The internet banking username and password are provided to us in an enveolpe with the hit no printed on it too. coffee felt on that paper destroying the kit no i have the user name and password which were not affected but my kit no is totally blurred and tored in that region. so can you provide me with the kit no only or help me with something else.

    Dear sir/madam

    As per rbi guidelines all online users has to register their credit card/ debit card for online purchases. I use sbi atm cum debit card for most online purchases. The online website of sbi www.onlinesbi.com has a link for verified by visa link, which are meant for registering the atm cum debit card (As there is a different site for registering a credit card).

    However this link which directs you to https://acs.onlinesbi.com/sbi/enrollment/enroll_welcome.jsp which offers state bank of india 3d-secure services. This however requires you to register. However the registration page does not take you anywhere but show you a 404 error.

    I have trying with ie8, firefox, chrome, opera ad other browsers, but the same error of page not found emerges. To top it all the contact email seems to be inactive and mail never give reply (Gm. [protected]@sbi.co.in and sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in) these both no reply came since hours and days.

    This is pure incompetence on the part of sbi in maintaining e-services through their portals. Mails to sbi there is no response or solution. Its useless to phone the toll free number given in the site as some always answers these calls from the call centers. Please register these complaints so that sbi can inform and give much better services to its customers.

    If sbi officials are not giving a solution today, i will be forced to take this matter to the obdisman/ court legally for a compensation for the loss i have got due to the loss of my time.

    Note : another great fun is that the banking ombudsman complaint lodge web link is also not working. I feel like am top of the world. Thank you rbi and sbi for this international service.

      I went to the indrapuri branch of sbi bank this morning to deposit a cheque in my father's account. The cheque deposit machine was not accepting my cheque so i asked for help from a sbi employee miss/mrs. Nidhi singh. I told her the problem but instead of helping me she discourteously replied that i should have brought a cheque that is not folded. With due respect i told her that when i received the cheque it was already folded. Then she sent a man with me to help me insert my cheque in the machine. But the machine rejected the cheque again.
      The man went to miss/mrs. Nidhi singh to bring the keys of the machine. At that time, miss/mrs. Nidhi very arrogantly and insolently said "kahaan se aa jaate hain aise dehaati log!". It was a dishonourable, ill-mannered, unprofessional behaviour. I felt humiliated. No person, educated or uneducated, has a right to degrade other people for no reason. It is not tolerable at all. A strong action should be taken against that employee.

            This is with reference to your credit card bill as on 19.01.2018. I wish to share that you are again exceed charged late fee rs-500 + tax = rs. 551/- which is totally financial violence. However the matter is in under proceedings for reversal previously bill dispute amount. All the disputes transactions detail already shred to you and consumer help line desk. Hereby i would like informed you that please reverse the said amount and remain the following amount. So that i will be able to pay of your balance amount if any dues. Otherwise i have no any option to go to the consumer legal desk. I hope the you will do the need full and close the my petition.

            This is with reference of SBI credit card bill vide no #B[protected] dated:[protected] reference SBI reference blocked card no #[protected]. I wish to share that the said incorrect charged [protected]@1776/- I have already been paid the all actual used bill amount. Thereafter they are
            Sending incorrect bill to me in the every month. I sent email to the sbi card bank concern department: ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@gov.in, [protected]@sbicard.com) in this regards for the reversal the said amount but i am not getting any response from the bank. I am great surprise i have
            Again received bill for the month of January -2018 with LATE FeeRs-500+Tax-51, it is indicating
            Of customer harassment and financial violence.
            Therefore i request you to please see the my problem and advise.

              Dear sir,

              I closed my stdr a/c [protected] at sbi raja-ka-darwaja branch code 002598 on 19/01/2018. Bank has illegally deducted a huge amount of rs 29363.00 as tds on the date of closure and parked the amount in bgl a/c[protected] locally for credit to the government a/c. This amount itself is more than 50% excluding the tds deducted each year in normal course. Moreover interest paid below the applicable rate for sbi pensioner which is 1.5% above public rate. I request to reverse the amount along with applicable interest before the end of month to avoid blockage for a long period in the hand of government department as well as lose of interest for the period of delayed period. It will be a great help for a pensioner if it will be credited in my pension a/c at the earliest and before transferred to income tax account in accordance to bank rule.

                i link my Adhar no with my bank account no [protected] but Adhar linking status not updated on npci server that's why i am no reciveing any adhar based benefits i meet my bank they said your bank account has been link to Adhar no. then i talk to npci costumer care on email they said Adhar link /seeding done by bank end only
                my adhar linking recipt and passbook and adhar linking status on internet banking atteched with this mail please solve my issue as soon as possible as soon as possible

                  Kindly help as i'm unaware my that rs.100 was retained and why it did not reflect in my account balance. I request you to provide me a detailed explanation of why rs.100 was retained and what was the verification for?

