This is to inform you that sameer khan contact no. [protected] and another contact no. [protected] badly abused and said tell the address will damaged your body part.
I called regarding payment due of sbi credit card that please refund payment which was charged extra 30000rs. First he said will provide you settlement till 45000rs then after call to charanjeet kapoor - contact no [protected], he said not possible to do settlement in 45000rs.
Hence, when sameer khan admit that he said wrong figure, start abusing me and give threatening to break the legs.
Kindly take action against sameer khan.
I want action against him as per constitution and laws of our india.

    Sir, i approached sbi sheegehalli (Ifsc sbi n0041030) branch today 2-8-2018 to get my address changed in my aadhar card (Token number being 14) and accordingly submitted sale deed copy of the flat (Address proof) which was purchased by my son recently where the family including me are living in. The sbi staff asked me to produce original sale deed for verification. I had not brought it since it was in possession of my son who had gone to his office. But i showed my sbi pass book which is open in sheegehalli bank only in which my revised address has already been noted by the bank. They refused to consider it as authentic one. I felt astonished to learn that their own document containing the address is not considerable as authentic one in another transaction in the same branch. This is just a laughworthy matter. When approached, the manager i got the same reply. Aggrieved by this action i am submitting this complaint for consideration and suitable action.

Sir enke dwara complain close kar di gyi ye kah kar ki transaction successful dikha rha hai. Jabki sir mai atm par 20 min tak rha aur mere se bad bad ke logo ka transaction mera nhi hua. Ab branch koi help nhi kar rha hai. Maine unse cctv footage check dikhane ke liye kaha ki dikhaye kahan transaction hua hai to wo mna kar rha hai. Sir please check this matter on priority basic because i have no money.

          मेरा atm कार्ड जुलै 2018 को expire हुआ है, मैने custmar care को फोन किया था.मुझे बताया गया के आपका atm card 01 महिने पहले ही भेज दिया है.मगर मुझे मेरा नया atm card आज तक मिला नही...इसलिये मुझे बहोत दिक्कत आ रही है..आपसे बेहतर तो sbh थी..

            SBI has to educate the people who is working in Customer care center, they are not able to provide any kind of help even being asking for many a times. They fail in providing the basic necessary information as well.
            I had a query on Phone banking and net banking. Since net banking was not working for me I registered for the phone banking and i dint receive the password at all. So Called the customer care for help. since help desk could not assist me with any answer forwarded my query to second level support. Even then i dint receive any kind of necessary support as the guy was only keep saying we can only provide the information and cant help in any other ways to fix the net banking issue. The most funny thing is he is asking me to reach to SBI branch where my account is there for assistance even after knowing branch closing time. If i need to wait until next day to get my net banking issue fixed then how i would be able to transfer the money during any emergency. Am i suppose to create my emergency situation only during SBI working time... !!?? Is that is the only solution...!!
            Second level support are suppose to be senior person with much knowledge to resolve the issues. but i was unable to see the difference between 1st level and 2nd level support.The person whom i was on call with, he had a difficult time in communicating in English so, i decided to talk in his language(Telugu) with what ever i know just to get some help. But he was collecting the information from me and saying the same back to me.. unfortunate nothing really helped me after being in call with more than 1/2 hour.

            I request SBI to take necessary action and assist people with proper response.

              recovery agent talking in abusive language

              I have been receiving the phone calls from SBI Credit Card recovery agent named Sony [protected] in very abusive and intimidating language with a direct personal attack.

              This has happened many times but I am making a complaint about today's incident i.e. 1/08/2018.

              I request SBI to look into the matter and doesn't appoint such agent as in Mumbai one person has done suicide for ICICI Bank agent. It is also requested...

              Sir, My credit balance was on 4.12..15Rs 4717at KCCACCOUNT no [protected].but afterward interest debited on 31.12.15 Rs 7185.From where it comes? Further complain about crop insurance premium which was debited on10.1.17Rs2477& on 29.7.17 Rs 400, whereas in the same bank KCCaccount no.[protected] premium was not debited why this discrimination was between two account holder? Please settle the account accordingly.Thanks

              Sir, I was a existing member of SBI Ftehagarh Farrukhabad KCCACCOUNT No[protected], my credit balance was on 4.12.15 Rs 4717but. afterwards interest debited on 31.12.15.Rs 7185 from where it comes, ?                 My name is Sujith Kumar Surendranathbabu,

                i have recently applied for a personal loan and the lending bank informed me that in my credit score there is a write off SBI credit card ending with 9902.

                i have checked my credit score and i could able to find there are two SBI credit cards are reflecting one is ending with 9902 and the other one is 0738.

                i have not opted for any credit card from SBI neither i have any saving or salary account with SBI. Because of this in correct reporting my credit score is showing low and i am not getting any personal loan.

