I had received a fraud call dated 20th june, 2017 from the mobile number – 965493xxxx (True caller name shown as ‘state bank of india’), where the person mentioned that she is calling from state bank of india personal customer executive and further this call is about my cashback amount for using the credit card based on the reward points being accumulated on my credit card.
The caller already have all the sensitive details of my credit card, dob regarding my name, card number, cvv and also the expiry date. She transfer the call to her manager for verification but i did not provide any details about my card because they already had all the sensitive details about my credit card. So, after having a discussion for almost 15 to 20 minute the manager of sbi told me that the cashback will be credited back to my account within 24 to 48 hours.

Further, after few minutes i understand that my account has been debited by rs. 25000 where there are 5 transactions of rs. 5000 each. It was only then i understood that it was a fraud call. I immediately tried calling back on the same number, but the number was switched

    Sir my name is naresh rawat and i have my account in sbi bank bari (10065), subzi mandi (243101) and my account no is [protected]. Sir i have deposit my chq on 18.12.2017 in my bank branch and i have ask the bank manager about my check which i have deposited, he keeps on giving me this answer i don't know check will come from jaipur and one of my friend who is also having account in the same bank and branch he has received his check after 6 months and now the manager is saying ask the person to give him new cheque, sir i don't want this to happen to me also the bank manager it's not doing his duty so i want you to take some necessary action so people who is suffering because of incompetency of the bank manager can have some relief.[protected] and my other number is [protected].

    It's been more than 7 days since I last complaint against bank manager when I have came to know about this thing also ki all the employees they are not doing their work and try to push their customers away and misbehaving with them so it's really important for all o[censored]s citizen to make it sure that this will not going to happen to anyone any o[censored]s because they are there to help us not to make us feel insulted these employees who's working with SBI Badi they treat people like dirt and when somebody try to speak the push him away. I WANT SOME ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE BANK OFFICIALS.

    The name of the Bank official one is Jugal Kishore who is misbehaving with almost everyone and security guard sitting outside and all most everyone in SBI bari branch please and look into the matter and save the discomfort which everyone is facing i[censored] take some action against SBI bari branch it will be a great help to all the people I might be the first person who has complaint against these people most of the people they are illiterate and that is why that keep on bullying them and ill treating them just because they are illiterate I REALLY WANT THIS TO STOP SO I am reaching out to you to solve this problem thank you.

      I'm already dealing this with sbi customer care and even escalated to level 3. I repeatedly get the same templated message rather than giving me clarification on the incorrect transaction.

      Dealing with - tushar tanej, from customer service head - sbi card

      Here is the history:-

      1. I did a purchase on amazon, with 9 months emi facility
      Transaction date: 25-nov-2017
      Transaction amount: 10, 707.70 debited in my sbi

      2. Cancelled the order on amazon day within an hour or so. On same day i can also see in statement, the amount is credited back
      Transaction date: 25-nov-2017
      Transaction amount: 10, 707.70 credited in my sbi

      Till here it's fine. Order cancelled, money returned back.

      3. Again on 28-nov-2017, the amount seems to have transferred to merchant. The question is why was this done when it's already cancelled on 25th nov 2017?
      Here is the transaction record:- 28 nov 17 - transfer to merchant emi - 10, 707.70 d

      4. For the same, emi 1, started reflecting on the statement. This should not be charged as i have cancelled the purchase.
      25 dec 17 fp - emi 01/09 (Excl tax 22.49) - 1, 260.22 m

      I'm asked to pay this first emi, even tough transaction is cancelled. Taken the discussion till l3, but i didn't get any help from them. They are telling the first emi, conversation usage has to bore by the customer.

          Please be inform you that when my card closed since 6 months before thereafter why charging as a card annual fee and late payment fee. Which is totally financial violence, kindly reverse the below amount as you charged exceed late fee and card annual fee and its taxes. Details as given below. Then i will able to payment of balance dues otherwise i have no any option to go the consumer court.

