I am a sbi bank consumer, i have done a transaction of rs 8000 on 03.10.2017 from atm of cenara bank, ramanagar, varanasi with sbi debit card but cash was not despended by the atm and receipt having no any print and same amount was deducte. Further i have talked to cenara bank customer care, they have guided to complaint to concerning bank. So same day 03.10.2017 i have done a complaint to sbi customer care and got a revert message that your complaint has been registered and will be resolved within seven working day which ticket no was [protected]. But after passing more than 12 working day problem has not been resolved and also got disappointing reply from customer care that i will take some more time, further i have visited my concerning branch sbi anpara several times but i have got disappointing answer as well not lodged any complaint in my knowledge. Now i became fed up, so i am requesting via this message that if some authority will take initiative then this problem will be resolved and i will be thankful.

Not able to receive or see bills. Not able to pay credit card bill. The tata sbi credit card page expired. Not able to make payment. Past 7 days trying to contact customer care. The route is very busy to contact. Plus help get rid of this card.

    I have been visiting this branch for last 3 days and not abale to open my account due to the extremly bad response from bank manager and staff
    And most importantly the bank manager is off duity for hours and hours
    This is very shameful for indian government about the position of government banks government need to do something for this
    As our pm mr narendra modi has been doing efforts for reducing bhrashtachar but the employes of bank are not taking it seriously a comman man has to wait for long for just opening a bank account is this incredible india and bank staff is not doing the job efficiently the bank manager was not in his cabin for 3 hours and after 2 pm the work for opening a new account ends now what to do if the most reponsible person in the bank will do the things like this
    Now for opening account in sbi we have to pay something this is really a serious problem i never think of this that this can also be happen
    I am extrenly dissoppointed from the work of indian government bank

    I request for the e statement of my account for monthly period yesterday but I haven't received yet on my Email ID
    I need for the my personel account statement. But bank staff asking for the commiation for the statement. Why did payment for this type service
    Its 10.53am but still there is no one at the withdrawal counter, and they cant provide pen also and the token machine is out o[censored]se, what is this a bank or a garden where people just roam around and drinks tea.

      Shevgaon branch manager failed to convert emi of my debit card since from june 2017. Penalty charges have been imposed on me. It was expected to deduct emi automatically from my saving account. Today i visited bm & shown her all my mails concerned with said transaction sent her, rbo, customer care. But it is astonishing that she didn't review my complaint earlier.
      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I have taken online transaction on 22oct on 6:19 pm onword.
      On passport seva application using I have transaction through debit card but suddenly technical errors display it and my transaction is cancelled but on my SBI account money on 3025rs will given us...
      So please register my complaint...right now...

        Transfered amnt not received to my accnt. Transfer is done on oct 9 th through tez app and it is upi transaction id[protected]. I have contacted tez customer care to resolve this issue, they told me to contact npci but i could not find any toll free no for customer care and even i contacted sbi also and they told me it is a third party app transaction and so they cant resolve this issue and they told me that to contact the third party concerned app. So how can recieve the amnt of 3900 rs to my sbi accnt? Plzz look over this

          Whenever i wanted to do any transaction, mostly my otp doesn't generated. As like today i was booking my flight and for transaction i was doing from my sbi a/c but at the the time of mony paymen otp was not coming to my registered mobile number. I was trying from morning. So why this happen?

            On 03 october 2017 at 11:16 am i got an one time password for transaction of 72, 000.00 for rsp*the mobile wallet and subsequent message by deducting the same from my credit card.in this regard i did not done any transaction and i was not involved in this transaction. Same day i have complaint to commissioner of police gurugram. At the time of incident i was in office. My fir number is 0387/17, police station sector 17/18, under ipc 1860 section 379 and ipc 1860 section 420. Please do me the needful.

              I have done a transaction of rs 10000/- using phonepe app from my savings account (Nsp) branch on 9 th oct, 2017 to transfer the amount to my another sbi branch but the transaction has been failed and i got the mail from phonepe app on 11 th oct, 2017 that the amount has been credited back into my savings account but the amount has not been credited yet. It's already 5 working days and delayed too. For me amount is so big and it's been pending and doesn't in my transaction details

                      I have submitted a cheque in your branch g. T. Road khanna (Ifsc-sbin0050074) dist-ludhiana punjab, on 29-september 2017. But till date it is not cleared. Is it your world-class service?

