      I have an account with sbi mudfort (7111) branch. On 21/11/2017 i have given an application for sbi mutual fund (Sip) for rs.7000.00 vide cheque no.506936 dated 21/11/17 and the amount debited to my account [protected] and credited to sbi mutual fund account.
      Since then i am unable to get my folio number nor any staff member from sbi mudfort and sbi mutual fund responding to my call. I registered a complaint with sbi mutual fund. I did not received any response. It seems that the public has to pay the amount to these companies and forget.
      I sincerely request the sbi mutual fund or sbi mudfort branch to refund my amount immediately to my above account.
      I have called the mutual fund people, one mr. Vinod kumar suppose to be the branch manager of sbi mutual fund, always not responded to my call.

        Complaint against cashier mr. Chavan for unprofessional conduct of defrauding me and for initiation of disciplinary action.
        I have account in sbi, camp branch pune.
        On 5th jan18, i had come to bank to deposit 2 lakh rupees in my account. When i approached the counter no.08 to deposit the amount and handed over the same to the person incharge at the counter.
        The aforesaid persons/officer of the bank conduct was suspicious as he deliberately was making efforts to divert my attention by asking frivolous and unwarranted questions as to how and from where did i get amount of rs. 2lakhs etc.
        And then he asked me to show my pancard, to fetch my pancard i peeped into my bag and handed it over to the officer. When i was giving money from countr window, cashier came out of cabin and took money from me (Where not a single cctv captures the movement). And then he tells me that the amount handed over is not 2lakhs but its short of rs. 20, 000/-
        Before and after coming to the bank my children and i had verified and counted the money carefully and hence had come to the bank to deposit the same.
        I am suspecting that the aforesaid person has played mischief by cheating and committing fraud and has duped me and has illegally siphoned rs 20 thousand rupees by diverting my attention.
        This is completely shocking that the cashier of sbi has been committing such kind of fraud.
        In this regard i request you to verify the same from the cctv camera and verify the authenticity of my complaint and initiate disciplinary action against the officer and immediately credit the amount so defrauded and illegally siphoned in my bank account to avoid any further embarrassing situation to the bank.
        Also the manger and other staff is supporting his deed. Initially who accepted the offence. They requested us for settlement and ready to provide us the apology letter and compensation from sbi. Now they are denying for this.
        I will be constrained to initiate criminal complaint against the bank for such illegal and criminal conduct and also bring this in social media for awareness for the systematic fraud played by sbi cashier.

          I issued sbi cheque no : 187172 dtd 04-01-18 of rs 1.0 lakh to sh vipul patel at halol. Sbi halol branch (000378) deducted rs 177=0 from my sbi sb a/c no :[protected] towards not clearing the cheque for the reason "no contact".
          This is not correct. Sbi halol could have sent me message or else could have tried to contact me second time.
          Sbi can not deduct money just like that. Deducted amount of rs 177 should be reversed to me immediately.

              I had made a payment to amazon on 25.12.17 for rs.1000, but payment was failed but my card was debited. I made a complaint through cms on 02.01.18 with complaint no.[protected]. But it is still not resolved. What a sorry state of affairs and i am totally dissatisfied. I am a retired chief manager from state bank itself.
              Please look into the matter respond and resolveurgently.

                the weirdest bank i have ever seen. No response on our fd since 2 years. The manager said to bring the order from the court, even after the order is passed now, (Dated[protected] they are telling to deposit a new fd of rs.25000, only then you can avial the previous fd. They din't inform us about this before depositing the fd i can't understand where the general manager of our branch is hanging around all the day or is he hidind from us. I don't understand which policies do this bank use.

                  On 3rd of Jan 2018, bank debited unwanted cheque bounce charges Rs. 295, there was none of my fault, on 10th of jan I wrote an application to the manager of SME branch GWALIOR then they rejected my application and didn't refunded, complaint ticket no, [protected] dt, 08/01/18.

                  Other than this today I tried to close my bank account they again took closing charges Rs. 400 + 200. And still haven't closed the account.