          Dear sir/madam,

          This is with reference of SBI credit card bill vide no #B[protected] dated:[protected] reference SBI reference blocked card no #[protected]. I wish to share that the said incorrect charged [protected]@1776/- I have already been paid the all actual used bill amount. Thereafter they are
          Sending incorrect bill to me in the every month. I sent email to the sbi card bank concern department: ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@gov.in, [protected]@sbicard.com) in this regards for the reversal the said amount but i am not getting any response from the bank. I am great surprise i have
          Again received bill for the month of January -2018 with LATE FeeRs-500+Tax-51, it is indicating
          Of customer harassment and financial violence.
          Therefore i request you to please see the my problem and advise.

            Hello my name is ranjan mohan. I am holding sbi credit card on fixed deposit.

            I got it four month back, three month i have used it and paid my bill on time, as its credit limit is just 17k, i requested them to increase the limit to 60k..
            They initatlly told there is no offer right now but we will increase it if possible looking my previous history.

            Now suddenly after utilizing 17k, my credit limit increased and i got 17k, 15k, 9k respectively in my account..

            As my need i spended the amount but now after 3 days i saw my balance in negative 29k.

            And total outstanding balance 46k.

            Now i got frustated because of that also my salry is very less and i cant be able to pay..
            I requested them to increase my limit and they are telling its not possible and making my daily balance negative..

            I had discussion with the floor head and they told its not possible to increase the limit.

            I am very frustated because of that and need help here and want to sue them with 10lakh rupees and also my limit should be increased.

              I had submitted my application to racpc (Retail asset credit processing cell) bhopal through sbi satpuda bhawan branch, for the release of the last installment of my home loan, against the actual expenditure of 75 lakh + 0n 22nd december 2017.. However the satpuda bhawan branch has very positively pursued the case, racpc has not released the money as yet, in spite of many reminders.. This reflects incompetence of the branch, as well sends a wrong message about the intentions..
              An immediate action is desirable..

                  Respected sir/mam,
                  My self subhajit bandyopadhyay have an sappm account at axis bank, rajarhut, kolkata (‎ifsc utib0000669).
                  I use axis bank debit card for my regular transaction.
                  On 09.07.17 (Sunday morning at about 9.45 am) i went to sbi atm at maheshtala – banerjee hut kolkata - 700141. To withdraw money. I do not have my mobile phone with me at that time.
                  At first transaction thru’ my axis bank debit card, for rs. 9500/- atm replied transaction declined due to atm card error. I thought that i have wrongly inserted the card. So, again i insert my debit card of axis bank & that time i punched for rs.9000/- & again it failed with same reply, “transaction declined due to atm card error”.
                  After coming home & opening my mobile i saw rs. 9500/- and rs. 9000/- deducted from my account.
                  I put a complain at about 10.30 am on same day. Complain no. Was [protected].
                  On 17.07.17 i got refund of rs. 9500/- in my axis account. But i did not get refund of rs. 9000/-!!!
                  For balance amount of rs. 9000/- again i put a complain to axis bank customer care on 20.07.17. Complain no. Was [protected].
                  No reply from their end till 28.07.17.
                  Again i put a complain to axis bank nodal officer. Service request no. [protected] on 01.08.17.
                  I personally visited to my home branch at rajarhat, i discussed the issue with bank officer. As suggested by him again i filled up one form where i clearly mentioned that i need refund of rs 9000/-
                  On 21.08.17 rs. 9000/- credited to my account & at the same time rs. 9500/- debited from my account under the same head. I asked clarification thru’ mail, letter over phone. They don’t reply.
                  On october’17 after durga puja my self along with two of my office colleagues visited axis bank, rajarhut branch. Bank officer told me and show me also one page print out of my transaction. I saw only first transaction i, e rs.9500/-is printed there. After that some other person’s transaction is printed. Where is the second transaction as i did it simultaneously? Officer’s don’t have any reply.
                  Another point i asked, after debit & creadit, account balance should match but that was also not matching with my account statement. Axis bank officers (2persons) along with me and two of my friends was present on the table. Bank officer’s admitted that “there is some problem and we will ask sbi for further clarification”. This incident happened on october’17 and today is january’18. Till then they are searching for documents!!!
                  Today is 06.01.18. Almost six months is over and till date my axis bank is unable to refund rs. 9500/- neither they can produce any valid document or justification against that deduction. Axis bank is depending on sbi maheshtala - banerjee hut (‎ifsc-sbin0014527), as they are not providing cctv footage or any other documents.
                  I have also given complain to sbi maheshtala branch (‎ifsc-sbin0014527). No solution till date.
                  Is it our digital india!!! Our prime minister’s dream!!! Is it a service from india’s leading banks?
                  I need your help sir.