                      And hard-joke with the customer is that i tryied to withdraw money from atm your so-called world-class system cut charge because my account has no sufficient fund. When i put cheque on[protected] and try to withdraw money on[protected] then how it is my mistake that i believe on your service?
                      I hope you will look into the matter and clear my cheque as soon as possible and return my money which you cut with compensation and also give me 20 days interst on my amount which i lost because of your poor service.

                        Hi i had got a cc frok sbi and i did not activate it as the credit limit was too low. Contacted call center and then cancelled it as i got a message that processing fee of 500rs needs to be paid..

                        The call center also agree to cancell the card.

                        Now i'm constantly getting message to pay the cc bill. I dont even know the credit card number and i disposed it. Why should i pay when i didn't even activate it?

                        I'm getting a message that an amount 3k needs to be paid.. I have no idea about it.. Tried contacting the call center again however not able to go through the ivr

                        Please help

                            When i had gone for bigbazaar i had some guy asking me to take sbi credit card from 2-5 lakhs and i had applied for it then while i recieved the credit card the limit was just 50, 000 and i did not want it and didnt activate the pin and didnt use the card but next 2 months i recieved a bill payment message of annual fees for which i havent used and i called the customer care and asked them to cancel the card and raise the request and all and after that again and again till this month i am receiving bill payment message upto 3000 and more for which i have not activated even the card and they have not cancelled the card till now and my cibil score is going down such a worst service and my loan was rejected due to this reason. I dnt even have that card with me because i threw after i cancelled the card

                              Please note that today my sbi online net banking account was blocked due to wrong password entry from my end. As it was necessary for me to do certain transaction today itself, i tried to contact sbi customer care for which i searched the numbers in google site and accordingly i called on number [protected] at 10.53am. (Refer attachment) once connected, their representative claimed as arun raj asked my atm card details and once submitted the same immediately two transitions of rs 19999/- each took place and rs 39998/- was debited from my account which found to be completely fraud transaction.

                              Transaction details are as follows:

                              1. Through www.kitecash.in and transaction id is[protected]
                              2. Through www.phonepe.com and transaction id is[protected]

                              Please refer attachment for these transactions which i received as text message.

                              This has happened only due to listed information on google search engine which is appended below


                              Now, my earnest request to you all for your immediate innervation and interrogation and ensure my money is refunded back by the culprits at the earliest

                                I had a credit card no - [protected].
                                Dur to some issues on card and i was mailed for that issues but they were didnt resolve my problem.
                                I dissapoint their services.
                                And i am not going to payment of sbi card
                                And after that 3-4 months.
                                They were send me msg of legal notice.
                                If you were not helpng me in my queries and issues and you are sending me legal notice.
                                If i want i can file return case on sbi cards
                                But i dont want to do this.
                                But i was done payment including all the charges late fees or intreset fees includes all of the charges.
                                Sbi card does not do any cooperate to me.
                                Even charges issue or any other.
                                And when i done payment all amount.
                                Then the pickup boy ask his senior that in how many days his card will be unblock.
                                Then his boss pankaj said that it takes 15-20 days.
                                And after 10 days when i call at customer care they are saying that we dont have any request for unblock your card.
                                Means at this time sbi cards again not gives service and lies always.
                                Okk, finaly customer care take the requset for unblock the card.
                                And today[protected] when i called customer care then they are saying due to internal process we cant activate your card kindly do starting process to take the card.
                                Means sbi cards gaves mentally harrassement.
                                And does not giving service.
                                Very poor.
                                I want resolve or i am going to case against sbi cards.

                                    The no-= +91-[protected] is trying to loot people by making fraud calls saying calling from sbi credit card customer service and trying to steal user's confidential information. They are trying to get credit card no details, and make transactions and asks for otp. Please guys don't entertain calls from this no. And sbi customer care requesting you to take action against this no as they are trying different ways to hack users information and steal their hard earned money.

                                      Bapu nagar branch all staff and give answers not accepting cash payment of credit card bill. How it possible even I meet branch manager he send me to cc employ but she also not solve my issue again I go to branch manager office but manager not present in office I wait 1house out side office. 11 to 12 on 16 oct-2017