                    I have purchased something online costing 9449/- on EMI using SBI CARD, the same was cancelled by me on the same day, the online agency refunded the amount and credited to my card. BUT some highly intelligent persons hired by sbi card failed to cancel the EMI and made me pay those EMI, as i had my trust on SBI Brand, i used to pay the outstanding amount on due date, when i checked i was shocked to know that i had paid 9449/- (the cost of the product)
                    for something which i had not bought. After writing to the nodal officer they had refunded me RS 223/- and they have no idea about the rest of the 9226/-.
                    Kindly help me out of this misery which had already harassed me mentally and economically.

                        1. Requisition submitted on 28/12/17 at counter no 21 imphal branch for updating new registeted mobile no. For account no. [protected] is yet to activate. All online transactions has been hampered due to none receive of otp in the new mobile number.

                        2. All otp via sms is going to the old mobile no. Which is a security hazards. Old no. Has been surrendered due to technical problems. Hence old rmn was to be deleted from bank database and activate the new mobile no without delay which is showing as pending under status of request.

                        3. During kyc submission in november 2017 also the new mobile no. And email id. Was mentioned for necessary updating but not yet done.

                        4. Contacted help desk of sbi explained everything as above but it was of no use. Personaly visited bank several time for follow up action but not useful.

                        It's totally a harassment to a bonafide customer. Due to inefficiency/inactivity of bank official/system i have been suffered a huge monitery loss. The case may be escalate to higher and appropriate authoroty

                              Sir/Madam,
                              Myself Rituparna Manikiyal, w/o Kalyan Bora. I have a SBI savings+salary account and a PPF account in the Dergaon branch ( SBIN0002048) of Golaghat District of Assam. My savings a/c is [protected]and PPF a/c is [protected].
                              I want to draw your attention that once in a month I regularly transfer a sum of Rs 5000 from my savings a/c to PPF through netbanking mode. In that way, I have completed only ten transactions in this year. But today, when I tried to transfer the said amount to ppf, it shows that already 12 transactions to ppf have been completed by me in a financial year and I am barred from any further transactions. When I enquire about the matter it comes out that two extra transaction of Rs.200 each(one in 1Dec, 2017 and the other is 1Jan, 2018)auto debited from my savings a/c to ppf a/c as standing instruction which I never authorised.So, my complaint is,
                              1.How can a branch auto debit an amount as an SI without my consent to any ppf or RD?
                              2.I have maintain a systemetic income tax saving formula every month by deposit in my ppf a/c. So, due to this fault of branch I cannot deposit any more amount in my ppf for this financial year and this surely increase my IT burden.Can SBI compensate my losses?
                              3.Moreover, the employees of Dergaon branch of SBI are not cooperative and they often misbehave the other customers too. When I first apporoach to them regarding this matter, they simply ignore it and ask me to come next month.
                              Therfore, I decided to approach you through email and hope you will surely resolve my matter at the earliest possible. Please consider this email as a formal complaint letter.
                              In the next step I am going to lodge complaint against this blunder in agencies like Financial regulatory authority of India and other central government agencies.

                                      I made a purchase from amazon of rs 8300 of which i requested for refund. I called amazon, they told me refund has been issued, they also gave me transaction details. When i called sbi they told me to file a complain against amazon. I am very sure that it not amazon's fault as i have come across many similar complaints against sbi. I have also filed a complaint in consumer court. I hope to solve this issue at bank's level so please consider my request.

                                      trn no: 422844 for amount of 699
                                      trn no : 470911 for amount of 549
                                      I'm trying to download home loan interest provisional certificate from SBI netbanking but I'm getting a message saying home loan interest certificate not available for the selected account.

                                      My SBI account is in Langford town branch, Bangalore. Please let me know how to enable this for my account

                                        Hi, i am dr anjali and i have an account in sbi ideal homes branch, rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore (Ac no: [protected]) without any request my account has been transferred to pbb ernakulam sbi branch in november 2017. When i called up the bank i was informed that based on our request it has been shifted whereas i have not applied for any account transfer. Kindly transfer my account back to my home branch as soon as possible.

                                        On 11/01/2018 my SBI creadit card has been used twice in three minutes interval to pay AIRTEL PYMT BILL-DISK amounts of 10000 and 5000 2:07pm and 2:10 pm.

                                        I SOLEMNLY DECLARE THAT HAVE NOT USED MY CREADIT CARD MY SELF NOR AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO USE IT.
