With due respect, i aman prakash, reg. No. [protected] tried to make payement for aiims mbbs entrance exam of rs 1500 on pos [protected] at mopsbidrcard through state bank debit card ending 3202 txn#[protected] but the transaction cannot be completed and balance had been deducted from my account.
I request you to kindly proceed the matter and help me out.

My name sanjeev koli and my sbi account no. Is [protected].
This is my education loan with interest 13.90%
on 21-dec-2017 as checked in my statement sbi debit my 2, 653.00
so may i just want to know why sbi taking this types on amount
Suspectect fraudulent transaction has been attempted on our card no.[protected] and [protected] neither myself nor any of my family have used the cards.which were declined due to incorrect CVV`.Please deactivate our cardsThe attempt was made at KENNETH COPELAND MINISTRI on 30.01.18.
I am a costumer of sbi thane East branch..One of employee name ajita dandekar.who is not capable of doing job has been working in bank.no proper service is provided by her and working as if doing sake on costumer..My document has been loss by her and now the branch employee say she has been transfer and no one is helping.very third class service
My A/C no. [protected] has some Lien amount being shown. I have no clue why. I can't transfer money to other SBI account which is impacting me. When I call the customer care, they say call the branch. When I call the branch, no one picks.

In our Rajnandgaon city Pin code - 491441,
there are 3 CDM Machine installed, but all 3 Machine out of order most of the time.
Why this is happening with a reputed bank services.
Request you to resolve it permanently.
We are happy to here about this service,
but totally disappointed with the technical issue
I want to change my date of birth in sbi online as the branch of mine is very busy
So want to change that

    I, neeraja devi d/o v. S. Bhagavan r/o wanaparthy, kuchipudi artist, age 59. I will take loan to start a cultural monthly magine named swarnamuki, runned sucessfully for 10 years, from 2006 the magzine going heavy loss. Untill that i paid bank loan amount.in the year 2005 my mother is expaired. Iam deep in sad. My health is not in condition. So i am not take care of the loan. Iam suffering with bp and diobiatic.
    Now the govt. Of india. Given oppournity to long standing pending case. So i imediatly approch the wanaparthy sbi bank officials. They agreed and settled loan as per my request and paid amount rs.30, 500/- in words thirty thousand and five hundred only on[protected].
    Iam summitted my oringial documents to the bank at the time of loan issued

    Amount 749.73 rupees debited from my account. With the message cheque dishonour. But I didn't issued that cheque because that cheque no. Is not belongs to me. Now the customer care of bank says that was deducted as charges for cheque return. I want help to get back my money.
    RS.50 three times & RS. 5900 was deducted from my SBI savings account without any information & reason by OTHPG GOOGLE OCTRO INC service. Please take necessary action & refund these money in my account as early as possible.

        Dear team,

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

        I visit SBI prantij branch by today morning.There is a token system.i was the first in token but the Clark or SBI employee did allow me for a transaction.when I said this thing then that member thrown my check on my face and I didn't donyour work first.manaer has seen everything but he didn't do anything and laugh on me.This is not tolerable.

        I called on SBI customer care, they didnt lodge complaint & asked to go to police station.
        SBI has become a bank of no security and always welcomes frauds and hackers.
        My money is deducted from my main SBI bank account Available Balance and credit in My Lien Amount? Ho can I get it back in my Main Available Balance?

          Dear sbi branch manager & team, ian having ac with karimanager-kaman road branch. And iam having good relationship from last 8 years with 2 fds also, 5 years back i done 1 rs.75, 000/- tax saving fd, it's maturity date on 31/01/2018, i am not given any auto renewal option and tax saving fd does not have auto renewal option, but fd auto renewed, pls close my fd and credit it to my savings ac as per maturity instruction on urgent basis... Pls clear my request on urgent basis.
          I am attached my previous fd bond also and there is no renewal instruction is there, pls kindly credit my fd amount to my savings account on urgent basis.

            Today i received two sets of sms from sbi on my registered mobile number [protected], of which one say, " you will receive the requested cheque book within 7 working days your account has been debited rs 265.50.the other one say the same only with the difference in debit figure to be rs 354.00.
            my grievance is, i never requested for any cheque book and i am being charged for an unnecessary expense rs 265.50+354=619.50. it is requested to resolve the issue, i do not need any cheque book, i have plenty of leaves in my running book of sbi sb a/c [protected] ifsc sbin0013297

              I visited to your church Rod branch lucknow regarding business loan and when I enquired the loan from your bank manager his behaviour is not satisfactory. First of all he doesn't see my file and he already assumed that I am not capable for loan before any discussion.i only want to know that any loan is available or not or what is process but he directly ask me that "company kholna janate ho ki nhi".My point is that this is the behaviour from your employee for first time visited customer.

                      I tried for net banking payment towards jio rs 399 on 18th july but it was failed and again in my second trial, i have made net banking payment for jio recharge rs 399 on 18th itself.
                      Double payment made to jio, next on 20th july rs 399 (Which was failed on 18thth july), which was not made by me. I inquired to sbi junagadh and they told me that some failor on 18th may push to further on 20th..
                      Kindly look into the matter as double deduction made from my account, so that one payment will back to my account (A/c xxxxx36015).

                      I am having my sbi saving account xxxxxx36015 in junagadh agril university campus branch since 30 years. I am using atm since long and before about 2-3 years back i replaced my atm by new one as old was unable for some online payment/ scratch etc.

                      This year on 20th feb 2017 double atm charge was deducted from my account rs 115 and rs 172.50 (The copy of statement was sent to sbi bank customerecare). Till today sbi has not deposited one charge in my account. It is therefore to kindly help me the matter please..

