Sir, i requested at branch manager to change my address as
20/1, girukrupa, 4th cross, 4th main, kumarapark west, sheshadripuram,
Bangaluru 560 20 and also requested cheque book at same branch on 18/9/2017. Till date i have not received any cheque book./no information even i wrote a letter to the branch. Pl acknowledge.

I submit my new account form before two month ago.
But I didn't get letter from bank.i visit to bank.but they refused and behave me rudely. It's their responsibility to handle that. My name is shadab s/0 yaseen.

    Dear sbi (Cards),

    On december 10th, 2016, i had used my sbi credit card for a transaction of rs. 29, 765.00 at nihar hotel inn, kolkata and thereafter requested to sbi cards to allow me to pay back the above amount in 6 equal installments.
    In reply to which sbi mailed me their affirmation of my emi request and sent me an emi payment chart as shown under :
    Booking amount... Rs. 29, 765.00
    Rate of interest... 14.5 per annam
    Tenure... 6 months
    Processing fee (Taxes as applicable)... Rs. 593.30
    Emi amount... Rs. 5, 320.49
    First emi date... 9th january, 2017

    This means i was to pay rs. 5, 320.49 x 6 = rs. 31, 922.94

    Now i paid as under :

    Customer care says cheque amounting less than rs. 2000/- is liable for levy
    29/06/2017 cheque fee levy!!! Rs. 331.00 illegal levy was imposed
    21/07/2017 cheque fee levy!!! Rs. 120.00 illegal levy was imposed
    Rs. 451.00 what is this amount for???
    Rs. 32, 600.00
    Add rs. 451.00

    Total amount paid till date rs. 33, 051.00
    Total emi amount needed to pay rs. 31, 922.94

    Excess amount already charged by sbi rs. 1, 128.06
    Further amount being demanded by sbi rs. 1, 466.00

    Total unlawful demand being charged by sbi rs 2594.06
    Over & above the actual repayment amount
    Of rs. 31, 922.94

    Now please let me know if i should approach the "consumer court" or forum with my grievances or you would like to solve this outrageous attitudinal problem of sbi (Cards) and make necessary refunds of the excess amount gobbled up by sbi.

        I am s. Sivasubramanian, having sbi a/c, no. [protected] at state bank of india, pbb, kknagar, chennai.600078. I gave request for updates of my pan number personally to bank branch by first week september 2017 and registered my request online also on 16.9.17. I regret to say till date, it is not done,
        I request immediate compliance. I would like to inform that i visit the sbi branch often and they are contacting the concerned department and still update is not done.

            I am a student and i am unable to maintain a minimum balance of 3000 each month. However it has been more than 2 times the bank has cut off money from my account. How i am supposed to pay three fines in a month for not maintaining minimum balance. Why the hell they are deducting it without letting me know even once. Give all my money back with extra amount as i have suffered a lot for the bank.

              Dear sir
              I have applied for atm cum debit card. And the same has been received but without pin. Now i have tried to apply for new pin through prescribed sms procedure as well as calling process but neither i have recent pin by sms nor by calling. At the time of calling it shown error that i have put wrong debit card no even i submitted correct no. I have try to call on customer care no [protected] four or five times after then representative (Female) pick up call and say hey sir it's not customer care no and disconnected the call without hearing my problem.. Please solve the problem and it is also requested to please teach the representative to talk well with the customers. Thanks

                I have a sbi general account in pipulroad brach.. Iam a student and iam not maintain minimum balance in my account then some money is deducted from my account reason of no maintain minimum balance... Then i transfer general account to basic account then i go to my sbi branch and i ask change to basic account they said didn't transfer to basic account and they said block my account and create new basic account and how possible to block my account. My account is a scholarship account i loss my scholarship due to this process..
                Iam a student how to maintain that large amount iam not a job holder...
                Soo please give any good suggestion for me...

