A refund of 699 rupees was successfully processed on 08 jan 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer services many times but none of them resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    I got sms to pay gift parcel from uk amount 35000 +96000 for parcel and pounds sent in the parcel to so account

      I not got my amzon refund of 2095/- in my sbi bank account which was successfully initiating by the amazon on 04/01/2018. I called many times on sbi customer support but no response. I confirmed many times by amazon customer support they told me that your refund had already proceed. They also gave me a transaction reference number. I request you to please proceed my transaction which is hanged betwen somewhere.

        Dear sir,
        One of our customers has got a fraudulent call from a person who said that he is an sbi official. He asked her card number, date of expiry, pin and cvv of the card ending with 7410 number on 21/07/2017 and on 22/07/2017 and made 4 transactions of rs 20000/-, rs 20000/- and rs 10000/-, rs 10000/- respectively. Kindly trace out that transaction and refund the amount to our customer.

          Sub:sbi creditcard and debit card fraudelent trasaction

          Respected sir,
          I have sbi credit card no ([protected]) on 5/12/2017 i had call from no.[protected]. And asked me my credit card and debit card. I asked her why you want? She replied me that your credit card is not working. To card working we want information. That time i was busy also and on duty, therefore i had given the card information to her but within second transaction of rs 9999 from my credit card and 5999 rs from my sbi debit card made ([protected]). Imediatly i contact sbi bank kankavli, maharastra. (416602) and block my both card and compaliant to local police (Kankavli). But no action taken from sbi credit card and sbi bank. I send hard copy of disputted form to sbi card. Now on 5/01/2018. They send me letter about payment of outstanding 0f 9999 rs. Also informed me that there was no fraudelent trasaction from my account. I am amazed that still ([protected]) is active. I am not actually made such transaction. As a common person, i am not easily aware banking language ex.. (Otp/vcc) now sbi card want me to pay 9999, if i was not actually did any transaction, how can i pay the amount 9999 rs. (Fraud trasaction was made in favour of mobile wallate, jaipur) i had no connection with mobile wallate jaipur, and debit card trasaction with ola cab. These trasaction was made from [protected], its a fraud number. I searched that there were many cases like this. (Sbi card/bank) and no action is taken by sbi card, sbi bank. And police station. Please guide me, i am look forward to your replay and resolution of my problem,

            Sir myself s nabeel from mayyanad village, kollam district, kerala state. I linked my aadhar to bank account.in bank records aadhar status is linked from 3/10/2017. But i cannot link my aadhar to aadhar subsidy in bank account. And in npci it shows aadhar bank linking status inactive. Kindly resolve my problem. Due to this my pg scholarship is with held. So that i couldn't pay my second semester fees.

              Sir, there is no display boards for giving any type banking process. Here people wander desk to desk to there banking works. Today i entered in this branch for a demand draft but how sorry! I could not get it till 4 o'clock. Take effective action. The responsible officer could not resolve my problem. Another problem is regarding printing machine that was no use because the needed bar code couldn't be issued by concerning authority. Unfortunately i spent my 3 and half hours for merely 10 minutes work. I felt so nervous in banking with you.

                Dear team,

                Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud.

                I also called sbi customer care but they said that first i need to take phone banking then they can help us. What kind of service, sbi is providing to their customer.

                We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis.

                    I have changed the bank account for gas subsidy from icici bank to sbi. Since i have closed icici account. I went to sbi, indane gas agencies to confirm that i have changed the account for gas subsidy credit. But from last 3 re-fills when i had changed the account, i am not getting subsidy, if i go and check the indane gas site, it is still showing icici bank is linked, if i go indane gas agency they say i must go to sbi bank to modify the details, if i go to sbi they say i have to change it at indane gas agency. I am roaming and struggling from last 5 months. I want to give compliant on both the firms. This proves the government company. Please suggest

                      Sir, five times wrong amount debited with my saving account no. [protected]. No any sms in my registered mobile no. [protected]. Details of my wrong transaction 21/11/2017 amt 772, 25/11/2017 amt 699, 26/11/2017 amt 417.90, 24/12/2017 amt 30 and 28/12/2017 amt 252.                           We have created a home loan account in sbi padmanabhanagar. We had requested for a mclr conversion on 4th november. Still it's not processed. The manager was said it will be done in 20 working days and asked us to provide a conversion fee. Other sbi home loan branch waives the fee. We have been roaming to the branch many times and no success.

                              I am a retired circle auditor. My sb a/c no. [protected] is maintained at sbi chhaoni nagpur (5999). Even though i am a retired person minimum balance charges are recovered on 30.11.2017 & 31.12.2017 rs.59.00 only each. I therefore request you to arrange for refund of rs118.00 only erroneously recovered from my a/c (As pensioners are not required to maintain minimum balance). Further i request you not to levy these charges in future.
                              I also request you to classify my above a/c as staff a/c (Kyc has been completed)

                                An amount rs.3000 has been withdrawn twice from my SBI account on[protected]. On updating the passbook I saw the entries in my passbook with details of othpg[protected] & othpg[protected] paytm noida. Last 4 degits of my sbi account is 1041. Please let me know to whose paytm wallet the money was sent and I want a refund of the amount.

                                  I have some issue with resetting my password for my online sbi account i am entering correct DOB but getting error telling it is wrong DOB, kindly share me the Date of birth bank holding for my account and the account details are as follows:

                                  Please find attachment for error i am facing while trying to do Forgot password procedure and kindly share me the date of birth exists in the bank records.

                                  I called SBI customer care and dnt get any help in turn i got a phone number and mail id related to the respective branch where i opened the account i reached through call and mail but no response i got back .I opened account in my native now i am staying 500 kms .

                                  mail id i sent mail: sa.[protected]@sbi.co.in, agmadmin.[protected]@sbi.co.in --no response fro these mails too

                                    I have a saving account in SBI sector 37 C Chandigarh. In spite of repeated complaints to branch I am unable to get SMS on my registered mobile. Messages of withdrawal through ATM are received but SMS for deposit or manual withdrawal/transfer are never received. More than four times cash is deposited and so many times the amount is withdrawn or transferred but I have never received the SMS. My SMS alert was reset by the branch but without any result. Please arrange to solve my problem as early as possible.

                                      I have got a refund from paypal on 15/01/2018 but till now it has not credited to my account in SBI
                                      I have contacted paypal and also visa card provider, they all said that the delay is by the bank . The transaction id of refund is 5X[protected]K .
                                      please do take neccessary action to get my money back . I have attached the picture of details provided by paypal.