                    This guy took all the details and then he said you will receive a confirmation call.
                    A girl called for confirmation. She sounds not relevant. After going through process i smell fraud. So i said no.

                    Then this girl started abusing. I have made police complaint immediately. And called my uncle who is in police department. They were not able to make damage to me. But for others and to teach lesson them. I made complaint...

                        I have taken an SBI StyleUp Credit Card and paid the first bill on 11 Dec 2017. However, still waiting for the promised "FBB Welcome Gift Voucher worth 500 Rs". Now i am even concerned about the other promises which was made by SBI including anniversary gift of 2000 bonus reward point (worth Rs 500) every year on paying renewal charges (which ideally make card free for lifetime).

                        As per the SBI representative, when the customer pays the first bill of the credit card, they are supposed to get a welcome gift voucher of FBB worth Rs. 500 which SBI did not provided.

                        Its really disappointing to see for such small things, customer need to contact the customer care N number of times which they shouldn't ideally need to do and required lot of followup with SBI who is always in NOT RESPONDING state.

                        This issue is still not resolved. Request you to escalate the case to higher management of SBI to look into these matter closely to resolve existing issues and avoid inconvenience to future customers.

                            A refund of 699 rupees was successfully processed on 08 jan 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer services many times but none of them resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  One of our customers has got a fraudulent call from a person who said that he is an sbi official. He asked her card number, date of expiry, pin and cvv of the card ending with 7410 number on 21/07/2017 and on 22/07/2017 and made 4 transactions of rs 20000/-, rs 20000/- and rs 10000/-, rs 10000/- respectively. Kindly trace out that transaction and refund the amount to our customer.

                                    Sub:sbi creditcard and debit card fraudelent trasaction

                                    Respected sir,
                                    I have sbi credit card no ([protected]) on 5/12/2017 i had call from no.[protected]. And asked me my credit card and debit card. I asked her why you want? She replied me that your credit card is not working. To card working we want information. That time i was busy also and on duty, therefore i had given the card information to her but within second transaction of rs 9999 from my credit card and 5999 rs from my sbi debit card made ([protected]). Imediatly i contact sbi bank kankavli, maharastra. (416602) and block my both card and compaliant to local police (Kankavli). But no action taken from sbi credit card and sbi bank. I send hard copy of disputted form to sbi card. Now on 5/01/2018. They send me letter about payment of outstanding 0f 9999 rs. Also informed me that there was no fraudelent trasaction from my account. I am amazed that still ([protected]) is active. I am not actually made such transaction. As a common person, i am not easily aware banking language ex.. (Otp/vcc) now sbi card want me to pay 9999, if i was not actually did any transaction, how can i pay the amount 9999 rs. (Fraud trasaction was made in favour of mobile wallate, jaipur) i had no connection with mobile wallate jaipur, and debit card trasaction with ola cab. These trasaction was made from [protected], its a fraud number. I searched that there were many cases like this. (Sbi card/bank) and no action is taken by sbi card, sbi bank. And police station. Please guide me, i am look forward to your replay and resolution of my problem,

                                      Sir myself s nabeel from mayyanad village, kollam district, kerala state. I linked my aadhar to bank account.in bank records aadhar status is linked from 3/10/2017. But i cannot link my aadhar to aadhar subsidy in bank account. And in npci it shows aadhar bank linking status inactive. Kindly resolve my problem. Due to this my pg scholarship is with held. So that i couldn't pay my second semester fees.

                                        Sir, there is no display boards for giving any type banking process. Here people wander desk to desk to there banking works. Today i entered in this branch for a demand draft but how sorry! I could not get it till 4 o'clock. Take effective action. The responsible officer could not resolve my problem. Another problem is regarding printing machine that was no use because the needed bar code couldn't be issued by concerning authority. Unfortunately i spent my 3 and half hours for merely 10 minutes work. I felt so nervous in banking with you.
