I would like to complain that the service offered at sbi pipri, of sonebhadra dist.in u. P. Is very bad and time taking there are only two officers working over here manager and a cashier, every day at time of bank opening the cashier goes to near by sbi renukut for taking cash and he takes around 2 to 3 hours because of which any kind of transaction is not possible during this interval thus every day customers precious time is wasted waiting for cashier till 1:00 p. M. So, i would like that my case is resolved very soon.

Nowadays sbi bank deduct lot of charges for every activity of customer account like intercity money transfer for own account also for maintain of avg. account balance charges every month even rs 94, 84, 70 a middle person can`t afford this type of dedication of every month . stop this type of charges .

    Today (18_10_2017) I have Received sms that "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX7721 for a purchase worth Rs6025.59 on POS 94566303 at WWW.STEAMPOWERED.COM txn#[protected]. I have not used this site till date.Incident noted time as per message is 6:30am on 18 october 2017.I have not received any OTP for this purchase.

      I have paid rs10000 using sbi pay app moeny has been xebited from my account but not credited or not refunded till now i tired to call customer care a through call and emails but they doesnt have a particular toll free number or they dont know about the situation

              A fraud SBI agent called me saying his name as Rawat, Agent from SBI, Barakhamba road.His phone number is [protected]. He asked me to share my SBI debit card details otherwise my card will be blocked.
              I told him the card number and subsequent OTPs as he said it will activate my card.
              Since then Rs. 50, 000/- have been debited from my saving bank account number [protected].
              Now I have blocked this debit card.
              You are requested to urgently look into the matter.

                A 400 rupees have been transferred to to transfer
                Fiaepsonuswdlref:289917464744189761610001 on date 27/10/17 automatically without our concern and i have not transacted that money it is the mistake of bank how they allowed the transaction to happen without our permission. I have approached to my branch bank office and asked about the situation and not got any solution from them and they are not ready to take our complaint instead they are trying to avoid by telling come after 2 days when we go after 2 days they again saying come after 2 days not providing customer satisfaction.

                    I filled account opening form online, site instructed me to visit home branch. But when i went first day they refused to accept, they said come tomorrow. I went again and they again refused they did not tell me reason. They are talking rudely. It's so embarrassing that the staff of sbi don't talk politely.

                        We are having our staff govt salary accounts in your respected branches, every month our govt salary and arrears bills will be sent to your bhainsa branch, telangana for credit the sanctioned amount. But every month bhainsa bank staff wantedly delaying in credit the sanctioned bill amount in our accounts in this regard we personally requested to the branch manager for rectify our problem. But manager and the bank staff did not caring also neglecting to solve our problems. Still a bill token no.3137 is pending at bhainsa which was sent on 03.10.2017 we requested several times to credit the amount in our staff accounts according to sto bhainsa sanction orders. But wantedly they are not caring our request.
                        So in this regard we are humbly requesting you to kindly consider our request and solve our problem sir.

                            The manager is always sitting idle in his offfice showing off that he has lots of work to do but in reality he do nothing. They only approve the loan of their own people whom they know or from whom they'll get benefits. But they never give peroper information to other customers and never do their work properly. This bank is in meerut, kanker khera branch. He don't know anything i dont what actually is he doing over there. How is that person being appointed without any proper knowledge. Very disappointing and frustrating. First he said that no problem you'll get the loan on pension scheme in just one day. After submitting each and every document the manager is saying that you need a guaranter and denying from the the acceptance of genuin ppo (Family pension order). Just harrasing us for no cause.

Even the government employee who gave it to us from treasury he is also saying that this ia the only and genuine paper you need to submit. But, the manager is trying to fool us and avert the work. Running away from his responsibilities.

