Sir, the ppo no.3621 dated 7.9.2006 was sent to chief manager state bank of patlia, main branch hisar vide cao, dhbvn, hisar memo no. 5656/59 sr. Ao/pen/3714 dated 25.08.2017. But till date the dealing of main branch state bank of patila, hisar is not taking any interest to pay the family pension of above ppo. The family pension is to be paid in the account no. [protected] at sbi jhojhu kalan branch. The account no. Of ppo holder is [protected]. It is requested to kindly look into the matter personally and get redressed the genuine grievances as i am facing a great financial hardship due to non payment of my family pension. With thanks, yours faithfully santra devi.

    Sir i asi vinod kumar pathak job at paramilitary force, posted at rangia, guwahati, my account number [protected] sbi rangia bazar branch. I submitted all documents to sbi rangia for personal loan and after scrutiny of document branch manager is forwarded my documents to sbi main branch guwahati on 15 jan2018 for sanction but sbi guwahati not sanction and nor return my documents till date. Please help me

      Respected sir,
      My name is shubham jadhav, talking from pune maharashtra. I am facing some issue regarding home loan. Sbi bank sanctioned home loan to my father. My dad courier the demand letter to bank. But the person who who issue amount of demand letter didn’t get that demand letter. So, she didn’t issue that amount. As a result, we get 23001 amount as a penalty as per rera act.
      After tracing the courier, we come to know that demand letter was received by bank’s person but it was missed by them.
      So in that case, bank refuses to pay the penalty as it was there irresponsible behaviour.
      Plz take require action for that because 23001 rupees is more amount to middle class family.

        I received a call on (12-jan-2018) from ([protected], [protected]) stating that this call is from sbi and my credit card will have reward points. Somehow they utilized my innocence and ignorance. And collected all the information's. Then i received one otp and rs.51, 121 is deducted from my credit card balance.
        Later i called to customer care and inquire and they told that will be fraud call. They informed still the merchant not claim for the transaction and they asked me send the dispute form. But there is no use of complaining to customer care. They are not stopping the transaction even the merchant is not claiming for the transaction and i lost my money.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I received credit card no. [protected] which was yet to be activated. Then i got a call from [protected] on 31.1.18 from vikas at delhi but a lady nikita singh by name introducing herself as from credit card confirming my name & address, then reading out part of my card no. Asked for my date of birth & confirming my full number. Then she asked repeatedly for the digit appearing in the sms in seconds. Thereafter i found rs 10000.00, rs 5000.00, rs 5000.00 has already been transacted at yes bank and idea cell-bill desk. Then i got a call from customer care that it is a fraud that my card is blocked. Customer care advised me to log into [protected]@sbicard.com to give complaint. Online complain is made the next day as internet was slow. Immediately chief manager of my sbi home branch is informed & personally met him on 06.02.18. The same day (06.02.18) i received sms about activation of auto debit on my card which i have never asked for or filled up in the form.
          How can it happen without activating card?
          Please look into this case and take necessary actions on the above mentioned frauds.

                    I tried to withdrawal 10000 rs. from PNB ATM today at 5'o clock. I did not get money due to some technical problems but the money was deducted from my account. I talked with the customer care executive.He told me that he has registered my complain and I will be able to get my money within 7 days. I hope the problem will be solved in this time period.

                      This is Haswanth, I see there is some outstanding which is levied on my credit card although I have paid my total outstanding bill amount. However, I came to know that there is some interest amount is outstanding which I'm unaware, I spoke to customer care department & came to know there is some principal outstanding.

                      I request to please look into this CC issue & wave off the interest charged which is levied, so that i can pay the principal amount

My revised pension order has been forwarded to your office on 04.10.2013 by the Central Pension Accounting Office Trikoot Complex, Bhikaji Kama Place, R K Puram New Delhi.                           I requested several times since last month to sbi bommasandra branch, bengaluru regarding saving account opening form but still i not recieved the same. I have to open my salary account here, but your service is too much slow. Now tell me when your form will be print and availabe to the customers. Please give justification why it is such late that one form is not finalized from last one month.

                            Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- & today 2535/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really don't have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we don't know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                              money deducted but recharge failed and i am not receive my money back yet

                              I am try to recharge [protected] this number from sbi rewardz by 198 my sbi rewards point is 330 =82.50 rupee and rest amount i will pay from oriental bank of commerce debit card for 115.50 rupee. Amount deducted from my bank account but the recharge status is failed i am receive my sbi rewardz points is back but i am not receive my 115.50 back yet please check and refund me my money...

                              I am selvaraj n, account holder of sbi for a long period of time. My account no is [protected]. My home branch is kottar branch.

                              On 11th january 2018, to withdraw the amount of rs.3000/- i have used the atm facility in another bank atm machine. But the atm machine does not send out any money. It happens to be no amount in that machine.
                              But the amount of rs.3000/- is debited from my account.

                              I waited for the amount to be refunded to my account. But even after 12 working days my amount is not credited yet. So i send a complaint mail to customer care. Today (7th february 2018). Its almost 1 month now. But the amount is not refunded yet.

                              I’m in need of money, so i request you to refund the amount as soon as possible. Attached the sms received. Kindly consider my request and do the same.

                              Rs 3000 withdrawn from a/c xx 9974 on 11/01/18 at cbi atm t10a0934. Txn#[protected].

                                    My grandmother, reshmi devi surana has a ppf account in the sbi broadway branch, chennai. Ppf account no. [protected]. I had submitted a nomination form in the month of march 2017 and requested them to update the same. My grandmother had made me the nominee of the account and the branch manager mr. Manoj had told that he would come to check on my grandmother and then update the same because she was bed ridden and document with her thumb print was submitted.

                                    Mr. Manoj came to my house and checked on my grand mother in the month of june 2017. After which, he had informed me that he had updated the nominee in the account. But when my grand mother passed away in july 2017, i went to the bank to withdraw the money in the ppf account and the staff told me that there is no nomination in the account.

                                    I request you to advise me as to what should be done now because the manager has changed and my grandmother has passed away. And i am in urgent need of the funds. Also, i have been going to the branch daily since last two months but they keep telling that the manager is on long leave and the substitute manager doesn’t have the authority to do anything.

                                    I see no progress or initiative from the branch employees and i am really disappointed in the customer service of sbi. Funds are stuck in the account due to negligence of your employees, but my family is having to bear the cost for that.

                                      Iam a state bank saving bank account customer and i openen my account in state bank of india on july 2017 and from that time i didn't got the reward points for transactions i made through my debit card. I have raised a complaint in their site and talkies to the customer care also they said to wait for 7 days bit 1 and half month happened but they are not talking any responsibility.
