Respected sir/mam,
My self subhajit bandyopadhyay have an sappm account at axis bank, rajarhut, kolkata (ifsc utib0000669).
I use axis bank debit card for my regular transaction.
On 09.07.17 (Sunday morning at about 9.45 am) i went to sbi atm at maheshtala – banerjee hut kolkata - 700141. To withdraw money. I do not have my mobile phone with me at that time.
At first transaction thru’ my axis bank debit card, for rs. 9500/- atm replied transaction declined due to atm card error. I thought that i have wrongly inserted the card. So, again i insert my debit card of axis bank & that time i punched for rs.9000/- & again it failed with same reply, “transaction declined due to atm card error”.
After coming home & opening my mobile i saw rs. 9500/- and rs. 9000/- deducted from my account.
I put a complain at about 10.30 am on same day. Complain no. Was [protected].
On 17.07.17 i got refund of rs. 9500/- in my axis account. But i did not get refund of rs. 9000/-!!!
For balance amount of rs. 9000/- again i put a complain to axis bank customer care on 20.07.17. Complain no. Was [protected].
No reply from their end till 28.07.17.
Again i put a complain to axis bank nodal officer. Service request no. [protected] on 01.08.17.
I personally visited to my home branch at rajarhat, i discussed the issue with bank officer. As suggested by him again i filled up one form where i clearly mentioned that i need refund of rs 9000/-
On 21.08.17 rs. 9000/- credited to my account & at the same time rs. 9500/- debited from my account under the same head. I asked clarification thru’ mail, letter over phone. They don’t reply.
On october’17 after durga puja my self along with two of my office colleagues visited axis bank, rajarhut branch. Bank officer told me and show me also one page print out of my transaction. I saw only first transaction i, e rs.9500/-is printed there. After that some other person’s transaction is printed. Where is the second transaction as i did it simultaneously? Officer’s don’t have any reply.
Another point i asked, after debit & creadit, account balance should match but that was also not matching with my account statement. Axis bank officers (2persons) along with me and two of my friends was present on the table. Bank officer’s admitted that “there is some problem and we will ask sbi for further clarification”. This incident happened on october’17 and today is january’18. Till then they are searching for documents!!!
Today is 06.01.18. Almost six months is over and till date my axis bank is unable to refund rs. 9500/- neither they can produce any valid document or justification against that deduction. Axis bank is depending on sbi maheshtala - banerjee hut (ifsc-sbin0014527), as they are not providing cctv footage or any other documents.
I have also given complain to sbi maheshtala branch (ifsc-sbin0014527). No solution till date.
Is it our digital india!!! Our prime minister’s dream!!! Is it a service from india’s leading banks?

I have withdraw 2000 Rs from Bank of Baroda ATM based out at sector 31 main market but I have received partial amount which is 500 Rs around 9 am on 14th October. Also, raised a request on time by calling on SBI Customer care number - [protected]. They have raised ticket no : [protected] on 14/10/2018.
When I called today to get the status of my request, I was told that your request has been closed and no refund (Rs-1500) generated. Also, contacted bank but no response received.
Please guide me through the further process to resolve this issue.
