bank account[protected] on 31.07.2018 and till date neither we have received any reply nor the amount of credited in my account hence I hereby request you Sir to look in to the matter for which I am ever grateful to You Sir.

                                        ATM Related Fraud:
                                        Money Dispersed from my account beyond the ATM withdrawal limit and without sharing any Card/ PIN or account any other details.
                                        Incident Occurred on 23rd Oct 2016, reported the same to bank helpline immediately and logged Complaint No: AT[protected].
                                        The transaction is not made by me neither any details are shared. Also, the maximum limit of one time withdrawal from my account is Rs. 10000/-, however complete balance Rs. 32100/- is withdrawn in one go.

                                        Please help in getting refund of my money.

                                        I have done regular follow-up with bank and with RBI even, proper action is yet not taken. All the time it is auto response by system
                                        Details of all the follow-up mail and complaint details are attached. Also, any further details if required will provided immediately.
                                        Request a early resolution as it has already been delayed by bank. Please help me get my hard earned money back.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        It is been a month, no action has been taken by the bank.