                              मेरा नाम मलिक मोहम्मद यूसुफ मैं बीएसए कार्यालय में कनिष्ठ लिपिक के पद पर कार्यरत हूं और मेरा सैलरी अकाउंट SBI में ही है मेरा सैलरी अकाउंट नंबर[protected] मेरे ऊपर एक पी एल चल रहा है SBI गई वह मैं जमा कर दूंगा हाउसिंग लोन होने से पहले मैंने अपना होम लोन का फार्म मुख्य शाखा बदायूं में दिया था जिसे मनीष आपने मेरी फाइल राकेश शरीर को दी थी 30 साला निकलवाने के लिए राकेश शरीर ने मेरी फाइल देखी और मुझसे ₹6000 मांगे मैंने उसे पूछा ₹6000 किस बात की जाती हैं तो उन्होंने मुझसे उल्टी-सीधी बातें कि मेरा लोन करने से मना कर दिया और मुख्य शाखा जो है वह शरीर से ही कर आती है 30 साल और जब के वकील वहां पर तीन चार वकील और भी हैं उनसे कोई बात नहीं करती हैं ना उन्हें कोई 30 साल का कोई मनाने की दिया जाता सेवा शरीर के अलावा कृपया मेरी फाइल मेरी फाइल राकेश सरीन को ना देकर किसी अन्य वकील को दी जाए ना देकर जब के कई अन्य वकील हैं उन्हें दिया जाए और इसी तरह से कई कई लोग परेशान होकर चले जाते हैं और उनका लोन नहीं हो पाता है अब बैंक शरीर का ही मानती है जब के शरीर में बहुत ज्यादा लेते हैं और लोग इसी से परेशान रहते हैं कृपया मेरी फाइल अन्य किसी वकील को देने का कष्ट करें आप की महान कृपा होगी

                              मैं मलिक मोहम्मद यूसुफ बीएसए ऑफिस में कनिष्ठ लिपिक के पद पर बदायूं में कार्यरत हूं मेरी होम लोन फाइल मैंने SBI मुख्य शाखा को दी थी उन्होंने उंहोन्ने मेरी फाइल जो बैंक के अधिवक्ता हैं राकेश शरीर को दी थी 30 साला निकलवाने के लिए राकेश शरीर को जब मैंने फाइल अपनी दिखाई तो उन्होंने मुझसे ₹6000 मांगे मैंने उन से पूछा कि ₹6000 किस बात के हैं इसकी कोई रसीद वगैरा देंगे तो उन्होंने मुझसे अब शब्द कहकर मेरी फाइल वापस कर दी और यह कह दिया कि आप का लोन नहीं हो पाएगा जबकि मैंने आपकी शाखा से एक ब पी एल लोन लिया था 2016 में उसकी किस्तें कंटिन्यू जा रही है कोई किस्त आज तक नहीं टूटी है और मैंने साथी यह भी कहा था कि मेरा हाउसिंग लोन हो जाता है तो मैं उससे पहले मैं आपका जो पैसा बकाया रह गया है वह मैं अदा कर दूंगा आपकी शाखा से वकील साहब राकेश सरीन साहब को दिया उन्होंने मुझसे इतने ज्यादा पैसे मांगे जिससे कि मैं नहीं दे पाया और उन्होंने मेरी फाइल को रिजेक्ट कर दिया और वापस कर दी उन्होंने कहा कि तुम्हारा लोन नहीं हो पाएगा आपसे निवेदन है कृपया मेरी फाइल राकेश शरीर को ना देकर जो चार पांच मुख्य शाखा के वकील हैं उनमें से किसी और को दे दी जाए जिससे कि मेरा लोन हो यह ऐसे ही बहुत से कस्टमर को धमकाते हैं डराते हैं और मोटी रकम लेते हैं जो कैंडिडेट मोटी रकम नहीं देता है उसकी फाइल को वह स्वीकृत नहीं करते हैं ना ही 30 साल देते हैं मैंने उसे पूछा मेरी फाइल में अगर कोई कमी हो तो बताएं उन्होंने क्या कमी तो कोई नहीं है लेकिन पैसे इतने ही जाएंगे हो जब की मां के जो होम लोन के जो मैनेजर मुझे मजूमदार साहब हैं वह बहुत बढ़िया इंसान हैं अगर हो सके तो राकेश शरीर से मेरी फाइल के बारे में मुझे एक लिखित जवाब दिया जाए और पूछा जाए कि मलिक मोहम्मद की हाउसिंग लोन की फाइल में क्या कमी है आपने 30 साल क्यों नहीं दिया मैं आपका आभारी रहूंगा मेरी फाइल स्वीकृत करने की कृपा करें आप की महान कृपा होगी

