My name is kishori lal having sbi a/c no [protected]. An unauthorised transaction is done through my debit card. A transfer of rs 7230 is shown on dt[protected] in my mini statement. On dt 04/08/2018 ihave used my debit card for transferring of rs 7000 to uco bank holder naming hans raj... But unfortunetly trnasaction become failed and no money is transfer to hans raj... But mini statement shows that rs 7230 is transffered to unknown source... Pl help me.

    Illegal withdrawal of money from my account on 22.07.2018 through atm moolchand, delhi. I had withdrawn 5000.00 for myself early morning around 9:00 am from south extension part 2 branch after than a sum of 20, 000 and 15, 000 were withdrawal and amount of 30000.00 was transfer to another account names as mubarak ansari from atm moolchand, delhi. I had a total loss of 65, 000. I hadn’t shared my bank details and atm pin to anyone. I had already registered an online fir on same day in lajpat nagar police station and also informed the parent bank on 23.07.2018 i. E within 24 hrs but they are saying its not their job, cyber crime had to deal with it. Now who is going to pay my money back as there is no fault of mine.

      csh wdl means

      My account was debited csh 30000 what is this i tried to atm withdraw 30000 the rupes could not get but debited for my account then revirse atm withdrawal creadited to my account 30000 but then csh wdl debited 30000 where is my 30000 rupees, plz tell me that what is csh wdl and plz help my 30000 rupees was debited where it was i could not get the rs...

      My account no:[protected]. I am using net banking for the past 10 years. For the past 6 months i am receiving delayed otp for the transaction i try to do. So the transaction cannot be carried out. It gives me tension and worry. It is meaningless to continue as a customer in sbi. I should spread this message in social media for their inability to solve this. If we complain on line we get regret message for not able to register my complaint

        I have submitted form 15h on 7.4.18 against my fd in sbi. The concernd staff has not submitted it in the system & has given me the receiving also. Now my a/c has been deducted with rs2898 as tax deduction. After my so many complaints neither the branch has solved my problem nor the sbi complaint cell has helped me. So i am complled to contact banking ombudsman with that receiving signed by the officer of branch.

          I got fraud call on 1st august 2018. He had asked me details to varifying my card nd for reward points i hv given him information after some time i found that he had used my card nd for paytm noida. Nd 9905 rs are used from my credit card... I realize it was fraud nd i have complain about it in customer care nd block my card. The payment of rs 9905 was in prosess for 2 days i have inform to my bank branch dey have said me dnt worry we will stop it.. But next day in morning the payment was done now what should i do..

            cash retracted by cdm

            While depositing rupees : 10000/- (4*500 4*2000) cash to my account using cdm cardless transaction. It displayed cash message remove cash and machine opens its deposit slot and cash was locked in slot, no way to remove cash. After while slot closed and says error "transaction timeout".

            I am a Family Pensioner of Railway, getting Pension from SBI Branch NEPANAGAR, Distt. Burhanpur (MP), IFSC No. SBIN0001306, SB AC No. [protected]. I asked for my Pension Slip for last month, but the concerned staff not issued the same, then I contacted the Branch Manager with my grievances. He also raised his hand and expressed his inability to show that, I am sorry. How tell me where should I go, to get this certificate, so I get it. actually, my intention is to obtain the same, as it is required to be produced along with my application to Divisional Railway Manager Bhusawal for want of my Fixed Medical Allowance starts. So kindly consider of my said grievances and have a look to solve my problem.

              money deducted in the name of othpg

              This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of INR 10000
              My account is debited with the name of OTHPG paytm with rs 10000 without any message
              i never use card online and never share card details to anybody
              please give me a solution
              i have compliant to my bank but they have not gave my any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution...

              I am Sanjukta Padhan. My CIF no's. In SBI [protected] & [protected]. TDS from fixed deposit not deposited in income tax authorities. It is not shown in TRACE site of Income tax department. As a result I am not able to file IT return and claim refund. I am not able to link my PAN to both the CIFs on line. The branch is not able to feed the PAN or dedupe the accounts although I submitted my application with copies of PAN and ADHAR cards.

                I have done four transaction Rs.40 + 40 +40 +50 = Total Rs. 170=00 on dt. 24.07.2018 for pay of income tax, But these transactions were not done successful and also not debited in my account on the same time.

                When i checked out balance by on second day dt.25.07.2018. these transactions have been debited from my account no.[protected].
                I have already called at your customer care no.[protected] on dt.26.07.2018,

                Your bank executive was confirm me regarding raise of my complaint manual due to online system is not working on that time. He have not provide me any complaint no.regarding my complaint.