                  Hi Team,

                  I have withdraw 2000 Rs from Bank of Baroda ATM based out at sector 31 main market but I have received partial amount which is 500 Rs around 9 am on 14th October. Also, raised a request on time by calling on SBI Customer care number - [protected]. They have raised ticket no : [protected] on 14/10/2018.

                  When I called today to get the status of my request, I was told that your request has been closed and no refund (Rs-1500) generated. Also, contacted bank but no response received.

                  Please guide me through the further process to resolve this issue.

                    This is Chockanathan.P credit card holder of SBI. As discussed on call with Customer Care executive, I have an issue of amount deducted from unauthorized source.I received credit card on yesterday[protected] and yet to receive pin number. Not at all registered. Today morning I received a call from number(update no) and informed about the card details and mentioned about the usage. Also they have asked my personal information for verification. I have provided some personal information in that one information I have provided incorrect but they have corrected me. So I came to know they have known all my personal information and its a valid source. After that they have asked a one time password for card activation. I have provided as they are from bank.I kept my card in home so some information I haven't provided and they asked me to provide by afternoon. And I received a call again by 2.30 pm and I have provided card details for activation as still the card was not activated.After that I received a message an amount of 8300 rs was transferred to JIMMYWALLS ENTERPRISES.
                    Please advise for below questions:
                    1. If my card was not activated how they can able to transfer money, one time password alone is enough for transfer without activation.
                    2. How they came to when the card was dispatched, and all my personal information without my knowledge
                    3.The Customer care executive mentioned the transfer is in progress not yet completed then why can't you cancel the process when I have raised a request
                    4. Amount transferred to a valid account called JIMMYWALLS ENTERPRISES why can't you catch them if a complaint raised against them
                    5. I came to there are several cases raised against to this particular person why still the issue occurs again and again.
                    6.I have activated security services for this card then also this issue then what is the use of security services and why you are charging for that

                      I received call from person representing SBI main branch informing my ATM card is blocked. He asked for Explanation. Date on card, which does not exist. He mentioned First 4 digit of my ATM card and asked to read out remaining no. He also asked me to read OUT 6 Digit OTP, of which I told only 4, when I noticed the OTP was for online purchases. Inspite of this elertness Rs 9999.00 got debited to Airtelmoney.

I am sorry to inform that my brother Mr. Kalish Chandra Pradhan, S/o-Late Ananda Pradhan, At/Po—Sikharpur, Via-Sarankul, Dist-Nayagarh had opened an account under PMJJBY for the safe of his life which is declared by Govt. of India, in State Bank of India, Sarankul branch of Nayagarh district which link with the account no-[protected] and was opened on 07.06.15 but unfortunately he was expired due to heart attack. As legal hire I had submitted all relevant documents near branch manager SBI, Sarankul for claim the insured amount. Since 6 months have passed neither I have not got any claim amount which is declared by Govt. not any response from branch manager of concerned branch. As I have spent a much amount for the treatment of my brother and myself also a poor person it is very difficult to maintain my family.
                        So kindly take this matter a serious one and necessary step for it, so that I will remain grateful near you.

I am sorry to inform that my brother Mr. Kalish Chandra Pradhan, S/o-Late Ananda Pradhan, At/Po—Sikharpur, Via-Sarankul, Dist-Nayagarh had opened an account under PMJJBY for the safe of his life which is declared by Govt. of India, in State Bank of India, Sarankul branch of Nayagarh district which link with the account no-[protected] and was opened on 07.06.15 but unfortunately he was expired due to heart attack. As legal hire I had submitted all relevant documents near branch manager SBI, Sarankul for claim the insured amount. Since 6 months have passed neither I have not got any claim amount which is declared by Govt. not any response from branch manager of concerned branch. As I have spent a much amount for the treatment of my brother and myself also a poor person it is very difficult to maintain my family.
                        So kindly take this matter a serious one and necessary step for it, so that I will remain grateful near you.