I have opened an ssy account for my daughter named priti nanda.in my daughter's birth certificate the name is written without surname n also the alphabet n appear to be m. So i want to get corrected the certificate by the authority. If i get corrected the certificate. Is it possible of correction of name in the passbook when i submit the newone with affidavit. I have visited my branch but they say that they don't know about it. Plz help me.

                                  However, the money is not yet transferred to my account. Myntra says they have successfully transferred the money.

                                    I am trying to update my mobile banking number for my sbi account.
                                    I have sent a letter to my branch also. They r still to update my number.
                                    I have tried changing using atm card option online and approved through sbi atm also. Its still shows pending in status.
                                    But i m not able to update my number.
                                    My home branch is in jodhpur
                                    I m now in j&k. My old net banking number is not working in j&k. Now when i try to update it... It is not possible online... And i cannot visit my home branch.

                                      I am ranjit choudhury & my father mr. Rabindra gochhayat applying home loan in sbi ramnagar branch, odisha, kendrapara district, as per discussion with branch manager & field officer. As per discuss with him we have prepared all the documents. Finally the bank taken six month but the branch manager declined the loan & returned documents due to my salary account not in sbi. We are support all the documents as per discuss with him, but they mentally harashing, not supporting, not saying true fact. I am applying online also, as per discuss with field officer, he says all the documents ok but branch manager not supporting.
                                      Kindly take necessary action against the bm & field officer​.

                                        Respected sir i samiran chowdhury i got a fraud call from state bank and their told my every detail so they got a transaction of five transaction different ways of 24980 rupees and also also they told it will revert back within half an hour so i don't know this is the in this matter so i talk to my senior then they told me that i got scam buy online collars so i report to near nearest police station and as well as online complaint of state bank helpline number which which is[protected] also i am contacting with lalbazar crime branch kolkata and my complaint number is 4393 of kolkata crime branch and my general diary number is 1077 in new alipur police station kolkata kindly help me with this because i am belong from very middle class family and this money i will be kept for my father's medical but this is by mistake it will be scam buy online caller and i don't know about this matter kindly do something for me sir because i am the only one who take care of my family

                                        +91-[protected] in that number I got call at 4:45 P.M at 17th October 2017 and also after that I directly call to State Bank toll free helpline number then I call I online submit a complaint then I went to my nearest police station this is New Alipore Police Station Kolkata then I lodge a General diary which is information number of 1077 . This transaction made by 5 different different transaction of 5000, 10000 of 4990of 3001 of 3990 of 4000 total amount is 24980 rupees in a different 5 way. One is Oxygen wallet one is Kit cash one is idea idea billdesk one is idea help another one is Oxygen wallet. Lalbazar Crime Branch also told me that go online after 3 days and check your account details about this and then if there is no update so again call to lalbazar crime branch at the very same report complaint number of 4393 and GD number of 1077 at the time of 5:45 evening.
                                        I want deactivate the my bank account sms alert on my mobile number [protected].bank sms charges deduction is high and deduct the charges any time and many time deduction of money is deduct one or more time in a month.
                                        We had deposited Rs10, 000 at Old Bazar Dimapur branch on 10th October for urgent NEFT transfer to our friend in Delhi NCR to his Corporation Bank ac.
                                        But till 12th it was not done.
                                        SBI branch also not giving any satisfactory response to our various calls . Most irresponsible bank