                I have received a call from your side [protected], concerned person confirmed regarding my problem will be sort out in timely.

                Today, dt.02.08.2018, I have called at customer care no.[protected] regarding ask status of my complaint.

                He is saying, no complaint have registered from your side and my call transfer to our senior executive, he have also listen my all problem and disconnect the call without any giving positive reply.

                kindly do the needful at the earliest possible.

                  This is to inform you that sameer khan contact no. [protected] and another contact no. [protected] badly abused and said tell the address will damaged your body part.
                  I called regarding payment due of sbi credit card that please refund payment which was charged extra 30000rs. First he said will provide you settlement till 45000rs then after call to charanjeet kapoor - contact no [protected], he said not possible to do settlement in 45000rs.
                  Hence, when sameer khan admit that he said wrong figure, start abusing me and give threatening to break the legs.
                  Kindly take action against sameer khan.
                  I want action against him as per constitution and laws of our india.

                    Sir, i approached sbi sheegehalli (Ifsc sbi n0041030) branch today 2-8-2018 to get my address changed in my aadhar card (Token number being 14) and accordingly submitted sale deed copy of the flat (Address proof) which was purchased by my son recently where the family including me are living in. The sbi staff asked me to produce original sale deed for verification. I had not brought it since it was in possession of my son who had gone to his office. But i showed my sbi pass book which is open in sheegehalli bank only in which my revised address has already been noted by the bank. They refused to consider it as authentic one. I felt astonished to learn that their own document containing the address is not considerable as authentic one in another transaction in the same branch. This is just a laughworthy matter. When approached, the manager i got the same reply. Aggrieved by this action i am submitting this complaint for consideration and suitable action.

Ab branch koi help nhi kar rha hai. Maine unse cctv footage check dikhane ke liye kaha ki dikhaye kahan transaction hua hai to wo mna kar rha hai. Sir please check this matter on priority basic because i have no money.

                          मेरा atm कार्ड जुलै 2018 को expire हुआ है, मैने custmar care को फोन किया था.मुझे बताया गया के आपका atm card 01 महिने पहले ही भेज दिया है.मगर मुझे मेरा नया atm card आज तक मिला नही...इसलिये मुझे बहोत दिक्कत आ रही है..आपसे बेहतर तो sbh थी..

                            SBI has to educate the people who is working in Customer care center, they are not able to provide any kind of help even being asking for many a times. They fail in providing the basic necessary information as well.
                            I had a query on Phone banking and net banking. Since net banking was not working for me I registered for the phone banking and i dint receive the password at all. So Called the customer care for help. since help desk could not assist me with any answer forwarded my query to second level support. Even then i dint receive any kind of necessary support as the guy was only keep saying we can only provide the information and cant help in any other ways to fix the net banking issue. The most funny thing is he is asking me to reach to SBI branch where my account is there for assistance even after knowing branch closing time. If i need to wait until next day to get my net banking issue fixed then how i would be able to transfer the money during any emergency. Am i suppose to create my emergency situation only during SBI working time... !!?? Is that is the only solution...!!
                            Second level support are suppose to be senior person with much knowledge to resolve the issues. but i was unable to see the difference between 1st level and 2nd level support.The person whom i was on call with, he had a difficult time in communicating in English so, i decided to talk in his language(Telugu) with what ever i know just to get some help. But he was collecting the information from me and saying the same back to me.. unfortunate nothing really helped me after being in call with more than 1/2 hour.

                            I request SBI to take necessary action and assist people with proper response.

                              recovery agent talking in abusive language

                              I have been receiving the phone calls from SBI Credit Card recovery agent named Sony [protected] in very abusive and intimidating language with a direct personal attack.

                              This has happened many times but I am making a complaint about today's incident i.e. 1/08/2018.

                              I request SBI to look into the matter and doesn't appoint such agent as in Mumbai one person has done suicide for ICICI Bank agent. It is also requested...

                              Sir, My credit balance was on 4.12..15Rs 4717at KCCACCOUNT no [protected].but afterward interest debited on 31.12.15 Rs 7185.From where it comes? Further complain about crop insurance premium which was debited on10.1.17Rs2477& on 29.7.17 Rs 400, whereas in the same bank KCCaccount no.[protected] premium was not debited why this discrimination was between two account holder? Please settle the account accordingly.Thanks

                              Sir, I was a existing member of SBI Ftehagarh Farrukhabad KCCACCOUNT No[protected], my credit balance was on 4.12.15 Rs 4717but. afterwards interest debited on 31.12.15.Rs 7185 from where it comes, ?