                        Hi there, i’m the resident of bangalore - please be informed that, dated: 3-2-2018 at 1:35 am i have received a call from sbi customer care chennai code (+9144) saying that my card was declined due to suspected activity. At that time, i was in deep sleep so after listening just hang up the call assuming some wrong call & i just realized and woke up from sleep to check any messages for fraud transactions made. Then i have seen couple of messages as follows:
                        1st message “sek 5682 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx4803 at iberia on 3 feb 18. Remaining credit limit rs. Xxxx” (Which is equalent to rs. 46, 500/-)
                        2nd message “trxn. Of eur 1.80 on your sbi card ending 4803 at rakuten princemin 75 done on 3-feb-2018 has been declined due to suspected activity. Please verify this transaction” & given some numbers to verify the same following helpline.
                        3rd message “dear sbi card holder, your card ending with 4803 has been blocked due to suspected activity, please call us at follows customer care numbers”.
                        4th message “dear card holder, an enquiry was made by fmh center for chest dise to check the validity of your sbi card xx4803. We regret to inform you that we could not validate your sbi card xx4803. Please call sbi card helpline to know more.
                        Immediately i have called customer care to block the card but cc team has told the said credit card was already temporary blocked, so i have requested them to block it permanently. Then i have registered a complaint for fraud transaction & given reference number for the same. They told my request will go for investigation and will be confirmed by 26th feb 2018. If they identified if it is genuine fraud transaction, then my account will get credited to the extent of deducted amount. If not, then i will be liable for this amount.
                        I have a question here, without otp for such a big amount how the transaction has made successfully? Secondly, to my knowledge i have not shared my credit card number or cvv to anyone. Then how the details were disclosed to access my card? If it is system failure (Sbi credit card) then our accounts are not secured so we must think to carry such unsecured cards.
                        However, i have made a complaint nearby police station for any future reference if i have been asked by sbi team.
                        Kindly suggest if any of you have been experienced same kind of situation and what are the consequences you have faced to come out of the rid.

                          I have more than 1 lac rupees amount in my account, in passbook print balance shown more than 1 lac which is correct but in mobile msg and in atm balance it shown on 2000, so difficult to withdrawn amount from atm due to showing insufficient balance.
                          This issue is from last one month but not getting positive reply and solution from branch office as well as nasik head office.
                          Very worst customer support.

                            Hello,

                            My sbi savings account is closed without my consent. I had more than rs 350 in my account, i am using this account since 2005, i have my sbi ppf account linked to this particular sbi savings account and i regularly deposit money every year to my ppf account.

                            After several mails and complaints sbi customer care only provided one solution to contact my home branch or to visit sbi branch and as i stay in usa it is impossible to visit any sbi branch.

                            First complaint date 8/01/2018 under the ticket number op[protected] closed without resolving and second sbi complaint registered on 05/02/2018 and ticket number cs[protected]

                            Sbi manyata embassy business park bangalore never responds to any of my emails or phone calls.

                                I am Saranya V Nair. I have done the payment of SBI recruitment 2018 (through this site : - http://ibps.sifyitest.com/sbijacsjan18/index.php )on February 3rd of 2018 and the amount was deducted from my account but it will shown that you didn't complete the payments (Reg.                                   On 04/02/2018 i got message as rs.5900 and rs.50 deducted by google *octro inc but i did not authorised the transaction. Even i did not get any otp to my registered mobile number ending with xxxx6682, i have already given complaint in bank also but they are not taking complaint and told that its a cyber crime thats why i am complaining here. The screen shot is also attached

                                    This is to bring in your notice that my father late naresh prasad mishra was ex-govt. Employee from pwd was getting pension in sbi a/c no. [protected]. He expired on[protected], on his behalf my mother nunu mani devi (Mishra) suppose to get pension as govt. Rule family pension to my mother sbi a/c no. [protected]. I was in touch with your bank staff jagjoy kumar (Mobile no.-[protected]), as per him they have send nunu mani file to patna on dated[protected] to family pension division patna. Once i have spoken to family pension division patna to mr. Umer khan (Mobile no. [protected]), came to know that they have return nunumani file to bhagalpur sbi, as there was name differ in ppo as well as in bank account. As per ppo our mother name is nunu mani devi and bank account is in the name of nunu mani mishra. When today i called mr. Jagjoy kumar he handed over his mobile to their college who told us i am not write person i am handling general account not pension or loan, speak to some one else. Today i become confused where is nunu mani file, whom we have contact, what we to do to get her pension. Request you please help to get pension to my mother nunumani as soon as possible because her health condition is not good.
                                    Our father account is also fridge, according to bank staff, money will transfer to our mother account after settlement of father pension. Her health condition is not good, we want to keep her delhi along with us, but due to bank pension and her reporting to bank, we can't keep her along with us.

                                      Being a middle class person in india, we will receive a lessl salary. After paying rent, and all allowances we will have only 4000 to 3000rs in my account. But, banks are deducting large amounts from our accounts for not maintaining. This not at all good sign from the central government to impose rules to banks to deduct amount.
                                      Sbi ac no [protected] deducted 1000 rs in the month of dec and jan
                                      We can not maintain a minimum balance of 3000rs our accounts due to lot of family constraints.
                                      Being a normal citizen of india, iam asking govt to take stringent against their rules set up by the government to trouble all the citizens. This is not at all good sign from all the banks.

                                      My axis bank account also deducted 1000 rs in the month of jan.

                                      Please take necessary action against this type of of rules to trouble all the citizens.
                                      Please do any improvements for the benefit of citizens

                                        I bought a jacket from Myntra but since it was not delivered to me I ask Myntra to refund me and Myntra send me with a refund reference number [protected] but stil i didn’t get my refund . It’s been more than two months and stil SBI is not processing my refund . Never though I would have to wait this much long to get a refund initiated . Please help