                  I had purchase guitar from amazon for 1990 rs after some time i return it to amazon and demand for my refund and they told me i should get my refund on 13 oct 2017 but nothing happen when i call them they give me reference no.[protected] for my refund and told me that we successfully processed your refund but your sbi bank does not locate it please help me i did not get my refund please

                    Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

                    Dear sir

                    A refund of Rs.8599 was successfully processed on 07-OCT-17 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service thay tald me we can not file any charge dispute and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                          My name is anju. I have booked railway ticket from payyanur to ernakulam junction on 19th october 2017 using my sbi debit card. While booking the amount is debited from my account but ticket not get booked. After completing all payment transactions and otp verification i got a message "rejected from bank" but amount is debited and i didn't get ticket. What shall i do next?? Is that amount credit back to my account?? Please do tell me.

                            I smt. Shivamma w/o late govindaraju an ex-staff of sbm tumkur main branch here by bring to your kind information.

                            My husband mr. Govindaraju was working as head peon in state bank of mysore, tumkur main branch (Branch code 40092), karnataka and he has expired on[protected]. While he was in service of the bank. He has availed a housing loan bearing account no. [protected] for rs.3, 00, 000/- under staff housing loan scheme. After his death the above
                            Housing loan was closed out of his death benefits of the bank as on[protected].

                            Mr. Govindaraju left smt shivamma (Wife) and his 2 (Two) sons namely,
                            1. Manjunatha h g aged 26years working in private firm
                            2. Nandeesh h g aged 24years (Fully disabled and not working anywhere).

                            Ever since mr. Govindaraju expired on 16/01/2011 and closed his liabilities with
                            The bank, i am requesting the bank including agm, sbm of tumkur branch to release documents secured for the housing loan of govindaraju.in spite of repeated oral request and by way of letter request, the bank is not caring to locate and returning the documents.

                            Since i am illiterate and does not have any other means of income except a paltry
                            Pension from the bank, besides i have to take care of disabled son to take care, the housing loan documents are very much essential.

                            When i approached the bank requesting several times orally and request by way of
                            Letter to release the original tile deeds from the bank, the bank officials are not at all taking the request seriously and giving flimsy reasons and not at all serious about locating and retuning the documents.

                            Hence i am giving this complaint to you with a request to kindly inform the
                            Concerned officer to locate and hand over the documents to me since i am financially very weak. Please look into the matter on top priority and solve my problem.

                              I would like to informed that i have work to banking last 3 years in your branch, but in last 2 years the i will see the staff are all working properly, but i have seen in these year the transaction staff of imphal main branch has not cooperate to the customer properly. I, e the home branch or either sbi - cheque has not credit / transfer in the right time they hold 1/2 days in an office hour.
                              So, please kindly do the needful thing to take a responsibility for her work and please try to cooperate

                                I made payment of 8037 on 18 oct 2017 by using paynet but my amount deducted from my sbi bank but not credit in sbi credit card no [protected].
                                And my transaction reference number is - jsbi [protected].
                                And the transaction is successful and status shown success.

                                Kindly credit my sbi credit card as soon as possible.

                                  I would like to complain that the service offered at sbi pipri, of sonebhadra dist.in u. P. Is very bad and time taking there are only two officers working over here manager and a cashier, every day at time of bank opening the cashier goes to near by sbi renukut for taking cash and he takes around 2 to 3 hours because of which any kind of transaction is not possible during this interval thus every day customers precious time is wasted waiting for cashier till 1:00 p. M. So, i would like that my case is resolved very soon.

                                  Nowadays sbi bank deduct lot of charges for every activity of customer account like intercity money transfer for own account also for maintain of avg. account balance charges every month even rs 94, 84, 70 a middle person can`t afford this type of dedication of every month . stop this type of charges .

                                    Today (18_10_2017) I have Received sms that "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX7721 for a purchase worth Rs6025.59 on POS 94566303 at WWW.STEAMPOWERED.COM txn#[protected]. I have not used this site till date.Incident noted time as per message is 6:30am on 18 october 2017.I have not received any OTP for this purchase.
