I am a sbi bank consumer, i have done a transaction of rs 8000 on 03.10.2017 from atm of cenara bank, ramanagar, varanasi with sbi debit card but cash was not despended by the atm and receipt having no any print and same amount was deducte. Further i have talked to cenara bank customer care, they have guided to complaint to concerning bank. So same day 03.10.2017 i have done a complaint to sbi customer care and got a revert message that your complaint has been registered and will be resolved within seven working day which ticket no was [protected]. But after passing more than 12 working day problem has not been resolved and also got disappointing reply from customer care that i will take some more time, further i have visited my concerning branch sbi anpara several times but i have got disappointing answer as well not lodged any complaint in my knowledge. Now i became fed up, so i am requesting via this message that if some authority will take initiative then this problem will be resolved and i will be thankful.