                Please look into this matter and do the needful

                        On 26th of july around 6:55pm i tried to recharge my jio sim through upi (Bhim app) which was linked to my sbi account, the amount was deducted i. E, rs.398/- but, i didn't receive the recharge. I called jio customer care and they told me to contact my bank, i did that and they provide me a website so, that i can lodge a complaint regarding about my concern. (Support. [protected]@sbi.co.in) this is the very website. I did lodge 3-4 complaints at the same website and i started to receive so many fraud calls around 9-12 from different numbers simultaneously pretending to be from bhim complaints and refund team/jio-support. I even got mail from them asking the details of my card information. I contact sbi customer care and narrated all the incidents how it happened actually but, they couldn't help me and provide me this very website to lodge a complaint. These are the problems i'am facing since the past five days, your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

                          There has been series of deduction from my saving account without my prior permission which left me with insecurity on my saving account under your bank.
                          Below are the messages i received after amount been deducted from my account-

                            I have filled the fee for uppsc application and when i am trying to submit the form. It is asking for transaction id/journal no. I have forgot to capture the snapshot. I have taken bank reference no from the account from which i paid this amount and when i am entering that reference no. It is getting error:
                            "your entered bank name, transaction id/journal no. And date either not matched or your bank details are not available on the website."

                            Kindly assist me to know this detail so that form can be filled.

                              I got a message from sbi
                              ALERT: You have made two invalid login attempt for your username on 31th july, 2018 at 6:21 pm IST. You are left with one more attempt and your user access will be locked for a day post 3 wrong password attempt.
                              I didn't try to log in my online sbi net banking at that time.
                              How is this possible?
                              Please suggest what to do next
                              Is it a SBI server problem?

                                  Yesterday i came to know when i extract my cibil score report that sbi has given loan to another pserson on my name and document which is unethical and illegal. Details as are:-

                                  Yesterday 23.60 rs debited from my account six times as a subject Insufficient Balance ATM decline charges even i did not use my ATM since last 50 days .could you please review it. if it will be the same in future than i have to close my account.

                                    I am anu ashok from kerala. My sbi po and clerk mains exam is in adi shankara inst of engg tech, kaladi, ernakulam on 4th and 5th of august 2018.
                                    As it is raining non-stop here in kerala, the government has announced to open idukki dam shutters shortly. This will result in flood and many places will be under water including the exam center and the places nearby. Please look into this matter as early as possible and do the needful so that we could attend the exam hassle free.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    i have defence pension holder in sbi mullanpur (ludhiana) my account no is [protected] gurjit singh toor in this branch. My pension app is showing error and ia do not got my pension status clearly. I approach many times to branch staff but i do not got it. So you are requested to add the data in the pension app. Thanks

                                      Dear sirs.

                                      On 27.06.2018 from my sbi credit card unauthorized transaction done without knowing some rs. 57205.42/- from "etihadair airway ey ahqimm tokyo jp" same has been complaint to sbi charge bank team with filled unauthorized form and submitted on 27.06.2018. And parallel sbi credit card blocked.
                                      From sbi team it will take min. 120 days for investigation like that mail received from sbi team. Then from sbi team no call / correspondence not yet received.

                                      Same time sbi team inform me they will issue new card. But still not received my new card but bill generate on 23.07.2018. Saying that rs. 60166/-.in statement only rs.200/- is my transaction remaining all unknown transaction. Same inform to sbi help line mr. Karan kumar on 25.07.2018.

                                      Dear sudheer naik, Please note that the maximum time frame for any transaction related dispute is 120 days from the date of starting investigation., as we are dependent on external feedback such as acquiring banker. We try to do our best to resolve the dispute at the earliest.
                                      From june onward my car loan emi is not being deducted, pls help in addressing it. my phone number is [protected]
                                      Sir my father is the the existing member of sbi bank and has done bussiness since last 18 year
                                      So my father went to lending educational loan but the bank manger talk us very badly.

                                      Please take immediately action against sbi khirkiya branch Manger otherwise i will charge FIR against SBI.