                          I m satabdi singh from baran, Rajasthan. I received a call from a girl call pooja regarding sbi card. She said she is from SBI.she asked me for sbi card verification and asked me for otp and cvv no. She told me that i have reward point. I innocently told her otp and cvv no and frequently deducted 8052 rupees from my card. I have been informed that i will receive a shoes and shirt . The amount is deducted in the name of www.epaykerala.com. i need my amount to be refund immediately. I m in trouble so much.

                            Dear sir,
                            I am Abhishek Jain & i am forced to take legal action on sbi .A refund of rupees 1068 was successfully processed on 16th december 2017 by Amazon, to my card no.- [protected] IFSC CODE-SBIN0010169. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number‘288757’ but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund, also they provided me transaction details . i am filing a complain to RBI for sbi becuase its been more then a month, you stucked customers hard earned money and not giving a reply also.
                            RBI WILL CAHRGE HEAVY PENALTY BECUASE YOU REFUSED CONSUMER RIGHT- RIGHT TO BE HEARD & WILL PROVIDE ME REFUND

                            MY LAST WARNING, I WANT RESOLUTION IN 24 HOURS ELSE BEAR HEAVY PENALTY BY RBI .
                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              I have withdrawal 2750/- rs. On dated[protected] through aeps service in sbi kiosk portal, transaction status shown failure but customer's account was debited but bc account is still not credited by this amount. I contact customer's branch manager but they still unable to resolve this issue and our lsp side no response or guidelines provided to me.
                              I really can not understanding that where i should complaint and get resolved by this matter .

                              kindly do the needful or guide me that where i should go for this issue resolution.

                                dom surcharge/tips deduction

                                RS44.20 got deducted from my SBI account as DOM surgharge/tips,
                                I had no idea why it got deducted until I searched online, why should the petrol station charge us for using debit card to pay? and y don't they inform us regarding this in advance?I made a transaction of 1500 and according to the SBI site they should have charged 0.75% for transaction upto 2000 on SBI PoS terminal and 2.5% for other Pos terminals.which eud come upto...

                                I am using windows phone. I use to with your sbi anywhere application since a long. It is regretted that, adding beneficiary feature is not up dated in windows store... It is requested to update on windows store... It is not necessary to have a pc for your every customer of sbi... I had some problem with transferring the funds... I am sure for actions from your database management... Thank you very much and i wish 🌠 the institution a bright future...

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I have an account in sbi in which it has been taken when i was doing my job. Now i completed my job and i want to transfer the branch account cif from maharajpura branch, gwalior to akaveedu. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. My both atm cards not in use, now i want a new atm card. But here i got a problem that my cif no has not been changed. So i cannot able to get atm card at my new branch and not able to change registered address on online banking. This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there. My work is getting disturbed because of this matter. Plz acknowledge this matter. I request you transfer my cif no as well as registered address on online sbi. Please do needful in my account and complete my work...

                                    Today i recieved a call from [protected] (Ramu kumar, bihar) (As of deatails shown by true caller) at 11:40 today. The man on other side told me that he is calling from bank and my atm card is going to block soon and asked for details in order to unblock it. I asked him from which bank he is from to which he answered sbi. I understood it was a fraud call as i don't have any account in sbi. I asked him to give his details for which he started abusing me and diconnected.

                                    I request you to please seriously look into the matter as it is the third time i got a call from such fake number.
                                    Please revert back as what actions you would be taking against them, because most of the time i don't get replies from concerened authorities and this misdeed keeps happening again and again.

                                      My name is paramjeet. My account is in sbi bank branch name bus stand road, mahendergarh. I have make a transaction of 3365 rupees on 1st january through internet banking but the amount is cut from my account and payment not done. So, i complaint to sbi customer care on 6th january and the complaint no. Is. Then on 10th january there is a call by mob. No.[protected] on my mobile no. [protected], caller told that i am from sbi and you have submitted a complaint on 6th january about transaction fail and tell some other details, so i believe on him and he ask my banking details so i tell him. And then he said for reverse transaction of your money we have to done a reverse transaction and for this you have to tell me a code that you receive on your mobile no. And then he empty my account and done two transaction of 3365 and 3365 rupees, a some of total 6730 /- rupees. Then i call sbi and tell about the matter. They tell that you become victim of online fraud. Please help me sir.
